AttractWell Review 2026: Features, Pricing and Verdict

This AttractWell review answers one question for coaches: is AttractWell the right all-in-one platform for your practice? AttractWell is a capable marketing-first system that puts a website, funnels, a CRM, email and texting, courses, a community and a branded mobile app under one bill, with a $1 first month and plans from $69 a month as listed in October 2026. It suits coaches whose business runs on a growing contact list and evergreen content. It suits coaches less well when the work happens between sessions, in multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, or when the list grows faster than revenue, because every plan is priced by contacts.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with AttractWell, so read this with that in mind. Every AttractWell fact below comes from AttractWell's own website and pricing table, checked on 27 October 2026, and from its public Trustpilot page. We have not run a hands-on test of AttractWell, so we describe what the company documents and what public reviewers report, and we say where the public record is thin.
What is the short verdict on AttractWell?
AttractWell is a reasonable buy for a coach, author or speaker who wants marketing, courses and a community in one place and is comfortable paying more as the contact list grows. Coaches who sell structured programs and want daily client accountability will get more from a platform built around delivery.
Verdict at a glance
- Who it suits: coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers who want a website, funnels, email and texting, courses ("vaults"), a membership community and a branded app on one bill, and who accept Stripe or Square for payments.
- Who should skip it: coaches with large free email lists but few paying clients (pricing is by contacts), coaches who need habit tracking and daily check-ins inside programs, and anyone who needs a documented one-click data export before committing.
- Public rating: 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews, as seen on 27 October 2026. That is a good score from a small sample.
- Price: Starter $69, Basic $99, Premium $129, Pro $179 and Diamond $239 a month, plus a Team plan from $600 a month, all with a $1 first month and a 0% transaction fee, as listed in October 2026.
- Our pick for most coaches: Coachful, if your clients need support between sessions and you want pricing tied to clients rather than contacts. Details are in the comparison below.

What is AttractWell?
AttractWell is an all-in-one business platform aimed at coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers. Its site lists a website and funnel builder, a blog, a contact manager (CRM), email and text messaging, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store, plus courses, communities and memberships.
Two design choices shape everything else. First, every plan includes the full platform, and plans differ only by capacity: how many contacts, texts, automations, domains, pages, courses, videos and booking links you get. Second, that capacity is measured mainly in contacts, from 500 on Starter to 27,000 on Diamond. AttractWell is closer in spirit to a marketing suite such as Kartra or Systeme.io than to a coaching back office such as Paperbell, even though AI search answers often suggest it as a Paperbell alternative. If that comparison is your starting point, our AttractWell vs Paperbell breakdown goes deeper.
AttractWell also offers paid concierge services (content migration, a virtual assistant, custom design, funnel setup and training) on a custom quote. That matters if you are moving from another platform and do not want to rebuild pages yourself.
How does AttractWell handle each part of a coaching business?
AttractWell covers marketing and content delivery thoroughly, and covers coaching delivery mainly through call packages, courses and community. Here is how the documented features line up against the five jobs most coaches need software for.
Marketing: website, funnels, email and texting
AttractWell lists a website builder, funnels, a blog, email marketing and text messaging. Capacity is the catch on lower plans. Starter allows 2 domains and 10 pages, 100 texts a month and 5 automations. Basic jumps to 5 domains, 250 pages, 1,000 texts and 100 automations. Premium removes the page cap and allows 10 domains, 2,000 texts and 500 automations.
Honest note: 5 automations on Starter is tight for a coach who wants a welcome sequence, a lead magnet sequence, a booking reminder flow and a re-engagement flow. Many coaches will find Basic is the realistic entry plan once marketing automation matters.
Selling: payments, packages, contracts and the store
Payments run through Stripe or Square, and one of them is required. Through Stripe, AttractWell lists Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Affirm, Bancontact and iDeal. AttractWell charges a 0% transaction fee on every plan; your processor charges its standard fees. The platform lists contracts, invoicing and a store, and memberships with recurring payments.
Session ("call") packages with usage tracking are where many coaches start, and they are gated: Starter has none, Basic allows 5, and Premium and above allow unlimited call packages. Booking links follow the same pattern: 2 on Starter, 10 on Basic, unlimited from Premium.
Honest note: Square support is a genuine plus for coaches who already take in-person payments with Square. The gating of call packages means a coach selling 1:1 packages cannot do it on Starter at all.
Delivery: courses, classes, Zoom and AI tools
Courses are called "vaults", and AttractWell also counts "classes" separately. Starter includes 1 vault and 1 class, Basic 3 of each, Premium 10, Pro 20 and Diamond 100. Unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17 a month on any plan. AttractWell lists drip content and AI-graded quizzes, and video hosting is capped by plan (20 videos on Starter up to 1,500 on Diamond).
Zoom meetings are included, with attendee caps by plan: up to 5 people on Starter, 10 on Basic, 100 on Premium, 200 on Pro and 300 on Diamond. The pricing table also counts "custom GPTs" per plan, from 1 on Starter to 100 on Diamond; the pages we checked do not describe them in much depth, so ask for a demo if they matter to you.
Honest note: the pages we checked describe courses, drip content, quizzes and calls, but not multi-week coaching programs with daily tasks, habit tracking or morning and evening check-ins. If your method depends on what clients do between sessions, confirm how you would run it in AttractWell before you move.
Client experience: the app and the community
AttractWell has an iOS and Android app for both coach and clients. Clients see your branding inside the AttractWell app rather than an app published under your own name. The community is Facebook-style, with posts, comments and scheduled posts, and memberships can sit behind recurring payments.
Honest note: a branded experience inside a shared vendor app is the common model in this category (Coachful works the same way), so it is not a weakness unique to AttractWell. It is worth knowing if you were hoping for your own App Store listing.
Admin: CRM, team accounts and data
The contact manager is the centre of the system, and contacts drive the price. Extra "back-office" accounts for assistants are included from Basic upward (1 on Basic, 2 on Premium, 5 on Pro and 15 on Diamond), and the pricing table tooltips list extra accounts at $9 a month each on Starter and $15 a month each on Basic. The Team plan starts at 6 accounts at Premium capacity and is arranged through a Contact Us form.
Honest note: AttractWell's CRM page mentions CSV import of contacts. Exporting your data was not mentioned on the pages we checked. That does not mean export is impossible, but ask support how you would take contacts, course content and client history with you before you commit years of work to the platform.
How much does AttractWell cost?
AttractWell costs $69 to $239 a month for solo plans, and from $600 a month for the Team plan, as listed in October 2026. Every plan starts with a $1 first month, has no setup fee and no long-term contract. AttractWell says annual plans come with one month free and a free domain, but the pricing page does not show an annual price, so we do not quote one.

The table below puts the AttractWell tiers side by side, with Coachful's entry plan on top for reference. AttractWell prices are in US dollars as listed in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly price | Capacity basis | Key limits |

| AttractWell Basic | $99 ($1 first month) | 1,000 contacts | 1,000 texts/mo, 100 automations, 5 domains, 250 pages, 3 vaults + 3 classes, 200 videos, Zoom up to 10, 10 booking links, 5 call packages, 5 custom GPTs, 1 extra back-office account |
| AttractWell Premium | $129 ($1 first month) | 4,000 contacts | 2,000 texts/mo, 500 automations, 10 domains, unlimited pages, 10 vaults + 10 classes, 400 videos, Zoom up to 100, unlimited booking links and call packages, 15 custom GPTs, 2 back-office accounts |

| AttractWell Team | From $600 | 6+ accounts at Premium capacity | Unlimited vaults and classes; multiple accounts in one; sign up via Contact Us |
Add-ons as listed in October 2026: unlimited vaults and classes for $17 a month on any plan; extra back-office accounts at $9 a month each on Starter and $15 a month each on Basic; custom plans for more contacts, Zoom attendees or classes by request; concierge services on a custom quote.
What does contact-based pricing mean in practice?
Contact-based pricing means your bill follows your list size, not your client count. Here is an illustrative example, not a real customer. A coach with 1,200 newsletter subscribers and 12 paying clients would pass Basic's 1,000-contact cap, assuming subscribers count as contacts, and would need Premium at $129 a month. If that same coach runs a lead magnet that adds 3,000 more subscribers, Premium's 4,000-contact cap is exceeded and Pro at $179 a month is next.
Coachful prices by paying clients instead, so a large newsletter audience does not move the bill. For a practice with about 12 clients, the relevant plan is shown here: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. For a growing practice with no client cap, the unlimited plan is here: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients.

What do public reviewers say about AttractWell?
Public feedback on AttractWell is limited. On 27 October 2026 its Trustpilot page showed a score of 4.6 out of 5 from 21 reviews. That is a strong average, but 21 reviews is a small sample, and a few reviews either way can move the score.
We could not load the individual review texts when we checked, so we are not going to summarise what reviewers praise or complain about. Inventing a pattern from a small sample would mislead you. Instead, we suggest three practical steps:
- Read the most recent reviews yourself on Trustpilot, and sort by newest. Look for comments about support response times, billing changes and migrations, which matter most once you have moved.
- Use the $1 first month as your test period. Build one real funnel, one call package (you will need Basic or above) and one short vault, and invite a friend as a test client on the mobile app.
- Ask support two direct questions in writing: how contacts are counted (do unsubscribed or cold leads count?) and how you would export your contacts, course content and client history if you left.
For context, other coaching platforms we cover have the following Trustpilot snapshots: Coachful 4.5 from 21 reviews, Paperbell 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen 25 October 2026), Practice Better 3.8 from 87 reviews (seen 25 October 2026) and CoachAccountable 4.8 from 47 reviews (seen 25 October 2026). Small counts are common in this niche, which is one more reason to test the product rather than lean on the score. Our reviews hub collects the rest.
What are AttractWell's pros and cons?
AttractWell's main strengths are breadth and payment flexibility; its main weaknesses are contact-based pricing, tight lower tiers and a thin public record on data export and reviews.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Full platform on every plan: website, funnels, blog, CRM, email, texting, booking, contracts, invoicing, store, courses and community | Pricing scales with contacts (500 to 27,000), so a large free list raises the bill even without more clients |
| 0% transaction fee on all plans | Starter has no call packages, only 2 booking links and 5 automations |
| Stripe or Square, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Affirm, Bancontact and iDeal via Stripe | Few courses on lower plans (1 vault on Starter, 3 on Basic); unlimited costs $17 a month extra |
| $1 first month, no setup fees, no long-term contract | No annual price shown, so annual savings are hard to plan |
| iOS and Android app with your branding for coach and clients | Data export is not described on the pages we checked |
| Zoom meetings included, up to 300 attendees on Diamond | Habit tracking and daily check-ins are not described in its feature pages |
| Concierge migration and setup services available | Concierge services are quoted separately, not included |
| Trustpilot 4.6 from 21 reviews (27 October 2026) | Small review sample, so the score says little about edge cases |
Who is AttractWell best for?
AttractWell is best for a coach, author or speaker whose business is driven by list-building and content, with a moderate list size. Think of a speaker who sells a signature course, runs a paid membership community and books occasional discovery calls, or a consultant who wants several domains for different offers.
It also makes sense if you take payments through Square already, or if you want to offer buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna or Affirm through Stripe on higher-ticket programs.
It is a weaker fit in three situations:
- Program-led coaches. If clients follow a 12-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, you want those built in. See our guide to group coaching software for what that looks like.
- Coaches with big free audiences and a small client roster. Contact-based pricing charges you for reach, not revenue.
- Coaches starting with 1:1 packages on a tight budget. Starter has no call packages, so the practical entry is Basic at $99 a month.
How does AttractWell compare with Coachful?
Both platforms bundle marketing, selling and delivery, but they are built around different centres: AttractWell around the contact list and content, Coachful around the client's journey through a program. Choose AttractWell for list-driven marketing with Square support; choose Coachful when delivery between sessions is the product.
| Platform | Starting price | Priced by | Programs, habits and check-ins | Payments | Data export | Trustpilot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Clients; Pro unlimited | Built in: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks | Stripe Connect or Razorpay; 0% platform fee | Full ZIP export of client data, plus course export | 4.5 from 21 reviews |
| AttractWell | $69/mo ($1 first month) | Contacts (500 to 27,000) | Not described on pages checked; courses, drip and quizzes are | Stripe or Square; 0% transaction fee | Not described on pages checked | 4.6 from 21 reviews |
Where AttractWell is ahead on paper: Square support and the long list of Stripe payment methods, buy-now-pay-later options, more domains on higher tiers, and Zoom attendee capacity bundled into the plan. Where Coachful is ahead: daily client accountability inside programs, pricing that ignores your free list size, a documented full data export, and a free white-glove build service that sets things up for you.
What are the best alternatives to AttractWell?
The best alternative depends on why AttractWell is not quite right. We rank by one login for the whole client journey, support for clients between sessions, total stack cost and setup effort. For a broader list, see our full guide to AttractWell alternatives.

1. Coachful: the best AttractWell alternative for program-led coaches
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.

Where AttractWell centres on the contact list, Coachful centres on what clients do between calls. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who needs a nudge.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:
Scheduling covers booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and email reminders plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions and session credits cover what AttractWell calls call packages. Our scheduling software page covers the details.

Selling runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, with a 0% Coachful platform fee. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (see coaching contracts).

On the marketing side, the section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an Import website option. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows with pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking are delivered into the client's branded home and app; our course platform for coaches page shows how.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarises recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want built, such as a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or lead quiz, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected, and a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and it has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Its affiliate tracking records links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually.
How to start. Start a free trial, then request a free white-glove build so your site, funnel or first program is set up for you. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. For a fuller look, read our Coachful review.
When AttractWell is the better pick: choose AttractWell over Coachful if you must take payments through Square, want buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and Affirm, or run mainly a large email list and a membership rather than structured programs.
2. Coaches Console: a long-standing coach business system
Coaches Console is a long-standing coach business system with a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on its higher Total plan. As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System costs $197 a month ($166.42 a month billed annually) and the Total Console System $297 a month ($249.75 a month annually). There is no free trial; billing details are required at signup, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies instead. Some reviewers have described the interface as dated.

Pick it over Coachful if... you want a long-standing coach business system and you value its established workflow over daily program delivery and habit tracking.
3. Paperbell: simple admin for solo coaches
Paperbell is admin software for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. As listed in October 2026, its single plan is $97 a month ($80.83 a month billed annually), with unlimited clients, sessions and packages and no extra transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. It does not include courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and it has no native mobile app. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews on 25 October 2026. Our AttractWell vs Paperbell comparison sets the two side by side.

Pick it over Coachful if... you only sell 1:1 session packages, need PayPal, and want the simplest possible admin tool without programs, courses or community.
4. Quenza: client activities and worksheets
Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists built around activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. As listed in October 2026, Spark costs $25 a month for 10 clients and Growth $50 a month for 250 clients, with a 30-day trial and no credit card. It does not process client payments yet (invoicing is marked as planned), and scheduling and video calls are not part of it. See our Quenza review.

Pick it over Coachful if... you want a lightweight worksheet and activity tool and you already handle booking, payments and marketing elsewhere.
If you are weighing broader marketing suites instead, our reviews of GoHighLevel and Kartra cover that end of the market, and the comparison hub lists head-to-head pages.
Is AttractWell worth it? Our final verdict
AttractWell is worth it for list-driven coaches, authors and speakers who want a full marketing and content platform with a branded app, Square support and no transaction fee, and whose contact list fits comfortably inside a tier. The $1 first month makes it cheap to test properly.
It is harder to recommend for coaches whose value lives in what clients do between sessions. The pages we checked do not describe habits, daily check-ins or program-level accountability, Starter cannot sell call packages, and the bill rises with contacts rather than clients. The small Trustpilot sample and the absence of documented data export are reasons to ask questions before you migrate, not reasons to avoid it outright.
For most coaches who run programs, Coachful is the stronger fit: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions built in, pricing tied to clients, and a free white-glove build that removes most of the setup effort. Browse the wider field on our coaching software page.
Frequently asked questions about AttractWell
How much does AttractWell cost?
As listed in October 2026, AttractWell costs $69 a month on Starter, $99 on Basic, $129 on Premium, $179 on Pro and $239 on Diamond, with a Team plan from $600 a month. Every plan starts with a $1 first month. Annual plans are advertised with one month free and a free domain, but no annual price is shown.
Does AttractWell have a free trial?
Not as such. Instead, the first month on every plan costs $1, and you can cancel anytime without a contract. There is no free plan.
Does AttractWell charge transaction fees?
No. AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans. Stripe or Square still charge their standard processing fees, and you need one of those two processors.
What counts toward AttractWell's contact limit?
Plans are sized by contacts, from 500 on Starter to 27,000 on Diamond. The pricing page does not spell out whether unsubscribed or inactive contacts count, so ask AttractWell support before you import a large list. Custom plans for more contacts are available on request.
Does AttractWell have a mobile app?
Yes. AttractWell has an iOS and Android app for coaches and clients. Clients see your branding inside the AttractWell app rather than an app under your own name.
Can I sell coaching packages on AttractWell Starter?
No. Call packages are not included on Starter. Basic allows 5 call packages, and Premium and above allow unlimited call packages and booking links.
Are AttractWell reviews positive?
On 27 October 2026, AttractWell had a Trustpilot score of 4.6 from 21 reviews. That is a good average from a small number of reviews, so read the most recent ones and test the product during the $1 first month.
Is AttractWell a good Paperbell alternative?
It can be, if you want marketing tools, courses and a community that Paperbell does not offer. If you only need simple session admin, AttractWell's capacity tiers and contact pricing may be more than you need. Coachful covers both admin and program delivery in one login.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service on every Coachful plan: you describe the website, funnel, program, email sequence or other asset you want, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It leaves gaps for you instead of inventing testimonials, credentials or prices, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Can I move from AttractWell to Coachful?
Yes. Coachful imports your clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and the free white-glove service can rebuild your website pages and funnels. Before you leave AttractWell, ask its support how to export your contacts and course content.
