Top 12 Best App for Entrepreneur Coaches in 2026

The best app for entrepreneur coaches is the one your founder clients actually open on a Tuesday afternoon between investor calls: it shows them this week's three commitments, asks for a 60-second check-in, holds the lesson you recorded on pricing, and lets them message you without digging through email. So the deciding question is not "which platform has the most features?" but "what will a busy business owner tap on their phone between sessions, and does it feed back into how I run my practice?"
Our pick is Coachful's client app. Clients get habits, morning and evening check-ins, program weeks, courses, a community and messaging in one app on iPhone and Android, carrying your branding inside the Coachful app, and everything they do lands on the client record you work from. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven alternatives below, several of which win specific situations outright. Four of them have no native client app at all, which matters more than most comparison tables admit.
What do entrepreneur coaching clients actually do in an app each week?
They log a handful of commitments, report on them, read or watch one short piece of material, and talk to you and to peers. Founders and small-business owners are short on attention, not on ambition, so the app has to make the next action obvious in under a minute.
Here is what a typical week looks like for a client in an entrepreneur or business coaching program:
- Monday: review the week's goals (say, "send 10 sales follow-ups" and "ship the new offer page") and confirm the daily tasks attached to them.
- Daily: a quick morning intention and an evening check-in on energy, focus and what got done, plus one or two habits such as deep-work blocks or a daily revenue review.
- Midweek: one lesson from your program (a pricing worksheet, a hiring framework, a sales script), usually under 15 minutes.
- Anytime: a direct message when a decision comes up, and posts in a peer group or mastermind channel.
- Before each session: a booking reminder and a short prep form, so the call starts on the real problem.
Notice what is missing: workout logging, meal plans, clinical charting. Several popular coaching apps are built around those. They are excellent at them and a poor fit for founders. If you want the wider view of client portals that come with apps, our guide to coaching portals with a mobile app covers the format question in more depth.
Which app should you pick for your situation?
Ranking criteria in one line: the whole client journey in one app and one login, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, lessons), total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.
| App | Best for | Native client app | Starting price (as listed October 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: programs, habits, check-ins, community and booking in one branded client app | Yes, iPhone and Android (your branding inside the Coachful app) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Heartbeat | A paid founder community with an app on every plan | Yes, iOS and Android; white-label app on Scale | $49/month (Build, up to 350 members) |
| Mighty Networks | A large mastermind network with courses and events | Mighty-branded member apps; own app on Mighty Pro | $95/month ($79 annual) |
| Circle | A polished membership community for a premium cohort | Branded apps on Circle Plus only | $89/month billed annually |
| Kajabi | Coaches selling courses at volume | Not in our vendor notes; check the app stores | $179/month ($143 annual) |
| Practice Better | Coaches who also need charting and a client portal | Client portal; see our separate review | Free for 3 clients; $35/month Starter |
| CoachAccountable | Metric-heavy accountability on the web | No native app (older profile) | $20/month for 2 active clients |
| Skool | A cheap gamified group with a classroom | Not in our vendor notes; check the app stores | $9/month Hobby (10% + 30¢ per sale) |
How did we choose and rank these 12 apps?
We ranked on the client experience first, then on what it costs and takes to run. We did not test these apps hands-on; we worked from what each vendor documents, its pricing page as listed in October 2026, and what public reviewers report.
- Daily habits and check-ins. Can a client tick off a habit and answer a short check-in in the app, and can you see it?
- Program and lesson access. Can you deliver a multi-week program with lessons, worksheets and drip timing?
- Messaging. Direct messages between you and the client, not just a comment thread.
- Community. Group chat or a feed for peer masterminds and cohorts.
- Notifications and reminders. Session reminders and nudges that reach the phone.
- Progress tracking. Goals, streaks or metrics the client can see moving.
- How branded it feels. Whether clients see your brand or the vendor's.
- iPhone and Android availability. A real native app, or a mobile browser only.
- Back-office connection. Whether booking, payments and client notes live in the same system as the app.
The direct coaching-practice substitutes (Practice Better, CoachAccountable, Satori, Paperbell) sit in the middle of the list because they handle the back office well but deliver less inside a client app. Community platforms rank higher because founders value peer groups, though none of them tracks one client's habits.
1. Coachful: why is it the best overall client app for entrepreneur coaches?
Wins when: you run multi-week programs for founders, want daily accountability between calls, and would rather not stitch together a booking tool, a course host, a community and an email platform.
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one app. That client app runs on iPhone and Android and shows your branding inside the Coachful app. It is not published under your own App Store account, which is worth knowing if a custom store listing matters to you (our article on custom branded coaching apps covers that trade-off).

What a founder sees in the app
Programs run in weeks, with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits. Clients answer morning and evening check-ins, watch goals fill progress bars and build streaks. For an entrepreneur program that might be a 12-week "first $10k month" plan where week three's goal is a priced offer, the daily tasks are outreach, and the habit is a 90-minute deep-work block. Those numbers are an example, not a promise.

Courses (modules, lessons, drip schedules and completion tracking), downloads, videos, books and AI tools all appear in the client's branded home and app. When a client enrolls in a group program, a cohort group is created automatically, so a mastermind has a place to talk from day one. The community side includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, plus group calls and webinars.

For the moments between sessions when a founder wants a sounding board, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with; you configure it and choose who gets it. More on that on the AI coaching assistant page.
What feeds back to the coach
Everything the client does lands on one client record: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A founder who stops checking in during a fundraising sprint shows up as quiet before they ghost a session. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data to brief you before each call, summarize recorded sessions and draft follow-up emails. Questions and planning with Michelle are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
The back office sits in the same system. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026 (only processing fees apply). Coaching agreements are signed electronically before the first call. If you coach other coaches toward credentials, ICF hour tracking counts hours and clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what the client answers:
Where Coachful falls short
It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. There is no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters if your coaching firm sells into enterprises. Routing forms that pick a host from form answers are not available, and there are no third-party plugins. The client app lives under the Coachful listing, as noted above.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, lead quiz, webinar or automation), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you. One recent build: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another: a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Who it is for: coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team (Studio and Agency plans add seats), and anyone replacing four to six tools. Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). How to start: take a free trial, then request the white-glove build so your first program and client app are ready before you invite founders. See also Coachful for business coaches.
2. Heartbeat: is it the right app for a paid founder community?
Wins when: the product you sell is the peer group itself, such as a founders' circle or a membership for small agency owners, and you want members on a phone app from the cheapest plan.
Heartbeat is a community platform. Its pricing page, checked today, lists iOS and Android apps in the feature table, with discussions, chat channels, direct messages, events with RSVPs and reminders, voice and video rooms, evergreen and cohort-based courses, documents and workflows. Push and in-app notifications are listed too. For an entrepreneur community, that covers the daily conversation layer well.
Pricing, as listed in October 2026: Build at $49/month ($40/month billed annually) for up to 350 members, Grow at $149/month ($124 annually), and Scale at $849/month ($766 annually) with unlimited members and a white-label branded mobile app. Heartbeat adds a transaction fee of 5% on Build, 2.5% on Grow and 1.25% on Scale on top of Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required.
The gaps are on the individual client side. Our reading of the pricing page found no per-client habits, private check-ins or one-to-one booking pages, so a coach running 1:1 founder engagements alongside the community would need a second tool for sessions and payments plans. The app also shows Heartbeat's branding below Grow, where branding removal is listed.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is mostly a community subscription, you have few 1:1 clients, and an app on every member's phone from the first plan matters more than habit tracking.
3. Mighty Networks: does it fit a large mastermind network?
Wins when: you are building a network of hundreds of founders with courses, livestreams and events, and the community is the main product.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, and members use Mighty-branded apps. Having your own branded app requires the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. Plans as listed in October 2026: Launch at $95/month ($79 annually) with 3 hosts, 200 GB storage and 20 livestream hours a month for up to 100 attendees; Scale at $215/month ($179 annually) with 5 hosts and 30 livestream hours for 200 attendees; Growth at $354/month billed annually with 10 hosts and 1,000-attendee livestreams. There is a 14-day trial with no card, and trials include Growth features.
Mighty takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. For a founder network charging a few hundred dollars a month per member, that fee adds up and should be part of your stack math.
For one-to-one coaching, Mighty is thin. Our notes list no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews when we checked in October 2026. If you run a hybrid offer, read our page on community platforms for coaches before you split the client experience across two apps.
Pick it over Coachful if you are running a large network where livestreams and member-to-member discovery matter more than each client's daily plan.
4. Circle: when does a premium membership community win?
Wins when: you run a high-ticket cohort or alumni community and care about a polished, customizable space with courses and live streams.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Its branded mobile apps come only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan. Prices as listed in October 2026 are annual-billing figures: Professional at $89/month with 3 admins, Business at $199/month and Scale at $419/month. Circle takes 2% of payments on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe. A 14-day trial with no card is offered on the three main plans. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 129 reviews in October 2026.
From the founder's point of view, Circle feels like a well-run private forum and classroom. What it does not do, per our notes, is one-to-one scheduling, client management, or per-client habits, check-ins and coaching plans. So the accountability layer that makes entrepreneur coaching stick (did they make the calls they committed to?) has to live elsewhere.
Circle also includes AI credits on each plan (2,500 a month on Professional and Business), useful for drafting community content. It is a strong fit for an alumni group after your core program ends.
Pick it over Coachful if your community design and member experience are the product and you already track individual client work in another system.
5. Kajabi: is a course platform enough for founder clients?
Wins when: most of your revenue comes from courses and digital products sold to many business owners, with coaching as an upsell.

Kajabi bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email marketing for selling knowledge products. Our vendor notes do not cover its mobile app, so check the app stores for the current client experience before relying on it. What the notes do say: there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, and coaching is handled as products and communities, not per-client plans.
Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic at $179/month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth at $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro at $499/month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another provider (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%. The trial is 14 days.
Kajabi has the largest review base here, 3.4 from 2,347 reviews on Trustpilot in October 2026. For an entrepreneur coach selling a $500 self-paced launch course to hundreds of buyers, it does the job. For a coach with 15 founders on a six-month retainer, much of the price pays for marketing scale you will not use. Our course platform for coaches page explains how courses work inside Coachful's client app instead.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses at volume, need a mature marketing suite built around digital products, and your 1:1 coaching is a small share of revenue.
6. Practice Better: what do coaches with a clinical edge get?
Wins when: you coach founders on health and performance as well as business, and want charting, telehealth and a client portal in one place.

Practice Better is practice management built for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. We cover the client side in detail in our Practice Better app review. Note that evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on the Plus plan.
Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) with unlimited clients; Team is $155/month ($145 annually) for two practitioners. Trials run 14 days, or 30 days on Team. Payments go through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.
For a pure business coach, much of Practice Better (charting, nutrition focus) is surplus, and an older profile we hold notes there is no website builder or funnel pages. The free Sprout plan is a reasonable way to test a portal with three founder clients.
Pick it over Coachful if your work with entrepreneurs includes health or nutrition practice that genuinely needs charting and telehealth records.
7. CoachAccountable: which coaches still prefer a web-only tool?
Wins when: your method lives on numbers (weekly revenue, calls made, pipeline value) and your clients are happy to log in from a browser.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics tracking suits entrepreneur coaching well: a client can log weekly revenue and you see the trend. However, an older profile we hold says it has no native mobile app, so clients use the mobile browser. It is also listed as having no landing pages, website or marketing automation.
Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month for 2, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50, and Level 5 $400 for 100. That gets expensive for large group programs. The trial is 30 days with no card and no limits. Reviewers like it: Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews, the highest rating in this list.
If the browser-only experience gives you pause, our list of CoachAccountable alternatives compares options with native apps.
Pick it over Coachful if your clients are already disciplined desktop users and you want deep metric tracking more than a phone-first app or a community.
8. Satori: a lean back office for session-based founders?
Wins when: you sell session packages, keep a small active roster, and want low cost with billing based only on active paying clients.

Satori covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Billing counts only active clients. An older profile says there is no native mobile app and no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community.
Plans: Essentials at $33/month ($27.50 annually) for up to 10 active paying clients (verified in October 2026); Pro at $49/month ($40.83 annually), which an older profile lists at 50 active clients; Leader at $124/month ($103.33 annually). There is also a free Scholar plan for people studying for a coaching certification, by application. The trial is 15 days with no card, with a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up. Satori adds no charge on client payments; PayPal and Stripe fees apply.
For founder clients, Satori handles the paperwork side cleanly, but there is nowhere for daily habits or peer conversation, and without a native app the between-session experience is limited.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is purely session-based, you have under ten paying clients, and you want the lowest-cost admin tool with PayPal support.
9. Paperbell: simple admin, but where is the app?
Wins when: you are a solo coach who wants one flat price for booking, packages, payments and contracts, and your clients do not need much between calls.

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. One plan costs $97/month ($80.83 annually) with unlimited clients and sessions, as listed in October 2026. Paperbell states no additional transaction fees; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and an older profile notes a 7-day trial with the public site offline.
For a client app comparison, Paperbell's main weakness is plain: an older profile lists no native mobile app (mobile browser only), and no courses, community, goal or habit tracking. A founder can book and pay smoothly, then has nothing to open on Wednesday. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews. Our Paperbell alternatives page lists tools that add a client app.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, want PayPal, and do not plan to run programs, habits or a community.
10. Skool: how far can a low-cost community take you?
Wins when: you want a cheap, gamified group for a free or low-ticket founder community that feeds a higher-priced offer.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. Our vendor notes do not cover its mobile apps, so confirm the app experience yourself. Hobby costs $9/month ($7.50 annually) and Pro $99/month ($82.50 annually), both with unlimited members, courses and live calls. The catch is fees: Hobby takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction; Pro takes 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments run only through Skool Payments.
Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels or email automation, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026. Leaderboards can motivate competitive founders, but they are not the same as a private accountability plan.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a very low-cost top-of-funnel community and will move paying clients into a separate coaching system.
11. ABC Trainerize: for founders whose goal is energy and fitness?
Wins when: you coach executives and founders mainly on physical performance, such as training, nutrition and recovery routines.

ABC Trainerize is a personal-training app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. As listed in October 2026: Basic free for 1 client, Grow $10/month for 2, Pro from $25/month for 5 clients (tiers up to 200), and Studio Plus at $275/month for 500 or more. The 30-day trial needs no card and allows unlimited clients, then reverts to the free plan. Scheduling, product sales, payments and video are paid add-ons below Studio.
There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, and an older profile notes incomplete client data export. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 100 reviews. For a business coach, the app is a mismatch unless training is part of the program.
Pick it over Coachful if your founder clients mostly want a training program with logged workouts and you need nothing for courses or business content. (Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts if you want both in one app.)
12. Everfit: a free fitness app as a side tool?
Wins when: you add a short fitness or habit challenge for up to five founder clients and want it at zero cost.

Everfit is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count. As listed in October 2026: Starter is free for up to 5 clients; Pro starts at $19/month ($16 annually) for 5 clients, $49 for 20 and $95 for 50; Studio starts at $105/month for 50 clients. The 30-day trial needs no card. Automation (Autoflow), payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, and there is no course builder, website or email marketing. Trustpilot showed 2.7 from 16 reviews.
For entrepreneur coaches it is a narrow tool, useful for a wellbeing side track rather than as the main client app.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a no-cost, fitness-specific app for a handful of clients and run your business coaching elsewhere.
How do the 12 apps compare on client experience?
Coachful is the only app here that covers every row. "Not in notes" means our vendor notes do not confirm the feature, not that it is missing.

What does a day in the Coachful app look like for one founder client?
Consider an illustrative client: the owner of a two-person design studio, in week four of a 12-week growth program. This is an example of how the features fit together, not a customer story.
- 7:40 am. She opens the app and answers the morning check-in: today's one priority is sending two proposals. The habit "90-minute deep-work block" is waiting on her home screen, with a 9-day streak.
- Midday. Between client meetings she opens this week's lesson in the program, a 10-minute video on value-based pricing with a downloadable worksheet you attached.
- 3:15 pm. A prospect pushes back on price. She posts in the cohort group created when she enrolled, and two peers reply with how they handled it. She sends you a direct message too.
- Evening. The evening check-in asks what got done and how her energy was. She logs one proposal sent and marks the habit done. Her weekly goal progress bar moves to 60%.
- Next morning, before your call. She gets the session reminder. You open her client record: Michelle's briefing summarizes her week, her check-ins and her message, so the call starts on pricing confidence instead of a status update.
Every step happened in one app with one login, and none of it needed you to copy data between tools. That is the core reason Coachful ranks first.
What do three example stacks cost each month?
These are example stacks for a coach with about 15 active founder clients, using list prices from October 2026 (monthly billing). Payment processing and per-sale platform fees come on top.
| Stack | What clients get | Monthly cost | Gaps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful alone | One branded app with habits, check-ins, programs, courses, community, messaging; booking, payments and contracts in the same system | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | No PayPal; app is under the Coachful listing |
| Community-led: Heartbeat Build + Satori Essentials | A community app for peers; browser-based booking and invoices for 1:1 work | $49 + $33 = $82, plus Heartbeat's 5% transaction fee | No habits or check-ins; two logins; Satori caps at 10 active paying clients, so 15 clients needs Pro ($49), making it $98 |
| Course-led: Kajabi Basic + CoachAccountable Level 3 | Courses and community in Kajabi; metrics and action plans on the web for 20 clients | $179 + $120 = $299 | Two logins; CoachAccountable has no native app; Kajabi Basic has 0 AI credits |
The pattern is consistent: a two-tool stack can look cheap, but your clients end up with two logins and no single place for daily accountability. For more on payments specifically, see our comparison of coaching apps with payments.
What mistakes do entrepreneur coaches make when choosing a client app?
- Buying a community when clients need accountability. A feed is not a commitment tracker. Founders need private goals and check-ins as much as peers.
- Assuming "mobile friendly" means an app. Several tools here are browser-only. Ask whether there is a native iPhone and Android app before you sign.
- Ignoring per-sale fees. A 2% to 10% platform fee on a $1,500 monthly retainer is real money over a year.
- Paying for a custom App Store listing too early. Your own store listing usually sits on top-tier or custom-priced plans (Heartbeat Scale, Mighty Pro, Circle Plus). Branding inside a shared app is enough for most practices; our guide on how to create a coaching app walks through the options.
- Splitting the client journey across too many tools. Each extra login reduces how often busy clients show up.
Which is the best app for entrepreneur coaches overall?
Coachful, for most coaches who run programs for founders and small-business owners. It is the only app in this list that puts habits, morning and evening check-ins, weekly program goals, courses, a community and direct messages in one iPhone and Android app with your branding, while booking, payments, contracts and the client record sit behind it. Heartbeat is the strongest choice when the community is the whole product; Kajabi wins for course volume; CoachAccountable suits metric-driven coaches whose clients do not mind the browser.
Start with a free trial and ask the team to build your first program or site with the white-glove service, so your clients' app is ready on day one. Related reading: client communication platforms for coaches and the best app for communication skills coaches.
Frequently asked questions
Does Coachful give my clients an app with my own branding?
Yes. Clients use the Coachful app on iPhone and Android, and inside it they see your branding, your programs and your community. The app is published under the Coachful listing, not under your own App Store account.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan. From Create you choose "We'll build it for you", describe the website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset you need, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Which apps on this list have no native mobile app?
Per the vendor profiles we hold, CoachAccountable, Satori and Paperbell have no native client app, so clients use a mobile browser. For Kajabi and Skool our notes do not cover the app, so check the app stores yourself.
Can founder clients track business metrics like revenue in Coachful?
Clients can set goals with progress bars, follow daily tasks and habits, and answer check-ins that you design, so a weekly revenue question fits naturally into a check-in. If your method relies on charting many numeric metrics over time, CoachAccountable's metrics feature is purpose-built for that.
Is a community app like Circle or Mighty Networks enough for business coaching?
For a mastermind, often yes. For individual accountability, no: our notes list no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans in either, and no 1:1 scheduling, so you would add a second tool.
Do any of these apps take a cut of my sales?
Several do. As listed in October 2026, Heartbeat charges 1.25% to 5%, Mighty Networks 0.5% to 2%, Circle 0.5% to 2%, and Skool up to 10% + 30¢ on Hobby, all before processing. Coachful has had a 0% platform fee since August 2026, leaving only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I run group programs and 1:1 clients in the same app?
In Coachful, yes. Group program enrollment creates a cohort group automatically, and 1:1 clients have their own goals, check-ins and sessions on the same client record. See group coaching software for how cohorts work.
Is Coachful suitable if I also coach on health?
Coachful works for health and fitness coaching through programs, habits and the Fitness & Nutrition pack, but it is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical record-keeping. Coaching is not medical treatment; refer clients to a licensed professional when a concern goes beyond coaching.
Can I try Coachful before paying?
Yes, there is a free trial, though no permanent no-cost plan. Plans are flat monthly prices, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
How do I move my existing clients into the app?
During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you. You can also export full client data as a ZIP at any time, so you are not locked in.
