Best Scheduling Software for Wellness Coaches: 7 Picks

Best Scheduling Software for Wellness Coaches: 7 Picks

The best scheduling software for wellness coaches does more than fill a calendar. A wellness client rarely books one call. They buy a block of sessions, fill in an intake about sleep, stress or energy, pay up front, need a reminder before a 7 a.m. call, and then spend the six days between sessions trying to change a habit on their own. So the deciding question is simple: does the tool handle the package, the payment, the intake and the reminder, and does it give the client anything to do after they hang up?

Our pick is Coachful, because it covers that whole loop under one login: booking pages with session credits and payments, intake questions, reminders by email, SMS and WhatsApp, automatic video links, and then programs with habits and daily check-ins that keep the client moving between calls. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six other picks below with their real prices as listed in October 2026. If you only need a booking link, a cheaper scheduler may suit you better, and we say which one for which situation.

What do wellness coaches need from scheduling software?

Wellness coaches need scheduling that sells and tracks packages, takes payment at booking, collects a short non-clinical intake, sends reminders that actually reduce no-shows, and handles video and time zones without manual work. The booking itself is the easy part. What separates tools is how they handle the work around it.

Here is what a typical wellness practice books in a month, and what each item asks of the software:

  • Free discovery calls. Short, unpaid, often booked from a lead magnet or Instagram bio. You want a few intake questions (what brought you here, what have you tried) and an easy way to follow up when the person does not buy.
  • Packages of 6 to 12 sessions. Most wellness programs are sold as a block: a 12-week stress reset, an 8-week sleep program, a 3-month energy and nutrition plan. The software needs session credits that count down, so a client can book their next call without paying again and without you tracking it in a spreadsheet.
  • Recurring check-in calls. Weekly or fortnightly 30-minute calls at the same time slot, often early morning or lunchtime.
  • Group sessions. Breathwork circles, group habit calls, menopause or sleep cohorts. Multiple attendees, one link.
  • Corporate wellness work. If you run workshops for employers, you may book across offices and time zones. See our guide on software for corporate wellness coaches for that side of the business.

Then come the scope issues that are specific to this niche. Wellness coaching is not medical treatment. A booking form is the wrong place to collect diagnoses, medication lists or lab results, and a general scheduling tool is not a clinical record system. The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) frames coaching as supporting behavior change within a client's own goals, not diagnosing or prescribing. If a client mentions chest pain, fainting, signs of an eating disorder, thoughts of self-harm, or wants to change medication, refer them to a doctor or licensed therapist before continuing. If you bill health insurance or work inside a clinic, you may count as a covered entity under HIPAA (see the HHS covered entities guidance), and you need a system that signs a business associate agreement. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

For the wider picture beyond booking, our best software for wellness coaches roundup covers the full stack, and the general scheduling software for coaches guide covers every coaching niche.

Which scheduling tool fits which wellness coaching situation?

Coachful is the best overall pick; the other six each win a narrower situation. Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey from booking to between-session work, package and payment handling at booking, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

How did we choose these seven tools?

We started from what a wellness client goes through: finds you, books a discovery call, buys a package, signs an agreement, books sessions, shows up, and then works on habits until the next call. Each tool was scored on how much of that path it covers without a second product.

We did not run hands-on tests. Prices and limits come from each vendor's own pricing page as listed in October 2026, and from vendor documentation. Where a vendor did not state something (a trial length, an SMS limit), we say so instead of guessing. Ratings mentioned are Trustpilot scores seen in October 2026. We looked at:

  1. Packages and session credits. Can a client buy six sessions once and book them over time?
  2. Payments at booking. Which processors, and is there a platform fee on top?
  3. Intake. Questions on the booking form, and where the answers end up.
  4. Reminders. Email only, or also text messages, and on which plan.
  5. Video and time zones. Automatic meeting links and correct local times for the client.
  6. After the booking. Client record, notes, programs, habits and check-ins between sessions.
  7. Total cost. The scheduler plus whatever else you need to deliver a wellness program.

Direct coaching platforms (Practice Better and Paperbell) sit in the middle of the list because they do more than schedulers but less between sessions than Coachful. Pure schedulers sit around them depending on how well they handle packages and payments.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall for wellness coaches?

Coachful wins when your coaching is a program, not a string of single appointments. It handles the booking, takes the payment, collects the intake, sends the reminders and creates the video link, and then the same client opens a branded app where their habits, check-ins and goals live between sessions.

A client coaching hub on a tablet showing the next session and pre-session work
Coachful's client coaching hub with the next session and pre-session work, on a tablet beside a water bottle and eucalyptus.

What Coachful is, in short. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app under the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, does not take PayPal and has no permanent free plan. You start with a free trial, and the Coachful team can build your setup for you at no cost. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and its Trustpilot score was 4.5 from 21 reviews in October 2026.

How booking works for a wellness practice

Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers between sessions and a minimum notice period, so nobody grabs a 6 a.m. slot at 5:50. Time zones are detected for the client, which matters when a client travels or you coach across countries. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, so a dentist appointment in your personal calendar blocks that slot. Every session gets a link automatically: built-in video, or an auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting.

Reminders go out by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and by WhatsApp 1 hour before. For early-morning wellness calls, a nudge one hour before is the reminder that arrives closest to the session.

Here is the scheduling side in a short walkthrough:

Packages, credits and payment at the moment of booking

Sessions can be paid or drawn from session credits, which is how wellness packages usually work: a client buys a 12-week reset that includes six calls and books each one against their credits. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and support one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax available. Each transaction produces an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, so the scope line ("this is coaching, not medical care") is signed before anything starts. Our coaching contracts page covers that piece.

Intake questions that land on the client record

You can ask intake questions on the booking form. The answers sit on the client record next to goals, check-ins, habits, notes, tags, payments and sessions. The Intakes page tracks discovery calls as prospects, so you can see who booked, who is upcoming and who converted.

What happens after the call

This is where Coachful separates from every scheduler on this list. You can build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A sleep client logs a wind-down habit each evening; a stress client answers a two-question morning check-in. Each client gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before each session from the client's live data. Session notes show up for the client in their coaching hub.

If your work leans into movement or food, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder, nutrition targets, meal plans and private progress photos (see fitness and nutrition). For group work there are cohort groups created on program enrollment, group calls and community. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability, and multi-coach session types can assign by round-robin or least-busy.

Limits worth knowing

Coachful is not a clinical record system: no BAA, no insurance billing. It has no PayPal, no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so wearable data stays in the client's own apps. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built, such as a website, a booking funnel, a program, an intake form or an email sequence, and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. More in how the white-glove service works.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. The scheduling software page shows the booking features in more detail.

2. Acuity Scheduling: is it the strongest pure scheduler for packages?

Acuity wins for the wellness coach who wants a dedicated scheduler with packages, memberships and intake forms, and who is happy to deliver everything between sessions somewhere else. It is owned by Squarespace, which makes it a natural fit if your site already runs there.

Acuity Scheduling homepage introducing its appointment booking tool
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

For a wellness practice, the useful parts are concrete. You can sell a package of sessions and let clients redeem them, or run a monthly membership for ongoing check-in calls. Intake forms attach to appointment types, so a discovery call can ask different questions from a follow-up. Payments go through your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account, with no Acuity fee mentioned on the pricing page; the processor's rates apply.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month ($16/month billed annually) with one calendar, Standard $34/month ($27 annual) with up to six calendars, Premium $69/month ($55 annual) with up to 36 calendars, and a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan has a 7-day free trial without a card. Two details shape the real cost for wellness coaches. Text reminders start on Standard, so a solo coach who wants SMS reminders pays $34 a month, not $20. And a HIPAA BAA is only available on Premium, which is relevant only if you are in fact a covered entity.

The limits are on the other side of the call. Acuity has no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A sleep client books through Acuity, then gets their homework by email or a separate app. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.6 from 687 reviews in October 2026, a lower score than most tools here.

Pick it over Coachful if you already run your site on Squarespace, your clients want to pay with PayPal or Venmo, and your between-session support lives in a tool you are happy to keep.

3. Calendly: when does the corporate wellness default make sense?

Calendly is the right call when your wellness clients are employers and their staff, and the HR team already books everything through Calendly links. Meeting your buyer in the tool they know removes friction from corporate workshop bookings.

Calendly homepage introducing its scheduling and booking pages
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

It is a scheduling tool only: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings. Payments connect to your own Stripe or PayPal with no Calendly fee documented, so you pay those processors' rates. You can add booking questions, but there are no full intake questionnaires, no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no contracts or invoicing.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection for 1:1 scheduling. That one event type is the catch for wellness coaches: you cannot offer a free discovery call and a paid follow-up on the free plan. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually, with up to six calendar connections and unlimited event types (the monthly rate was not shown). Teams is $16 per seat per month annually, Teams Plus $24, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum. The pricing page did not state a trial length on the day we checked; an older profile listed a 14-day Teams trial with no card. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews.

Per-seat pricing is the second thing to watch. A wellness practice with three coaches pays three seats. Packages and session credits are not part of what we found documented, so a 12-session program means tracking remaining sessions yourself.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your bookings come from corporate clients who expect a Calendly link, and your one-to-one wellness clients are few enough to manage by hand.

4. Practice Better: should nutrition-leaning practitioners choose it?

Practice Better suits the wellness professional whose work looks more like a practitioner's: nutritionists, dietitian-adjacent coaches and functional wellness practices that keep charts. It combines scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal and is built for wellness and nutrition practitioners.

Practice Better homepage introducing its practice management platform for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Its pricing as listed in October 2026 runs on client caps. Sprout is free for 3 clients and 1 practitioner with 100 MB storage. Starter is $35/month ($25 annual) for 10 clients. Professional is $69/month ($59 annual) for 300 clients. Plus is $99/month ($89 annual) for unlimited clients and three admins. Team is $155/month ($145 annual) with two practitioners and up to 200 at $50 each. Paid plans have a 14-day trial (30 days on Team), with no contracts. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; rates were not listed.

Practice Better pricing page with its plan tiers
Practice Better's pricing page in October 2026.

The plan detail that catches wellness coaches: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS all start on Plus at $99/month. On Starter or Professional, your clients get reminders without SMS and a portal without your branding. Older profile notes say there is no website builder or funnel pages, so you need a separate site and lead capture. Below the Team plan, each account has one practitioner. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Compared with Coachful, Practice Better leans clinical (charting, telehealth) while Coachful leans coaching (habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks, community, funnels and a website). If you want the comparison in depth, read Practice Better alternatives for wellness coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you keep practitioner-style charts, run protocols that look like clinical care plans, or need a vendor that offers a BAA (confirm this with Practice Better directly, as our pricing notes do not cover it).

5. Paperbell: is one flat price enough for a solo wellness coach?

Paperbell fits the solo wellness coach who sells packages and wants booking, payment and paperwork in one flat price, without programs or habit tracking. Think of a coach who sells three-month packages, holds every session live and sends homework as a PDF.

Paperbell homepage introducing its all-in-one admin tool for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

One plan covers it: $97/month or $80.83/month billed annually, as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. The "Try For Free" button does not show a trial length on the pricing page; Paperbell's help center (July 2026) described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off during the trial. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees"; Stripe or PayPal processing applies.

For wellness work the strengths are packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. A client can buy a six-session stress package, sign the agreement and book the first call in one flow. Older profile notes list the gaps: no courses, no community, no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). That last gap matters in this niche because habit work happens on phones, every day. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews, a small sample.

The price is per coach, so a second coach means a second subscription. Our Paperbell alternatives page lists other options if that is a blocker.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a single fixed price with unlimited clients from day one, you take PayPal, and your clients do all their work live in sessions rather than in an app between them.

6. Setmore: what does a small wellness studio get for free?

Setmore wins for a small wellness studio, such as a yoga, massage-adjacent or breathwork space, where several staff need booking pages and nobody wants to pay per seat on day one. Its free plan covers up to four users with unlimited appointments.

Setmore homepage introducing its appointment scheduling app
Setmore's homepage in October 2026.

That free tier is generous on headcount but thin on features: one email reminder, no SMS and no two-way calendar sync, as listed in October 2026. Without two-way sync, a coach who blocks personal time in Google Calendar can still be booked over it. Pro costs $12 per user per month, or $5 per user per month billed annually, with unlimited users and 500 SMS credits per user each month. Pro comes with a 30-day "risk-free" period with refunds on request; the pricing page does not say whether a card is needed. Enterprise is custom. Setmore had the highest Trustpilot score in this list at 4.9 from 3,274 reviews.

Setmore takes payments, with processor rates applying and no Setmore fee shown. Packages of sessions and intake forms were not something we found documented on its pricing page, and there are no contracts, invoicing workflow, client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community. For a studio that sells drop-in classes and single appointments, that is fine. For a coach selling a 10-week program, it is half the job.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a studio with several practitioners taking single appointments, you want to start at zero cost, and you have no plans to deliver programs or track habits online.

7. TidyCal: can a side practice get paid bookings for almost nothing?

TidyCal is for the wellness coach running a side practice: a handful of clients, paid sessions and a strong preference for the lowest possible bill. It is an AppSumo product, sold with free, lifetime and monthly options.

TidyCal homepage introducing its low-cost booking pages
TidyCal's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes unlimited booking types and bookings, with one readable and one writable calendar and basic integrations (Google, Office 365, Apple). Individual and Agency Lifetime plans offer 10 readable calendars; Agency Lifetime adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada. Lifetime prices were not shown in our notes, so check the current deal. Pro is $12/month ($8.25 annual) with unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders. There is no trial stated.

The fee detail is worth reading twice. TidyCal charges a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments on the Free and Lifetime plans, and 0% on Pro, with Stripe's fees on top. For example, a wellness coach taking $2,000 a month in session payments through the Free plan pays $20 a month to TidyCal in fees, more than Pro costs. Paid bookings and packages are supported, which handles the basic "buy five sessions" offer.

Beyond booking there is little: no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 182 reviews. For more low-cost options, see the cheapest scheduling software for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if wellness coaching is a side project with a few paying clients, you only need a booking link that takes payment, and you will keep everything else in email and notes.

How do the seven tools compare feature by feature?

Only Coachful and the two coaching platforms cover anything after the booking, and only Coachful adds habits and daily check-ins. The matrix below uses each vendor's own documentation as listed in October 2026; "not documented" means we did not find it, not that it is impossible.

What does a full wellness coaching stack cost each month?

A scheduler alone is cheap; the cost appears when you add everything a wellness program needs. Here are three example stacks for a coach with about 15 active clients. Prices for other vendors are as listed in October 2026 at monthly rates where shown; the tools you would add on top vary, so we name them rather than invent a figure.

Example stackWhat it coversWhat you still addMonthly cost of listed tools
Coachful aloneBooking, credits, payments, intake, reminders, video links, agreements, programs, habits, check-ins, website, emailPayment processing onlySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients
Acuity Standard + separate habit app + website + email toolBooking, packages, intake, SMS remindersHabit or check-in app, website, email marketing, contracts$34 for Acuity, plus the other three
Practice Better ProfessionalBooking, telehealth, charting, programs, unbranded portalWebsite, funnels, email marketing; Plus ($99) if you want SMS and branding$69, or $99 on Plus

At 40 clients the picture shifts. Practice Better Starter caps at 10 clients, so you are on Professional or Plus. Paperbell stays at $97 regardless. Acuity's price does not depend on clients but on calendars. Coachful's lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (for 40 clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients). Our habit tracking apps for wellness coaches guide shows what the separate habit app in stack two might be.

How would a wellness coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an example setup for a fictional coach selling an "8-Week Sleep and Stress Reset" with six 45-minute calls, plus free 20-minute discovery calls. Numbers are illustrative.

  1. Connect your calendar and payments. Link Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook for two-way sync, then connect your Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.
  2. Set availability with wellness-friendly rules. Open early-morning and lunchtime slots, add a 15-minute buffer after each call for notes, and set a 12-hour minimum notice so nobody books the slot you just woke up for.
  3. Create the discovery call. A free 20-minute session type with three intake questions: what you want to change, what you have tried, and whether a doctor is currently involved in this area. Keep it non-clinical; do not ask for diagnoses or medication lists.
  4. Create the program offer. Sell the 8-week reset with six session credits, as a one-time payment or a payment plan. Add a coupon for referrals if you like.
  5. Attach the agreement. Send the coaching agreement with e-signature before the first paid call, including your scope line and when you will refer to a doctor or therapist.
  6. Choose the video link. Built-in video, or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links on each session.
  7. Turn on reminders. Email reminders, plus SMS at 24 hours and WhatsApp at 1 hour once messaging is enabled.
  8. Build the between-session program. Weekly goals (week 1: consistent wake time), daily tasks, a wind-down habit, a two-question morning check-in on sleep quality and an evening check-in on stress. The flow library has morning and evening check-in templates to start from.
  9. Watch the client record. Before each call, read the check-ins and the AI briefing, and look at whether the client shows as thriving, quiet or at risk.

If you would rather not do steps 3 to 8 yourself, request them through the white-glove service and fill the gaps it leaves for you. The health coach page shows how other wellness-adjacent coaches use the same setup.

What mistakes do wellness coaches make when choosing scheduling software?

The most common mistake is choosing on booking features alone and then bolting on three more tools to deliver the program. Other mistakes to avoid:

  • Collecting clinical data in a booking form. Symptoms, diagnoses and medications do not belong in a general scheduling tool. Ask for goals and context, and refer clinical questions out.
  • Selling single sessions. Behavior change takes weeks. Tools without packages or credits push you toward pay-per-call, which makes it easy for a client to stop before the habit sticks.
  • Skipping text reminders to save a few dollars. Early-morning calls are the easiest to forget. Check which plan unlocks SMS before comparing prices (Acuity Standard, Practice Better Plus, Setmore Pro, TidyCal Pro).
  • Ignoring platform fees. A 1% fee looks small until your monthly session revenue grows.
  • No buffers. Back-to-back 60-minute wellness calls leave no time for notes or a breath.
  • Forgetting time zones for traveling clients. Make sure the client sees their local time, not yours.
  • Leaving the six days between calls empty. If the tool ends at the booking, plan where habits and check-ins will live before you launch.

Which scheduling software should a wellness coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your wellness coaching runs as programs and you want booking, payments, intake, reminders and between-session habits in one place, with the free white-glove build to get set up. Choose Acuity for a dedicated scheduler with packages and PayPal or Venmo, Calendly for corporate clients who live in it, Practice Better for chart-heavy nutrition work, Paperbell for one flat admin price, Setmore for a free multi-staff studio, and TidyCal for a low-cost side practice.

Whatever you choose, keep the scope line visible: coaching supports change, it does not treat, and clients with medical red flags go to a clinician first. For more on booking tools in general, see booking software for coaches and scheduling software for health coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best scheduling software for wellness coaches?

Coachful is our pick because it covers packages, payments, intake, reminders and video links, and then gives clients habits and check-ins between sessions. If you only need a booking link, Acuity or TidyCal can be enough. We make Coachful, so compare the matrix above against your own needs.

Can wellness coaches sell session packages through a scheduler?

Yes, with the right tool. Coachful uses session credits, Acuity offers packages and memberships, and Paperbell and TidyCal support packages. Calendly and Setmore did not document packages in what we reviewed.

Do I need HIPAA-compliant scheduling as a wellness coach?

Usually only if you are a covered entity, for example billing health insurance or working inside a clinic. Check the HHS guidance and with an attorney if unsure. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; Acuity offers a BAA only on Premium.

What should a wellness intake form on a booking page ask?

Keep it to goals, what the client has tried, and preferences such as session time. Avoid diagnoses, medications and lab results. If a client raises a medical red flag, refer them before coaching continues.

Which tool has the cheapest SMS reminders?

Setmore Pro is $12 per user per month ($5 annual) with 500 SMS credits, and TidyCal Pro is $12 per month ($8.25 annual) with unlimited SMS reminders, as listed in October 2026. Coachful sends SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.

Is there a free scheduling tool good enough for wellness coaching?

Calendly, Setmore, TidyCal and Practice Better have free plans, each with tight limits: one event type, no SMS, a 1% payment fee, or three clients. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you describe what you want built, such as a booking funnel, website, program or intake form, and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, and never invents credentials, testimonials or prices. It is free on every plan.

Can clients pay with PayPal in Coachful?

No. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. If PayPal is essential, Acuity, Calendly and Paperbell support it.

Does Coachful sync with wearables like Fitbit or Oura?

No. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log habits and check-ins in the app instead.

How do I move my existing clients into a new scheduler?
