Best Software for High Performance Coaches: Top 10 for 2026

Best Software for High Performance Coaches: Top 10 for 2026

The best software for high performance coaches is the one that keeps a driven client moving between sessions, not just the one that books the next call. High performers (founders, executives, athletes, surgeons, salespeople) rarely stall in the session itself. They stall on a Tuesday afternoon when the plan meets a full calendar. So the deciding question is simple: which tool carries a client through attract, enroll, deliver and retain without you stitching four apps together?

Our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is concrete: it puts booking, contracts, payments, multi-week programs with daily habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email under one login, with one branded app for the client. Below are nine other tools that do parts of that job well, with prices as listed in October 2026, the limits vendors document and the situations where each one is the better choice.

If you are still shaping the offer itself, start with how to start a high performance coaching business, then come back here to pick the stack.

What does a high performance coach's client journey actually look like?

It runs in four stages, and each one asks something different of your software. Most tools are strong in one or two stages; the gaps show up in the handoffs between them.

Attract: proof and a clear next step

High performers buy from people who look like they operate at the same level. That means a sharp website, a lead magnet (a performance audit, a focus scorecard, a 7-day energy reset) and a single call to action. Software here needs a site builder, a funnel or landing page, email capture and tracking so you know which podcast or LinkedIn post brought the lead.

Enroll: an application, a call and paperwork that does not slow anyone down

Many performance coaches sell by application: a short form, a discovery call, then a proposal. The client is busy and often paid by their employer. You need booking with intake questions, a signed coaching agreement before the first session, and payment options that include payment plans or subscriptions. For more on the paperwork side, see our guide to e-signature software for coaches and the coaching contracts page.

Deliver: the work between sessions

This is where performance coaching earns its fee. A typical engagement mixes a weekly or fortnightly 1:1, a daily habit stack (sleep, deep-work blocks, training, recovery), morning and evening check-ins, and a quarterly goal with visible progress. Some coaches add a small cohort or mastermind. The software has to hold all of that in a place the client actually opens, and show you who is slipping before the next call.

Retain: renewals, alumni and referrals

Results are the renewal pitch. You want streaks, goal progress and session notes you can review together at week 10, a community or alumni group for people who finish, and email sequences that offer the next phase. If you hold an ICF credential or are working toward one, hour tracking matters here too, because your client log grows with every renewal.

A note on scope

High performance coaching is not therapy, medical care or sports medicine. If a client shows signs of burnout that looks like depression, an eating disorder, substance problems, an injury or anything clinical, refer them to a licensed professional and pause or adjust the coaching. None of the coaching tools below (Coachful included) is built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing; Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. If you work inside a clinical practice, a practitioner tool with a BAA may be the right base.

Build your platform

Which tools cover which stage of the journey?

We ranked on four criteria, in this order: one login for the whole client journey, strength of between-session delivery, total stack cost at realistic client numbers, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We modelled one realistic practice and checked each vendor's documentation and pricing page against it. The example practice: 15 private clients on a six-month performance engagement (fortnightly 1:1 calls, a daily habit stack, morning and evening check-ins, one quarterly goal each), plus one 8-person group program for emerging leaders that runs twice a year. The coach sells through an application funnel, takes payment plans and wants a signed agreement before every first call.

For each tool we asked: can it run that practice alone? If not, what do you have to add, and what does the stack cost? We did not run hands-on tests; we rely on what vendors document and what public reviewers report, with ratings noted as seen in October 2026. Direct substitutes for an all-in-one coaching platform appear in the middle of the list because they cover the back office well but leave gaps in attract or deliver.

1. Coachful: the whole performance engagement in one place

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. For a high performance coach, that distinction is the whole point: your value lives in the daily structure between calls, and Coachful is designed around that structure rather than around the calendar.

Coachful coach dashboard with a setup wizard and a client list showing task completion and status
Coachful's coach dashboard (demo data): the setup checklist and a client list with task completion and thriving, active, quiet or at-risk status.

Between-session delivery. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client on your six-month engagement opens the app in the morning, answers a short check-in (sleep, energy, top priority), ticks off the habits you set (a 90-minute deep-work block, a training session, a hard stop at 7 pm) and does an evening reflection. The client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions together, and flags each person as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is what lets you message the quiet client on Wednesday instead of discovering the slip on next week's call.

Booking and sessions. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync. Calls run on built-in video or on auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, which matters when an executive's company mandates Teams. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions or session credits and ask intake questions at booking.

Coachful's sessions calendar for a demo month, mixing 1:1 coaching, morning accountability calls and weekly group sessions.

Enrolment paperwork. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax and an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices for corporate clients whose finance team wants one. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Attract and retain. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, so an application funnel for a performance intensive is a template away. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle nurture and renewal offers. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events give alumni somewhere to stay, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program.

Coachful habit tracker cards for meditation, exercise, journaling and reading with progress counts
The client's Growing Habits view in Coachful (demo data), with habit cards such as Morning Meditation at 12 of 30 days.

AI that works from your practice data. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. She can also give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you.

Credential tracking. If you are working toward ACC, PCC or MCC, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against each threshold and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. More on the ICF hour tracking page.

Coaches who work with athletes can add the Fitness & Nutrition pack: a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets, private progress photos and measurements, and private form-check video with timestamped comments. You attach your own demo videos. See Fitness & Nutrition and our workout builder roundup.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what the client sees:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you and describe what you need: a website, an application funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz or an automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, photos, brand guide, copy). The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the free "We'll build it for you" card.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly, so wearable data has to be entered or reported by the client. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams.

Price and who it suits. Plans are flat monthly, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited; team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click and there is a free trial. Coachful shows 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews. It suits solo performance coaches who sell programs, coaches growing into a small team and anyone replacing four to six tools. Executive-focused coaches can also see Coachful for executive coaches.

2. Kajabi: strongest for coaches who sell a signature course

Kajabi suits the performance coach whose business leans on a flagship digital program, say a 12-week focus course sold to thousands, with coaching as the premium tier. It bundles a website, funnels, email, courses and a community under one account.

Kajabi's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

The appeal is marketing depth. Kajabi's pages, email and checkout are built for launches, and its community gives course buyers a place to meet. What it does not do is per-client coaching: vendor material and reviewers describe coaching as products and communities, with no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Your 1:1 clients would get a course and a community thread rather than a personal plan.

  • Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual): 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 0 AI credits.
  • Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual): 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 500 AI credits.
  • Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual): unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities.
  • Kajabi Payments (US) is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; other providers (excluding PayPal) add a 0.5 to 2% Kajabi fee.

The standard trial is 14 days per Kajabi's help center, with some features locked until a paid plan starts. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026. For a 15-client private practice, the Basic plan's five-product cap and the missing check-ins mean you would still add a delivery tool.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from a high-volume course or membership and private clients are a small premium tier.

3. Quenza: worksheets and activities clients complete on their phones

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists. It shines at structured exercises: reflection worksheets, assessments, multi-step activities and programs delivered through a client app, with chat alongside.

Quenza's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

For a performance coach who runs a lot of written reflection (values work, post-competition debriefs, weekly reviews), Quenza's activity builder is a good fit. The gaps are large elsewhere: client payments and invoicing are marked as planned, not live, and an older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. You would need booking, payments and a website from other tools.

As listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20 annual) for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40 annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo ($100 annual) for 400 clients, and Collective $160/mo ($128 annual) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. There is a 30-day trial with no card. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere and want a dedicated, worksheet-first engagement app.

4. HoneyBook: polished proposals for corporate engagements

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses. Performance coaches who sell to companies (a leadership team, a sales floor) like it for proposals, contracts and invoices that look professional enough for a procurement inbox.

HoneyBook's public homepage as captured in October 2026
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

Strengths sit in the enroll stage: proposals that bundle a contract and invoice, a scheduler, automations and a client portal. Delivery is absent; HoneyBook has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing, and the card rate is shown inconsistently on the pricing page (2.7% + 10¢ in the FAQ, 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison), with ACH at 1.5%.

  • Starter: $29/mo billed annually (monthly price not shown), 2 live lead forms, no scheduler or automations.
  • Essentials: $59/mo ($49 annual), up to 2 team members.
  • Premium: $129/mo ($109 annual), unlimited team members.

A 30-day trial with no card is listed. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 748 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is mostly corporate contracts where the proposal and invoice flow matters more than daily client delivery, and you deliver the coaching itself in person.

5. CoachAccountable: deep accountability, priced per active client

CoachAccountable is a long-standing coaching back office with a clear accountability bent: action plans, metrics clients report on, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Performance coaches who like quantified tracking (weekly revenue, training load, hours of deep work) will find its metrics tools close to their style.

CoachAccountable's public homepage as captured in October 2026
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing is per active client, which is fine for a small roster and climbs as you grow: Starter $20/mo for 2 clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50, Level 5 $400 for 100. The 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews in October 2026, the highest rating in this list.

Limits per an older profile: no native mobile app, and no landing pages, website or marketing automation. CoachAccountable also states it is not HIPAA compliant. A group program counts every member as an active client, so an 8-person cohort can push you up a tier. For other options, see CoachAccountable alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you want granular custom metrics above all else and already run marketing on a separate website and email tool.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

6. Practice Better: for performance work inside a wellness practice

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It belongs on this list for coaches who work alongside dietitians or clinicians, or who need practitioner-style charting.

Practice Better's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

The plan ladder as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0 for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59 annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89 annual) for unlimited clients; Team $155/mo ($145 annual) for 2 practitioners. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 on Team. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Watch the feature gates: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. An older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, so attract still lives elsewhere. Payments run on Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe (rates not listed).

Pick it over Coachful if you chart sessions like a practitioner, collaborate with clinicians or need clinical-style notes that a coaching platform is not built for.

7. Paperbell: simple admin with one flat price

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all on one price with unlimited clients.

Paperbell's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

It is quick to set up and hard to outgrow on client count. For performance coaching, though, the delivery side is thin: an older profile lists no courses, community, goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). You can sell a six-month package and collect a signature, but daily habits and check-ins would need another tool.

The single plan is $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal. Paperbell offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; the trial length is not on the pricing page (its help center described a 7-day trial in July 2026). Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews in October 2026. Compare more options under Paperbell alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell sessions and packages only, need PayPal, and do not plan to run programs between calls.

8. Systeme.io: the low-cost marketing engine

Systeme.io is a budget all-in-one marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, a basic community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its free plan never expires and needs no card, which makes it a common first stop for coaches testing a lead magnet.

Systeme.io's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Free $0 (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course), Startup $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels), Webinar $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels) and Unlimited $97/mo. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The trade-off: an older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features and no branded mobile app. It handles attract well and leaves deliver mostly empty.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, testing funnels on a near-zero budget and not yet running private clients.

9. Calendly: booking and nothing else, done well

Calendly is a scheduling tool: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal.

Calendly's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan covers one event type and one calendar. Standard is $10/mo per seat billed annually, Teams $16 and Teams Plus $24 per seat billed annually; monthly prices are not shown. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews in October 2026.

Everything after the booking is missing: no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing. Pricing is per seat, so each coach on a team pays separately. See our calendar scheduling roundup if booking is your main gap.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link to sit in front of a delivery tool you already love.

10. Skool: a gamified community for cohorts

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward engagement. Performance coaches running a mastermind or a competitive cohort sometimes like the points-and-levels mechanic.

Skool's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50 annual) with 10% + 30¢ on every transaction; Pro is $99/mo ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments run only through Skool Payments. The trial length is not stated on the pricing page. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.

Skool has no custom domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. It is a group room, not a coaching practice.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large, community-first mastermind and you want leaderboards to drive participation.

Which features does each tool actually include?

The matrix below uses each vendor's own documentation. "Partial" means the feature exists with a notable limit, such as a plan gate or an older-profile caveat.

Notes: Kajabi sells coaching as a product rather than through per-client booking pages, so booking is marked partial; HoneyBook's scheduler starts on Essentials. Practice Better's profile does not list contracts. Quenza's activities and CoachAccountable's action plans and metrics cover parts of daily tracking, not a habit stack with morning and evening check-ins. Skool's calendar lists group events rather than 1:1 booking.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Single-tool costs first, monthly billing as listed in October 2026 unless noted. Card processing fees are extra unless noted.

Single-tool price is misleading for every tool except an all-in-one, because most of these cover one or two stages. The fair comparison is the stack.

Recipe A: all-in-one

One subscription covers website, funnels, email, booking, contracts, payments, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients for the 15-client example practice. Add only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Recipe B: assembled for delivery (example)

Systeme.io Startup for the site and funnels ($17), Calendly Standard for booking ($10 billed annually), Paperbell for contracts and payments ($97) and Quenza Growth for worksheets ($50) comes to about $174 a month at 15 clients, as an illustrative total. It still has no habit stack with daily check-ins, and the client juggles four logins.

Recipe C: assembled around a course (example)

Kajabi Basic ($179) plus CoachAccountable Level 3 for 15 private clients ($120) comes to about $299 a month, and $429 at 40 clients once CoachAccountable moves to Level 4 ($250). Kajabi's fee on non-Kajabi processors would apply if you route payments elsewhere.

Beyond the monthly figure, count the hidden cost: data typed twice, clients who miss a check-in because it lived in a different app, and the hours spent wiring Zapier between tools.

How would you set up a high performance practice in Coachful?

Here is a step-by-step build for the example practice, with what the client experiences at each step.

  1. Request the build. Open Create > We'll build it for you and ask for a homepage, an application funnel for a six-month performance engagement and a follow-up email sequence. Attach your logo, headshot and current bio. The team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps where you have not supplied proof or prices. Client sees: a site with one clear "apply" button.
  2. Write the application. Add intake questions to the booking page: role, current performance bottleneck, a 90-day target, sleep and training routine, and who pays (self or employer). Client sees: a short form, then a calendar in their own time zone.
  3. Send the agreement. After a good discovery call, send the coaching agreement with e-signature and a checkout link with a six-month payment plan. Client sees: one signing step, then Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
  4. Build the program. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates or ask Michelle to draft a 26-week structure: weekly focus themes, a quarterly goal with a progress bar, and habits such as a deep-work block, a training session, a screens-off time and a weekly review. Client sees: today's tasks and habits on their branded home.
  5. Add check-ins. Set a morning check-in (sleep hours, energy 1 to 10, the one thing that matters today) and an evening one (did it happen, what got in the way). Client sees: a 60-second prompt twice a day and a growing streak.
  6. Book the rhythm. Create a fortnightly 1:1 session type with Zoom or Teams links and SMS and WhatsApp reminders. Client sees: reminders in the channel they actually read.
  7. Prep with the record. Before each call, read Michelle's briefing and the client's status. A client marked quiet gets a short message midweek. Client sees: a coach who already knows what slipped.
  8. Run the cohort. Enrol the 8-person leadership group in a program; Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, and you host group calls as video events. Client sees: a group chat and a shared calendar.
  9. Plan the renewal. At week 20, review goal progress and streaks together, then trigger a sequence offering phase two or alumni community access. If you track ICF hours, export the client log.

More on this delivery layer on our client accountability software and group coaching software pages.

How do you migrate from your current tools without losing clients?

Move in a quiet window, keep the old tools read-only for a month and tell clients exactly what changes for them.

  • Export first. Pull client lists, notes, contracts and payment history from every current tool before you cancel anything.
  • Let the import happen for you. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild a website you are leaving (one somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected).
  • Do not move live subscriptions mid-cycle. Let existing payment plans finish in the old processor and start new enrolments in the new one, or check with your processor about moving them.
  • Switch one stage at a time if you are nervous. Delivery first (programs and check-ins), then booking, then the website.
  • Brief clients in one message. Tell them what app to open, what changes and what stays the same. High performers forgive a change; they do not forgive confusion.

What mistakes do high performance coaches make with software?

  • Buying for the session, not the week. A great booking tool does nothing for the 13 days between fortnightly calls.
  • Ignoring per-client pricing. A cohort of eight counts as eight active clients on per-client plans.
  • Treating wearables as a must-have. Most coaching platforms, Coachful included, do not sync Garmin, Whoop or Oura. A daily check-in asking for the sleep score often gives you what you need.
  • Crossing into clinical territory. Do not store medical records in a coaching tool, and refer out when something looks clinical.
  • Building everything yourself. A weekend spent on a funnel is a weekend not spent selling. Ask for the build.

Which software should high performance coaches choose?

Choose Coachful if you deliver structured engagements with daily habits, check-ins and goals, and you want the website, enrolment and delivery in one login with one branded app for the client. Choose Kajabi if a high-volume course is the business, CoachAccountable if granular metrics matter most and you have marketing elsewhere, Practice Better if you work in a clinical-adjacent practice, and Paperbell if you only sell sessions and packages. Calendly, Systeme.io, Quenza, HoneyBook and Skool are good single-stage tools to sit in an assembled stack.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best software for high performance coaches?

For coaches who deliver programs with daily habits, check-ins and goals, Coachful is our pick because it covers attract, enroll, deliver and retain in one login. Kajabi suits course-led businesses, and CoachAccountable suits metric-heavy accountability work. We make Coachful, so compare the trade-offs above.

Do I need an all-in-one platform or separate tools?

Separate tools work if each one is excellent and you accept several logins for you and your clients. An all-in-one usually costs less once you add up the stack and keeps the client in one app. The cost recipes above show both approaches.

Can coaching software sync with Whoop, Garmin or Oura?

Coachful does not sync Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Many coaches ask clients to report a sleep or readiness score in the morning check-in instead. Check each vendor's integration list before you buy.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If you work inside a healthcare setting, use a practitioner tool that offers a BAA for clinical notes.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and nothing is invented: gaps are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

How should I price high performance coaching?

Price the outcome and the engagement length rather than the hour: decide the result, the duration (often three to six months) and the support between sessions, then set a package price you can deliver profitably at your target client count. Test it with your first few applicants and raise it as demand grows.

Can I run both 1:1 clients and a group cohort in one tool?

Yes, in tools that support both. In Coachful, enrolling a group in a program creates its cohort group automatically, while 1:1 clients keep private programs, habits and notes. Per-client tools like CoachAccountable count each cohort member as an active client.

Does Coachful track ICF coaching hours?

Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

Which tool is cheapest for a coach just starting out?

Systeme.io's free plan and Calendly's free plan cost nothing for marketing and booking, but they do not deliver coaching. Practice Better's free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. For a full practice in one place, compare the entry plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients) with the assembled costs above.
