Best Software for Wellness Practitioners: 10 Picks for 2026

Best Software for Wellness Practitioners: 10 Picks for 2026

The best software for wellness practitioners is the one that carries a client from first booking to the end of a program without you stitching four apps together. If you sell single sessions, packages, multi-week programs and the occasional retreat, the deciding question is simple: does the tool keep clients engaged between sessions, or does it only take the booking and the payment? A second question sits right behind it: do you keep clinical records, or do you coach?

For most wellness and holistic practitioners who coach rather than treat, our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the ranking below rests on criteria you can check: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, programs), the total cost of your stack, and how much setup work lands on you. Coachful is not HIPAA compliant, though, and if you need a signed business associate agreement for clinical notes, a clinical system belongs in your stack. We say which ones further down.

Below you will find what wellness practitioners actually need, an at-a-glance table, how we chose, ten ranked tools with prices as listed in October 2026, a feature matrix, a cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and a step-by-step setup you can copy.

What do wellness practitioners need from software?

Wellness practitioners need software that handles the business side (booking, payment, agreements) and the delivery side (programs, follow-up, progress) in one place, with a clear line between coaching and clinical care. Most tools only do one half.

Think about how a typical client moves through your practice. Someone finds you through a workshop, Instagram or a referral. They book a discovery call or a first session. They answer intake questions. They pay for a package or a 6 to 12 week program. Between sessions they are meant to sleep better, move more, breathe, journal, eat differently or build a meditation habit. Some of them join a group program or a retreat. Then they either renew or drift away.

Each stage maps to a software job:

  • Getting booked: a booking page with buffers between sessions (you need time to reset a room or decompress after a heavy session), minimum notice, time-zone handling for online clients, and calendar sync.
  • Getting paid: packages, session credits, payment plans and subscriptions, with invoices you can hand to clients who claim wellness spending through an employer benefit.
  • Setting expectations: a signed agreement that states your scope, your cancellation policy and that your work is not medical treatment.
  • Intake: questions on booking or before the first session, including the red-flag questions that tell you when to refer someone to a doctor or therapist.
  • Delivery between sessions: habits, daily or weekly check-ins, resources, short courses and messages. This is where results happen, and where most booking tools stop.
  • Group work: cohorts for group programs, a community space, and events or webinars for workshops.
  • Marketing: a website, a lead magnet, an email sequence and a way to fill a retreat.

Coaching or clinical: where is your line?

"Wellness practitioner" covers a wide range: health and wellness coaches, breathwork facilitators, yoga and meditation teachers who coach, Reiki practitioners, sleep coaches, holistic nutrition coaches. Some are also licensed clinicians: dietitians, therapists, nurses, acupuncturists. That distinction decides your software.

Under US law, HIPAA applies to "covered entities" (health care providers who transmit health information electronically in connection with certain transactions, such as insurance billing, plus health plans and clearinghouses) and to their business associates. The HHS covered entities guidance explains who qualifies. Many independent wellness coaches who bill clients directly are not covered entities, but if you are a licensed provider, bill insurance or keep clinical notes, you likely need a vendor that signs a business associate agreement (BAA). Rules vary by state and country, so check with an attorney or your professional body when in doubt.

Coaching is not treatment. A wellness coach supports behavior change and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Refer out when a client reports symptoms of an eating disorder, suicidal thoughts, unexplained pain, chest symptoms with exercise, pregnancy complications, or a medication change they want you to advise on. Your intake form should ask about these, and your agreement should say what you do when they come up.

How did we choose these tools?

We started from a concrete practice and asked what each tool would cost and how much of the work it would cover. The example practitioner (illustrative, not a real customer) runs a holistic wellness practice with 15 active clients: 10 on a 1:1 package of six sessions, and 5 in a 6-week group program on sleep and stress. They also run two in-person workshops a year and plan a weekend retreat.

For that practice we scored each tool on:

  1. Client journey in one login. Booking, payment, agreement, intake, program and follow-up without a second app.
  2. Between-session delivery. Habits, check-ins, tasks and resources the client actually sees on their phone.
  3. Total stack cost. The subscription plus whatever else you need to buy to fill the gaps (a website, email marketing, a course tool, a community).
  4. Setup effort. How long it takes to get a working practice live, and whether the vendor helps.
  5. Fit for the niche. Including the honest question of whether you need HIPAA.

We did not test these tools hands-on for this article. Prices and limits come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026, and feature notes come from vendor documentation and public reviews. Where a vendor's page does not state something, we say so instead of guessing.

1. Coachful: best overall for wellness practitioners who coach

A tablet with a client's coaching hub and a phone with habit trackers beside a singing bowl
Coachful's client coaching hub on a tablet and the habit tracker on a phone, beside a singing bowl.

Coachful is the pick when your work continues after the session ends. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and a built-in AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding.

For a wellness practitioner the value is in the gap between appointments. A breathwork client, a sleep coaching client or a stress-reset group needs small daily actions and someone noticing when they stop. Coachful's programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is what lets you send a nudge on day four instead of finding out at session three that nothing happened.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work:

Booking and payments built for packages

Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits, so a six-session package can be sold as credits the client books against. Intake questions can sit right on the booking form.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can create manual invoices. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is where your scope statement and cancellation policy belong. See coaching contracts for how that works.

Groups, courses and community for workshops and retreats

When a client enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. You can run group calls and webinars for workshops. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking sit alongside downloads, videos, books and AI tools, so a pre-retreat preparation course or a recorded yoga nidra library lives in the same branded home. The group coaching software page covers this in more depth.

Marketing and the AI assistant

The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, including wellness designs. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences handle the follow-up for a retreat waitlist. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program, write emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, an intake form), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do

  • It is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign a BAA. It is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
  • No PayPal and no permanent free plan (there is a free trial).
  • No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync; Apple Health sync is not publicly available.
  • The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click.

Who it is for: health, wellness and holistic coaches who sell programs, not just sessions, and want to replace four to six tools. See the page for health coaches for niche templates.

2. Vibly: the HIPAA option for practitioners in clinics and programs

Vibly's homepage presenting its coaching management software for organizations
Vibly's homepage in October 2026.

Vibly is coaching management software built mainly for organizations: coaching firms, employers, wellness programs, clinics and coach networks. Its main draw for this audience is that it offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA, which none of the coaching-first tools in this list advertise.

What it covers: built-in video, Stripe payments, programs, group cohorts and events, plus an operations portal for coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports. It has two-way HubSpot sync and an API, which matters if you work inside a corporate wellness program.

Price as listed in October 2026: Basic $25/mo ($20/mo annual) and Pro $59/mo ($50/mo annual) for solo coaches; Teams $149/mo for 2 seats, then $50 per extra seat; Enterprise is custom and demo-only. There is a 14-day trial and no Vibly fee on client payments, only Stripe fees. Capterra lists it at 4.9 from 22 reviews.

Limits: the client portal runs in the browser; no native mobile app is mentioned. Its design centers on organizations, so a solo practitioner may find the roster and sponsor features more than they need, and our data shows no website builder, funnels or email marketing.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed provider, work inside a clinic, or contract with an employer program that requires a BAA for client data.

3. Quenza: for practitioners who teach through worksheets and exercises

Quenza's homepage presenting its client activities and exercises tool
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists. You build activities, worksheets, guided exercises and programs, then send them to clients, who complete them in a client app and can chat with you. For a mindfulness teacher or a stress coach who works through structured exercises, that is a good fit.

Price as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annual) for 1 professional and 10 clients; Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annual) for 250 clients; Impact $125/mo ($100/mo annual) for 400 clients; Collective $160/mo ($128/mo annual) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients; Beyond is custom. A 30-day trial needs no credit card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

Gaps to plan around: Quenza does not process client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. Older profiles also list no scheduling or video calls. In practice you will pair it with a booking tool and a payment tool, which pushes the total stack cost up and splits the client journey across logins.

Pick it over Coachful if your sessions are already booked and paid elsewhere (for example through a clinic) and all you need is a well-made library of exercises to send between sessions.

4. AttractWell: marketing suite with call packages

AttractWell's homepage presenting its all-in-one platform for coaches
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

AttractWell is an all-in-one system for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers. It bundles a website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store, plus courses (called "vaults"), a community with posts and scheduled posts, and memberships with recurring payments.

For wellness practitioners who grow through content and email, that breadth is attractive. Call packages with usage tracking cover the classic "six sessions" offer.

Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo (500 contacts, no call packages, 1 vault), Basic $99/mo (1,000 contacts, 5 call packages, 3 vaults), Premium $129/mo (4,000 contacts, unlimited booking links and call packages), Pro $179/mo, Diamond $239/mo, and Team $600/mo starting at 6 accounts. The first month is $1 on every plan, and AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee. Trustpilot shows 4.6 from 21 reviews.

Watch for: pricing is driven by contacts, so a large free-workshop email list can push you up a tier. Starter has no call packages at all, and unlimited vaults and classes cost +$17/mo. Our data does not show per-client habits or daily check-ins.

Pick it over Coachful if texting your list and running many separate domains and sites matter more to you than daily habit and check-in tracking with clients.

5. Practice Better: practice management for nutrition and wellness

Practice Better's homepage presenting its practice management software for wellness
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners. It covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, which makes it a familiar choice for practitioners who need to keep notes in a charting format.

Price as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0/mo (3 clients, 100 MB); Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual, 10 clients); Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual, 300 clients); Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual, unlimited clients, 3 admins); Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual) for 2 practitioners, up to 200 at +$50 each. Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Where it falls short for coaches: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so the plan most coaches want costs more than the entry tiers suggest. Older profiles list no website builder or funnel pages. Accounts below Team have one practitioner. If you need a BAA, confirm the current terms with Practice Better directly; the pages we reviewed for this article did not state it. Our Practice Better alternatives for wellness coaches goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you keep clinical-style charts, work as a dietitian or nutrition professional, and prefer one practice-management tool for notes and billing.

6. Paperbell: simple admin for solo practitioners

Paperbell's homepage presenting its admin software for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell handles the admin of a solo practice in one place: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It is quick to understand, and one price covers everything.

Price as listed in October 2026: one plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. A help center note from July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee and no additional Paperbell transaction fee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.

What is missing: no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking per older profiles, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). For a practitioner whose clients need daily practice between sessions, the follow-up happens outside Paperbell, by email or another app. See Paperbell alternatives for options.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 sessions and packages, never run groups or programs, and want the shortest possible feature list.

7. CoachVantage: unlimited clients at a per-coach price

CoachVantage's homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is coaching practice management: CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. Pricing is per coach with unlimited clients, which suits a practitioner whose roster swings with the seasons.

Price as listed in October 2026: Clarity $39/mo ($35/mo annual) with unlimited contacts but 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 courses and 500 MB; Aha! $59/mo ($53/mo annual) with unlimited group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, 5 courses and 1 GB. A 14-day trial needs no card, and CoachVantage takes no commission on your revenue.

Trade-offs: four e-signatures a month on Clarity is tight if every new client signs an agreement. Older profiles report no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers describe the built-in video (CVMeet) as weak, so many users still run Zoom.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need a coaching CRM with contracts and a few group programs, and you do not need a website, funnels or daily habit tracking.

8. Merkora: one public page for packages, workshops and live events

Merkora's homepage presenting its booking and live events platform for experts
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

Merkora targets coaches, therapists, consultants and other independent experts with one branded page at yourname.merkora.app. It handles booking with confirmations and reminders, intake forms, a waitlist, and session packages where clients see their remaining balance. It also hosts video courses, digital downloads and free lead magnets with email capture, and includes built-in live streaming for events and group sessions.

The cancellation and no-show policy feature, which issues wallet credits instead of cash refunds, is useful for practitioners who lose income to late cancellations.

Price as listed in October 2026: Free until your first paid sale, then 14 days to upgrade before new bookings and sales pause (live events up to 10 participants, Merkora branding); Professional $79/mo (events up to 200 participants, 10 hours of recordings a month, 200 GB). A limited founder offer of $29/mo for 12 months, then $39/mo, applies to 50 spots. Merkora lists a 0% platform fee.

Caveats: the product appears new, with little public review history. Our data shows no per-client habits or check-ins and no full website beyond the single public page.

Pick it over Coachful if your practice is mostly live workshops and streamed group sessions sold from one page, and you want to start at no cost before your first sale.

9. HoneyBook: proposals and contracts for retreats and events

HoneyBook's homepage presenting its client management CRM for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. For a practitioner who books corporate wellness days, private retreats or venue-based workshops, the proposal-to-contract-to-invoice flow is its strength.

Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $29/mo billed annually (2 live lead forms); Essentials $59/mo ($49/mo annual, up to 2 team members); Premium $129/mo ($109/mo annual, unlimited team members). A 30-day trial needs no card. HoneyBook is the payment processor; its page shows two different card rates (2.7% + 10¢ in the FAQ, 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison), with ACH at 1.5%. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 748 reviews.

Not built for coaching delivery: no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials, and payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your income comes from custom-quoted events and retreats for companies, and client follow-up between sessions is not part of what you sell.

10. Calendly: a booking link and nothing more

Calendly's homepage presenting its online scheduling tool
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is a scheduling tool: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Many practitioners start here because the free plan works for one session type.

Price as listed in October 2026: Free (1 event type, 1 calendar connection); Standard $10 per seat per month billed annually; Teams $16 per seat per month billed annually; Teams Plus $24; Enterprise from $15k a year. Calendly documents no fee of its own on payments. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.

Where it stops: no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins; no contracts or invoicing; intake is limited to booking questions. You will need separate tools for everything after the booking. Our guide to scheduling software for wellness coaches compares it with options that go further.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need people to book a slot, and you already run payments, agreements and follow-up somewhere else.

The cheap entries rarely stay cheap. As an example, a practitioner pairing Calendly with a separate email tool, a contract tool, a course tool and a website builder ends up paying five subscriptions and managing five logins. Count the whole stack before comparing. Our best software for wellness coaches guide walks through more stack combinations.

How do you set up a wellness practice in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked setup for the example practice above (10 package clients, a 6-week group program on sleep and stress, workshops and a retreat). Each step notes what the client experiences.

A laptop showing an enrolled group program next to a session calendar in a wellness studio
A client's group program view and Coachful's session calendar on a laptop in a wellness studio.
  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose the free white-glove build, and ask for a three-page site, a free-guide funnel ("5 evening rituals for better sleep") and your 6-week program outline. Attach your logo, photos and any existing copy. Client sees: nothing yet.
  2. Connect Stripe and your calendar. Link your Stripe Connect account and sync Google, Apple or Outlook. Client sees: real availability, never a double booking.
  3. Create session types. A free 20-minute discovery call, and a 60-minute session with a 15-minute buffer and 24-hour minimum notice. Add intake questions to the booking form, including health red flags. Client sees: a short booking page in their own time zone, with a reminder by email (and SMS or WhatsApp once messaging is on).
  4. Write your agreement. Add your scope line ("coaching is not medical treatment; I will refer you to a licensed professional if..."), cancellation policy and package terms. Send it for e-signature before the first call. Client sees: one document to sign, stored with their record. Have a local attorney review the wording.
  5. Build the 1:1 package. Sell six sessions as session credits, with a payment plan option. Client sees: one checkout, and their remaining sessions in their app.
  6. Build the 6-week group program. Set weekly goals, daily tasks (a 10-minute wind-down, a screen-off time), habits and an evening check-in that asks about sleep quality and stress on a simple scale. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Client sees: today's tasks on their phone, a streak, and a group chat with their cohort.
  7. Add resources. Upload guided audio, a sleep diary download and a short pre-retreat course with drip. Client sees: everything in one branded home, not scattered links.
  8. Set your follow-up rhythm. Each morning, check client statuses. A client marked quiet or at risk gets a personal message. Ask Michelle for a briefing before each session. Client sees: a practitioner who notices.
  9. Fill the retreat. Run an email sequence to your free-guide list with an application funnel for the retreat. Client sees: a few useful emails, then an invitation.

If you keep clinical notes for some clients (because you are also a licensed provider), keep those in a HIPAA-compliant clinical system and use Coachful for coaching delivery only. For more niche-specific setups, see software for holistic practitioners and software for Reiki practitioners.

What mistakes should wellness practitioners avoid when choosing software?

The most expensive mistake is choosing on entry price and paying for it in extra tools and lost client follow-through. A few others are close behind.

  • Buying a clinical system you do not need, or skipping one you do. If you coach and bill clients directly, a charting tool adds friction. If you are licensed and keep clinical notes, a coaching tool without a BAA is the wrong place for them.
  • Ignoring the time between sessions. Booking and payment tools make the sale easy. Results come from the days in between, and so do renewals.
  • Underestimating per-client pricing. Tools that charge by active client get expensive the moment you launch a group program with 20 people.
  • Running groups in a separate app. When the cohort lives somewhere else, you lose sight of who is engaged.
  • Skipping the agreement. A signed scope statement protects you and the client. Our contract software guide covers the options.
  • Doing the setup alone. If a vendor offers to build your site, funnel or program, use it. Weeks of setup are weeks without new clients.

What is the verdict?

For wellness and holistic practitioners who coach, Coachful is the best fit: one login for booking, payments, agreements, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community and marketing, with a free white-glove build to get you live quickly. If you are a licensed provider who needs a BAA, add a clinical system (Vibly is the coaching-oriented option here that advertises one) or confirm terms with a practice-management vendor such as Practice Better. If you only need a booking link or event proposals, Calendly or HoneyBook will do that job on its own.

Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo practitioners to small teams. It does not handle clinical records or insurance billing. What is the best software for wellness practitioners?

For practitioners who coach and sell sessions, packages and programs, Coachful covers the most of the client journey in one login, including habits and check-ins between sessions. If you are a licensed provider who needs a BAA, pair it with a clinical system or choose a HIPAA-oriented tool such as Vibly.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign a business associate agreement. It is built for coaching, not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing, so clinical notes belong in a clinical system.

Do wellness coaches need HIPAA-compliant software?

It depends on whether you are a covered entity or work for one. Many independent wellness coaches who bill clients directly are not, while licensed providers who bill insurance usually are. The HHS guidance on covered entities is the place to start, and an attorney can confirm your situation.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence, form or similar) and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. It is free on every plan.

Can I run group programs and retreats in the same tool as 1:1 sessions?

In Coachful, yes: enrolling in a group program creates a cohort group with chat and events, and courses, funnels and email support retreat preparation and sign-ups. Tools like Paperbell and Calendly focus on 1:1 and would need extra apps for groups.

Which tool is cheapest for a new wellness practitioner?

Calendly's free plan and Practice Better's free Sprout plan (3 clients) cost nothing, and Merkora is free until your first paid sale. Each covers only part of the journey, so compare the total cost of every tool you would need, not only the first one.

Can clients use a mobile app?

Coachful clients use your branded experience inside the Coachful app. Quenza has a client app. Paperbell is mobile browser only, and Vibly's client portal runs in the browser according to its documentation.

Does Coachful take a cut of my payments?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only the processing fees of your own Stripe or Razorpay account. PayPal is not supported.

Can I track clients' habits like sleep, meditation or hydration?

Yes, in Coachful you can create any habit, add morning and evening check-ins, and see streaks and progress on each client record. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, so clients log these themselves.

How do I move from another tool?

During onboarding, Coachful imports your clients, programs and content for you, and the white-glove team can rebuild your website or funnel. Export your client list and documents from your current tool first, and keep it running until your first sessions are booked in the new one.
