Best Webinar Platforms for Executive Coaches: Top 7 for 2026

Best Webinar Platforms for Executive Coaches: Top 7 for 2026

The best webinar platforms for executive coaches do two jobs at once: they run a polished live session that a VP of People will happily join from a corporate laptop, and they carry every attendee into a paid engagement afterwards. A tool that only streams video leaves you with a recording and a spreadsheet of names. A tool that only builds funnels leaves you chasing Zoom links. So the deciding question is simple: after the webinar ends, where does the work happen?

Our pick is Coachful, because it keeps the registration page, the live session, the follow-up emails, the discovery call booking, the coaching agreement and the leadership cohort that follows in one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the honest limits below: if you run 1,000-person webinars for a corporate marketing team, a dedicated webinar tool like Livestorm is the better room. For most executive coaches running talks for 20 to 200 senior leaders, though, the room matters less than what happens next.

Coachful funnels page listing a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel
Coachful's Funnels page with demo data: a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel, each with Edit and View options.

Below you will find a five-question checklist about your practice, a table that maps your answers to a pick, seven ranked platforms, a cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, a worked setup, and the red flags that make switching expensive later. If you want the broader category view first, our parent guide to the best webinar software for coaches covers twelve tools across every niche.

What do executive coaches actually need from a webinar platform?

Executive coaches need a webinar platform that looks credible to corporate buyers, works inside company firewalls, and turns attendees into discovery calls and cohort enrollments without a pile of extra tools. The audience is different from a consumer coaching webinar, and that changes the requirements.

Your buyer is often not your client. A typical executive coaching engagement is sponsored by an HR director, a Chief People Officer or an L&D lead, and delivered to a senior leader. Your webinar often has to convince the sponsor (results, structure, confidentiality) while giving the leader something useful in 45 minutes. That means a clean registration page with your positioning, a calendar invite that lands in Outlook, and follow-up that can split sponsors from participants.

Corporate IT decides which video works. Many large companies standardise on Microsoft Teams or Zoom and block unfamiliar browser apps or downloads. A platform that can generate a Teams, Zoom or Google Meet link, or run in the browser without installs, avoids the "I can't get in" emails ten minutes before you start.

The webinar is often the first session of a program. Executive coaches run webinars in at least three shapes: lead-generation talks ("Leading through a reorganisation"), sponsored workshops delivered for one company's leadership team, and alumni or cohort sessions for leaders already in a program. The second and third shapes are delivery, not marketing. The leaders who attend need goals, reflections, session notes and a place to talk to peers after the call ends.

Confidentiality is part of the product. Senior leaders will not post honest reflections in a public Facebook group. They need a private space, ideally grouped by cohort, where only their peers and coach can see what they write. If you work with EU-based clients, the EU General Data Protection Regulation also shapes where attendee data lives and how you export or delete it.

Your hours count toward a credential. Many executive coaches hold or are working toward an ICF credential. Group coaching hours are logged differently from webinar teaching time, and keeping a clean record from the start saves you a weekend of reconstruction at renewal. The ICF Core Competencies are also a useful lens for whether a "webinar" is really coaching or training.

Volume is modest; price per client matters. Most independent executive coaches carry between 5 and 40 active clients. You do not need a platform priced for 25,000 contacts. You need one that does not charge you a premium for features built for mass-market course sellers.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which five questions should you answer before choosing?

Answer these five questions about your practice, then use the mapping table below to find your pick. Be honest about what you do today, not what a launch plan says you might do in a year.

  1. What happens after the webinar? (a) Attendees book a discovery call and become 1:1 clients; (b) attendees join a paid leadership cohort; (c) the webinar is the product and nothing follows.
  2. How large is a typical live audience? (a) Under 50 senior leaders; (b) 50 to 300; (c) over 300, often run with a client's marketing or HR team.
  3. Who pays? (a) Individual leaders pay you directly; (b) companies sponsor engagements and expect invoices; (c) a mix of both.
  4. Where do clients work between sessions? (a) In a private space with goals, check-ins and notes; (b) by email only; (c) in a community you already run elsewhere.
  5. How many tools are you willing to manage? (a) One login for everything; (b) two or three, connected with Zapier; (c) as many as it takes, you have an assistant or agency.

Which platform fits your answers?

Find the row that matches most of your answers. If you land between two rows, pick the one that matches question 1, because what happens after the webinar decides most of your weekly work.

How do the seven platforms compare at a glance?

Ranking criteria, in one line: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost for an executive coaching practice, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what executive coaches do with webinars: win sponsored engagements, fill leadership cohorts, and run alumni sessions. Then we scored each tool on four things that matter to a practice of 5 to 40 clients.

  • One login for the client journey. Can a leader go from registration to discovery call to signed agreement to cohort without you stitching tools together?
  • Between-session delivery. After the live call, is there a private place for goals, check-ins, notes and peer discussion?
  • Total stack cost. Not just the plan price, but transaction fees, metered usage, and the scheduler, e-signature and payment tools you would still need to buy.
  • Setup effort. How long until a working webinar funnel is live, and will anyone build it with you?

Vendor prices and limits come from each vendor's published pricing as listed in October 2026; Livestorm's pricing page was checked on the day of writing. We did not run hands-on tests of competitors; we describe what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report. Trustpilot scores are as seen on 25 October 2026.

1. Coachful: the best webinar platform for executive coaches who sell programs

Coachful ranks first because a webinar is rarely the end of an executive coach's work, and Coachful is built around what comes after it. Webinars and group calls sit inside the same platform as booking, payments, agreements, programs, community and email, so an attendee becomes a client without changing tools.

A laptop showing a monthly coaching session calendar and a tablet showing an intake call table on an oak desk
Coachful's sessions calendar on a laptop and its intakes table on a tablet, on an executive coach's desk at dusk.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is a coaching platform, based in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; the client has one app, shown in the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, does not support PayPal, has no permanent free plan, and is not a general website builder or course marketplace. You start with a free trial, and the Coachful team will build your first webinar funnel or website for free if you ask (more on that below). Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.

The live session. Group calls and webinars run as video events inside the community. You can use Coachful's built-in video, or have Coachful auto-create a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, which matters when a client company only allows Teams. Calendar sync is two-way with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, so a webinar booked into a sponsor's Outlook does not collide with your 1:1 sessions. Email reminders go out automatically, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders are available once messaging is enabled. Here is the walkthrough of webinars in Coachful:

The funnel around it. Coachful's funnel builder covers booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking. For an executive coach, the useful shape is a registration page for the webinar, a confirmation email sequence, and an application funnel for the cohort that follows. Email sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so sponsors (HR and L&D buyers) and individual leaders can receive different follow-ups. About 25 funnel templates give you a starting layout. Our guide to the webinar funnel for coaches walks through the pages and timeline, and the evergreen webinar funnel guide covers replay versions.

From attendee to engagement. Attendees can book a discovery call through booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which is handy when a leader is in Singapore and the sponsor is in London. Intake questions on booking capture role, company and the challenge they want to work on. Before the first paid session, a coaching agreement with e-signature goes out and is stored on the client record (see coaching contracts). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and Apple Pay or Google Pay, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices for sponsors who need one. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Cohorts and between-session delivery. This is where Coachful separates from webinar-only tools. When a leader enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so a "Leading Through Change" cohort gets a private group feed and chat that only its members see. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and goals with progress bars. The client record holds goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and shows each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which tells you who disengaged after week three. Our group coaching software page shows the cohort side in more detail.

The demo Squads view in Coachful shows program-linked groups and example member counts.

Michelle and the AI Coach. Michelle works from your live practice data. She can draft the webinar follow-up emails, outline a cohort program, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call with a leader. If you want it, she gives private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. See the AI coaching assistant for details.

Credential tracking. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours (ICF hour tracking). For an executive coach working toward PCC or MCC, that log saves real time.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: a webinar registration funnel, an event or webinar page, an email sequence, a cohort program, or a full website. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, headshot, brand guide, existing copy; no video files). The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent anonymized build was for a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, who got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another, for a real-estate and money coach, became a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel. The service does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful is not the right room. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters if a client company wants webinar registrants pushed into its own CRM. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. It is not HIPAA-certified, so if you coach physicians on burnout, keep clinical records out of it. And if your webinars regularly draw hundreds of attendees with polls, breakout analytics and multiple presenters run by a marketing team, a dedicated webinar platform is a better fit for that one event.

Price. Coachful uses flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. More on the executive coaching setup on our executive coaches page.

2. Livestorm: the right room for big corporate webinars

Livestorm is a dedicated, browser-based webinar platform, and it is the strongest choice here when the live event itself is the hard part. For an executive coach co-hosting a 500-person leadership webinar with a client company's HR team, it removes the download and firewall problems that come with some meeting tools.

Its pricing model is unusual and worth understanding. As listed on its pricing page in October 2026, you buy a yearly pack of attendee credits on the Pro plan. One credit is used for each unique participant per session, whether they join live, watch the replay or watch on demand, counted over a 12-month period. Team members do not consume credits. At a 400-credit pack, the page shows €2.50 per attendee, which works out to about €1,000 for the year at that pack size. Per-attendee pricing changes with the pack size you choose. Pro includes sessions up to 4 hours, unlimited events and recording, unlimited team members and up to 3,000 live attendees per event. Enterprise is custom-priced and extends sessions to 12 hours. A free trial is offered. Prices are in euros.

For executive coaches specifically, the notable details are on-demand and automated webinars for evergreen talks, restreaming to LinkedIn, YouTube and X as an add-on (LinkedIn is where many executive buyers spend their time), and a video hosting region add-on to choose EU or US servers. The HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are listed as Enterprise-plan only, so a solo coach on Pro will rely on Zapier or exports.

The limits for a coaching practice are clear. Livestorm does not book 1:1 sessions, sign coaching agreements, run programs with goals and check-ins, or host a private cohort space. You would pair it with a scheduler, an e-signature tool, a payment tool and a community, which is the four-tool stack Coachful replaces. Per-attendee pricing also punishes small, frequent sessions: a weekly 20-person alumni call uses about 1,040 credits a year (20 attendees times 52 sessions), because each participant counts once per session.

Pick it over Coachful if your webinars are large, public-facing marketing events (hundreds of attendees, multiple presenters, a sponsor's marketing team involved) and you already have a separate system for clients after the event.

3. Kajabi: for coaches whose webinar sells a course

Kajabi suits an executive coach whose webinar leads into a self-paced leadership course plus a community, rather than 1:1 coaching. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, but if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features, such as bulk contact import and test emails, stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

Kajabi pricing page with Basic, Growth and Pro plans
Kajabi's pricing page in October 2026.

For webinars, Kajabi is a strong marketing machine: landing pages, email and an offer page live in one place, and the community gives cohort members somewhere to gather afterwards. Check how Kajabi handles the live room itself before you commit, because our vendor data does not cover it. Where it falls short for executive coaching is the per-client layer. Coaching in Kajabi is packaged as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking and no daily client check-in, so a leader working on a specific behavior change has no structured place to report progress between sessions. Basic caps you at 5 products, which an executive coach with a webinar, a cohort, an alumni tier and a sponsor package hits quickly. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your main revenue after the webinar is a self-paced course sold to many leaders at once, and 1:1 coaching is a small add-on.

4. GoHighLevel: when an assistant or agency runs your marketing

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM. It makes sense for an executive coach who has a marketing assistant or agency running webinar promotion with SMS sequences, pipelines and lots of automation.

GoHighLevel homepage promoting its marketing CRM for agencies and businesses
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with 3 sub-accounts, and Unlimited is $297/mo ($247.50/mo annual); both include unlimited users and contacts. Agency Pro is $497/mo. SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides, so your real monthly cost depends on how many reminders and follow-ups you send. There is no HighLevel platform fee on sales. A 14-day trial is offered, and billing starts automatically at the end unless you cancel. HIPAA is a $297/mo add-on.

For executive coaches, GoHighLevel's pipelines and SMS reminders are genuinely useful when you are selling to companies with long buying cycles. It also covers calendars, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities. However, it has no built-in video rooms: webinars run on Zoom or Google Meet links, so a Teams-only client company needs a workaround. It has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching program engine; you would simulate them with workflows and forms. Because it is built around agency sub-accounts, expect a real setup project if you configure it yourself. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you have someone to build and run complex marketing automation for you, and your delivery happens mostly in live 1:1 calls with little between-session work.

5. Circle: a home for the cohort after the webinar

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. It fits an executive coach who already runs a leadership peer group and wants live sessions to happen where members already talk.

Circle homepage promoting its community platform with courses and events
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89/mo billed annually (3 admins, 10 moderators), Business is $199/mo billed annually, and Scale is $419/mo billed annually; the monthly-billing prices are not shown in our data. Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day free trial is offered on Professional, Business and Scale with no credit card required.

Its live streams and events give a cohort a natural meeting place next to its ongoing discussion. For a webinar-led practice, the gaps are on both ends. Before the webinar, our data shows no booking pages for discovery calls. After it, there is no 1:1 scheduling, no client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. You would still need a scheduler, agreements and a CRM for sponsors. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews. Our comparison of community platforms for leadership coaches goes deeper on this side.

Pick it over Coachful if community discussion is the product, your members already live in Circle, and you handle 1:1 coaching and billing elsewhere.

6. Kartra: a marketing suite wrapped around an external room

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. For an executive coach it covers the registration and follow-up side of a webinar; our vendor data does not cover a live room, so plan on pairing it with Zoom or similar.

Kartra homepage promoting its all-in-one marketing suite
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials is $59/mo ($52/mo annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 10,000 emails a month, and it carries a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/mo ($99/mo annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products and 0% transaction fees. Growth is $229/mo and Professional $549/mo. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The 5% fee on Essentials matters to executive coaches more than most: on a single $12,000 sponsored engagement (an illustrative figure), that is $600 to Kartra on top of processing. Starter removes it but doubles the plan price. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. An older profile notes no mobile app for students or admins, and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, which raises the cost of leaving later. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you want detailed page and email marketing tools, run your sessions on Zoom anyway, and do not need structured delivery between calls.

7. Systeme.io: the lowest-cost way to test a webinar funnel

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For an executive coach testing whether webinars bring in clients at all, its free plan removes the financial risk.

Systeme.io homepage promoting its low-cost funnel, email and course tools
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan costs $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 automation rule; it never expires and needs no credit card. Startup is $17/mo, the tier named Webinar is $47/mo with 10,000 contacts and 50 funnels, and Unlimited is $97/mo. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Check the pricing page for which webinar features each tier includes, since the tier name alone does not tell you. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The trade-off is presentation and depth. Executive buyers judge you by polish, and Systeme.io's community and course features are basic. An older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app. You would add a scheduler, a contract tool and somewhere to deliver the cohort. That is fine for a test, but most executive coaches outgrow it once the first sponsored engagement arrives.

Pick it over Coachful if you want to validate a webinar topic with a registration and replay funnel on its no-cost plan before committing to any monthly cost.

How do the features compare side by side?

This matrix shows what each platform documents for the parts of the journey that matter to an executive coach. "Not in our data" means the vendor facts we hold do not cover it, so check the vendor's own documentation.

Here is the monthly platform cost for a practice running one webinar a month plus 5, 15 or 40 active clients. The plan price is only part of the picture. Every tool other than Coachful leaves you buying a scheduler, an e-signature tool or a cohort space separately, so compare total stack cost, not the headline. Our guide to the best coaching software for executive coaches covers the non-webinar parts of that stack.

How would an executive coach set this up in Coachful?

Here is a step-by-step setup for a common executive coaching shape: a monthly 45-minute webinar on a leadership topic that feeds discovery calls and a 10-week leadership cohort. Allow an afternoon if you build it yourself, or request the white-glove build and review it the next day.

Coachful sessions calendar for September 2026 with color-coded sessions
Coachful's sessions calendar for September 2026 with demo data: 1:1 coaching, accountability calls and weekly group sessions in different colors.
  1. Create the cohort program first. Build a 10-week program with weekly goals (for example "Delegate one recurring decision"), a weekly reflection check-in and two habits. Michelle can draft the outline from a short description; review every week before publishing. Enrollment automatically creates the cohort group.
  2. Set up the webinar event. Schedule a video event in the community. If the target companies use Teams, choose the auto-created Teams link; otherwise use built-in video. Turn on email reminders, and enable SMS and WhatsApp reminders if you have messaging set up.
  3. Build the registration funnel. Start from a funnel template or ask the Coachful team to build it. Keep the page short: the problem, what leaders will leave with, who you are, a date and a form. Add your Meta Pixel or GA4 and UTM tags if you promote on LinkedIn.
  4. Write two follow-up sequences. One for leaders ("Here is the framework from today, and a link to book a 20-minute call") and one for sponsors in HR or L&D ("Here is how the cohort is structured and measured"). Use branching on the intake answer "I am attending for my team" to split them.
  5. Configure the discovery call booking page. Add availability rules, a 15-minute buffer, 24 hours' minimum notice and intake questions about role, team size and the challenge.
  6. Prepare the agreement and offer. Upload your coaching agreement for e-signature and create the cohort offer with a one-time price, a payment plan, and a manual invoice option for company-sponsored seats.
  7. Run the webinar, then watch the client grid. After enrollment, the client record shows each leader's goals, check-ins and status. When someone drifts to quiet or at risk in week four, you know whom to call.
  8. Log the hours. Coaching hours for the cohort count toward your ICF log automatically, with export ready when you apply or renew.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The expensive mistakes with webinar platforms rarely show up in the first month. They show up when you try to move clients, change price or add a cohort. Watch for these.

  • Per-attendee pricing on small, frequent sessions. Attendee-credit models are efficient for one large event and costly for weekly alumni calls. Count your yearly sessions times attendees before you buy.
  • Transaction fees on sponsored engagements. Executive engagements are high-ticket, so a 2% to 5% platform fee adds up fast. Check whether the fee drops only on a higher plan or only with the vendor's own processor.
  • Metered messaging. SMS and email usage billed on top of the plan makes monthly cost unpredictable during a launch month.
  • A room your clients' IT blocks. Ask two current corporate clients which video tools they can join without an install. If the answer is "Teams only", make sure your platform creates Teams links.
  • Funnels and memberships that cannot leave. Some platforms do not let you export pages or memberships. Before you build twenty pages, find out what you can take with you. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.
  • Confidential reflections in the wrong place. A public social group or a marketing community is not where a CFO should write about a conflict with the CEO. Keep cohort reflections private by default.
  • Clinical content. If a leader raises burnout, depression or other health concerns, coaching is not treatment. Refer them to a licensed professional, and keep any clinical notes out of a coaching platform that is not HIPAA-certified.

Switching costs, honestly. Moving from a stack of tools to one platform takes effort: you will rebuild a funnel, re-send agreements and move active clients. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild the webinar funnel and website. Moving a large course library or community history out of Kajabi or Circle still takes planning, so time the switch between cohorts.

What is the verdict?

For most executive coaches, Coachful is the best webinar platform because the webinar is the start of an engagement, and Coachful runs the engagement too: registration, a live room that works with Teams or Zoom, follow-up for sponsors and leaders, discovery calls, agreements, payments, cohort delivery and ICF hours, in one login.

Choose Livestorm if your events are large marketing webinars and the room itself is the challenge. Choose Kajabi if a self-paced course is your main product, GoHighLevel if an agency runs your marketing, Circle if your community already lives there, Kartra if you want deep page and email tools around Zoom, and Systeme.io if you want to test the idea for nothing. Frequently asked questions

What is the best webinar platform for executive coaches?

Coachful is our pick for executive coaches who turn webinars into 1:1 clients or leadership cohorts, because it keeps the funnel, live session, agreements, payments and between-session delivery in one login. If you run very large public webinars with a sponsor's marketing team, Livestorm is a stronger live room. We make Coachful, so we have explained the limits above.

Can I run webinars in Coachful with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. Coachful can auto-create Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet links for sessions, or you can use its built-in video. That helps when a client company only allows Teams on corporate laptops.

Do I need a separate webinar tool if I use Coachful?

For most executive coaches running webinars for tens to a few hundred leaders, no: group calls and webinars run inside Coachful. If you regularly host very large events with multiple presenters and an external marketing team, a dedicated webinar tool can sit alongside it for those events.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. From Create, you describe what you want built (for example a webinar registration funnel, an email sequence, a cohort program or a website), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

How should executive coaches price a webinar-led cohort?

Start from the outcome and the hours you deliver: live sessions, office hours, review of reflections and any 1:1 time. Price sponsored seats so a company can buy several at once with an invoice, and offer individual leaders a payment plan. We do not publish rate benchmarks here; test a price with one cohort and adjust.

Do webinar hours count toward an ICF credential?

Teaching a webinar is generally not the same as coaching. Group coaching sessions may count as coaching hours under ICF rules, so check the current requirements with ICF. Coachful tracks coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.

Is Livestorm good for small executive coaching webinars?

It works, but its attendee-credit pricing is designed around audiences: each unique participant per session uses a credit, including replays. For small weekly alumni calls, a flat-price platform is usually cheaper and keeps the cohort in the same place as your coaching.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for coaching physicians or healthcare leaders?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. You can coach healthcare executives on leadership, but clinical records belong in a clinical system, and health concerns should be referred to a licensed professional.

Can I invoice the sponsoring company rather than the leader?

Yes. Coachful creates an invoice per transaction and also supports manual invoices, so you can bill an HR or L&D budget holder for a leader's engagement or cohort seat. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.

How do I start with Coachful?

Start a free trial, then use "We'll build it for you" from Create to request your webinar funnel or website. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
