Delenta vs Healthie in 2026: Which Fits Coaches Better?

Delenta vs Healthie comes down to one question: are you running a coaching practice or a clinical one? Delenta is built for coaches. It covers lead management, booking, contracts, client portals and, on its top plan, courses and a mobile app. Healthie is practice management and telehealth for dietitians, nutrition professionals and wellness providers. It signs a HIPAA business associate agreement when you create your account and sells insurance claims and e-prescribing as add-ons. If you coach and never bill insurance, Delenta fits the work better. If you are a licensed provider who charts, prescribes or files claims, Healthie is the one built for that.
Both tools leave gaps for a coach who sells programs, runs groups and wants clients doing something between sessions. So this comparison also covers a third option. We make Coachful, and we will be clear about when it beats both tools and when it does not.
What is the short answer by use case?
Pick Delenta for a coaching practice built on 1:1 sessions with contracts and coaching logs. Pick Healthie for a licensed nutrition or wellness practice that needs HIPAA coverage and clinical tools. Pick Coachful if your coaching runs on programs, habits, check-ins and groups and you want one login to cover the website, sales and delivery.
- Life, executive, career or business coach, sessions first: Delenta over Healthie. Healthie's charting, claims and e-prescribing add-ons are built for work you do not do.
- Registered dietitian or licensed clinician: Healthie over Delenta. Healthie's BAA comes into effect automatically when the account is created. Delenta lists HIPAA only on its custom-priced Teams plan.
- Health or wellness coach who does not diagnose or treat: neither is a perfect fit. Healthie charges you for clinical structure you do not use, and Delenta keeps courses and its mobile app behind its top plan. Coachful covers program delivery, habits and check-ins in one membership.
- Coach who wants to sell online: Coachful. It includes a website builder, funnels and email sequences. Delenta's sales pages and custom domain start on Premium.
- Small team: Healthie Group has a published price. Delenta Teams is quoted per seat. Coachful's team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability.

How do Delenta and Healthie compare side by side?
Delenta covers coaching admin plus marketing basics. Healthie covers clinical practice operations. The table below adds Coachful as a third column.
How we ranked them: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build your setup for you).
| Tool | Built for | Entry price | Client cap on entry plan | HIPAA BAA | Courses | Website and funnels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who deliver programs, solo to small team | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | No (not HIPAA-certified) | Included in your Coachful membership | Website builder, funnels, email sequences included |
| Delenta | Coaching practices | $29/month (Starter) | 10 client portals | Teams plan only (custom price) | Premium plan only | Profile landing page on Starter; sales pages and custom domain on Premium |
| Healthie | Dietitians, nutrition and wellness providers | $19.99/month (Core) | 10 active clients | Yes, automatic at account creation | Online programs (tier listed inconsistently) | Not part of the plans we reviewed |
Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026. Delenta's page shows "$" without naming a currency. Healthie's pricing page shows US dollars.

How much do Delenta and Healthie cost?
Healthie starts cheaper, at $19.99 a month for up to 10 active clients. It also gets cheaper per client faster: Essentials covers up to 250 active clients for $49.99 a month. Delenta starts at $29 a month for 10 client portals and needs Premium, at $79 a month, to pass 40.
| Tool and plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Client limit | Notable inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients | Flat monthly plans, cancel in one click | Lower plans cap clients; Pro unlimited; team plans add seats | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, email, AI assistant |
| Delenta Starter | $29 | $229/year (about $19.08/month) | 10 client portals, 1 seat, 1 GB | CRM, booking with calendar sync, intake forms, e-signed contracts, coaching logs, Zapier |
| Delenta Pro | $49 | $469/year (about $39.08/month) | 40 client portals, 5 GB, up to 6 calendars | Group coaching and group video sessions, group packages, branded landing page |
| Delenta Premium | $79 | $699/year (about $58.25/month) | Unlimited client portals, 100 GB | Custom domain, branded emails, sales pages, onboarding workflows, course creator, mobile app |
| Delenta Teams | Per-seat fee, not shown | Not shown | Multiple coaches | Roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label, HIPAA |
| Healthie Core | $19.99 | $18/month | 10 active clients | Client portal, booking, charting, Stripe payments |
| Healthie Essentials | $49.99 | $45/month | 250 active clients | Larger client limit for a growing solo practice |
| Healthie Plus | $129.99 | $115/month | Unlimited clients | Higher tier; plan cards and comparison table disagree on program and claims access |
| Healthie Group | $149.99 | $135/month | 1 provider and 1 support seat, then $50/month per extra provider | Multi-provider practice |
Add-on costs matter on Healthie. As listed in October 2026, ClaimMD insurance claims are listed at $30 a month (or $25 a month plus a $50 to $100 setup fee). DoseSpot e-prescribing is $40 per clinician per month, an inbound eFax line is $10 a month, and AI charting has no published price. Most coaches never need these. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.9% plus $0.30.
Delenta says it adds "no additional transaction fees". Stripe and PayPal processing still applies. The trial terms on its page contradict each other: the headline promises a 14-day free trial, while the FAQ mentions unlimited access "for 7 days". No credit card is required. Delenta also lists a setup concierge without a price. For the full breakdown, read Delenta pricing in 2026.

A worked example: 15 clients, then 45
Take an example coach with 15 active clients. On Delenta, Starter caps at 10 client portals, so they need Pro at $49 a month. On Healthie, Core caps at 10, so they need Essentials at $49.99 a month. At this size the two cost about the same.
Now the same coach grows to 45 clients. Delenta Pro stops at 40 portals, so they move to Premium at $79 a month. Healthie Essentials still covers them at $49.99. If that coach also wants a website, a sales funnel and email sequences, neither tool's plan is the whole stack. Delenta gets closer on Premium. With Healthie, you would likely pay for a separate website builder and email tool.
On Coachful, a 15-client practice is on Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. At 45 clients it is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. In both cases the website, funnels, email, courses and community are included in your Coachful membership. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee and payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, so the only fees on top are Stripe's or Razorpay's processing.
How do booking and scheduling compare?
Both tools handle client booking. Delenta's Starter plan includes booking with calendar sync plus Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links, and Pro raises the limit to six connected calendars. Healthie includes booking and telehealth video as part of its practice management core.
The difference shows up in what happens around the booking. Delenta ties sessions to coaching logs, which helps if you track hours for a credential. Healthie ties appointments to charting, which matters if you write clinical notes after every visit.
Coachful's booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and every session gets a built-in video room or an automatic Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Clients get email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can also add intake questions to the booking itself and sell paid sessions or session credits. For multi-coach session types, Coachful assigns bookings by round robin or to the least-busy coach. More on this at Coachful scheduling.

How do contracts, intake and client records compare?
Delenta is stronger for coaching paperwork. Healthie is stronger for clinical documentation. Delenta's Starter plan includes intake forms, e-signed contracts, session notes, tasks and goals, and coaching logs. That covers what most coaches need before and after a first session.
Healthie's records are built around charting. Its add-ons (AI charting, e-prescribing, claims, eFax) show who it is designed for: providers whose notes can end up in front of an insurer or another clinician.
Coachful sends a coaching agreement with e-signature before the first call and stores it on the client record. That record also holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing per client. Each client is marked thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who needs a message this week. If you track ICF credential hours, Coachful counts hours and distinct clients against the ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log. See coaching contracts and ICF hour tracking.

Which handles HIPAA and health data better?
Healthie, clearly. Its BAA takes effect automatically when you create the account. Delenta lists HIPAA only on its custom-priced Teams plan. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA.
Whether you need HIPAA depends on whether you are a covered entity or work for one. The US Department of Health and Human Services explains who counts as a covered entity. In short, it means health care providers who transmit health information electronically in standard transactions such as insurance billing, plus health plans and clearinghouses. Many independent coaches who take private payment are not covered entities. Rules vary, though, so check with an attorney if you are unsure.
The scope line matters here. Health coaching is not medical treatment. A coach supports behavior change and does not diagnose, prescribe or treat. If a client mentions chest pain, disordered eating, suicidal thoughts, uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy complications or medication changes, refer them to a doctor or licensed clinician. If your practice includes diagnosis, medical nutrition therapy or insurance billing, keep clinical records in a clinical system such as Healthie.
How do programs, courses and between-session delivery compare?
This is where both tools leave the most room. Delenta has tasks and goals on every plan but puts its course creator, onboarding workflows and mobile app on Premium. Healthie lists online programs, but its plan cards and comparison table disagree on which tier includes them.
For coaches who sell outcomes over weeks, the client's daily experience is the product. A portal that holds documents and a booking link is not the same as a program that tells the client what to do today.
Coachful builds that daily structure into its programs. You set up multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. When someone enrolls, Coachful creates their cohort group automatically. Courses come with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking. Downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles all show up in the client's branded home. If you want a head start, there are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes.
This short walkthrough shows how a Coachful program is built and what the client sees:

What about group coaching and community?
Delenta adds group coaching, group video sessions and group packages on Pro. Healthie has no group coaching or community features in the plan lists we reviewed. For Healthie, "Group" means a multi-provider practice plan.
Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, plus group calls and webinars. Because cohort groups form automatically on program enrollment, a group program needs no manual setup each time it starts. See group coaching software for the details.

How do payments and invoicing compare?
Delenta takes Stripe and PayPal and states "no additional transaction fees" beyond the processor's. Healthie takes Stripe, and the documented rate is Stripe's 2.9% plus $0.30. Delenta's Premium plan adds subscriptions and events.
Coachful runs payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. It supports one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, with an invoice for every transaction plus manual invoices. Coachful does not support PayPal. If many of your clients pay by PayPal, Delenta is the closer fit on that point. More at coaching payment software.
What does the client experience look like?
Delenta gives each client a portal. The mobile app is on Premium only. Healthie gives clients a portal tied to booking, payments and the provider's charting, which suits a clinical visit cycle. Neither tool's documentation shows habits, streaks and daily check-ins as the center of the client's day.
In Coachful, clients use the Coachful app with your branding. From there they see their next session, the program week, habits, goals, check-ins, courses and the community, all in one place. The app ships under the Coachful listing, not your own App Store account. A coach who needs an app under their own name would have to look at a white-label service, such as Delenta's Teams white label.

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?
Match the tool to the work you actually do every week, not to the most impressive feature list.
| Your practice | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: programs, habits, groups, selling online | Coachful | One login for website, funnels, booking, payments, programs, courses and community |
| Registered dietitian billing insurance | Healthie | Automatic BAA, charting, ClaimMD and e-prescribing add-ons |
| 1:1 life or executive coach tracking ICF hours | Delenta or Coachful | Delenta's coaching logs on Starter; Coachful's ICF thresholds and log export |
| Wellness coach with a few clients, clinical-adjacent | Healthie Core | Low entry price and HIPAA by default |
| Coach who needs PayPal | Delenta | Stripe and PayPal on every plan |
| Coaching firm with many coaches and HR reporting | Delenta Teams | Roles, coach payroll and HR reports (custom quote) |
Health coaches who do not diagnose or treat should start with Coachful for health coaches. Fitness and nutrition coaches should look at the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
Is there a third option that beats both Delenta and Healthie?
For most coaches, yes: Coachful. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your clients get one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. Coachful is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and is rated 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

When Coachful beats both
- You sell programs, not hours. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks are the core of the product.
- You want the marketing in the same place. Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. It also has booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking, and email broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits.
- You want an assistant that knows your practice. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. It builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions, briefs you before calls and, if you ask, gives private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
- You want clients supported between calls. AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. See the AI coaching assistant.
- You want to leave without losing data. Coachful exports your full client data as a ZIP: roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.

When Coachful does not beat them
- You need HIPAA. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, does not sign a BAA and is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Use Healthie.
- Your clients pay by PayPal. Coachful has no PayPal. Delenta supports it.
- You want a permanent free plan. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan. Delenta and Healthie have none either.
- You need wearable data. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available.
- You need an app under your own developer account, or Salesforce or HubSpot sync. Coachful offers neither.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create > We'll build it for you · FREE and describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as logos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. As one example, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A coach moving from Delenta or Healthie can also have clients, programs and content imported during onboarding. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What do public reviews say?
There is little public review data for either tool. On Trustpilot, Delenta scored 4.1 from 5 reviews and Healthie 4.0 from 5 reviews when we checked in October 2026. Five reviews are too few to say anything about reliability or support. Run a real week of your own work through each trial instead of relying on star ratings.
What you can judge from documentation is fit. Delenta's feature list reads like a coaching back office. Healthie's add-ons (claims, prescribing, eFax) read like a clinic's. We have not run either tool hands-on. This comparison is based on what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report.
How do you choose in one afternoon?
Answer three questions and the choice usually makes itself.
- Do you bill insurance, chart clinically or need a BAA? If yes, use Healthie and stop here.
- Will you have more than 40 clients within a year? If yes, Delenta means Premium at $79 a month, while Healthie Essentials stays at $49.99. Count that against the features each plan gives you.
- Do you need a website, funnels, email, courses and community? If yes, price the whole stack, not just the practice tool. That is where an all-in-one membership usually comes out ahead.

Frequently asked questions
Is Delenta or Healthie better for health coaches?
If you coach behavior change and do not diagnose, treat or bill insurance, Delenta matches the work more closely than Healthie, though its courses and mobile app need Premium. Healthie suits licensed providers who need HIPAA coverage and clinical charting. Coachful is the stronger fit if your coaching runs on programs, habits and check-ins.
Is Delenta HIPAA compliant?
Delenta lists HIPAA on its Teams plan, which is priced per seat with no public figure. The Starter, Pro and Premium plans do not list it. If you need a BAA as a solo provider, Healthie includes one automatically when you create your account.
Which is cheaper, Delenta or Healthie?
Healthie is cheaper to start, at $19.99 a month for 10 active clients against Delenta's $29 for 10 client portals. At 15 clients they cost about the same ($49 and $49.99). Beyond 40 clients, Healthie Essentials ($49.99, up to 250) undercuts Delenta Premium ($79). Prices are as listed in October 2026.
Does Healthie work for life coaches?
It can, but most of what makes Healthie distinctive is clinical: charting, claims, e-prescribing and eFax. A life coach pays for structure they do not use and still needs other tools for a website and marketing. Delenta or Coachful fits life coaching more naturally.
Do Delenta or Healthie have a free trial?
Both offer one. Healthie lists a free trial on its pricing page. Delenta's page says 14 days in its headline and 7 days in its FAQ, with no credit card required. Neither has a permanent free plan.
Can I move my clients from Delenta or Healthie to Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding. Export what each tool lets you export first. Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import, but we could not confirm a full client-data export from official documentation for either Delenta or Healthie.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar asset inside your account from your brief, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaches who do clinical work alongside coaching should keep clinical records in a clinical system such as Healthie.
Which tool supports PayPal?
Delenta supports both Stripe and PayPal. Healthie uses Stripe. Coachful uses your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and does not support PayPal.
Do Delenta and Healthie have mobile apps for clients?
Delenta's mobile app comes with the Premium plan. Healthie offers a client portal. In Coachful, clients use your branding inside the Coachful app, where they see sessions, programs, habits, check-ins and community.
