Top 10 Healthie Alternatives in 2026

Top 10 Healthie Alternatives in 2026

The best healthie alternatives depend on one question: do you keep clinical records and bill insurance, or do you coach people between sessions? Healthie is practice management and telehealth built for dietitians, nutrition and wellness providers. If you chart, file claims or prescribe, stay in a clinical system. If you run programs, habits and check-ins and have never submitted a claim, you are probably paying for a clinic you do not run.

Our pick for that second group is Coachful, which puts booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community and a website under one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind. The other nine tools below each win a specific scenario, and we say plainly where each one beats us, including the cases where you should not leave a clinical platform at all.

Vendor facts are as listed in October 2026. Nothing here is a hands-on test: we report what vendors document and what public reviewers say.

Which Healthie alternative fits your situation?

Start with the row that sounds like your week. Prices are the entry price as listed in October 2026 on monthly billing, unless noted.

ToolThe situation it winsEntry price
CoachfulBest overall: a non-clinical coach who wants programs, payments, community and a website in one placeLite: $29/month for up to 5 clients
EverfitHealth coaching led by movement and daily habitsStarter $0 for up to 5 clients; Pro from $19/mo

Practice BetterNutrition practitioners who need charting at a lower priceSprout $0 for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo
PaperbellSolo coaches who want one flat price and need to accept PayPal$97/mo

Delenta, ABC Trainerize, HoneyBook and Kajabi complete the ten. They suit narrower needs: a team that needs a HIPAA tier, personal trainers, proposal-driven businesses and course sellers.

What should a coach look for when replacing Healthie?

Look for what your clients do between sessions, not for a longer feature list. Healthie's plans are shaped by client counts and clinical add-ons: as listed in October 2026, Core is $19.99 a month for up to 10 active clients, Essentials is $49.99 for up to 250, Plus is $129.99 for unlimited clients, and Group starts at $149.99 with $50 a month per extra provider. Insurance claims through ClaimMD, DoseSpot e-prescribing at $40 per clinician, AI charting and an inbound eFax line are add-ons. Healthie's own plan cards and comparison table disagree on which tier includes online programs and ClaimMD, so confirm that with Healthie before you budget around it.

Healthie's public pricing page with its plan tiers in October 2026

Those add-ons matter to a clinic. A health coach usually needs something else:

  • A client journey that keeps moving. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, visible in an app the client actually opens.
  • Selling without extra tools. A website, an intake call funnel, checkout, payment plans and an agreement signed before the first call.
  • Group delivery. A cohort space for your group program, so you are not repeating yourself in private messages.
  • A clear scope. Software that does not suggest you are running a medical practice when you are not.

Where is the clinical line?

Coaching is not medical treatment. Health coaches support behaviour change; they do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace care from a licensed clinician. Refer clients to a doctor, registered dietitian or mental health professional when you see signs of an eating disorder, unexplained symptoms, thoughts of self-harm, medication questions or a condition that needs medical nutrition therapy. Rules on who may give nutrition advice vary by state and country, so check with an attorney or your licensing board if you are unsure.

HIPAA is the other half of this line. The US Department of Health and Human Services applies it to covered entities, which are health plans, clearinghouses and providers who send certain health information electronically, along with their business associates. Whether it applies to you is a question for your attorney. If it does, you need a vendor that signs a business associate agreement (BAA). Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not offer a BAA, so clinical records do not belong in it. Healthie's BAA takes effect automatically when the account is created, and that is a real reason for clinicians to stay.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these Healthie alternatives?

We ranked for one login across the client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort, which favours all-in-one coaching platforms over clinical ones.

We pictured one concrete practice: a health coach with 15 active private clients and one group program, selling from a website, taking card payments and using no insurance. That is an example, not a customer. For each tool we asked what that coach would still have to buy, how much they would have to assemble and what the client would see each morning. A tool with a lower sticker price can lose this test if the website, email and course tools still have to come from somewhere else. If your practice differs, especially if you chart or file claims, the order below will not apply to you, and the scenario at the top of each section will serve you better.

Trustpilot figures are as seen in October 2026, and several rest on only a handful of reviews, so read them as a weak signal. Direct comparisons with Healthie go deeper if you have narrowed your list: see Practice Better vs Healthie, Healthie vs SimplePractice and Healthie vs Paperbell.

1. Coachful: the best overall for coaches who deliver programs

Coachful wins when your clients improve through what they do between calls and you are tired of paying for several tools to deliver it. It is a coaching platform with one subscription for booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It was built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Plans are flat and monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited and team plans add seats. Monthly plans cancel in one click. There is a free trial, but no permanent free plan.

The daily loop is the main difference from Healthie. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Clients receive all of it in one home and app carrying your branding inside the Coachful app. Your client record then collects goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. You can see who has gone quiet before they cancel.

Here is what that looks like for a client on a 12-week habits program, as an example. They open the app in the morning, answer a check-in, see today's tasks and tick off a walk and a protein-forward breakfast. Before Thursday's call, you read the briefing rather than scrolling through old messages. On the call, you talk about the week they actually had.

Selling and admin sit in the same login. Booking pages cover availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and either built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so you pay only processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record.

The Agreements tab in its empty state, with a drop area for a signed PDF.

Group programs do not need a second platform. Cohort groups are created automatically on enrollment, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. Our group coaching software page covers that in detail. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking are delivered in the same client home. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, and funnels cover booking, application, lead magnets and checkout. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences are built in as well.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. It builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If movement and meals are central to your coaching, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with illustrated exercises, workout logging, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup, barcode scanning, private progress photos and form-check video. Health coaches can start from the health coach page.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose We'll build it for you, then describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, journey, form, email sequence or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. A recent anonymized example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Nothing gets invented, so there are no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove service.

Where Coachful falls short. It is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing, is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA. There is no PayPal. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and it has no stock exercise videos, so you attach your own demos. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews, a small base. To start, take the free trial, ask for the white-glove build and let the team import your clients, programs and content during onboarding.

2. Everfit: when movement and habits lead your coaching

Picture a health coach whose clients mostly need to move more and build routines, and who has fewer than five of them today. That is Everfit's scenario. It is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client count.

The October 2026 pricing page lists a Starter plan at $0 for up to 5 clients, with an exercise library, workout builder, metrics, progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging and client and coach apps. Pro starts at $19 a month for 5 clients and scales: $29 for 10, $49 for 20, $75 for 35 and $95 for 50. Pro adds booking, habit coaching, forms, a food journal with macros, basic meal plans, custom branding and community forums. Studio starts at $105 for 50 clients and adds group chat, broadcasts and an on-demand portal.

The catch is what sits outside the base price. Autoflow automation starts at $29 a month, Payments & Packages at $9, Meal Plans & Recipe Books at $39 and On-Demand Collections at $25. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, so a coach selling a group program still needs other tools. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews, which is a small sample but worth reading before you commit.

Pick it over Coachful if training delivery is nearly your whole offer, you already have a website and email tool, and starting at no cost with very few clients matters more than having everything in one place.

3. Quenza: for worksheets and guided exercises between sessions

Some practices run on structured reflection: a coach or therapist assigns an exercise, the client completes it and the next session starts from those answers. Quenza is made for this. It is a client engagement tool with activities, worksheets, programs, notes, chat and a client mobile app.

As listed in October 2026, Spark costs $25 a month for one professional and 10 clients, with 100+ core activities. Growth is $50 for 250 clients and adds groups, one landing page, file sharing, recurring tasks and a custom logo, with 200+ activities. Impact is $125 for 400 clients and adds a custom domain, a custom email sender and 400+ premium activities. Collective is $160 for up to three professionals. Annual billing takes 20% off, and Growth is the realistic plan for most practices because groups and recurring tasks start there. There is a 30-day trial with no card required, and Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The gaps are significant if you want to replace Healthie's admin. Quenza does not process client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. A September 2026 profile also lists no scheduling or video calls. So it is a delivery layer, and you would still need booking, payment and contract tools alongside it. For a closer look, read Healthie vs Quenza.

Pick it over Coachful if your method depends on a large library of pre-written exercises and you are happy keeping booking and billing in other tools.

4. SimplePractice: if you are a licensed clinician who bills insurance

A therapist or practitioner who files claims and writes clinical notes belongs in a tool like SimplePractice, not in a coaching platform. It is built for therapists and health practitioners, with clinical notes, insurance claims and e-prescribing, and its BAA takes effect automatically at signup.

SimplePractice's marketing homepage as it appeared in October 2026
SimplePractice's homepage in October 2026.

Plans as listed in October 2026 are monthly only: Starter $49, Essential $79 with group sessions at an extra $20 a month, and Plus $99. Each additional practitioner costs about $74 a month, though the comparison table shows $69 to $74, and practices with six or more clinicians get custom pricing. Costs build from there: card payments at 3.15% + $0.30, insurance claims at $0.39 each, and $20 per clinician per year for CPT code access. Optional extras include Note Taker at $35 and ePrescribe at $49 plus an $89 setup fee. There is a 30-day trial with no card required, and an offer seen in October 2026 gives 50% off for 3 months if a paid plan starts within the trial's first 7 days.

For coaches, the fit is poor. There are no coaching programs, courses or community features, and insurance billing adds complexity you do not need. Trustpilot shows 2.6 from 1,616 reviews, one of the larger samples in this list. If you are moving from Healthie because of a clinical gap, compare details in our SimplePractice comparison.

Pick it over Coachful if you need insurance claims, CPT codes, clinical documentation or a BAA. That requirement decides it: Coachful does not do those jobs.

5. Practice Better: closest to Healthie for nutrition practitioners

Practice Better wins for a nutritionist or wellness practitioner who wants most of what Healthie does, including charting. It covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, so a switch from Healthie changes less here than anywhere else on this list.

Practice Better's marketing homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Its October 2026 ladder is easy to read. Sprout costs $0 for 3 clients and 1 practitioner. Starter is $35 a month for 10 clients and Professional is $69 for 300. Plus is $99 for unlimited clients, and Team is $155 for 2 practitioners, with up to 200 at $50 each. Annual billing lowers each paid plan. Add-ons include an AI Charting Assistant from $10 per practitioner, ePrescribe at $49 plus $99 onboarding and SMS at 5 cents per text.

Watch the tier gating. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS all begin on Plus, so a coach who wants self-paced programs under their own brand is effectively looking at $99 a month. A September 2026 profile also records no website builder or funnel pages, and accounts below Team allow one practitioner. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 on Team. The same profile describes per-client archives of notes, invoices and forms that are emailed and kept for 48 hours, with bulk export on request, so plan an exit before you need one. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews. Our head-to-head compares the clinical tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you chart client visits, need a clinical-style record, or want a no-cost tier for a very small caseload.

6. Paperbell: one price and very little to learn

Solo coaches who sell packages of sessions, want very little setup and need to take PayPal will find Paperbell a good match. It combines booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website under a single plan, with no client-count tiers to manage.

Paperbell's marketing homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

The price as listed in October 2026 is $97 a month or $970 a year, covering unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. Email workflows, forms, group coaching, video integration, notes, digital downloads, online classes and custom branding are all included, and Paperbell says there are no upsells. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, and Paperbell states no additional transaction fees. A September 2026 profile lists Stripe and PayPal as the processors.

The limits are on the delivery side. A September 2026 profile lists no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, so clients use a mobile browser. For habit-led health coaching, this is the main drawback: you can sell the package, but the daily follow-through happens somewhere else. The trial length is not on the pricing page; a July 2026 help center note describes 7 days with the public site offline and client messages off, so a full live test may be hard. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews. If you want more options in this category, see our Paperbell alternatives list or Healthie vs Paperbell.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is simply sessions in packages, you do not need client habit tracking, and PayPal is non-negotiable.

7. Delenta: a coaching CRM with a HIPAA option for teams

Delenta suits a growing coaching team that wants a coaching CRM and also needs HIPAA named on a plan. It offers lead management, intake forms, booking with calendar sync, session notes, tasks and goals, e-signed contracts, coaching logs and Stripe or PayPal payments. Course creation and a mobile app arrive on the top self-serve plan.

In October 2026 it listed Starter at $29 a month with 10 client portals, Pro at $49 with 40 portals plus group coaching, and Premium at $79 with unlimited portals, custom domain, branded emails, sales pages, a course creator and a mobile app. Yearly totals bring those down noticeably. Teams, which carries multiple coaches, roles, white label and HIPAA, is priced per seat, and the amount is not shown. Ask for the figure and what its HIPAA coverage includes before planning around it. Our example coach with 15 clients would fit Pro, but that plan has no course creator or mobile app, so a coach who needs either should budget for Premium.

Two things to check. The pricing page gives conflicting trial lengths, 14 days in one place and 7 in another, and we could not verify a client data export. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 5 reviews, too few to mean much. See Delenta vs Healthie and Delenta alternatives for more.

Pick it over Coachful if a multi-coach team needs a plan that lists HIPAA, or if you need PayPal alongside a coaching CRM.

8. ABC Trainerize: for personal trainers with a wearable-minded audience

Personal trainers and small gyms make up Trainerize's natural market, especially where clients expect wearable integrations. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, so this is a real point of difference. Trainerize offers workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats.

The October 2026 page lists Basic at $0 for 1 client, Grow at $10 for 2, and Pro at $25 for 5, with Pro tiers running up to 200 clients. Prices above 5 clients are no longer printed on the page; a September 2026 profile lists about $50 for 15 and $135 for 50. The page itself contains conflicting figures, so confirm your tier before budgeting.

Core business tools cost extra below Studio Plus. Advanced Nutrition Coaching runs $20 or $45 a month, the Business add-on with scheduling and product sales is $25, Video Coaching is $10, and Stripe Integrated Payments is $10. A branded app costs a one-time $169 on Pro. Stack several of those and the low starting price rises quickly, so total them first. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, and that same profile says client exports leave out messages, photos and attachments. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews. There is a 30-day trial with no card, though add-ons are not included in it, and the account drops to the 1-client plan afterwards.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients train from their wearables and in-app workouts are the whole product.

9. HoneyBook: proposal-driven client admin

Corporate wellness consultants who win work through proposals, contracts and invoices may prefer HoneyBook's way of working. It is a client management CRM for service businesses, with proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. Its review base is one of the stronger ones here, at 4.1 from 748 on Trustpilot.

Annual-billed prices as listed in October 2026 are Starter at $29, Essentials at $49 and Premium at $109 a month, with $59 and $129 shown as monthly reference prices. The scheduler, automations, QuickBooks Online and SMS reminders begin on Essentials, so most coaches should treat that as the true starting point. A 30-day trial with no card is available, along with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing, and the page shows conflicting card rates: 2.7% + 10 cents in one place, 2.9% + 25 cents in another.

HoneyBook does not deliver coaching. It has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so anything your client does between sessions will live elsewhere. A September 2026 profile also notes that contacts export to CSV, while smart files and templates are not portable in a reusable format, which matters if you outgrow it. Starter allows only 2 live lead forms, and the same profile records a price rise in February 2025. Life coaches comparing this kind of setup can read our HoneyBook alternatives guide.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is project-based consulting sold by proposal and you need no client program delivery at all.

10. Kajabi: for selling courses to a large audience

Kajabi earns a place if your health business is really a media business: a large list, a flagship course and a community, with little private coaching. It covers courses, a community, a website, funnels and email in one place, and it is built for selling knowledge products.

It is also the priciest entry here. As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179 a month with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249 with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499 with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. A branded mobile app appears only on Pro in the comparison table. Annual billing lowers those to $143, $199 and $399. Using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a further 0.5% to 2% fee.

The fit problem for coaches is structural. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, and coaching is sold as products and communities rather than per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews, a large base. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, though bulk contact import and some automations stay locked until you activate a paid plan. A September 2026 profile notes CSV exports for contacts and sales, manual course downloads per asset, and data removal 90 days after cancellation.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes from a large audience buying courses, and you value its marketing depth more than client-level coaching tools.

How do these Healthie alternatives compare feature by feature?

Coachful and Healthie cover the most ground from opposite directions: coaching delivery for one and clinical work for the other. "Not listed" means the data we reviewed does not confirm it either way; ask the vendor before you rely on it. "Partial" means plan-gated, an add-on or a limited version.

What do they cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Base plan prices rarely tell the whole story, but they are the right place to start. The figures below use monthly billing as listed in October 2026 unless marked, and exclude card processing and add-ons.

SimplePractice's figures assume its Starter tier meets your needs, since our data shows feature tiers rather than client tiers. Comparing plan prices alone flatters the narrower tools, which is why the next section prices complete setups.

There is also a fourth pattern worth knowing about: the hybrid. A registered dietitian who also runs a group program can keep clinical charts in a system with a BAA, and run the non-clinical program elsewhere. Keep the boundary clean. Clinical notes, diagnoses and treatment records stay in the clinical system, and the coaching space holds only habits, education and community. Ask your attorney whether that separation works for your practice.

How do you move off Healthie without losing records?

Plan the export first, because Healthie's data export is not something we could confirm from official documentation. Ask its support in writing what you can export and in what format, then get every record out before you cancel.

  1. Sort your data. Separate clinical records from coaching material. Clinical records may carry retention duties, which vary by state and profession, so check with an attorney or your licensing board.
  2. Pick the switch date. Move at a program boundary rather than mid-cycle, and give clients notice of the new login and any payment changes.
  3. Move subscriptions deliberately. Card details and subscriptions may not transfer on their own. Tell clients they may need to re-enter payment details.
  4. Rebuild one program first. Run a current client group through it before you migrate everyone.
  5. Keep the old account briefly. Hold it until you have checked your exports, then cancel.

If Coachful is your destination, your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can build the website or funnel you are replacing. Your client data can later be exported as a ZIP with the roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, so you are not locked in.

Which Healthie alternative should you choose?

If you chart, file claims or need a BAA, stay on Healthie or choose SimplePractice or Practice Better. Those tools exist for that work, and no coaching platform should stand in for them.

Everyone else, meaning coaches who deliver programs, should choose Coachful. It holds the whole client journey in one login, keeps clients engaged between sessions with habits and check-ins, replaces several subscriptions with one (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients), and the white-glove team builds your setup at no extra cost. Pick Everfit or Trainerize if training is your whole product, and Kajabi if you sell courses to a large audience. For a wider view, see our coaching software page or compare platforms directly.

Frequently asked questions about Healthie alternatives

What is the best alternative to Healthie for health coaches?

For non-clinical health coaches who deliver programs, we recommend Coachful, because it combines program delivery, habits, check-ins, payments, community and a website under one login. We make Coachful, so compare it with the others above. If you need charting or insurance billing, Practice Better or SimplePractice are better fits.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not offer a BAA, and it is not meant for clinical records or insurance billing. It is GDPR-ready. If HIPAA applies to your practice, keep protected health information in a clinical system such as Healthie or SimplePractice.

Do health coaches need HIPAA-compliant software?

It depends on your practice. HIPAA applies to covered entities and their business associates, and many independent coaches who take no insurance fall outside that definition, but you should not assume that about yours. Ask an attorney, especially if you work with clinics, employers or health plans.

Is there a cheaper option than Healthie?

At very small caseloads, yes: Practice Better's Sprout and Everfit's Starter both list $0 plans, for 3 and 5 clients respectively. At 15 clients, Healthie Essentials at $49.99 is competitive on price alone. The real cost difference comes from what you must add to it, such as a website, email or a course tool.

Can I run group programs without Healthie?

Yes. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically on enrollment, with a feed, group chat and video events. Paperbell and Delenta Pro include group coaching, and Everfit Studio adds group chat. See the feature matrix above for the differences.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

The Coachful team builds things inside your account at no extra cost on every plan, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or something else, based on your brief and files. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and nothing about your credentials or results gets invented.

Which Healthie alternatives support insurance billing?

In this list, SimplePractice is the clearest choice, with insurance claims at $0.39 each as listed in October 2026. Coaching platforms generally do not handle claims, and Coachful does not. If you bill insurance, start with clinical tools and compare them on claims workflows.

Can a coach use both a clinical tool and a coaching platform?

Yes, and practitioners with mixed work often do. Keep clinical records in the clinical system and use the coaching platform for non-clinical habits, education and community. Check with an attorney that your boundary between the two is sound.

Does Coachful sync with wearables like Garmin or Oura?

No. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log workouts, habits and check-ins in the app. If wearable data is central to your offer, ABC Trainerize lists app and wearable integrations.
