7 Best My PT Hub Alternatives (2026 Guide)

7 Best My PT Hub Alternatives (2026 Guide)

The best My PT Hub alternatives depend on one question: do you want a different training app, or do you want to stop paying for separate tools around your training app? My PT Hub already covers workouts, nutrition, bookings, payments and check-ins, and its Premium plan lists unlimited clients for $59 a month. Moving only makes sense if you are hitting a specific wall, such as the 3-client Starter cap, paid add-ons, or the lack of a website, course builder and email marketing on its pricing page.

Our pick is Coachful, because it keeps training delivery, booking, contracts, payments, courses, community, website and email inside one login, and the team will build your setup for you. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and check the listed prices and the "Pick it over Coachful if" lines below. If you only need a sharper workout app and already have a website, one of the fitness specialists further down may suit you better.

All vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 unless marked otherwise. This ranking rests on pricing pages, vendor documentation and public reviews, not on paid accounts in each product.

What do personal trainers and fitness coaches need from My PT Hub alternatives?

Trainers need software that delivers the training between sessions and also runs the business around it. A personal trainer's week usually moves through the same chain: a lead asks about coaching, books a consultation, signs an agreement, pays, completes intake, gets a program, logs workouts, sends a weekly check-in and renews. Most tools in this category handle the middle of that chain very well and leave both ends to something else.

Here is what to look for at each stage:

  • Finding clients. A website, a lead magnet, an application or booking funnel and an email list. My PT Hub's pricing page shows none of these, so you would keep a separate site and mail tool.
  • Signing clients. Booking with reminders, a waiver or coaching agreement signed before the first session, and a payment that does not depend on chasing anyone.
  • Delivering training. A workout builder with supersets, circuits and tempo, logging with set history, and a way to review form on video.
  • Keeping clients on track. Habits, weekly check-ins, progress photos and measurements, and a view that shows who has gone quiet.
  • Scaling beyond 1:1. Group programs, challenges, an on-demand course and a community, so income is not tied to the hours in your diary.

Scope matters as well. Coaching and personal training are not medical treatment. Trainers should refer clients to a doctor for chest pain, dizziness, unexplained pain, recent surgery, pregnancy complications or an unmanaged chronic condition, and refer nutrition questions tied to a disease or an eating disorder to a registered dietitian. The US Physical Activity Guidelines advise adults with chronic conditions or symptoms to consult a health care professional or physical activity specialist about the types and amounts of activity that suit them. Your software should hold coaching records, not clinical ones. If you work inside a clinic, read the HHS guidance on HIPAA and ask a lawyer or compliance adviser which rules apply. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, and the other vendors' pages we checked do not make a clear case for clinical use.

How did we choose these My PT Hub alternatives?

We priced and scored each tool against one scenario: an example online trainer with 15 clients and one group program, who books consultations, needs signed agreements, takes recurring payments and runs a small nutrition component. That trainer is past the free plans and is not yet large enough for an enterprise contract, which makes the add-on math easy to see.

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Headline prices hide most of the difference. Using each vendor's listed figures, here is roughly what that trainer pays before any website or email tool:

  • My PT Hub: Premium at $59 a month covers group bookings and automated check-ins. Zapier is an 18-a-month add-on (seen in euros).
  • Trainerize: Pro 15 at $50, plus $10 for Stripe payments and $25 for the Business add-on that carries scheduling, comes to $85 a month (Pro 15 and add-on prices from September 2026).
  • Everfit: the 20-client Pro tier at $49, plus Payments from $9 and Autoflow from $29, starts at $87 a month. Meal plans and recipe books add from $39 more.
  • HubFit: payments start on Premium, so the realistic figure is $69 a month.

Those figures are worked examples from public price lists, and your own add-ons will differ. Each tool then earned or lost ground on four questions: how much of the journey sits in one login, how well it keeps clients moving between sessions, what the full stack costs once the missing pieces are bought elsewhere, and how much setup you must do yourself. We left out Exercise.com, which is sold by quote after a demo and has no public price, so its cost cannot be compared without a sales call.

1. Why is Coachful the top pick among My PT Hub alternatives?

Coachful ranks first because it is the only tool here that covers the whole chain, from a stranger finding your website to a client finishing a group program, in one subscription. It is a coaching platform for people who deliver programs rather than single sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for anyone replacing 4 to 6 tools. It is not a course marketplace, a clinical record system or a general website builder for non-coaching sites.

Training delivery. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises, supporting supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo. Clients log workouts with set history and PRs. You can set nutrition targets up to calories and macros, write meal plans and recipes, and clients get food lookup and barcode scanning. Private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, challenges, and private form-check video with timestamped coach comments round it out. There are no stock exercise videos, so you attach your own demos.

Programs that run between sessions. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Enrolling someone in a program creates the cohort group automatically, which suits a 12-week group block. Our group coaching software page shows how that fits together.

Knowing who needs you. The client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing per client, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Check-ins sit in a library of coaching flows, alongside welcome flows and multi-part journeys.

The business around the training. This is where it parts company with My PT Hub. You get booking pages with availability rules, buffers, time-zone detection and two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, and a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you only pay processing. Add a website with blog and funnels, email lists with multi-step sequences, courses with drip and completion tracking, a community feed, group chat and video events.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then We'll build it for you, you describe what you want and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, funnel, offer page, program, course outline and written material, coaching flow, form, email sequence, link in bio or lead quiz. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. Nothing gets invented, so no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording your videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build gave a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site with every button leading to a free consultation. Read more in our guide to the white-glove service.

Where it falls short for trainers. Be honest with yourself about these before moving:

  • No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available.
  • No stock exercise videos, unlike libraries in some fitness apps.
  • No PayPal; payments run through Stripe or Razorpay.
  • The client app is your branding inside the Coachful app, not your own App Store listing.
  • Not HIPAA-certified and no BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong elsewhere.
  • No permanent free plan, though there is a free trial.

Price. Plans are flat and monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Coachful holds a 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews. To start, take a free trial and request the white-glove build; clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. If you are a trainer, our page for fitness coaches has more detail.

2. Is PT Distinction the better choice if you want a branded app?

PT Distinction pricing page listing the Basic, Pro and Master plans
PT Distinction's pricing page in October 2026.

PT Distinction is the closest like-for-like swap for My PT Hub, and it wins on the branded app. It is online personal-training software covering programs, nutrition, check-ins, automations and a client app, and Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 297 reviews, one of the stronger scores here.

Pricing mixes included clients with overage. Basic is $19.90 a month with 3 clients, then $6 per extra client after one free month. Pro is $59.90 with 25 clients, then $2.40 per extra. Master is $89.90 with 50 clients, then $1.60 per extra. There is a one-month free trial, and you can cancel in that first month and pay nothing. The key difference from My PT Hub sits in the Pro tier, which includes your own custom-branded iOS and Android apps. My PT Hub charges 145 a month for its white-label App Store app on Premium (seen in euros), though Ultimate includes it.

The payments picture is unusual. PT Distinction's documentation describes selling packages on your own website through PayPal, or using Stripe linked through Zapier. It does not show a site or funnel builder, so you need your own website. Its pages also do not describe a client booking page or e-signed agreements, and they suggest linking outside booking software. Data export is not documented on the pages checked.

See how it stacks up in My PT Hub vs PT Distinction, the PT Distinction review and PT Distinction pricing.

Pick it over Coachful if your own App Store listing matters more than having your website, booking and contracts in one place, or if you need PayPal.

3. Does HubFit give you the most clients for the money?

HubFit homepage presenting its online fitness coaching app
HubFit's homepage in October 2026.

On raw client count, yes: HubFit's Standard plan lists up to 50 clients for $39 a month ($33 billed annually), and My PT Hub's Premium is the only tool here priced in the same range for that roster size. Premium at $69 ($57 annually) raises the cap to 100, and Ultimate starts at $119 ($99 annually) for 100 clients and scales to 500 at $419 ($349 annually). Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and the card requirement is not stated.

The product is a focused online-training app: an advanced workout builder with supersets, circuits and AMRAP, phased programs, nutrition, daily habit tracking and check-ins on a schedule you set. Its September 2026 profile also lists wearable syncing with Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop and Oura, plus an in-app community feed. Trustpilot shows 5 from 390 reviews, the highest score in this list.

Watch the plan gates, because the $39 figure leaves out things you may assume are included:

  • Stripe payments and branding start on Premium, so most trainers selling inside the app pay $69.
  • Team members and Zapier start on Ultimate.
  • The branded app is a $189 monthly add-on.
  • Older profile data shows no appointment booking, video calls, contracts or website.

For a trainer with a site, a calendar tool and a contract process already running, none of that may hurt. For someone hoping to cut subscriptions, it adds some.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a large online roster, want wearable data in the app, and are happy keeping booking, contracts and your website in separate tools.

4. When does ABC Trainerize make more sense than My PT Hub?

ABC Trainerize homepage presenting its personal training app
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

Trainerize makes sense when wearables and template depth outrank a simple bill. Its profile lists Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Polar and Whoop for progress tracking, along with phased programs, an AI Workout Builder on Grow and above, habits with streaks and badges, and challenges with leaderboards.

Plans are priced by client seats. Basic is free for 1 client, Grow is $10 a month ($9 annually) for 2, and Pro starts at $25 ($23 annually) for 5 clients. Our September 2026 data puts Pro 15 at $50, Pro 30 at $79 and Pro 50 at $135. Studio Plus is $275 a month ($248 annually) for larger, multi-location businesses, with higher tiers through sales. A 30-day free trial with unlimited clients needs no card and reverts to the free 1-client plan, but add-ons are excluded during the trial, so you will not see the full product.

That matters because the add-ons carry much of the business side below Studio. Scheduling and selling products sit in the $25 Business add-on, in-app payments in the $10 Stripe add-on, video coaching in a $10 add-on, and advanced nutrition in a $20 or $45 add-on depending on tier. A custom-branded app is $169 one-time on Pro 30 and above. There is no website, course builder or email marketing, and an older profile notes that client data export is incomplete, leaving out messages, photos and attachments. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews.

More detail is in My PT Hub vs Trainerize and PT Distinction vs Trainerize.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients live on their Garmin or Apple Watch and you want that data flowing into their training.

5. Is Everfit the right starting point for a new trainer?

Everfit homepage presenting its fitness coaching platform
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

For someone testing online coaching with a handful of clients, Everfit's free tier is hard to argue with. Starter costs $0 for up to 5 clients, and the listing says it stays free. That beats My PT Hub's Starter on cost alone, since that plan is $25 a month with a 3-client limit on the pricing page.

Pro starts at $19 ($16 annually) for 5 clients and climbs with the roster: $29 at 10, $49 at 20, $95 at 50, $140 at 100 and $290 at 300. It adds booking, habit coaching, forms, a food journal and macros, and basic meal plans. Studio starts at $105 ($88 annually) for 50 clients and reaches $430 ($358 annually) at 500, adding group chat, broadcast messages and on-demand training content. A 30-day free trial needs no contract or card.

Costs grow in two directions at once, though. As the roster rises, so does the tier, and several features you might expect are add-ons:

  • Autoflow automation from $29 a month for the first 30 active clients.
  • Payments and packages from $9 a month.
  • Meal plans and recipe books from $39 a month.
  • On-demand collections from $25 a month, included in Studio.

There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 2.7, but from only 16 reviews, so read it as thin evidence. Compare it directly in My PT Hub vs Everfit and Everfit vs PT Distinction.

Pick it over Coachful if you have five or fewer clients, your budget is close to zero, and you are still finding out whether online training will work for you.

6. Who should pay per client for Coachway?

Coachway homepage presenting its software for fitness and nutrition coaches
Coachway's homepage in October 2026.

Coachway suits a small roster of high-value fitness and nutrition clients, where one all-in plan beats comparing tiers. The Copenhagen-based product has a single plan at $79 a month for up to 5 active clients, then $10 per additional client. The headline is in euros, at EUR 69 plus EUR 9 per client, excluding VAT. There are no feature tiers, and no annual plan is shown.

Everything is switched on from day one: a workout builder with 1,800+ exercises, a meal planner with 1,100+ recipes, macros, allergy filters and PDF export, check-in forms, progress tracking, automations, a lead pipeline, and chat with voice and video messages. The branded client app (your logo and colors inside the Coachway app) and a coach mobile app are included, and the client app comes in 6 languages. A lead pipeline is something My PT Hub's pricing page does not show. Coachway also offers free migration from some platforms where a move is possible.

The catch is arithmetic. At 15 clients the plan is $179 a month, and at 40 it is $429, against My PT Hub Premium's flat $59. A 2.4% payment fee applies when you use its built-in payment system, while the page's structured data says none applies through your own Stripe checkout, so ask which one you will be on. The 14-day trial requires a card. The site describes no session booking calendar, courses or community. Trustpilot shows 4.6 from 22 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you specifically want its large built-in recipe library and allergy-filtered meal planning, and your active client count will stay low.

7. Is TrueCoach still worth it for pure programming?

TrueCoach homepage presenting its strength and fitness programming app
TrueCoach's homepage in October 2026.

TrueCoach remains a reasonable pick for strength coaches who care almost entirely about the program itself. Its profile lists a drag-and-drop workout builder with templates, a library of 3,500+ exercise videos, habit tracking, and wearable connections on Standard and above, including Apple Health, Garmin, WHOOP and OURA. That video library is a real difference from tools where you record every demo yourself.

Prices listed are annual-billing figures: Starter $26.34 a month for up to 5 active clients, Standard $57.99 for up to 20, Pro $136.99 for up to 50, and Custom above that. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, plus an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers, with restrictions. Its FAQ says there are no extra fees and that automated payments run through Stripe, with Stripe fees applying. An older profile limits in-app payments to coaches banking in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, which rules it out for many trainers elsewhere, so confirm that first.

The gaps are significant if you are leaving My PT Hub for more breadth, not less. Older profile data shows no video calls, contracts, courses, community or website, and the pricing page's feature list has no scheduling or booking. You would be giving up the bookings My PT Hub includes. At 40 clients you also land on the $136.99 plan, more than double My PT Hub Premium. Trustpilot shows 2.4 from 19 reviews, a small sample. See My PT Hub vs TrueCoach and PT Distinction vs TrueCoach for more.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a ready-made exercise video library and your whole offer is writing training plans, with booking and marketing handled elsewhere.

Which features does each My PT Hub alternative actually include?

Coachful is the only row with a yes in every column. "Not shown" means the vendor's pricing page does not list it and we could not confirm it elsewhere, while "Partial" covers paid add-ons, plan gates or a limited version. Some cells rely on September 2026 and older profile data, so confirm anything critical with the vendor.

Read that table against the things you actually buy today. If your website, email tool and e-signature app are costs you would happily keep, the right-hand columns count for little and a training specialist will do. If they are the reason you are searching, they are the whole decision. Our comparison hub and coaching software guide cover the wider category.

What do these tools cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

My PT Hub Premium is hard to beat on subscription price once you pass 25 clients: only HubFit's Standard lists lower, and that plan excludes payments. The table covers each tool's cheapest plan for that client count at the listed monthly rate, unless noted, before add-ons and processing fees.

Note what the table leaves out. A training app's price is only part of the stack if you also pay for a website, an email tool, a course host and an e-signature service. To compare honestly, write down what you pay for each of those today, add it to the training app line, and compare that total with an all-in option. My PT Hub prices its page by location, and the amounts we saw were in euros, with Google's index of the same page showing the same numbers in dollars, so check your own local price.

How would you set up a training business in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for a trainer moving off My PT Hub with 15 clients and a planned 8-week group block. The numbers are illustrative, and each step notes what your client experiences.

A laptop showing a session calendar and a tablet showing a client progress page on a plyo box
Coachful's session calendar on a laptop and the client's coaching page on a tablet, set on a plyo box in a garage gym.
  1. Export what you can first. My PT Hub's data export is not documented on the pages we checked, so ask its support what you can take and save copies of programs and progress records before cancelling. Client sees: nothing yet.
  2. Request the build. Go to Create, then We'll build it for you, and describe your site and funnel: who you train, your offers and your real prices. Attach your logo, photos and existing copy. Client sees: a new homepage with one clear button to book a consultation.
  3. Move your roster. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Keep your old app running until each client has logged in. Client sees: an invitation into your branded home and the Coachful app under your branding.
  4. Rebuild your training templates. Create the workouts with supersets, circuits and tempo prescriptions, then attach your own demo videos to your main lifts. Client sees: today's workout, set history and PRs as they log.
  5. Add nutrition inside your scope. Set calorie and macro targets, add meal plans and recipes, and refer anything clinical to a registered dietitian. Client sees: targets, food lookup and barcode scanning.
  6. Set the rhythm. Use a morning check-in and a weekly check-in with photos and measurements, then add two or three habits. Client sees: a short prompt, a streak and private progress tracking.
  7. Open your calendar. Create a consultation and a monthly review session type with buffers and minimum notice, and sync your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Client sees: times in their own time zone and a video link generated automatically.
  8. Send the agreement. Set your coaching agreement to go out for e-signature before the first call, and add your health-screening intake questions to the booking. Have a local lawyer check the wording, because rules vary by state and country. Client sees: one document to sign, stored on their record.
  9. Connect payments. Link your own Stripe or Razorpay account, then create your 1:1 subscription and a payment plan for the group block. Client sees: a checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay and an invoice per transaction.
  10. Launch the group. Enrolling in the 8-week program creates the cohort group automatically, and you can add a challenge and a live video event. Client sees: a group, a program with the current week, and other people doing the same work.
  11. Run your week from the client list. Check who is marked quiet or at risk, review form-check videos with timestamped comments, and read the AI briefing before each session. Client sees: a coach who notices when they slip.

What mistakes should you avoid when leaving My PT Hub?

The most expensive mistake is comparing plan prices and ignoring the bill around them. These are the others worth watching:

  • Counting clients the wrong way. Vendors use "clients", "active clients" and included clients plus overage. Read how each one counts, then project your roster a year ahead, because per-client pricing punishes growth.
  • Moving mid-block. Switching clients halfway through a training phase invites confusion and missed logs. Move at the start of a new block, a few clients at a time.
  • Assuming your history comes with you. Export is undocumented or partial at several vendors. Ask before you cancel, and ask your new vendor what it can import.
  • Missing a dependency. If clients depend on Garmin or Apple Health data, stock exercise videos or PayPal, check those first. Several tools here lack one or more of them.
  • Paying for a white-label app too early. An App Store listing under your own name is a nice signal, but it is rarely what makes a client stay. Prove the retention first, then decide.
  • Storing clinical data in coaching software. Keep screening light, ask for a doctor's clearance when red flags appear, and leave medical records in clinical systems.
  • Starting a trial without a plan. Trials at the fitness apps here run from 14 to 30 days. My PT Hub's own trial drops to its Free plan at the end, and Coachway's needs a card, so set a date to decide.

Which My PT Hub alternative should you choose?

Choose Coachful if you want to replace your training app and the tools around it with one login. It suits the trainer who sells programs and group coaching, wants a website and email without another bill, and would rather have the setup built than spend weekends on it. Accept the trade-offs first: no wearable sync, no stock exercise videos, no PayPal.

If you only want a training app, the choice narrows quickly. PT Distinction fits if you want your own branded app without paying My PT Hub's add-on. HubFit gives you the largest roster at the lowest listed price, Trainerize brings wearables, Everfit lets a brand-new trainer start at no cost, Coachway bundles meal planning, and TrueCoach offers a ready video library. And if you have 40 clients, a website you like and no plans to sell courses, staying on My PT Hub Premium is a sound decision.

Frequently asked questions about My PT Hub alternatives

What is the best alternative to My PT Hub?

Coachful is our pick for trainers who want training delivery, booking, contracts, payments, a website, email and courses under one login. For a training-only swap, PT Distinction is the closest match and includes branded apps from its Pro plan. We make Coachful, so compare the feature and cost tables against your own needs.

Is there a free alternative to My PT Hub?

Everfit's Starter plan is listed as free for up to 5 clients, and ABC Trainerize has a free plan for 1 client. My PT Hub also has its own free plan, which your account drops to after the 30-day trial. Payments and automation typically cost extra or are missing on free tiers.

Which alternative is cheapest for 40 clients?

Among listed prices, HubFit Standard at $39 a month is the lowest, though payments require Premium at $69. My PT Hub Premium at $59 covers unlimited clients and includes payments, so it is a strong value on subscription price alone. Compare those figures with the cost of any tools you would still need to buy separately.

What does the white-glove build from Coachful include?

The free white-glove service covers things like a website, funnel, offer page, program, course outline, form, email sequence or link in bio, built inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and nothing is invented, so gaps are left for you.

Does Coachful sync with Garmin, Fitbit or Apple Health?

No. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. If wearable data is central to your coaching, look at Trainerize, HubFit or TrueCoach, whose profiles list those connections on certain plans.

Can I have my own branded app without My PT Hub's add-on?

PT Distinction includes custom-branded iOS and Android apps from its Pro plan at $59.90 a month. Trainerize offers a custom-branded app for a one-time $169 on Pro 30 and above, and HubFit charges $189 a month. With Coachful, clients see your branding inside the Coachful app rather than an App Store listing of your own.

Can I move my clients off My PT Hub without losing data?

Data export is not documented on the My PT Hub pages we checked, so ask its support exactly what you can take before cancelling. Save programs and progress records yourself where you can. On the receiving side, Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding. Coachway also says it migrates from some platforms at no charge.

Is My PT Hub still a good option in 2026?

Yes, for many trainers. It has 4.4 on Trustpilot from 2,557 reviews, and Premium lists unlimited clients, nutrition AI, group bookings and automated check-ins at $59 a month. It is a weaker fit if you want a website, course builder or email marketing in the same product, since its pricing page does not show them.

Are these tools suitable for clinical or medical clients?

Treat them as coaching tools, not clinical systems. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, and the other vendors' pages we checked do not make a clear case for clinical use either. Trainers should refer medical concerns to a doctor and disease-related nutrition to a registered dietitian, and any clinic-based practice should take compliance advice first.
