PT Distinction Review 2026: Pricing, Features and Verdict

This PT Distinction review comes to a clear answer: it is a well-rated, fairly priced delivery app for online personal trainers, and it is the wrong purchase if you want one system that also runs your website, booking, contracts and courses. If your business is training plans, nutrition guidance and check-ins, it deserves a place on your shortlist. If you sell a wider coaching offer, you will end up paying for other tools around it.
| Verdict at a glance | PT Distinction |
|---|---|
| Who it suits | Online and hybrid personal trainers who need strong programming, nutrition coaching, habits and a branded app, and who already have a website |
| Who should skip it | Coaches who need client booking pages, e-signed contracts, a course builder, funnels or email marketing lists in the same login |
| Public rating | Trustpilot 4.8 from 297 reviews, seen on October 25, 2026 |
| Price | From $19.90/month for 3 clients; branded apps from $59.90/month, as listed in October 2026 |
| Trial | 1 month; billing starts afterwards unless you cancel |
We make Coachful, a competing platform, so read this with that in mind. We have not run a training business inside PT Distinction. Everything below comes from what the company publishes on its pricing and features pages, as listed in October 2026, plus its public rating. Where we recommend Coachful, we say why, and we also say where PT Distinction is the better buy.
What is PT Distinction?
PT Distinction is online personal-training software from PT Distinction Ltd, a UK-registered company based in Wiltshire. It gives trainers a portal for building programs and nutrition guidance, and gives their clients iOS and Android apps plus a web portal for following the plan and logging results.
The company is plain about its audience. Its site speaks to personal trainers, hybrid coaches and fitness professionals, and most of the product decisions follow from that: exercise videos, movement screens, strength tests, progressions and body composition assessments. That focus is the main thing to like about it. It is also why a life coach, a business coach or a health coach who does not program exercise will find much of it irrelevant.
Pricing works by included clients plus a charge for each extra client. Every plan has the same core feature list, and the main thing you buy by moving up, besides cheaper client capacity, is your own branded app.
What does PT Distinction do well for each part of the job?
It is strongest at delivery and client experience, reasonable at selling, and light on marketing and admin. The table sums up what each platform documents, and the sections below add the detail that a summary row cannot hold.
| Platform | Marketing | Selling | Delivery | Client experience | Admin |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Website builder, funnels, email sequences, social planner, Instagram automations | Own Stripe or Razorpay, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, 0% platform fee | Programs, workouts, nutrition targets, habits, check-ins, courses | Your branding inside the Coachful app, plus community and group chat | Booking, calendar sync, e-signed agreements, invoices, client records |
| PT Distinction | Challenges, free trials, sample programs, marketing guides, AI marketing copy; no site or funnel builder shown | Packages sold on your own website; PayPal, or Stripe through Zapier | Program builder, AI programs and meal plans, assessments, habits, thousands of exercise videos | iOS, Android and web; own branded apps from Pro; Apple Watch app | Adherence feeds, workflows, scheduled email and SMS; no booking page or contracts documented |
Marketing
PT Distinction's marketing tools focus on getting people to try your training. You can run online challenges, automated free trials and sample programs, and the company says it covers the account cost for those prospects during the promotion. That is a thoughtful detail, since a per-client pricing model could otherwise punish you for running a big free challenge.
It also offers a library of marketing guides, interviews with industry names, and a Marketing AI that drafts blog posts, social posts and sales copy. What the pages we checked do not show is a website builder, a funnel builder, or email list marketing with sequences for leads. Its scheduled email is aimed at clients and groups. You still need somewhere for strangers to find you and somewhere to capture them.
Selling
The selling approach is deliberate: you sell packages on your own website, and buyers are added to PT Distinction with the content you prepared already waiting. Packages can be one-off or recurring and can run as long as you want. The features page argues that hosted package pages do not convert, which is an opinion, but the workflow makes sense if you already own a good website.
Payment details need a closer look. The features page describes one-off and recurring payments through a PayPal integration, or using any merchant and adding clients yourself. It also describes taking payment with Stripe and linking it through Zapier to add clients automatically. The pricing page does not show transaction fees or list processors, so ask before you commit if your payment flow matters. PayPal support is a real advantage for trainers whose clients prefer it, and it is one that Coachful does not offer.
Delivery
This is the heart of the product. The program builder handles circuits, supersets, giant sets and similar structures, and lets you build several workouts on one page. It also has templates, a workout progressions calculator and complex repeat scheduling, so you can plan weeks ahead and let items reach clients on the right day.
The exercise library is a major practical advantage. PT Distinction says it has thousands of exercise videos, and you can add your own or pull public videos from YouTube and Vimeo. A new trainer does not have to film a demo library before taking a first client. Coachful does not include stock exercise videos, so this is a clear win for PT Distinction if you do not want to film.
The AI Program Builder is described as producing a customized program in under 20 seconds, which you then edit. The speed is the vendor's claim. The sensible way to read it is as a fast first draft that still needs your judgment, particularly around a client's history and limitations.
Nutrition coaching is unusually thorough. You get habit coaching, recipes, a photo food diary, pre-made templates, macro and calorie views, an AI meal planner and a MyFitnessPal integration that brings in food, meals, macros and calories. The company also notes that creating specific meal plans is outside the scope of practice for trainers and frames its plans as examples. That caution deserves attention, whichever software you use.
Client experience
Clients get iOS and Android apps, a web portal, notifications for scheduled items, progress charts and video technique reviews, where they film a lift and send it to you. Tracking integrations include an Apple Watch app, Fitbit and MyZone. If your clients care about watch data, that is a meaningful difference, because Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available.
Basic uses PT Distinction-branded apps. Pro and Master add "your own custom branded Android and iOS apps". The pricing page's main plan cards also put website integration on Pro and Master, while a second copy of the plan list on that page shows it among Basic's features, so check this if you plan to start on Basic and host the client login on your site.
Groups are well covered too. You can run challenges and flagship programs, set up content once and adjust it for individuals, and turn group chat or a forum on or off. The "access to our community" line on the pricing page appears to mean PT Distinction's own community of trainers, rather than a community feature you sell to clients, though group chat covers much of that need.
Admin
Day-to-day oversight looks well thought out. Live activity feeds show what clients did and missed, a traffic-light "program health" view shows who needs a new program, and summary widgets show adherence across your roster. Automated workflows and pre-scheduled messages take care of repetitive contact, and you can add as many trainers as you want for free, which is generous for a small team.
The business admin side is thinner. Scheduling on PT Distinction means scheduling training items into a client's calendar. The pages we checked do not describe a client-facing booking page, and they suggest linking your favorite booking software through Zapier. We also found no e-signed coaching agreements, and data export is not documented on the pages we checked. Ask about export before you load in several years of client history.
One claim to treat with care: the features page says automated reminders increase adherence "by over 90%", with no source given. Reminders are useful, but we would not build a forecast on that number.
How much does PT Distinction cost?
PT Distinction costs $19.90 to $89.90 a month before extra clients, billed monthly in US dollars, as listed in October 2026. No annual pricing is shown, there is no permanent free plan, and there is no minimum term. For a deeper breakdown, see our PT Distinction pricing guide.
| Plan | Monthly price | Clients included | Each extra client | Client app |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | No per-client charge; you move up a flat plan | Your branding inside the Coachful app |
| PT Distinction Basic | $19.90 | 3 | $6.00, after 1 free month | PT Distinction-branded |
| PT Distinction Pro | $59.90 | 25 | $2.40, after 1 free month | Your own custom-branded apps |
| PT Distinction Master | $89.90 | 50 | $1.60, after 1 free month | Your own custom-branded apps |

The extra-client charge sets the real buying decision. Here is what the published prices work out to, as our own arithmetic on the listed rates, ignoring the free first month for each extra client:
- 5 clients: Basic at $31.90 a month ($19.90 plus 2 extras).
- 10 clients: Basic would reach $61.90, so Pro at $59.90 is already cheaper, and it adds the branded app.
- 25 clients: Pro at $59.90.
- 38 clients: Pro would reach $91.10, so Master at $89.90 becomes the cheaper plan.
- 100 clients: Master at $169.90 ($89.90 plus 50 extras).
The structure is honest and easy to model, and the rate per extra client falls as you grow. It also means the bill keeps rising with your roster. For most working trainers the realistic entry point is Pro, so judge the product at that price rather than the headline number. Coachful's plans for the same roster sizes: 5 clients (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients), 25 clients (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients), and unlimited clients (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients).
About the trial: you get one month, and your membership continues into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel. The pricing page does not say whether a card is required. It does say you can cancel from Account, then Account settings, then Subscription, without a notice period or fee. Put a reminder in your calendar on day 25.
What do public reviewers praise and complain about?
The public score is very good: 4.8 on Trustpilot from 297 reviews, seen on October 25, 2026. That is a meaningful sample, and only HubFit scores higher among the tools in this article.
The testimonials PT Distinction chooses to publish are not independent, but they do show what the company's happy customers value. Ease of use and support come up repeatedly. Here are two, as printed on its pricing page in October 2026:
I highly recommend PT Distinction to any fitness professional looking for a reliable and easy-to-use platform. It has truly transformed the way I design programs and nutrition plans for my clients. (Simon Margheritini, personal trainer)
I really love the support of PT Distinction. It is a great experience and great team work! (Yamaris Merced González, personal trainer)
The company also says it is rated 4.9 stars on Capterra, GetApp and G2. We are reporting that as its own statement; we did not confirm those three figures independently.
On complaints, we are going to be straightforward: Trustpilot's page blocked our attempt to read the individual reviews when we prepared this article, so we have no sourced list of complaint themes and we will not invent one. A 4.8 score tells you most reviewers are happy. It does not tell you whether the unhappy minority shares your situation.
So read them yourself, which takes ten minutes. Filter PT Distinction's Trustpilot page to one, two and three stars, sort by newest, and look for:
- Billing surprises when the trial ends or when extra clients are added.
- Reports from clients about the app, as opposed to trainers about the portal.
- Payment setup problems in your country or with your processor.
- Exporting data or leaving, which the pages we checked do not document.
- How long it took to get a real answer, tested against the "same day support" promise on the pricing page.
For context, Coachful's own Trustpilot figure was 4.5 from 21 reviews, so PT Distinction has both a higher score and a much larger pool of public feedback. That gap is a fair point in its favor. For more of how we judge software, browse our reviews hub.
What are the pros and cons of PT Distinction?
The pros are about training delivery and fair pricing; the cons are mostly about what sits outside delivery. Here they are side by side, based on the company's own documentation.
| Area | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
| Programming | Flexible builder, progressions, templates, thousands of exercise videos | Built around exercise, so of limited use for non-fitness coaching |
| Nutrition | Habits, recipes, photo diary, AI meal planner, MyFitnessPal integration | Specific meal plans can sit outside a trainer's scope, so you need to know your limits |
| Pricing | Same core features on every plan, monthly billing, no minimum term, free extra trainers | Bill grows per client; no annual option shown; $6.00 per extra client on Basic |
| Branding | Own custom-branded apps from Pro | Not on Basic, so the brand step costs $40 more a month |
| Selling | Sell packages on your own site; PayPal available; Zapier for Stripe | Needs a website you already have; fees and processors not shown on the pricing page |
| Tracking | Apple Watch app, Fitbit, MyZone | Worth testing with your own devices during the trial |
| Business system | Zapier connects outside booking, forms and email tools | No booking page, contracts, course builder or funnels documented, so expect extra subscriptions |
| Reputation | 4.8 on Trustpilot from 297 reviews, seen in October 2026 | Data export not documented on the pages we checked |
Who is PT Distinction best for?
It is best for a personal trainer whose clients mainly buy a training plan and who already has a working website and a way to get bookings. If that describes you, the product fits well, and you should take the trial seriously.
It is a particularly good fit for these trainers:
- Remote trainers moving from spreadsheets and PDFs who want an exercise library ready on day one.
- Trainers who want a branded app and have 10 or more clients, since Pro is already the cheaper plan at that point.
- Small training teams, because extra trainers are free.
- Coaches whose clients use MyFitnessPal, Fitbit or an Apple Watch, and who want that data in one place.
- Trainers who need PayPal, as the features page documents it.
It is a weaker fit if you are starting from nothing, because you will also need a website, a booking tool, a way to capture leads, and an agreement process. It is also a poor match for a coach who sells knowledge as well as workouts: a course, a paid community, a mentorship, or sessions on a calendar. The features page does mention flagship courses and membership sites as business models you can build, but the pages we checked show group programs rather than a course builder with modules, lessons and quizzes.
A note on scope. Training and nutrition coaching are not medical care, and software does not change that. Refer clients to a doctor or a registered dietitian when you see chest pain, dizziness, unexplained injury, a medical condition that affects eating or exercise, pregnancy complications, or signs of an eating disorder. AI-generated training and meal plans do not check any of this for you. Clinical records also belong in a clinical system; Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, and the PT Distinction pages we read did not address HIPAA, so ask if it applies to you.
Why would a coach choose Coachful instead?
Choose Coachful when your business is bigger than the training plan, because it puts booking, payments, contracts, delivery, courses, community, website, funnels and email under one login, with one branded app for the client. PT Distinction is a focused delivery tool; Coachful is the whole business system with a fitness layer on top.

What Coachful is. A coaching platform where one subscription covers the client journey from first click to finished program, with an AI assistant, Michelle, that works from your live practice data. Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. See Coachful for fitness coaches and the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
What it does for trainers. The Fitness & Nutrition pack includes a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, and private form-check video with timestamped comments. Coaches attach their own demo videos.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:
What it adds around delivery. These are the jobs a PT Distinction user would likely cover with other tools:
- Booking: booking pages with availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, two-way calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and paid sessions.
- Contracts: coaching agreements with e-signature sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Payments: your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only processing.
- Marketing: a website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, funnels, email sequences with branching, a social planner and Instagram comment and DM automations.
- Courses and community: an online course builder with modules, drip and completion tracking, plus community feed, group chat and cohort groups created on enrollment.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then We'll build it for you, you describe what you want and our team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. A coach can request a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, form, email sequence and more, attaching reference links and files such as a logo or brand guide. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. For one real example, a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos. If a stock video library, watch data or PayPal is essential to you, PT Distinction serves those needs better.
How to start. Take a free trial, request a white-glove build of the thing you need first, and have your clients, programs and content imported during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click.
What are the best PT Distinction alternatives?
Coachful is our top alternative for coaches who want the whole business in one place, and the fitness-only apps below are worth comparing if you only want delivery. We have ranked them on one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort, including the free white-glove build.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 25 clients | 50 clients | 100 clients | Trustpilot (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 4.5 from 21 |

| Everfit | $19 | $49 | $95 | $95 | $140 | 2.7 from 16 |
| TrueCoach (annual billing) | $26.34 | $57.99 | $136.99 | $136.99 | Custom | 2.4 from 19 |
| Coachway | $79 | $179 | $279 | $529 | $1,029 | 4.6 from 22 |
Rival figures are monthly prices as listed in October 2026, worked out as examples from each vendor's tiers. They leave out add-ons, annual discounts except where stated, and processing fees. Paid add-ons can change the ranking: Everfit's payments and automation and HubFit's branded app, for example, cost extra. ABC Trainerize is left out of the table because only part of its client-tier pricing is in our data.

1. Coachful
The pick when you want one login for selling, delivering and running the business. It covers training, nutrition and check-ins through the Fitness & Nutrition pack, plus booking, contracts, website, funnels, courses and community, which PT Distinction leaves to other tools. Its weak spots are the missing stock exercise videos, wearable sync and PayPal. Team plans add seats for coaches, covered at Coachful for teams.
2. HubFit
HubFit is a fitness app with programs, nutrition, habits and check-ins, and it lists up to 50 clients on Standard at $39 a month, up to 100 on Premium at $69, and larger tiers on Ultimate, as listed in October 2026. Its Trustpilot score was 5 from 390 reviews. Payments and branding start at Premium, team members and Zapier sit on Ultimate, and the branded app is a $189 monthly add-on. An older profile shows no booking, video calls, contracts or website, so check those if they matter.
Pick it over Coachful if you want only a low-cost training app for a large roster, and you do not need a website or booking in the same system.

3. My PT Hub
My PT Hub lists unlimited clients on Premium at $59 a month, and Ultimate at $215 with 5 additional trainers included, as listed in October 2026. It covers workouts, nutrition, bookings, payments, habits and check-ins, and showed 4.4 on Trustpilot from 2,557 reviews, the largest review count here. Starter is listed at 3 clients (a My PT Hub blog says 5), and a white-label app listing is a paid add-on below Ultimate. Our My PT Hub vs PT Distinction comparison goes through the trade-offs in detail.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a fitness-only tool with a long public review record, and do not need courses or funnels.

4. ABC Trainerize
Trainerize has a free plan for 1 client, Grow at $10 a month for 2, and Pro at $25 for 5, with larger tiers above, as listed in October 2026. Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio, so the base price understates the likely bill. Its Trustpilot score was 3.1 from 100 reviews. See PT Distinction vs Trainerize for the head-to-head.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a fitness app, are happy to buy add-ons as needed, and want a 30-day trial with no card.

5. Everfit
Everfit has a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients and paid plans that scale by client count, from $19 a month for 5 clients on Pro, as listed in October 2026. Automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons. Its Trustpilot score of 2.7 comes from only 16 reviews, so read it with caution. More in our Everfit review and Everfit vs PT Distinction.
Pick it over Coachful if you have five or fewer clients and want training delivery at no cost, with no time limit.

6. TrueCoach
TrueCoach is a strength and fitness programming app priced by active-client cap. On annual billing it lists $26.34 a month for up to 5 active clients, $57.99 for up to 20 and $136.99 for up to 50, as listed in October 2026. An older profile from September 2026 shows no video calls, contracts, courses, community or website, and in-app payments only for coaches banking in four countries. Its Trustpilot score was 2.4 from 19 reviews. See PT Distinction vs TrueCoach.
Pick it over Coachful if programming is the only job you need software for and you prefer a simple strength-focused tool.

7. Coachway
Coachway is built for online fitness and nutrition coaches, with a workout builder of 1,800+ exercises, a meal planner of 1,100+ recipes, check-ins, automations and a lead pipeline. Its single plan lists $79 a month for up to 5 active clients and $10 for each extra one, as listed in October 2026, which gets expensive quickly as you grow. Using its built-in payments carries a 2.4% fee, and a card is needed for the 14-day trial. It showed 4.6 on Trustpilot from 22 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a large ready-made recipe and exercise library inside a fitness-only app, and your roster is small.

For a wider view across every category, see our software comparisons or the coaching software overview.
How should you test PT Distinction during the trial?
Use the month to test your real workflow with one real client, and not just to click around the builder. A month is generous, so you have time to check the things that would make you regret the choice later.
- Build one complete program for a real client, including a progression, and use the AI builder as a draft. Time how long the edits take.
- Follow it as the client. Log a workout on a phone, send a technique video, and connect MyFitnessPal or a watch if your clients use them.
- Run one sale from start to finish. Put a package on your website, pay with the method your clients will use, and confirm the buyer lands in the right program.
- Ask support three questions: what processing or platform fees apply, how a full client data export works, and how the branded app listing is published and maintained.
- Add up your stack. Write down what you will still pay each month for your website, booking, email and contracts, then add the plan at your 12-month client target.
Step 5 is usually what decides it. If those extra tools are ones you already own and like, PT Distinction is a good value. If you would be buying them new, compare that total with one Coachful plan before you commit.
What is our verdict on PT Distinction?
PT Distinction is a good product for what it sets out to do. Its programming depth, exercise library, nutrition tools, free extra trainers and 4.8 public score make it easy to recommend to a personal trainer who only needs delivery software and already has the rest of their business in place. For that buyer, we would not try to talk you out of it.
For most coaches building a business from scratch, or selling more than training plans, we recommend Coachful. It removes the second, third and fourth subscriptions, keeps the client in one branded app from first purchase to final check-in, and the free white-glove build takes the hardest setup work off your plate. You give up stock exercise videos, wearable sync and PayPal in exchange, so weigh those honestly. If you are new to coaching, see Coachful for new coaches.
PT Distinction review FAQ
Is PT Distinction worth it?
For an online personal trainer with a website and a booking process already in place, yes, it looks like good value. Pro at $59.90 a month, as listed in October 2026, includes 25 clients and your own branded apps. It is less worthwhile if you would need to buy several other tools around it.
Is there a free version of PT Distinction?
No. There is a 1-month free trial, and the subscription starts afterwards unless you cancel. The pricing page does not state whether a card is required to begin. Extra clients are also free for their first month.
Does PT Distinction include a branded app on every plan?
No. Basic clients use PT Distinction-branded iOS and Android apps. Your own custom-branded apps start at Pro, along with Master. The company's features page says every feature is on every plan, but the pricing page makes this branding exception clear.
Does PT Distinction have booking and video calls?
The pages we checked focus on scheduling training items into a client's calendar, not on a booking page clients use to pick a time, and they suggest connecting booking software through Zapier. "Video coaching" is listed, but the description reads as coaching content, so confirm live calls with the company if you need them.
What payment options does PT Distinction support?
Its features page describes one-off and recurring payments through PayPal, Stripe connected through Zapier, or using any merchant and adding clients yourself. The pricing page does not show transaction fees. Ask for specifics before you build your sales process around it.
Is PT Distinction good for life or business coaches?
It is not the natural fit. Habits, messaging and groups could be useful, but you would be paying for tools built around exercise, and you would still need booking, contracts and possibly courses elsewhere. A platform such as Coachful for life coaches is closer to how that work is delivered.
How does PT Distinction compare with Coachful?
PT Distinction goes deeper on trainer specifics such as stock exercise videos, MyFitnessPal, watch data and PayPal. Coachful covers far more of the business, with booking, e-signed agreements, website, funnels, email, courses and community under one login. Pick the first for delivery only and the second to run everything in one place.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build, free on every plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, course outline or similar request, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and it never invents credentials, testimonials or prices.
Can I leave PT Distinction and take my data with me?
Data export is not documented on the pages we checked, so ask support before you commit and again before you cancel. On the Coachful side, a full client data export is available as a ZIP, including roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
