My PT Hub vs Everfit (2026): Pricing, Features, Verdict

If you are weighing my pt hub vs everfit, here is the short version: My PT Hub is the better buy once you pass a handful of clients, because its Premium plan covers unlimited clients at one flat price, while Everfit is the better place to start, because its Starter plan costs nothing for up to 5 clients and its paid tiers scale gently by client count. Both are personal-trainer apps built around workouts, nutrition, habits and a client app. Neither gives you a course builder, a website with funnels or email marketing on its pricing page, so most trainers still pay for other tools on top.
This guide compares the two on price at real client counts, add-ons, features, the client experience and fit. Then it covers a third option, Coachful, for trainers who want one login for training, booking, payments, a website and email. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where it beats both and where it does not.
All vendor prices below are as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026. My PT Hub geo-prices its page: we read it in euros, and the search index of the same page shows identical figures in US dollars.
What is the short answer, by type of coach?
Pick by client count and by how much of your business you want inside the app. Here is the quick version before the detail.
- Brand new, under 5 clients, testing online coaching: Everfit. The Starter tier is free for up to 5 clients and includes the workout builder, exercise library, progress photos and messaging.
- Growing past 20 clients on a flat budget: My PT Hub Premium. One price covers unlimited clients, workouts and nutrition plans, plus group classes, automated check-ins and community.
- Small gym or studio with several trainers: My PT Hub Ultimate includes 5 additional trainers; Everfit Studio adds group chat, broadcasts and an on-demand training portal. Compare both on your exact headcount.
- Hybrid coach selling programs, courses and a community, with a website and email list: neither app covers that alone. Coachful does, in one subscription (see the third option section below).
Coaching is not medical treatment, whichever app you use. Clients with chest pain on exertion, fainting or dizziness, uncontrolled blood pressure, a recent injury or surgery, pregnancy complications or signs of disordered eating should get clearance from a doctor, or work with a registered dietitian, before you program for them.
How do My PT Hub and Everfit compare side by side?
Ranked on what matters most to a coach running a full practice: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort.
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Client cap at entry | Website, funnels, email | Trustpilot (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches running programs, booking, payments, community and marketing in one place | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | Included in your Coachful membership | 4.5 from 21 reviews |
| My PT Hub | Personal trainers who want unlimited clients at a flat price | $25/month Starter ($22.50 billed annually); a Free plan also exists | 3 clients on Starter (one My PT Hub blog says 5) | Not shown on the pricing page | 4.4 from 2,557 reviews |
| Everfit | New trainers starting small and scaling by client count | $0 Starter; Pro from $19/month ($16 annual) | 5 clients | Not shown on the pricing page | 2.7 from 16 reviews (small base) |
Two things stand out. My PT Hub has far more public reviews, so its rating is a steadier signal; Everfit's 16 reviews are too few to read much into. And both apps stop at the training relationship: the website, lead capture and email list live somewhere else.

How much do My PT Hub and Everfit cost?
My PT Hub sells three fixed tiers with a client cap only on the lowest; Everfit prices Pro and Studio by the number of clients you coach. That difference decides most comparisons.
| Tool and plan | Monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Clients | Main additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all plans) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients | Flat monthly plans; monthly plans cancel in one click | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited; team plans add seats | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, email, AI assistant |
| My PT Hub Starter | $25 | $22.50 | 3 (50 workouts, 50 nutrition plans) | Payments, 1:1 bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos, chat |
| My PT Hub Premium | $59 | $52 | Unlimited | AI workout builder, Nutrition AI, group bookings, classes and live streams, automated check-ins, scheduled messaging, compliance tracking, community |
| My PT Hub Ultimate | $215 | $195 | Unlimited, 5 additional trainers | All add-ons included, concierge support |
| Everfit Starter | $0 | $0 | Up to 5 | Exercise library, workout builder, metrics, progress photos, tasks, messaging, apps |
| Everfit Pro | From $19 (5 clients) to $290 (300 clients) | From $16 to $242 | 5 to 300 | Booking, habit coaching, forms, food journal and macros, basic meal plans, advanced program builder, AI Smart Response, custom branding, community forums, team members |
| Everfit Studio | From $105 (50 clients) to $430 (500 clients) | From $88 to $358 | 50 to 500 | Group chat, broadcast messages, training asset uploads, on-demand training portal |
| Everfit Enterprise | Quote | Quote | 500+ | White-label options, API integrations, developer support, 24/7 support, customer success manager |
Everfit's middle Pro steps, as listed: 10 clients at $29 ($24 annual), 20 at $49 ($41), 50 at $95 ($79) and 100 at $140 ($117). Everfit's page does not label the lower figure explicitly; it is presented as the annual-billing rate.

What do the add-ons cost?
Add-ons change the picture more than the base price does, especially on Everfit, where automation, payments and meal plans are sold separately.
| Need | Coachful | My PT Hub | Everfit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful: what it adds | Payments, automations, meal plans and programs are included in your Coachful membership (fitness tools via the Fitness & Nutrition pack) | See the rows below | See the rows below |
| Taking payments | Your own Stripe or Razorpay account, 0% platform fee | Included from Starter, through Stripe | Payments & Packages add-on, from $9/month ($8) |
| Automation | Multi-step email sequences, coaching flows and Instagram automations | Automated check-ins and scheduled messaging on Premium; Check-Ins AI add-on 10/month (seen in euros) | Autoflow add-on, from $29/month ($24) for the first 30 active clients, then tiered |
| Meal plans and recipes | Meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning | Nutrition plans included (50 on Starter, unlimited on Premium) | Basic meal plans on Pro; Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on from $39/month ($33) |
| On-demand library | Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking | Live streams and classes on Premium | On-Demand Collections from $25/month ($21), included in Studio |
| Branded app | Your branding inside the Coachful app | Custom branded app 95 one-time; white-label App Store app 145/month (seen in euros; included in Ultimate) | Custom branding on Pro; white-label on Enterprise |
| Extra trainers | Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats | 10/month each on Premium (seen in euros) | Team members on Pro |
| Zapier | Zapier integration available | 18/month add-on on Premium (seen in euros) | API integrations on Enterprise |

What would you pay at 15 and 40 clients?
These are worked examples using list prices, before tax and payment processing. Your mix of add-ons will differ.
- 15 clients, My PT Hub: Starter caps at 3, so you need Premium at $59 a month ($52 annual). Payments, nutrition plans and automated check-ins are inside that price.
- 15 clients, Everfit: the 20-client Pro step is $49 a month. Add Payments & Packages (from $9) and you are at about $58; add Autoflow (from $29) and the Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on (from $39) and you are near $126.
- 40 clients, My PT Hub: still Premium at $59, since clients are unlimited.
- 40 clients, Everfit: the 50-client Pro step is $95 a month, and around $172 with the same three add-ons at their starting prices (Autoflow tiers up past 30 active clients, so expect more).
For the same client counts on Coachful: 15 clients (Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients) and 40 clients (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients). The fair comparison adds what you would otherwise pay for a website builder, an email tool, a scheduler and a course host alongside either fitness app. Everfit's full pricing breakdown is in our Everfit pricing guide.
How do workout programming and the exercise library compare?
Both apps are built around programming, and both are capable. The difference is in how much AI help and how many plans you get at each tier.
My PT Hub's Starter plan includes workouts, but caps you at 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. Premium removes those limits and adds an AI workout builder. Everfit's free Starter already includes the workout builder and exercise library, and Pro adds an advanced program builder. If you build long, periodized blocks for many clients, check how each handles copying a program to a new client and adjusting it, since that is where most of your weekly time goes.
Neither vendor's pricing page lists wearable integrations as a plan feature, so if a client's watch data matters to you, confirm it in each vendor's help docs before you commit.
For context on how Coachful handles this: the Fitness & Nutrition pack includes a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises, supporting supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo, plus client workout logging with set history and PRs. Coachful does not ship stock exercise videos; you attach your own demo videos, which many trainers prefer because clients see the coach's own cues. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. Details are on the Fitness & Nutrition page.
Which one handles nutrition coaching better?
My PT Hub includes nutrition plans from its first paid tier and adds Nutrition AI on Premium; Everfit includes a food journal, macros and basic meal plans on Pro and sells fuller meal plans and recipe books as an add-on.
If nutrition is a core part of what you sell, My PT Hub Premium gives you more for the base price. If nutrition is a light layer on top of training, Everfit Pro's food journal and macro targets may be all you need, without the add-on.
Stay inside your scope either way. Setting calorie and macro targets for a healthy adult is common coaching work; prescribing diets for medical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease or an eating disorder is not, and belongs with a doctor or registered dietitian. For general activity targets you can point clients to the CDC's physical activity guidelines for adults.
Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, and weekly check-ins.
How do habits, check-ins and accountability compare?
Both apps include habit coaching. My PT Hub adds automated check-ins, scheduled messaging and compliance tracking on Premium; Everfit offers tasks on Starter, habit coaching and forms on Pro, and automation through its paid Autoflow add-on.
Accountability between sessions is where online clients stay or leave. On My PT Hub, Premium is the tier where check-ins run themselves. On Everfit, the Pro plan gives you the pieces, but sequencing them automatically is the Autoflow add-on, priced by active clients.

In Coachful, multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks, and every client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you see who is slipping before they cancel.

How do booking, payments and business admin compare?
My PT Hub includes 1:1 bookings and Stripe payments from Starter and adds group bookings, classes and live streams on Premium. Everfit includes booking and scheduling on Pro, but payments are the Payments & Packages add-on.
Neither pricing page mentions coaching agreements with e-signature, invoicing beyond payments, or calendar sync details, so check those in each vendor's help center if they matter to your intake process. My PT Hub lists no transaction fee and runs payments through Stripe; Everfit's pricing page does not state its processor or fees.
Here is the Coachful equivalent, for comparison: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links; reminders by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a 0% Coachful platform fee. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. See scheduling, payments and coaching contracts.

What is the client experience like on each app?
Both give clients a mobile app for workouts, logging, messaging and progress. The real differences are branding and community.
My PT Hub sells a custom branded iOS and Android app as a one-time add-on on Starter and Premium, and a white-label app under your own App Store listing as a monthly add-on on Premium (included in Ultimate). Community features arrive with Premium. Everfit offers custom branding on Pro, community forums on Pro, group chat and broadcasts on Studio, and white-label options only on Enterprise.
If having your own App Store listing is important, My PT Hub reaches it at a lower tier than Everfit. If you mostly want your logo and colours in front of clients, both cover that at mid-tier prices.
Coachful's client app is your branding inside the Coachful app, not a listing under your own App Store account. Clients get one home for their program, sessions, habits, documents, courses and community.

Public reviewers on Trustpilot give My PT Hub 4.4 from 2,557 reviews and Everfit 2.7 from 16 reviews, both seen in October 2026. A small review base can swing on a few unhappy customers, so treat Everfit's figure as a weak signal, not a verdict.
Which should you pick, My PT Hub or Everfit?
Pick Everfit if you are starting out or coach a small, steady roster; pick My PT Hub if you plan to grow and want a predictable bill.
| Your situation | Best pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: selling programs, courses, group coaching and a website from one account | Coachful | Training delivery, booking, payments, community, website, funnels and email under one login |
| Testing online coaching with 1 to 5 clients | Everfit | Starter is free for up to 5 clients with the core builder |
| 10 to 20 clients, training-first, minimal nutrition | Everfit Pro | $29 to $49 a month covers booking, habits and a food journal |
| 20+ clients with nutrition and check-ins | My PT Hub Premium | Unlimited clients, nutrition plans and automated check-ins at one price |
| Your own App Store app | My PT Hub | White-label add-on on Premium; Everfit reserves white-label for Enterprise |
| Studio with on-demand classes | Everfit Studio or My PT Hub Ultimate | Studio includes the on-demand portal; Ultimate includes 5 extra trainers and every add-on |

Is there a third option that covers more than training?
Yes. Coachful covers what My PT Hub and Everfit do for the training relationship, then adds the business around it: booking, payments, contracts, courses, community, a website with funnels, email marketing and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

What Coachful is. A coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 separate tools. Fitness coaches add the Fitness & Nutrition pack for the workout builder, logging, nutrition targets, meal plans, progress photos and private form-check video with timestamped coach comments. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
The quickest way to see how it fits together is the programs walkthrough:

When does Coachful beat both?
- You sell more than 1:1 training. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, bundles, downloads, events and group programs live next to your workouts. Cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program. See group coaching and courses.
- You want your marketing in the same place. A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels; email broadcasts and multi-step sequences; a social planner; and Instagram automations that send your booking link or lead magnet when someone comments a keyword. Neither fitness app lists any of that on its pricing page. See the website builder.
- You want help running the practice. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. See the AI coaching assistant.
- You want your stack in one bill. Payments run on your own Stripe or Razorpay account with a 0% Coachful platform fee, and you can export all client data as a ZIP whenever you want.

When does Coachful not beat them?
- You only need training delivery for a few clients. Everfit's free Starter tier is hard to beat for 5 clients or fewer. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent zero-cost tier.
- You need wearable data. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available.
- You want a stock exercise video library. Coachful's exercises are illustrated, and you attach your own demo videos.
- You need your own App Store listing. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app. My PT Hub sells a white-label listing as an add-on.
- You need PayPal or clinical records. Coachful has no PayPal, and it is not HIPAA-certified and signs no business associate agreement, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. The US Department of Health and Human Services explains who HIPAA covers.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page, a lead quiz or an automation. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the white-glove build service.

How do you start?
- Start a free trial and add the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
- Request the white-glove build for your website or first program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
- Connect your Stripe or Razorpay account and your calendar.
- Invite a few clients and set their first week of workouts, habits and check-ins.
Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Unlimited clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. More on fitness coaching setups is on the page for fitness coaches, and you can browse other head-to-heads on our compare page.
What should you check before you switch or sign up?
Run the same three-client test on any app before you move a full roster. It takes an afternoon and saves a painful migration later.
- Build one real program you already sell, start to finish, and time it.
- Copy it to a second client and change three exercises, to test how fast reuse is.
- Send a check-in and complete it from the client side on a phone.
- Take a test payment and look at what the client receives.
- Ask about data export. Neither My PT Hub nor Everfit documents client data export on the pages we checked, so ask support what you can take with you before committing.
Both My PT Hub and Everfit offer a 30-day trial with no card required. My PT Hub's account drops to its Free plan at the end; Everfit's Starter tier stays free for 5 clients.
Frequently asked questions
Is My PT Hub or Everfit cheaper?
Everfit is cheaper for small rosters: its Starter tier is free for up to 5 clients and Pro starts at $19 a month. My PT Hub becomes cheaper as you grow, because Premium at $59 a month covers unlimited clients, while Everfit Pro costs $95 a month at 50 clients before add-ons. Prices are as listed in October 2026.
Does My PT Hub have a free plan?
Yes. My PT Hub offers a 30-day trial with no card details required, and the account downgrades automatically to its Free plan when the trial ends. The pricing page we checked does not detail the Free plan's limits, so confirm them before relying on it.
What does Everfit charge extra for?
Everfit sells Autoflow automation (from $29 a month for the first 30 active clients), On-Demand Collections (from $25, included in Studio), Payments & Packages (from $9) and Meal Plans & Recipe Books (from $39) as add-ons, as listed in October 2026.
Which has the better client app?
Both include client apps for workouts, logging and messaging. My PT Hub offers a white-label App Store app as an add-on on Premium and includes it on Ultimate; Everfit offers custom branding on Pro and white-label options only on Enterprise.
Can I run group classes on either app?
My PT Hub Premium includes group bookings, classes and live streams. Everfit's Studio tier adds group chat, broadcast messages and an on-demand training portal, and On-Demand Collections is available as an add-on below Studio.
Do My PT Hub or Everfit include a website or email marketing?
Neither lists a website builder, funnels or email marketing on its pricing page, so most trainers pair them with separate tools. Coachful includes a website, funnels and email sequences in the same membership as training delivery.
Is Coachful a good fit for personal trainers?
Yes, if you sell programs and want your business in one place: the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds workouts, logging, nutrition targets, meal plans and form-check video. It is a weaker fit if you need wearable sync, stock exercise videos or your own App Store listing.
What is Coachful's free white-glove build service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references and files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices.
Is either app HIPAA compliant?
Neither My PT Hub's nor Everfit's pricing page makes a HIPAA claim, so ask each vendor directly. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so keep clinical records in a clinical system.
Can I move my clients from My PT Hub or Everfit to Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Export what you can from your current app first, since neither vendor documents its data export on the pages we checked.
