My PT Hub Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

My PT Hub pricing in October 2026 has three paid plans: Starter at $25 a month for 3 clients, Premium at $59 a month for unlimited clients, and Ultimate at $215 a month for unlimited clients, 5 additional trainers and every add-on. Annual rates drop those to $22.50, $52 and $195 a month. There is a 30-day trial with no card, and My PT Hub lists no transaction fee of its own, though Stripe's processing fees still apply.
The page is geo-priced, so you may see euros instead of dollars. We read it in euros, where the plan numbers are the same (€25, €59, €215), and search listings of the same page show those numbers in dollars. Add-ons were only seen in euros, so we quote them that way and do not convert them.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with My PT Hub for some coaches, so read our recommendation with that in mind. Every My PT Hub number here comes from its own pricing page as listed in October 2026. Below you will find every plan and fee, the real bill at three coach sizes, the tools you would still pay for beside it, and when something else is the better buy.
How much does My PT Hub cost in October 2026?
My PT Hub costs $25, $59 or $215 a month on flexible monthly billing, or $22.50, $52 or $195 a month on the annual plan. For most working trainers the real decision is Premium, because Starter stops at 3 clients and Ultimate only pays off once you need a white-label app.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual plan, per month | Limits | Cost over 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Not applicable | Named in the FAQ as where a trial lands; limits not published on the pricing page | $0 |
| Starter | $25 | $22.50 | 3 clients, 50 workouts, 50 nutrition plans | $300 monthly, $270 annual |
| Premium | $59 | $52 | Unlimited clients, workouts and nutrition plans | $708 monthly, $624 annual |
| Ultimate | $215 | $195 | Unlimited clients, 5 additional trainers included | $2,580 monthly, $2,340 annual |
Twelve-month totals are our multiplication of the listed rates, before any promotion. The annual toggle on the page is labelled "Annual paid monthly", which suggests a yearly commitment collected in monthly payments, so confirm the terms at checkout before you count on leaving early.

One promotion was running when we checked. Premium showed 50% off the first 2 months on monthly billing (€29.50 instead of €59) and 70% off the first 2 months on the annual plan (€15.60 instead of €52). Treat that as a launch offer that can change, not as the price of the plan.
What does each My PT Hub plan add?
Starter covers the coaching basics for a very small roster, Premium removes the caps and adds AI and group tools, and Ultimate bundles the add-ons with concierge support. The jump from Starter to Premium is where most of the product value sits.
Starter ($25 a month, or $22.50 on the annual plan). You get payment processing, 1-to-1 bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos, and chat messaging, for 3 clients with up to 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. The only add-on priced on this plan is the custom branded app. Additional trainers, the white-label app, Check-Ins AI and Zapier carry a price only from Premium up. A My PT Hub blog post says 5 clients rather than 3; the pricing page says 3, so plan around 3.
Premium ($59 a month, or $52 on the annual plan). This removes the client, workout and nutrition plan caps. It adds the AI workout builder, Nutrition AI, group bookings with classes and live streams, automated client check-ins, scheduled and automated messaging, program compliance tracking, community features and priority support. For a trainer with more than 3 clients this is the entry plan in practice.
Ultimate ($215 a month, or $195 on the annual plan). The feature list matches Premium. What changes is commercial: 5 additional trainers, the custom branded app, the white-label App Store and Google Play listing, Check-Ins AI and Zapier are all included, and support moves up to concierge. My PT Hub advertises this as saving €50 or more a month.
That claim checks out. In the euro view, Premium plus all those add-ons comes to €282 a month (€59, €50 for 5 trainers, €145 for white label, €10 for Check-Ins AI, €18 for Zapier), against €215 for Ultimate, a difference of €67. But nearly all of the gap comes from the white-label fee. Without white label, Premium with everything else is €137 a month, which is €78 less than Ultimate.
The Free plan. My PT Hub's FAQ says a trial account is automatically downgraded to a Free plan after 30 days, but the pricing page shows no Free plan card and no limits for it. We will not guess at them. Ask support what stays active before you rely on it with paying clients.
Clients do not pay to use the app. The FAQ says My PT Hub does not charge clients for access, and you can charge them through Packages if you want to. You can also upgrade or downgrade at any time, according to the same FAQ.
What fees does My PT Hub charge beyond the subscription?
My PT Hub lists no transaction fee and no per-client overage, so the extra spend comes from add-ons and Stripe. The page itself says "no hidden fees", and on its own subscription charges the numbers support that. The costs to watch are the ones it does not set.
| Cost | Amount as listed (seen in euros) | Available on | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom branded app | €95 one time | Starter, Premium; included in Ultimate | Your app icon and branding on trainer and client devices, on iOS and Android |
| White-label app | €145 a month | Premium; included in Ultimate | Your own App Store and Google Play listing under your business name |
| Additional trainers | €10 a month each | Premium; 5 included in Ultimate | Own logins tied to your master account and branding, shared workouts and nutrition plans |
| Check-Ins AI | €10 a month | Premium; included in Ultimate | AI summaries of client progress and drafted replies in your tone |
| Zapier integration | €18 a month | Premium; included in Ultimate | Inbound and outbound Zaps to other apps |
| Transaction fee | None listed | All plans | Not applicable |
| Payment processing | Stripe's fees, not shown on the page | All plans | Stripe is the processor; you create or link a Stripe account in Packages |
| Client overage | None above Starter | Premium, Ultimate | Unlimited clients, with no per-client charge listed |
Stripe's rates depend on your country and card mix and are not on My PT Hub's page, so check them on your own Stripe account. Whatever you pay there, you pay on any platform that runs on Stripe, so it should not sway a comparison between Stripe-based tools.
The page also does not list a price for a sixth trainer on Ultimate. If you are close to that number, ask before you commit.
What does a coach actually pay at three sizes?
A solo trainer pays about $25 to $59 a month, and a small team pays $59 plus add-ons, or $215 if it needs a white-label app. The subscription is only part of the bill, because the pricing page shows no course builder, website or funnels, or email marketing, so those stay as separate tools.
| Coach (examples) | Sensible setup | Monthly billing | Annual plan, over 12 months | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| New trainer, 3 clients | Starter | $25 a month, $300 a year | $270 | Website, email list, contracts and e-signature |
| Solo online coach, 25 clients | Premium with Check-Ins AI | $59 plus €10 a month, $708 plus €120 a year | $624 plus €120 | Website and funnels, email sequences, contracts, a course tool if you sell one |
| Small studio, 60 clients, owner plus 3 trainers | Premium, 3 trainers, Zapier | $59 plus €48 a month, $708 plus €576 a year | $624 plus €576 | Website and funnels, email sequences, contracts, a course tool if you sell one |
These coaches are worked examples, not customers, and the totals are plain arithmetic on the listed rates, before Stripe fees and tax. Dollars and euros are shown apart because the add-ons were only visible in euros. We have left the side tools unpriced on purpose, since the cost swings widely with the product you choose. Our breakdowns of Kajabi pricing and Kit pricing show the kind of bill those categories produce.

The studio example is where the choice of plan gets interesting. Adding a white-label app to its setup would take it to €252 a month in the euro view (€59, €30, €18, €145), which is more than Ultimate at €215. At that point Ultimate wins, and it also brings Check-Ins AI and 2 spare trainer seats. Without white label, the same studio pays €107 a month on Premium and Ultimate would double the bill.
Cost per client tells a similar story. Using the listed monthly price, Starter works out at $8.33 per client with a full roster of 3, Premium at $2.36 per client with 25, and $0.98 per client with 60. Flat, uncapped pricing is My PT Hub's strongest argument, and the more clients you carry, the better it looks.
What hidden costs and gotchas should you check?
The subscription is transparent; the surprises sit in the plan limits, the app requirements and what the product leaves out. Check these before you commit to it.
- Starter's caps are low. Three clients and 50 workouts suit a trial run, not a business. Your fourth client pushes you to Premium, which is $34 a month more on monthly billing.
- The white-label app needs more than the fee. The comparison table on the page says an App Store Developer Account, a DUNS number, an independent website and an independent privacy policy are required, with setup completed by the business owner. Any account fee is yours to check and pay. At €145 a month, it adds up to €1,740 a year before those extras.
- "Website integration" means your own website. The FAQ says you can embed the web app in your site or link to a custom subdomain. It does not say My PT Hub builds the site for you, so you still need one.
- Currency can change the number you pay. The page is geo-priced. Read the amount at checkout rather than converting a figure from an article, including this one.
- Promo pricing ends after month 2. Premium's launch discount covers two months only. Budget from month three's full rate.
- What happens at the end of a trial. The account drops to the Free plan automatically, and its limits are not on the pricing page. Find out what happens to client access before you put real clients on a trial.
- Data export is undocumented on the pages we checked. That does not mean it is impossible. Ask what you can take with you, including messages and photos, before you build years of client history inside it.
- Contracts are not on the plan list. The pricing page shows no coaching agreements or e-signature, so assume a separate tool or a manual process until support tells you otherwise.
Public feedback is strong overall: My PT Hub had a Trustpilot score of 4.4 from 2,557 reviews when we looked on October 25, 2026. A rating tells you how existing users feel, not whether the product covers the jobs you need, so use it alongside the list above.
Is My PT Hub worth it, by coach type?
Yes for trainers whose business is workouts, nutrition plans and check-ins, especially with large rosters. It is a weaker fit for coaches who also need to attract, sell to and teach clients from the same place.
In-person personal trainers. Good value. Premium's group bookings, classes and app-based programming cover the core job, and the client app costs clients nothing. The page also promotes wearable integrations, which matters if your clients train by tracker data.
Online fitness coaches with 20 or more clients. Often the best-value pure training app in this comparison, because $59 does not rise as you add clients. If you run tiers, our guide to app-only and live-call pricing helps you work out what those tiers should cost. You will still need a website, email and contracts elsewhere.
Trainers with 1 to 3 clients. Starter works, but it is not the cheapest route. Everfit lists a zero-cost plan for up to 5 clients, as the comparison below shows. Starter makes sense mainly if you already know you will graduate to Premium and want to stay on one system.
Gyms and studios with several trainers. Premium at €10 per extra trainer is inexpensive compared with per-client pricing. Ultimate only earns its price with the white-label app. Trainers get their own logins and permissions under your branding.
Health, nutrition and hybrid coaches. Coaching is not medical treatment or medical nutrition therapy, whichever tool you use. Refer clients with chest pain, unexplained symptoms, signs of disordered eating or a condition that needs clinical care to a doctor or registered dietitian. If you deliver coaching programs with mindset, habits and courses rather than mostly workouts, a platform built around programs fits better. See our page for health coaches.
Coaches selling programs, courses and community. This is where we would steer you away. You would pay for My PT Hub and then add a website and funnel tool, an email tool, a contract tool and a course platform, and your clients would move between them. That is the gap Coachful is built for.
How does My PT Hub pricing compare with alternatives?
On price alone, My PT Hub is hard to beat once you pass about 25 clients, because it never charges by client count. We rank Coachful first below for one reason: it replaces the most tools under one login, including the sales side, which changes the total cost of your stack rather than one line of it.
| Tool | About 3 clients | 25 clients | 60 clients | Also covers website, courses, email? | Trustpilot (October 25, 2026) |

All rival figures are as listed in October 2026. The tiers shown are the smallest published tier that fits the client count, and add-ons are not included, so a low price may still leave out something you need. If you want the tool-by-tool detail, see My PT Hub vs Trainerize, My PT Hub vs TrueCoach, My PT Hub vs Everfit and My PT Hub vs PT Distinction, or browse our full comparison hub.
ABC Trainerize. Priced by client seats, with a free 1-client plan and tiers up to 200 clients and beyond. Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio, so the sticker price understates the real one. Pick it over Coachful if you coach only one or two clients on workouts alone and want the lowest entry tiers, having priced any add-ons you need.

TrueCoach. A strength programming app capped by active clients, with a 14-day trial and a 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers (restrictions apply). Its annual Pro rate of $136.99 is more than twice My PT Hub Premium's, and its pricing page's feature list does not show scheduling or booking. Pick it over Coachful if strength programming is the whole job and the money-back guarantee on an annual plan matters to you.

Everfit. The cheapest way to start, with a zero-cost plan for up to 5 clients. It scales by client count, and automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, so a growing roster can pass My PT Hub's flat Premium price quickly. Pick it over Coachful if you are starting from nothing, need only a fitness app and want time before you pay.

HubFit. Well reviewed, and very competitive up to 100 clients once you are on Premium, where payments and branding begin. A branded app is a $189 a month add-on. Our HubFit pricing breakdown has the full tier list. Pick it over Coachful if you only need a fitness app, want a flat rate under My PT Hub's at 25 clients and can take payments outside the app.

PT Distinction. Includes a branded client app from Pro, which My PT Hub charges €95 for, but adds per-client overage past the included count. At 60 clients it costs more than My PT Hub Premium. PT Distinction vs Trainerize covers how it stacks up elsewhere. Pick it over Coachful if you only need a training app with automations and your roster sits near the included count.

Where does Coachful fit, and why do we recommend it?
Coachful is the better buy when your business is more than training plans. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. For trainers it has a Fitness & Nutrition pack: a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo; client workout logging with set history and PRs; nutrition targets up to calories and macros; meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning; private progress photos and measurements; weekly check-ins; and private form-check video with timestamped coach comments. Coaches attach their own demo videos. More on our page for fitness coaches.

What replaces the side tools. The list that sits beside My PT Hub in our cost table is included in your Coachful membership: a section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences; coaching agreements with e-signature sent before the first call; and courses with drip, modules and completion tracking delivered in the client's branded home.

Fees. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only the processor's fees. Payments include one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Programs are the centre of the product: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, and streaks. This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered.
What Coachful does not do. You should know these before you switch. It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly, so if tracker data drives your coaching, My PT Hub's wearable integrations may matter more. It has no stock exercise videos. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account, so if your own listing is essential, My PT Hub's white-label add-on is the route. It has no PayPal and no permanent zero-cost plan. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can describe what you want from Create > We'll build it for you, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or link in bio. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding. Read more about the white-glove service.

How to start. Begin with a free trial, send your first build request, and move one program across before you cancel anything else.
Which features does each platform cover in one subscription?
My PT Hub covers training delivery and payments, while Coachful also covers how clients find you, sign and learn. This table shows which jobs need another tool, using what each vendor documents and, for My PT Hub, what its pricing page shows.
| Platform | Workouts and nutrition | Booking and payments | Website and funnels | Email sequences | Courses | Contracts | Own App Store listing | Wearable sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes, with the Fitness & Nutrition pack | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, with e-signature | No, your branding inside the Coachful app | No |
| My PT Hub | Yes, with AI builders on Premium | Yes, with Stripe | Not shown on the pricing page | Not shown on the pricing page | Not shown on the pricing page | Not shown on the pricing page | Yes, €145 a month on Premium or included in Ultimate | Yes, listed on its site |
To compare fairly, write down what you pay today for your website, funnels, email, contracts and course hosting. Add those to the My PT Hub plan you would need, then set that total against the Coachful plan for your client count. If you only ever need the training app, the side-tool column is empty and My PT Hub may well be the cheaper answer.
How can you save money on My PT Hub?
Take the annual plan only after the trial has proved the fit, buy add-ons one at a time, and leave the white-label app until it pays for itself. A few specific moves help.
- Use the full 30 days first. The trial requires no card and covers all the features, so you can test Premium's AI and check-in tools before paying.
- Move to the annual plan if you will stay a year. It saves $30 on Starter, $84 on Premium and $240 on Ultimate over 12 months.
- Time the Premium promotion. If the launch offer is still live, the first year on Premium works out at €649 on monthly billing or €551.20 on the annual plan in the euro view, against €708 and €624 at full price.
- Choose the €95 branded app before the €145 monthly one. The one-time fee gets you your icon and branding on trainer and client devices. The white-label fee mainly buys your own store listing and app name, at €1,740 a year.
- Hold back on Zapier until you have the workflow. At €18 a month, it should replace real manual work, not just sit available.
- Remove trainers you no longer need. Each one is €10 a month, and the FAQ says you can change plan at any time. Audit seats each quarter.
- Price the software into your offer. Our package pricing calculator helps you build tool costs into what you charge, and retainer vs package pricing helps with how you structure it.
- Ask whether you need the stack at all. The largest saving may be in the tools beside My PT Hub, not in the plan itself. Our guide to coaching software sets out what an all-in-one replaces.
My PT Hub pricing FAQ
How much is My PT Hub per month?
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $25, Premium is $59 and Ultimate is $215 on monthly billing. The annual plan brings those to $22.50, $52 and $195 a month. The page is geo-priced, so you may see euros with the same numbers.
Does My PT Hub have a free plan?
Its FAQ says trial accounts drop to a Free plan after 30 days, so one exists. The pricing page does not publish that plan's limits, and we will not estimate them. Ask support before you rely on it.
Is there a My PT Hub free trial?
Yes. The trial runs for 30 days, requires no card details and covers all features. At the end, the account moves to the Free plan automatically unless you upgrade.
Does My PT Hub take a percentage of my payments?
No transaction fee is listed. Payments run through Stripe, and Stripe's own processing fees apply on top. My PT Hub's page does not show those rates, so check your Stripe account.
How many clients can I have on My PT Hub?
Starter is limited to 3 clients on the pricing page, although a My PT Hub blog post says 5. Premium and Ultimate both list unlimited clients, with no per-client overage shown.
How much does a My PT Hub branded app cost?
The custom branded app was listed at €95 one time, for your icon and branding on iOS and Android. The white-label app, with your own store listings, was €145 a month on Premium and is included in Ultimate. It also needs a developer account, a DUNS number, your own website and a privacy policy.
Is My PT Hub Ultimate worth it?
Mainly if you want the white-label app. In the euro view, Premium plus white label is €204 a month, close to Ultimate's €215, which also brings 5 trainers, Check-Ins AI and Zapier. Without white label, Premium with everything else is €137 a month, so Ultimate costs more than it returns.
Is Coachful cheaper than My PT Hub?
It depends on your client count and what you pay for side tools. My PT Hub's flat Premium price is very competitive for a large roster if you only need a training app. Coachful makes more sense when you would otherwise pay separately for a website, email, contracts and courses, so compare the whole stack. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
What is Coachful's white-glove build service?
It is a free service on every plan: you describe what you want built, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Gaps are left for you rather than filled with invented claims.
Can I use Coachful instead of My PT Hub for fitness coaching?
Yes, for most programming and nutrition work, through the Fitness & Nutrition pack with workouts, logging, meal plans, check-ins and form-check video. It has no stock exercise videos, so you attach your own demos, and it has no wearable sync. If either of those is essential, My PT Hub may suit you better.
