How to Start a Sales Coaching Business: A 90-Day Plan

How to Start a Sales Coaching Business: A 90-Day Plan

Here's how to start a sales coaching business: decide who pays (individual reps, founders who sell, or sales leaders buying for a team), package one outcome into two or three fixed offers, price them from a revenue target instead of an hourly rate, register the business and sign proper agreements, put booking, payments, contracts and program delivery on one platform, then book your first 10 clients through your own sales network. Most people can get from decision to first paying client in about 90 days if they treat the launch like a pipeline, which sales coaches should already know how to run.

This guide assumes you've already decided to coach. It covers building the business: who buys sales coaching and why, three example packages with pricing math, the US legal setup with official sources, the tech stack, outreach scripts for your first clients, how to deliver coaching that keeps clients renewing, a 30/60/90-day plan and a lean versus comfortable startup budget. If you want the general version for any niche, start with our 10-step plan for starting a coaching business.

What are the steps to start a sales coaching business?

There are ten steps, and only two of them (agreements and insurance) usually cost real money before your first sale. The table shows a realistic time and cost for each; the costs are typical ranges or official figures where one exists.

StepTimeTypical cost
1. Choose your buyer (reps, founders or sales leaders)1 week$0
2. Run 10 to 15 validation conversations2 weeks$0
3. Write two or three packages with fixed scope3 to 5 days$0
4. Set prices from a revenue target1 day$0
5. Pick a structure and get an EIN (US)1 day to 2 weeksEIN is $0 from the IRS; state LLC fees vary
6. Get professional liability insurance1 weekQuote-based; varies by state and coverage
7. Prepare a coaching agreement (and a sponsor agreement for company-paid work)1 weekTemplate, or an attorney's fee for review
8. Set up one platform for booking, payments, contracts and delivery1 to 3 daysOne monthly subscription (see the budget table below)
9. Launch outreach to your networkWeeks 4 to 12Your time
10. Deliver, collect results, ask for referralsOngoingYour time

Is sales coaching a viable niche?

Yes, because sales is one of the few areas where clients can see the result of coaching in numbers they already track: meetings booked, win rate, deal size and cycle length. That makes the value easy to explain, and it means companies have an existing budget line (sales enablement or training) that coaching can come out of.

Who actually pays for sales coaching?

Sales coaching has three distinct buyers, and each one needs a different offer:

  • Individual reps (SDRs, BDRs, account executives) paying out of pocket to hit quota, get promoted or move into a better role. They decide fast but have the smallest budgets, and they usually want results within one quarter.
  • Founders and solo service providers who have to sell but have never been trained. Consultants, agency owners and other coaches fall here. They pay from business revenue and care about a repeatable process more than technique.
  • Sales leaders (sales managers, heads of sales, VPs, RevOps) buying coaching for a team. These deals are larger and slower, often need a proposal and a purchasing step, and the person paying is not the person being coached. If you plan to coach leaders on how to coach their own reps, read our sales coaching framework for leaders and the leadership coaching business guide.

Pick one buyer for your first 90 days. You can add the others later, but a website and an outreach message that try to speak to an SDR and a VP at the same time convince neither.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How do you check demand before building anything?

Rather than relying on market-size figures, run the test sales coaches teach: book 10 to 15 short conversations with people who match your buyer and ask what they've already tried, what it cost, and what they'd pay to fix the problem. You are looking for three signals:

  • They describe the same problem in similar words (for example, "my pipeline dries up every time I'm busy closing").
  • They have already spent money or time on it: a course, a book, a manager's help, an internal training.
  • At least two or three of them ask how to work with you before you pitch.

If you get the first two signals but not the third, your problem statement is right and your offer isn't yet. If you get none, change the buyer before you spend anything on the business.

Do you need a credential or license to be a sales coach?

No credential is required to sell sales coaching, and buyers mostly judge you on your own sales record and the results of past clients. A coaching credential such as one from the International Coaching Federation can still help with company buyers who compare vendors, and it builds coaching skill that is different from selling skill. If you go that route, Coachful's ICF credential tracking counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds from day one. On licensing, the SBA notes that most small businesses need some combination of federal, state and local licenses and permits depending on activity and location, so check your Secretary of State and city or county websites for a general business license.

Decide your scope in writing too. A sales coach helps the client sell better. You are not doing the selling for them (that is outsourced sales or a fractional sales leader role, which is a different contract), you are not designing their compensation plan or giving legal advice on contracts, and you are not a recruiter. Saying this in your agreement prevents the most common scope argument: the client who expects you to fill their pipeline rather than teach them to.

Who is your client and what will you sell them?

Define your client by role, stage and the one number they want to move, then sell a fixed-length package built around that number. "B2B account executives selling software deals over a certain size who are behind on quota" is a client. "Anyone in sales" is not.

Here are three example packages, one per buyer type. The names, lengths and contents are illustrations to adapt, not a standard.

Example 1: Quota Recovery (individual reps)

An 8-week 1:1 package for account executives who are behind plan. It includes six 60-minute sessions, a weekly review of one recorded call or written deal summary the client sends you, a daily prospecting habit and a pipeline check-in each Monday. The promise is a process, not a number: a cleaner pipeline, a better discovery call and a written plan for the rest of the quarter.

Example 2: Founder Sales Sprint (founders and solo service providers)

A 12-week program that builds a founder's first repeatable sales process: ideal customer definition, an outreach routine, a discovery call script, a proposal template and a weekly pipeline review. Delivery mixes weekly 1:1 calls with short lessons and daily tasks between calls. Founders who sell services can also use our guides on pipeline stages and auditing a founder's pipeline as reference material.

Example 3: Team Coaching Program (sales leaders)

A 3-month engagement for a team of six to ten reps, bought by their manager. It combines a fortnightly group session, a short 1:1 with each rep every month, a shared community space for the cohort and a monthly summary for the sponsor that reports activity and themes without exposing what individual reps said in confidence. This is where the larger fees live, and it's also where agreements matter most (see the legal section).

Coachful's Offers page in a demo account, with live offer cards including a monthly retainer and a 90-day program.

Whichever packages you choose, write each one down as a single page: who it's for, the result it aims at, what's included, how long it lasts, what the client must do, and what is not included. That page becomes your sales page, your proposal and your agreement's scope section. Our guide on building coaching packages walks through the structure.

How should you price sales coaching?

Price from the income you need and the hours you can deliver, then check the result against the value of the outcome to the buyer. Hourly pricing is a trap for sales coaches in particular, because your best work (reviewing calls, writing feedback, rehearsing objections) happens between sessions and never shows up on a timesheet.

The method has four steps:

  1. Set a revenue target. Start from the income you want, add your business costs, and add a buffer for tax. In the US, self-employed people owe self-employment tax of 15.3% (12.4% Social Security plus 2.9% Medicare) once net earnings reach $400, on top of income tax.
  2. Count real delivery hours per package, including async review and admin, not just calls.
  3. Divide price by hours to see your effective hourly rate for each package.
  4. Sanity-check against value. If a rep's quota attainment or a founder's first three deals are worth far more than your fee, the price is defensible. If not, change the scope, not just the price.

The table below runs that math for the three example packages. Every figure is illustrative, chosen to show the method; set your own prices from your own target and market.

Example package (illustrative)Example priceDelivery hoursEffective hourly rateSales needed for $150,000 if sold alone
Quota Recovery, 8 weeks, 1:1$1,50012 (6 calls, 4 review, 2 admin)$125100
Founder Sales Sprint, 12 weeks$4,50028 (12 calls, 12 review, 4 admin)about $16134
Team Coaching Program, 3 months, 8 reps$12,00036 (10 group, 12 for 1:1s, 14 prep and reporting)about $33313
Example mix: 4 team programs, 12 sprints, 32 Quota Recovery$150,000 total864about $174 blended48 engagements a year

Two things stand out in that example. First, 32 individual-rep packages bring in the same revenue as four team programs but take nearly three times the hours (384 against 144), so reps are a good way to build proof and a poor way to build the whole income. Second, about 860 delivery hours is already a full year once you add sales, marketing and admin time on top. If you want to stress-test a forecast before you commit, use our guide to forecasting first-year coaching sales.

What legal setup does a sales coaching business need?

In the US, the minimum is a business structure, an EIN if you form an entity, a plan for quarterly taxes, professional liability insurance, and a written coaching agreement. Sales coaches also need to be careful with earnings claims and testimonials, because the FTC has specifically warned businesses that coach others on making money. Rules vary by state and country, so check the details with an accountant or attorney.

Business structure

The SBA describes a sole proprietorship as automatic if you do business without registering another structure, and "a good choice for low-risk businesses and owners who want to test their business idea," with the trade-off that you can be held personally liable for business debts. An LLC protects owners from personal liability "in most instances," and its profits can pass through to you, though LLC members still pay self-employment tax. An S corp is a tax election (Form 2553) that an LLC can also make. Many coaches start as a sole proprietor and move to an LLC once company clients and larger contracts arrive; an accountant can tell you when the S corp election starts to make sense for your income.

EIN and taxes

  • EIN: the IRS issues an employer identification number online "in minutes for free," and you never have to pay a fee for one. Form your LLC with the state first, then apply.
  • Schedule C: as a sole proprietor, you report coaching income and expenses on Schedule C (Form 1040).
  • Estimated taxes: you generally must make estimated payments if you expect to owe $1,000 or more when you file. For 2026, the Form 1040-ES due dates are April 15, June 15 and September 15, 2026, and January 15, 2027.
  • Social Security cap: for 2026, the maximum earned income subject to Social Security tax is $184,500, per the same Form 1040-ES.

Insurance

The SBA lists professional liability insurance for "businesses that provide services to customers," protecting "against financial loss as a result of malpractice, errors, and negligence." Company buyers often ask for proof of coverage before signing, so get quotes early. The SBA also notes that an LLC's protection of personal property "has limits," which is why insurance and an entity are complements, not substitutes.

Agreements

Every client signs a coaching agreement before the first session. It should state the scope (and what is out of scope), the schedule, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling rules, confidentiality, and the fact that you don't guarantee a sales result. For company-paid work, add a sponsor clause: who the paying party is, what they will and won't see (for example, attendance and themes, not session content), and who owns materials you create. Coachful's coaching agreements are sent with e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record.

Earnings claims and testimonials

This matters more for sales coaches than almost any other niche, because your marketing naturally talks about money. In October 2021 the FTC sent a Notice of Penalty Offenses on money-making claims to more than 1,100 businesses, including "investment and business coaching," warning of civil penalties (up to $43,792 per violation at the 2021 figure) for false or misleading earnings claims. The Notice says it is deceptive to misrepresent earnings as typical, or to show figures for specific participants without clear context such as the time and effort involved and what typical participants earned. The FTC's consumer guidance is blunter: if a program "promises guaranteed income, large returns, or a 'proven system,' it's likely a scam."

In practice:

  • Don't promise a quota number, commission figure or revenue multiple. Promise the work: a process, practice and accountability.
  • If you share a client result ("closed two deals in the quarter after the program"), have their written permission, keep the proof, and make clear it isn't typical unless you can show it is. The FTC's Endorsement Guides require that testimonials showing exceptional results either reflect what people generally achieve or state what is generally expected.
  • Never write or buy reviews. The Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, in effect since October 21, 2024, prohibits fake reviews and lets courts impose civil penalties for knowing violations.

Email and client data

Sales coaches tend to do outbound email, and the CAN-SPAM Act applies to all commercial email, including business-to-business. Use accurate headers and honest subject lines, include a valid physical postal address and a clear opt-out, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Penalties can reach $53,088 per violating email. You will also see clients' pipelines, customer names and call recordings, so treat them as confidential, keep them in one secure place rather than scattered across inboxes, and delete them when the engagement ends if your agreement says so.

What tech stack does a sales coaching business need?

You need booking, payments, agreements, a client record, a way to deliver work between sessions, a website with a lead capture, and email. You can assemble that from five or six separate tools, or run it from one platform. We make Coachful, so weigh our view accordingly, but the case for one platform is practical: your client gets one login, and you get one record per client instead of copying data between a scheduler, a payment tool and a course host.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It's built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It does not include a multi-stage deal board for large sales teams or a Salesforce or HubSpot integration, so your clients keep their own CRM for their own deals; it isn't HIPAA-certified, and it doesn't support PayPal. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your site, funnel or program for you.

Here is what each part of the stack looks like on one platform versus separate tools, with vendor prices as listed in October 2026.

Your own pipeline, inside the same tool

Sales coaches get judged on whether they run their own pipeline well. In Coachful, every lead from a form or lead magnet lands on the Prospects page with its source and stage, and every discovery call shows up on the Intakes page with upcoming calls, conversions and a conversion rate. That's enough to run the six-stage review in our coaching pipeline guide every Friday.

Why Coachful stands out

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you," describe what you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos, a brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a funnel, a sales page for your Founder Sales Sprint, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz or an application form for your team program. Nothing gets invented, so there are no fake testimonials, credentials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It doesn't cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a business mentor got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read how the white-glove service works.

How do you set up your website, booking and payments?

Start with one page that does one job: get the right person to book a discovery call. A sales coaching site needs a headline naming the buyer and the result, a short "how it works," your sales background stated plainly, the packages with what's included, and one repeated button to book. Add a lead magnet only once the booking page works.

Website

Coachful's section-based website builder includes a blog, a custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option if you already have a site. Business-style templates suit sales coaching because they lead with credibility and a clear call to action. See the coaching website builder for the options, and our guides to a coaching sales page and a sales page template for the copy.

Booking

Set up two session types first: a 30-minute discovery call with intake questions (role, team size, current quota attainment, what they've tried), and your paid coaching session. Coachful's booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which helps busy reps who live in their phones actually show up.

Payments

Connect your own Stripe (or Razorpay) account and set up each package as the right payment type: a one-time payment or payment plan for 1:1 packages, a subscription for a monthly retainer, and a manual invoice for company-paid team programs, since many companies pay against an invoice rather than by card. Coachful supports one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay and Stripe Tax, issues an invoice per transaction, and charges a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you only pay Stripe's or Razorpay's processing. More detail is on the coaching payments page.

A funnel for when you're ready

Once calls are converting, add a lead magnet that sales people actually want: a call scorecard, a discovery question bank, or a "pipeline health check" quiz. Coachful's booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels track pixels and UTMs, so you can see which posts and messages bring leads in. Our guide to building a coaching sales funnel covers the sequence.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

How do you land your first 10 sales coaching clients?

Your first 10 clients come from people who already know your sales record: former colleagues, managers, customers and the founders in your network. Run it like a pipeline: build a list of 100 names, send 10 personal messages a day, book calls, and follow up on a fixed schedule. Cold outreach and content come after you have results to point to.

Channels that work for sales coaching

  • Your former teams. Reps you worked alongside, now at other companies, are the warmest leads you have, and their managers are your first team-program buyers.
  • Former managers and sales leaders. Ask them who on their team is struggling, or which peers are hiring and ramping new reps.
  • Founder and operator networks. Founders who sell their own product or service often know they need help and have a budget. Startup accelerators, local business groups and alumni networks are good places to offer a talk.
  • LinkedIn, done as a practitioner. Post specific teardowns: a discovery question that works, a rewritten cold email, a breakdown of a lost deal (anonymized). Sales people respond to evidence of skill, not motivation.
  • Partners. Recruiters who place reps, RevOps consultants and sales tool consultants meet your buyers every week and rarely coach.

Scripts you can adapt

A warm message to a former colleague:

Hi Sam, I've started coaching account executives who are behind on quota, mostly on discovery and pipeline discipline. I'm taking on a few early clients this quarter at a reduced rate in return for honest feedback. Do you know anyone on your team or in your network who's having a tough quarter? Happy to do a 30-minute call review for them either way.

A message to a sales leader:

Hi Priya, I'm running a 3-month coaching program for small sales teams, built around a fortnightly group session and a monthly 1:1 for each rep. Managers get a monthly summary of themes and activity, not what reps say in confidence. Would it be useful to compare notes on what's slowing your newer reps down? Twenty minutes is plenty.

A referral ask, sent two weeks into a good engagement:

You mentioned your pipeline review feels much tighter now. Who else do you know who'd get the same value? An introduction by email is perfect, and I'll take it from there.

The offer behind these messages is a 30-minute call review: the prospect sends one recorded call or deal summary, you give three specific fixes live. It shows your skill in the first five minutes and turns naturally into a discovery conversation. For the call itself, use our discovery call script or the longer seven-stage high-ticket script for team deals. If selling your own services feels different from selling a product, our tips on sales call anxiety help too.

If you use cold email at any stage, follow the CAN-SPAM rules above, and keep every claim in your messages free of income promises.

How do you deliver sales coaching so clients stay and renew?

Clients renew when they can see their own behavior change week to week, so build the habits and check-ins between sessions, not just the calls. Sales results lag by a quarter; activity and skill show up in days. Make the activity visible and clients stay through the lag.

Programs with weekly goals and daily tasks

Turn each package into a program in Coachful: multi-week, with a weekly goal (for example, "run five discovery calls using the new question set"), daily tasks (a 30-minute prospecting block, one call to review), habits with streaks, and goals with progress bars. Clients see the program, their current week and their group in the client app, under your branding. The program software page has more detail, and there are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates to start from.

The client's Programs view in a demo account: an enrolled group program, its current week and its members.

Morning and evening check-ins

A morning check-in asks what the client's top two sales activities are today; an evening check-in asks what happened. That two-question loop is the closest thing to a sales manager's daily stand-up, and it gives you data before every session. On each client record you see goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can call the quiet rep before they quietly stop.

Community for team cohorts

For a team program, enrollment creates a cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and direct messages, and you can run group calls in the same place. Reps share wins and objections there between sessions, which also gives the sponsor visible evidence of engagement. See group coaching software for how cohorts work.

Coachful Squads view with program-linked groups and member counts
The demo Squads view, showing program-linked groups with example member counts.

Support between sessions

Michelle, Coachful's built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program, summarize recorded coaching sessions and brief you before each session on how the client's week went. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, an AI Coach (an AI version of you, which you configure) can be switched on for selected clients so they can ask questions between sessions, for example how you'd suggest handling a pricing objection. More on the AI coaching assistant page.

Finally, build the renewal offer before the first package ends. A monthly retainer for continued accountability is the natural next step for reps and founders; a second quarter for a new hiring class is the natural next step for a team.

What does a 30/60/90-day launch plan look like?

The first 30 days are about choosing the buyer and setting up; days 31 to 60 are about conversations; days 61 to 90 are about delivering and getting proof. The plan below assumes about 15 hours a week alongside a job; double the pace if you're full time.

PhaseGoalsKey tasksDone when
Days 1 to 30: FoundationOne buyer, one offer, a working business10 to 15 validation calls; write packages; choose structure and get an EIN; insurance quotes; agreement drafted; platform set up with booking, payments and a one-page siteA stranger can book a discovery call and pay you

How much does it cost to start a sales coaching business?

Apart from insurance and your software subscription, a lean launch costs very little, because most of the work is your time. A comfortable launch adds an LLC, an attorney-reviewed agreement and some paid design. The figures below are an example budget; insurance and state fees vary, so get your own quotes. For a line-by-line version, see what it costs to start a coaching business.

The one cost to avoid early is a stack of separate subscriptions you set up before you have clients. Start with one platform and add a tool only when a client need proves it. If the tech side feels daunting, read starting a coaching business when you're not tech-savvy.

What mistakes sink new sales coaching businesses?

Most failures come from selling the wrong thing to the wrong buyer, not from weak coaching skill. These are the common ones:

  • Promising numbers. "Double your commission" is the kind of earnings claim the FTC has warned coaches about. Promise process and accountability, and let results speak with context.
  • Only coaching individual reps. They're easy to sign but have small budgets and churn when they change jobs. Use rep packages to build proof, then sell to the people who manage reps.
  • Pricing by the hour. It caps income and hides the call reviews and feedback that make sales coaching work.
  • No sponsor agreement on team work. If the manager expects session notes and the rep expects confidentiality, you lose both. Write down who sees what.
  • Doing the selling for the client. Writing all their emails or joining their calls turns coaching into outsourced sales. Price and contract it separately if you do it at all.
  • Not running your own pipeline. A sales coach with no follow-up system is a hard sell. Track your own leads and conversion and share what you learn.
  • Building tech before conversations. A month spent on a website with no validated buyer is a month without pipeline.
  • Skipping quarterly taxes. Set aside a share of every payment and mark the IRS estimated tax dates in your calendar.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to start a sales coaching business?

The setup itself (structure, EIN, agreement, platform and a one-page site) can take a week or two. Getting to a steady base of clients usually takes longer; the 30/60/90-day plan above aims for 10 clients, or a pipeline that projects to 10, by day 90 with part-time effort.

Do I need a lot of sales experience to be a sales coach?

Buyers will expect you to have sold successfully in a setting similar to theirs, and your marketing will lean on that record. Coaching skill is a separate skill, so many sales coaches also train formally in coaching. Be honest about where your experience applies: enterprise software and local services sell very differently.

Should I coach individual reps or sell to companies?

Start with whichever buyer you can reach fastest, which is usually reps or founders from your own network. Company team programs pay more per engagement but take longer to close and need proposals and sponsor agreements. Many coaches use individual results as proof to win their first team program.

How should I price my first sales coaching package?

Set an income target, add costs and a tax buffer, count the real delivery hours per package including async review, and divide. Then check the price against the value of the outcome to the buyer. The pricing table above shows the method with illustrative numbers.

Do I need an LLC to start?

No. The SBA describes a sole proprietorship as automatic and suited to testing a business idea, though you carry personal liability. Many coaches form an LLC once they sign company clients; an accountant or attorney can advise on timing for your state.

Can I share client results in my marketing?

Yes, with their permission, with proof on file, and with clear context about what's typical. The FTC's Endorsement Guides and its 2021 Notice on money-making claims both apply, and fake or paid-for-sentiment reviews are prohibited under the Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule.

Does Coachful integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams, so your clients keep their own CRM for their deals. Coachful tracks your coaching business: your leads, intake calls, clients, programs and payments. It connects to other tools through Zapier.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It's a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or form), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It won't invent testimonials, credentials or prices, and it doesn't include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can I run team coaching for several companies at once?

Yes. If you set up a separate program for each company, each one gets its own cohort group, created automatically when clients enroll, so reps from different companies stay apart. Each rep has their own client record with goals, check-ins and sessions, and you can add coach seats on a team plan if you bring in associate coaches later.

Is sales coaching different from sales training?

Training teaches a method to a group, usually over a few days. Coaching works on each person's own deals and behavior over weeks, with practice and accountability between sessions. Many sales coaches sell both: a short training to open the account, then coaching to make it stick. Our guide to high-ticket sales training covers the training side.

The fastest way to start is to pick your buyer this week, book your first validation calls, and put booking, payments and agreements in place so the first yes can pay you the same day. Take a free trial, and ask the Coachful team to build your one-page site and discovery call funnel while you start conversations.
