10 Best Mighty Networks Alternatives for Life Coaches (2026)

10 Best Mighty Networks Alternatives for Life Coaches (2026)

The best Mighty Networks alternatives for life coaches are the tools that keep what Mighty does well (a member community, courses and live events) while adding what a 1:1 life coaching practice actually runs on: booking, signed coaching agreements, payments you control and a way to keep clients moving between sessions. If you mostly run a paid community, another community platform will do. If you sell coaching packages, you need more than a feed.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, agreements, payments, habits and check-ins, courses and a community behind one login for you and one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but every price and limit below comes from vendor pages and docs as listed in October 2026, and each entry says when you should choose it over Coachful.

Mighty Networks itself deserves fair credit. It is a capable community, course and event platform with Mighty-branded iOS and Android apps on every plan. Life coaches tend to outgrow it for a narrower reason: it was built for networks of members, not for a roster of clients you see one to one. If you want the general comparison first, read our guide to Mighty Networks alternatives; this article is only about life coaching.

What do life coaches need from a Mighty Networks replacement?

Life coaches need a platform that handles the client journey from discovery call to final session, with the community as one part of it rather than the whole product. That journey looks different from a typical creator membership.

A typical life coaching practice sells a 3 or 6 month package of fortnightly 1:1 calls, sometimes with a small group program or a monthly circle on the side. The work happens in a fixed rhythm: a free discovery call, a signed agreement, an intake questionnaire (often a wheel of life), payment, then sessions with homework in between. Between calls, clients set intentions, track a few habits and reflect. Mighty Networks covers the circle and the course. It does not document 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts, or per-client habits and check-ins, as its own coach notes and plan docs show.

Here is what life coaches specifically ask of a replacement:

  • Discovery calls and paid sessions. A booking page with buffers, time zones and intake questions, synced to your calendar, so prospects can book without email back and forth.
  • A signed coaching agreement before the first call. Life coaching clients need clear terms on confidentiality, cancellations and the fact that coaching is not therapy. The agreement should live on the client record.
  • Between-session accountability. Weekly goals, small habits, morning or evening reflections and a place to see who has gone quiet. This is where life coaching results come from, and where a community feed is weakest.
  • Flexible payments. Packages, payment plans, subscriptions for ongoing clients and session credits, without a platform cut on every sale.
  • A community that stays optional. Many life coaches run a cohort or alumni group, but not every client wants a feed. The community should attach to programs, not replace the practice.
  • Total cost you can predict. On Mighty, a 2% fee on Launch sales and branded apps only on quote-based Mighty Pro both change what you really pay.

A scope note matters here too. Life coaching is not therapy or treatment. When a client shows signs of depression, trauma, an eating disorder or thoughts of self-harm, refer them to a licensed mental health professional, and say so in your agreement. The overview of life coaching on Wikipedia covers how the field distinguishes itself from counseling.

Which Mighty Networks alternatives are best for life coaches at a glance?

Coachful ranks first for life coaches; Circle and Kajabi follow for community-led and course-led practices. Our ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits and check-ins), total stack cost including extra tools and platform fees, and setup effort, including help moving over.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what a life coach leaving Mighty Networks gives up and gains, then scored each tool on the four criteria above using vendor pricing pages, help docs and public review data. We did not run hands-on tests; the comparisons reflect what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report.

Each tool had to keep at least one thing life coaches valued in Mighty (a community, courses or live events) and either add 1:1 tools or cost meaningfully less. Pure scheduling apps were left out because they replace none of Mighty's community or course features; we cover those in our Calendly alternatives for life coaches guide. Prices are the vendors' own figures as listed in October 2026. Where a figure is not published, we say so rather than guess. Trustpilot scores are as seen on October 25, 2026.

We also weighed what moving costs. Mighty's plan docs say member lists (with member tags) can be exported on Launch and Scale, while posts and content were not bulk-exportable according to an older vendor profile. That makes migration help worth real money, which is why setup effort is one of the four criteria. Our step-by-step Mighty Networks migration guide covers the export itself.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall Mighty Networks alternative for life coaches?

Coachful is a coaching platform that covers the whole life coaching practice in one subscription: booking, payments, coaching agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app carrying your branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six tools.

The 1:1 side Mighty never had

Booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way sync to Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Each session gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. You can ask intake questions at booking, sell paid sessions and session credits, and run a free discovery call type next to your paid package. For a life coach, that replaces the separate scheduler most Mighty hosts bolt on. See the scheduling features for detail.

Coaching agreements are sent with e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record, which is where confidentiality terms, cancellation rules and your "coaching is not therapy" clause belong. More on that on the coaching contracts page.

Between sessions: where life coaching results happen

This is the clearest gap Coachful fills. Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record collects goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing, and flags each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A client who stops journaling in week five shows up as quiet before they miss a session, not after they fail to renew.

The short walkthrough below shows how check-ins are set up and what clients see.

Community, courses and groups, kept in the same place

You do not give up the Mighty-style pieces. Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and creates cohort groups automatically when someone enrolls in a program. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, alongside downloads, videos, books, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. Group calls and webinars run from the same calendar. Our article on Coachful vs Mighty Networks for coaching communities compares the two feeds directly.

Money, AI and credentials

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Coachful has taken a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing, compared with Mighty's 0.5% to 2%. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it drafts programs and emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page for your 12-week package, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a form such as an intake worksheet. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, brand guides, your current Mighty course copy), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not as your own App Store app, which matters if a fully white-labeled app is the reason you considered Mighty Pro. There are no third-party plugins, and it is not a course marketplace. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export all client data as a ZIP at any time.

Price: flat monthly plans, where lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited; monthly plans cancel in one click and a free trial is available (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Life-coach-specific setup ideas are on the Coachful for life coaches page.

2. Circle: is it the closest like-for-like swap?

Circle is the nearest match to Mighty Networks in shape: a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Life coaches who mostly run a membership or alumni circle will feel at home quickly.

Circle homepage introducing its community platform with courses, events and memberships
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

For a life coach, Circle works well as the place where a monthly group program lives: spaces for each cohort, a course for the core curriculum, and live sessions for group coaching. Its pricing mirrors Mighty's closely. As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89 a month, Business $199 and Scale $419, all shown as annual-billing prices; monthly-billed prices were not shown in our data. Circle Plus is custom-priced. Each plan includes AI credits (2,500 a month on Professional and Business). A 14-day trial requires no card.

The gaps are the same ones that push coaches off Mighty. Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps sit on custom-priced Circle Plus, just as Mighty reserves them for Mighty Pro. Circle also takes a payment fee of 2% on Professional and 1% on Business and Scale, plus Stripe processing. So a life coach moving to Circle still needs a scheduler, an e-signature tool and some way to track homework. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 129 reviews on October 25, 2026. Our Circle vs Mighty Networks comparison goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if your practice is a paid community first and 1:1 coaching is rare, and you want a dedicated community product with more space and moderator options.

3. Kajabi: what does it offer a life coach who also sells courses?

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. It suits life coaches whose income leans toward a signature course or membership, with coaching sold as a product alongside.

Kajabi homepage presenting its platform for courses, communities, websites and email
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Where Mighty is community-led, Kajabi is marketing-led: you get a website, funnels and email in the same account as your course. As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249 ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499 ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US runs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans. If you use another provider (other than PayPal), Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, but if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold.

For life coaching specifically, Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities rather than per-client plans, and has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. The Basic plan caps you at 5 products, which a coach with a discovery offer, a package, a group program, a course and a lead magnet reaches immediately. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. If Kajabi is already on your list, our Kajabi alternatives for life coaches roundup shows how it compares on 1:1 work.

Pick it over Coachful if you plan to sell courses to a large audience with heavy email marketing, and 1:1 clients are a small share of revenue.

4. Skool: can a low-cost community replace Mighty for group coaching?

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. It is the cheapest way to run a coaching community with courses, as long as you accept its payment terms.

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Life coaches use Skool for accountability groups: members post wins, earn points, watch the classroom lessons and join live calls from the group calendar. As listed in October 2026, Hobby costs $9 a month ($7.50 annually) and Pro $99 a month ($82.50 annually), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The catch is payments. Skool processes sales only through Skool Payments, charging 10% + 30¢ per transaction on Hobby, and 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 (3.9% + 30¢ above $900) on Pro. Trial length and card terms were not stated on the pricing page when we checked.

The life coaching gaps are wide. Skool has no custom domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. A coach selling a 6-month 1:1 package would still need a booking tool, contracts, a website and an email platform. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews. Our Skool vs Mighty Networks guide covers the community trade-offs.

Pick it over Coachful if you only run a large, low-ticket group community and want gamification at the lowest possible monthly price.

5. Podia: is a simple storefront enough for a life coaching practice?

Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. Life coaches who found Mighty heavier than they needed often look here.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads, coaching and community
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia lets a life coach sell a session, a mini course and a community membership from one storefront with little setup. As listed in October 2026, Mover is $49 a month ($42 annually) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker is $99 ($84 annually) and Earthquaker $179 ($150 annually), both with 0% Podia fees. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. A 14-day trial needs no card or plan choice. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews.

The limits show up as the practice grows. Email subscriber allowances are small: 100 on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. An older vendor profile lists no mobile app and no native video calls, which is a step back from Mighty's member apps. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so homework and reflections between sessions live elsewhere. Contracts are not listed in our data.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the simplest possible shop for a handful of digital products and occasional sessions, and do not need an app or between-session tracking.

6. Ruzuku: how does it work for life coaches running group programs?

Ruzuku is an online course platform with built-in live video, discussions and direct messaging. Coaches are one of several audiences, alongside creatives, nonprofits and teachers.

Ruzuku homepage presenting its online course platform with live video and discussions
Ruzuku's homepage in October 2026.

Ruzuku fits a life coach who runs a structured group course, such as an eight-week values and purpose program, with live calls and discussion threads per lesson. Its built-in live video handles up to 60 people in conference mode or 250 in presentation mode, and Zoom also works. Courses support video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or fixed dates. As listed in October 2026, there is a Free plan for up to 5 students enrolled at a time (email course invitations need a paid plan), Core at $99 a month ($83.08 annually) and Pro at $199 ($166.42 annually), all with 0% transaction fees. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The weak spot for 1:1 work is scheduling: Ruzuku has no booking calendar, so individual sessions are booked elsewhere. Our data does not show contracts, habits or check-ins. A G2 badge on Ruzuku's site shows 4.4, though we could not verify the review count.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is almost entirely group courses with live teaching, and you want a no-cost tier for very small cohorts.

7. Kartra: should a marketing-focused life coach consider it?

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits life coaches who grow through launches and paid traffic.

Kartra homepage presenting its marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and memberships
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Compared with Mighty, Kartra trades community depth for marketing depth. As listed in October 2026, Essentials costs $59 a month ($52 annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119 ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products, unlimited email and SMS, and 0% fees. Growth is $229 ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts, and Professional $549 ($429 annually). There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from 129 reviews.

For a life coach, the Essentials plan is too tight: one product and 500 contacts disappear fast once you run a lead magnet. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. An older profile lists no mobile app for students or admins, and notes funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, which matters if you have just been through a painful move from Mighty.

Pick it over Coachful if you run frequent launches with SMS and complex funnels, and your coaching delivery happens mostly on live calls.

8. Systeme.io: is the free plan a realistic start?

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a new life coach who joined Mighty mainly to host one course, it can cut costs to zero at first.

Systeme.io homepage presenting its funnels, email, courses and community tools
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, and never expires. Paid plans are Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 and Unlimited at $97. Every plan carries 0% transaction fees, with Stripe or PayPal processing only. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews, the highest count in this list.

The trade-off is depth. An older profile lists no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and describes community and course features as basic with no branded mobile app. A life coach would add a scheduler and e-signature tool, and would lose the app experience Mighty members are used to.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, need a funnel and a single course today, and want to spend nothing until clients arrive.

9. Thinkific: when does a course platform beat a community platform?

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships, and coaching and webinar products. It makes sense for life coaches whose core asset is a curriculum.

Thinkific homepage presenting its course platform with communities and memberships
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Start costs $109 a month ($82 annually), Grow $219 ($164 annually) and Expand $499 ($374 annually), following an increase of about 10% on August 13, 2026. Start includes 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces and 5 live community events. Thinkific charges no transaction fee on Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee whose amount was not listed. A 30-day trial is available on every self-serve plan. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews.

For 1:1 work, an older profile says coaching relies on external booking links, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199-a-month add-on. A life coach replacing Mighty with Thinkific gains course depth but still runs the 1:1 side elsewhere. See our Thinkific alternatives for coaches for more.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large self-paced course catalog and live coaching is an occasional upsell.

10. Stan Store: does a link-in-bio shop cover enough?

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Life coaches who find clients on Instagram or TikTok use it to sell a call in two taps.

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for products and paid calls
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29 a month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro $99 ($79 annually), both with unlimited products and customers and a 0% Stan fee. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There is a 14-day trial. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Stan replaces only a sliver of Mighty: it has memberships and courses but no community feed in our data. It has no contracts, invoices or client records, is not a CRM, and has no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. No team seats are advertised. Our Stan Store alternatives for life coaches covers coaches who outgrow it.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your sales start on social media and you only need a fast checkout for calls and a few products.

How do the features compare side by side?

Only Coachful covers booking, agreements, habits and check-ins, community and courses in one product; every other tool on this list covers two or three of these. "Not listed" means our vendor data did not document the feature, not that it definitely does not exist.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most of these tools charge a flat plan price regardless of client count, so the real difference is the platform fee and the extra tools you add for booking and contracts. Coachful's plans step up by client count, then go unlimited on Pro.

The table uses each vendor's lowest plan that realistically fits a life coach at that size, billed monthly where a monthly price is published, as listed in October 2026. It excludes payment processing and the separate scheduling and e-signature tools most of these options need.

An example of why fees matter: a life coach selling $4,000 a month in packages through Mighty's Launch plan pays $80 a month to Mighty on top of the $95 plan and Stripe processing. That illustrative figure is before adding a scheduler and an e-signature tool. Put those costs next to each other before deciding; our Mighty Networks review walks through the rest of the trade-offs.

How would a life coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

You can split the move into a few focused work sessions, and the white-glove team can build much of it for you. Here is one example: a life coach running a 6-month 1:1 package with a monthly group circle, currently hosted on Mighty Networks.

Coachful's coaching flows library and check-in flows on screens at a kitchen-table workspace
Coachful's journey templates on a laptop beside its Morning and Evening Check-in flows.
  1. Export from Mighty. Download your member list with tags (available on Launch and Scale per Mighty's plan docs) and save copies of your course lessons and key posts. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding.
  2. Request the build. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and ask for a site, a discovery-call funnel and a sales page for your package. Attach your logo, photos and existing course copy.
  3. Connect payments. Link your own Stripe Connect account and set up the package as a payment plan, plus a monthly subscription for ongoing clients.
  4. Build booking pages. Create a free 30-minute discovery call and a paid 60-minute session, with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions such as current challenges and wheel of life scores. Sync your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
  5. Attach your agreement. Upload your coaching agreement, including confidentiality, cancellation terms and a clear statement that coaching is not therapy, so it is sent for e-signature before the first call.
  6. Design the between-session rhythm. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates or a journey template, then set weekly goals, two or three habits, and morning and evening check-ins.
  7. Move the circle. Create the group program; Coachful creates the cohort group automatically on enrollment. Schedule the monthly group call as a video event and repost your course into the course builder with drip.
  8. Set up email. Build a welcome sequence and a nurture sequence for discovery-call leads, with delays and branching.
  9. Use the client record. Before each session, read Michelle's briefing and check who is marked quiet or at risk, then follow up.
  10. Invite members. Send former Mighty members a short note explaining where the circle now lives. Our guide on running coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks has wording ideas.

What mistakes do life coaches make when leaving Mighty Networks?

The most common mistake is replacing Mighty with another community tool and keeping the same gaps. Watch for these as well:

  • Comparing plan prices only. A cheaper community plan plus a scheduler, an e-signature tool and an email platform can cost more than one platform that covers all four.
  • Ignoring platform fees. Mighty, Circle, Skool and some entry plans (Podia Mover, Kartra Essentials) take a percentage of every sale. On a life coaching package, that adds up.
  • Moving the feed but not the accountability. If clients only had the community between calls, give them structured check-ins in the new tool instead of another place to scroll.
  • Forgetting the agreement. Moving is a good moment to put a signed agreement in front of every new client, including your referral policy for issues outside coaching scope.
  • Announcing the move before content is ready. Rebuild the course and group first, then invite members, so nobody lands in an empty space.
  • Choosing for an app you cannot afford. Fully branded apps on Mighty and Circle sit on custom-priced top plans. Decide whether clients need your own App Store listing or just your branding.

Which Mighty Networks alternative should a life coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell 1:1 packages and want the community, courses, booking, agreements and between-session check-ins in one place, with help moving over. Choose Circle if you run a community-first membership, Kajabi if a course is your main product, and Skool if you only need a cheap, gamified group.

For most life coaches, the reason to leave Mighty Networks is not the community; it is everything around it. Coachful keeps the community and courses and adds the practice side, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get you started. For other niches, see our community platform for coaches page or the Mighty Networks alternative overview.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mighty Networks good for life coaches?

Mighty Networks is good for life coaches who mainly run a paid community, course or event series, and its Mighty-branded apps are included on every plan. It does not document 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts or per-client habits and check-ins, so coaches selling individual packages usually add other tools.

What is the cheapest Mighty Networks alternative for life coaches?

Systeme.io and Ruzuku both have free plans, and Skool's Hobby plan is $9 a month, as listed in October 2026. Skool's Hobby plan takes 10% + 30¢ per sale, so check fees before choosing on price alone.

Which alternative has the best community features?

Circle is the closest like-for-like community platform, and Skool adds gamified leaderboards. Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events and automatic cohort groups alongside its 1:1 tools.

Can I get my own branded app?

On Mighty Networks, your own iOS and Android apps come only with quote-based Mighty Pro; Circle reserves branded apps for Circle Plus, and Thinkific sells one as a $199-a-month add-on. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than your own App Store listing.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

How do I move my members off Mighty Networks?

Export your member list with tags (available on Launch and Scale per Mighty's docs), save your course content, then rebuild in the new platform before inviting members. Our migration guide covers each step.

Does Mighty Networks take a cut of my sales?

Yes. As listed in October 2026, Mighty charges 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026.

Is Coachful suitable for therapists or clinical work?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It is built for coaches, and life coaches should refer clients to licensed professionals for mental health concerns.

Can I run group programs and 1:1 clients in the same place?

In Coachful, yes: group programs create cohort groups automatically, and 1:1 sessions, agreements and check-ins sit on each client's record. Most community platforms in this list handle the group side but not the 1:1 side.

Does Coachful offer a free trial?

Yes, Coachful offers a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. There is no permanent free plan.
