The 7 Best Stan Store Alternatives for Life Coaches, Compared

The 7 Best Stan Store Alternatives for Life Coaches, Compared

The best Stan Store alternatives for life coaches are the tools that keep working after someone taps the link in your bio. Stan Store is good at the first moment: a tidy mobile storefront where a follower buys a guide or books a call. Life coaching, though, is mostly what happens next: a discovery call, a signed agreement, twelve weeks of goals and reflection, and a reason to renew. So the deciding question is simple. Do you need a better shop, or do you need somewhere to run the coaching itself?

For most life coaches who sell programs rather than single products, our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is checkable: it keeps the link-in-bio page, booking, payments, e-signed agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, and a client community under one login, with one branded app for clients. The six other tools below each win in a narrower situation, and every section ends with when to pick it instead.

If you are still deciding whether to leave Stan at all, our Stan Store review and the Stan Store pricing breakdown cover the platform on its own terms. For the general, not-just-life-coaches version of this list, see Stan Store alternatives.

Why do life coaches outgrow Stan Store?

Life coaches outgrow Stan Store when their income shifts from products to relationships. Stan describes itself as a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls, and it does that well: its Creator plan is $29 a month ($300 a year) with unlimited products and customers, a calendar booking product, a course builder, lead magnets, a community and AutoDM for Instagram, as listed in October 2026. There is no Stan fee on sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies.

The friction shows up in three places.

  • Selling tools sit behind the higher plan. Email broadcasts and flows, discount codes, upsells and order bumps, funnels, affiliates and tracking pixels are on Creator Pro at $99 a month ($948 a year). A life coach who wants a simple nurture sequence after a lead magnet is already on the $99 plan.
  • There is no coaching back office. Stan's own feature list has no contracts, no invoices and no client records. It is not a CRM, so your notes, intake answers and session history live somewhere else.
  • Nothing happens between sessions. Stan has no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. If your 12-week program depends on a client journaling, tracking a morning routine or answering a weekly reflection, that work leaves the platform.

None of this makes Stan a bad tool. It has a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), and creators clearly like the storefront. It is simply a shop, and a life coaching practice needs more than a shop.

What does a life coach's client journey need from software?

A life coach's client journey runs through four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Each stage asks something different of your software, and the gaps in Stan Store sit almost entirely in the last two.

Attract: turning followers into conversations

Most life coaches find clients through Instagram, TikTok, a podcast or referrals. At this stage you need a link-in-bio page that looks like you, a lead magnet such as a values worksheet or a "reset your week" guide, and an email sequence that follows up for you. A website with a blog helps once you want search traffic; our guide on a free website for life coaches covers the options.

Enroll: from discovery call to signed client

Life coaching is rarely bought on impulse. A prospect books a discovery call, answers a few intake questions, talks to you, and then pays for a package or a program, often in instalments. Before the first session you want a coaching agreement signed that sets out scope, confidentiality and cancellation terms. Our article on legal disclaimers for life coaches explains what belongs in it, and the coaching contracts page shows how agreements work in Coachful.

Deliver: the weeks between sessions

This is where life coaching earns its results. A client working on confidence, a career change or a calmer routine needs weekly goals, small daily actions, habit tracking and a place to reflect. You need to see who is doing the work and who has gone quiet, and you need session notes in one place. A course builder alone does not cover this, because a course is the same for everyone and a coaching plan is not.

Retain: renewals, referrals and alumni

Your best next client is often your current one. Retention needs visible progress (goals with progress bars, streaks), a community or cohort for alumni, and a timely renewal offer by email. If you are working toward an ICF credential, it also helps to have your coaching hours counted automatically.

A note on scope that matters at every stage: life coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. Say so in your agreement and on your sales pages, and refer a client to a licensed professional when they describe symptoms such as persistent low mood, trauma, or thoughts of self-harm. No software choice changes that line.

How did we choose these seven tools?

We started from what Stan Store does for a life coach (sell, book, host a course) and asked which tools do that and more. We kept tools a solo life coach can afford and set up alone, and dropped tools built for agencies or for enterprise training. We did not run hands-on tests; every claim below comes from the vendor's own pricing and help pages as listed in October 2026, plus public review scores where noted. Where a fact comes from an older vendor profile, we say so.

We left out dedicated coaching back-office tools such as Paperbell and Practice Better because they replace a different part of the stack than Stan does; see Paperbell alternatives for life coaches and Practice Better alternatives for life coaches if that is your starting point. For the wider landscape, best software for life coaches compares tools across every job.

1. Coachful: what do you get beyond a storefront?

Coachful client program view on a laptop and a client goal view on a tablet on a sunlit desk
Coachful's client Programs view on a laptop beside a client goal's daily momentum section on a tablet, both with demo data.

You get the storefront plus everything Stan leaves out: a coaching back office and a client experience that runs between sessions. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app, carrying the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than one-off sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Attract and enroll without a second tool

The link-in-bio page sells directly, so the Instagram link that pointed at Stan can point here instead. Behind it sit a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates, and booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership, so the nurture sequence after your values worksheet does not require a plan upgrade.

Discovery calls run through booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Intake questions are asked at booking, and the video link is either built in or auto-created for Zoom, Meet or Teams. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. When the prospect says yes, payment runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. The coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record.

Delivery that Stan cannot do

Programs are the core difference. A multi-week program holds weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client working on a calmer morning routine sees today's actions and ticks off the habit; you see their check-ins and habit progress on their record. Each client record gathers goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so the client who has gone silent in week five is visible before they drift away.

Client habits dashboard in Coachful
A client's Growing Habits dashboard in Coachful, with demo habits such as morning meditation and journaling tracked across 30 days.

Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking), downloads, videos and books are delivered into the client's branded home and app, next to their program. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events handle group work, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. Here is a short walkthrough of how a client journey is put together:

Help with the thinking work

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program or an email sequence, summarize recorded sessions, brief you before each call and, if you opt in, give private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. For ICF candidates, credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

Limits worth knowing

Coachful does not support PayPal, has no permanent no-cost tier, and is not HIPAA-certified, which matters little for life coaching but would for clinical work. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, and its affiliate tracking records links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent for you.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Moving off Stan usually stalls at the rebuild. In Coachful, you open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page, a lead quiz and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you rather than inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing received a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a 20-minute consultation. Another: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or ad management. More in the white-glove service explained.

Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click. The Coachful for life coaches page shows the setup for this niche.

2. Kajabi: is a course-first platform right for a life coach?

Kajabi homepage presenting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi suits the life coach whose business is moving from one-to-one work toward courses, a paid community and launches. It combines a website, funnels, email, courses and a community in one platform for selling knowledge products, and it is the most established name in that category.

Where it fits a life coach's week. If your plan is a signature course such as a six-module "values and direction" program, a membership community for graduates, and email launches twice a year, Kajabi keeps those pieces together with a polished website. Compared with Stan, you get a full site and much deeper email and funnel tooling on the entry plan rather than behind an upgrade.

The price, as listed in October 2026. Basic is $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499 a month ($399 annually). The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if entered Kajabi places an authorization hold. Through Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another provider (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan.

Where it falls short for coaching. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking and no daily client check-ins, so a client's private 12-week plan has to be simulated with a course and manual follow-up. The Basic plan's limit of 5 products fills quickly once you count a lead magnet, a course, a membership and two coaching packages. Kajabi's Trustpilot score is 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 25, 2026). For more depth, read Kajabi alternatives for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and a large email list are your main revenue, one-to-one clients are a small share of your income, and you want the platform with the longest track record in course launches.

3. Systeme.io: can the cheapest funnel builder carry a coaching practice?

Systeme.io homepage presenting its all-in-one funnel and email suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io can carry the marketing side of a life coaching practice on a very small budget, but not the coaching itself. It is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

Cost first, because that is its case. The Free plan is $0 and never expires, with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47 (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. No credit card is needed to sign up. Its Trustpilot score is 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

For a new life coach, that means a lead-magnet funnel, a short email sequence and a simple course can cost nothing while you find your first clients. Compared with Stan, the free plan already includes email and funnels that Stan reserves for its $99 tier.

The trade-offs. An older profile of the platform notes no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins, so discovery calls and client follow-through need other tools. Course and community features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app (older profile). The free plan's single automation rule also limits how much follow-up you can automate before upgrading.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, your immediate job is building an email list rather than delivering programs, and you are comfortable adding a separate scheduler and keeping client notes elsewhere for now.

4. Podia: the simple storefront with more room

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses and digital products
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is the closest like-for-like step up from Stan Store: a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community, with a website around it. Life coaches who like Stan's simplicity but want a fuller site and course area tend to look here first.

What a life coach can sell on it. A coaching session product for discovery calls or single sessions, a downloadable workbook, a recorded webinar on setting boundaries, and a course, all under one storefront with a community for buyers. That covers attract and enroll for a product-led practice.

Plans as listed in October 2026. Mover is $49 a month ($42 annually) with 50 products and 100 email subscribers included, and it charges a 5% Podia fee on sales. Shaker is $99 a month ($84 annually) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers and 0% Podia fee. Earthquaker is $179 a month ($150 annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The 14-day trial gives full access with no card or plan selection required. Podia's Trustpilot score is 4.1 from 153 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Watch the email allowance. 100, 500 or 1,000 included subscribers is small for a coach growing an audience from social media; a lead magnet that works will push you up a tier. An older profile also notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so program delivery is a course, not a coaching plan.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your income comes from digital products and occasional single sessions, your list is small, and you want a storefront that is easy to run without a client-delivery layer.

5. Beacons: what if you only want a better link in bio?

Beacons pricing page comparing the Free, Creator, Creator Plus and Creator Max plans
Beacons's pricing page in October 2026.

Then Beacons is the most direct swap. It is a creator link-in-bio, storefront, media kit and email tool, built for the same moment Stan serves: a follower tapping your bio link. Our Stan Store vs Beacons comparison goes deeper on the two.

Pricing as listed in October 2026. The Free plan is free forever with 50 email sends a month and one single-page website, and Creator is $10 a month ($8.33 annually) with 500 email sends; both carry a 9% Beacons seller fee on sales. Creator Plus at $30 a month ($25 annually) drops the seller fee to 0% and adds unlimited AI credits and email sends. Creator Max is $100 a month ($83.33 annually). No paid-plan trial is described.

The life coach math. A 9% fee is large on coaching packages. On an illustrative $1,200 package, 9% is $108 per sale, more than three months of Creator Plus, so most coaches selling packages would start on Creator Plus. Courses and memberships are also only available from Creator Plus up.

What it leaves out. The pricing page shows no scheduling or booking tied to client records, no contracts, habits or check-ins. It replaces Stan's storefront, not the rest of the practice. Beacons's Trustpilot score is 2.0 from 43 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-priced digital products and brand partnerships from social media, coaching is a side offer, and you want a media kit alongside your store.

6. Kartra: marketing automation for the launch-minded coach

Kartra homepage presenting its marketing suite for pages, funnels and email
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite covering pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits a life coach who runs structured launches, such as a five-day challenge leading into a group program, and wants calendars and email in the same place as the funnel.

How the pieces map to a launch. A challenge opt-in page, an SMS and email sequence for each day, a membership area for the challenge content, a calendar for enrollment calls and a checkout at the end. Compared with Stan, the automation is far deeper, and calendars are part of the suite rather than a single booking product.

Plans as listed in October 2026. Essentials is $59 a month ($52 annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership or course and 10,000 emails a month, plus a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119 a month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members and 0% transaction fee. Growth is $229 a month ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts. Professional is $549 a month ($429 annually). There is a 14-day trial on any plan and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its Trustpilot score is 3.2 from 129 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Limits for coaching. Essentials caps you at 500 contacts and one product, so it is a trial run more than a plan. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. An older profile also notes no mobile app for students or admins, and funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. For other funnel-first options, see ClickFunnels alternatives for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if launches and SMS marketing are the engine of your business, you have a team member running campaigns, and client delivery happens mostly in group calls rather than individual programs.

7. Skool: when community is the product

Skool homepage presenting its community and classroom platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar inside one group, with gamified leaderboards. For a life coach whose offer is a paid circle (a monthly women's leadership group, say, or an alumni community for past clients), it is a straightforward home.

Why some coaches pair it with Stan. Stan sells the entry product; Skool hosts the ongoing group with live calls on its calendar and lessons in the classroom. Members show up for the leaderboard and the conversation, which suits the retain stage of the journey.

Cost as listed in October 2026. Hobby is $9 a month ($7.50 annually) with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls, but takes 10% + 30¢ on all transactions. Pro is $99 a month ($82.50 annually) with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments run only through Skool Payments, fees are non-refundable, and payouts are weekly. The pricing page says "try for free" but does not state a trial length. Skool's Trustpilot score is 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

What you would still need. Skool has no custom domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no one-to-one client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. It covers one stage well and leaves the other three to other tools.

Pick it over Coachful if your entire offer is a group membership, you do not sell individual coaching, and you value Skool's gamified community over a branded client app.

How do the features compare side by side?

The feature matrix focuses on what a life coach uses weekly. "Platform fee" means the vendor's own cut of sales, not card processing.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most of these tools price by contacts or products rather than clients, so the price barely moves as your roster grows; the catch is that your email list counts toward contact limits. Prices are monthly as listed in October 2026, before card processing.

Numbers alone mislead here. Only one row covers booking, agreements and between-session delivery; for the others, those jobs need extra tools, which is what the stack recipes below price out.

All-in-one or assembled: which stack should a life coach run?

An all-in-one platform costs one subscription and one login; an assembled stack can look cheaper until you add the tools that cover enrollment and delivery. Here are four realistic setups for a life coach selling a 12-week program, using the prices listed above.

StackWhat is in itMonthly software costStill missing
Coachful aloneLink-in-bio, website, funnels, email, booking, payments, agreements, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, communitySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPayPal checkout; HIPAA (not needed for most life coaching)
Stan Store + SkoolStan Creator Pro for store, email and funnels; Skool Hobby for the group$108, plus 10% + 30¢ on Skool salesAgreements, client records, habits and check-ins
Stan Store + Systeme.ioStan Creator for store and booking; Systeme.io Startup for funnels and email$46Agreements, client records, habits, check-ins, community depth
Kajabi + add-onsKajabi Basic for site, courses, community and email; a separate scheduler and e-signature tool$179, plus the add-ons (priced separately; check their current pricing)Habits, check-ins, per-client plans

The cheap assembled stack is a reasonable choice in your first months. The hidden cost is time: every new client is entered in two or three places, and the week-five drop-off is invisible because check-ins happen in a notes app or by text. If you move to an assembled stack, decide upfront where client notes and agreements live. Our guide to what software life coaches use lists the seven jobs to cover, and scheduling software for life coaches compares the booking layer if you assemble.

How would a life coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example. Picture a life coach (illustrative) who sells a 12-week "Clear Next Chapter" program for people in a career or life transition, finds clients on Instagram, and currently uses Stan for a worksheet and a booking link.

Coachful client Discover view on a laptop beside the client coaching hub on a tablet
Coachful's client Discover view with demo bundle cards on a laptop, next to the client coaching hub with the next session on a tablet.
  1. Request the build. From Create, ask the white-glove team for a homepage, a link-in-bio page and a lead-magnet funnel. Attach the worksheet PDF, your logo, photos and the current Stan copy.
  2. Pick a site design. If you would rather start yourself, choose one of the homepage templates designed for life coaches, such as Hearth, and adjust colours and copy.
  3. Set up the lead magnet. Put the worksheet behind a lead-magnet funnel and attach a short email sequence: delivery, a story about a client transition (with permission, or a composite you label as such), and an invitation to a discovery call.
  4. Create the discovery call booking page. Add availability rules, a 15-minute buffer and minimum notice, plus three intake questions (what is changing, what they have tried, what a good outcome looks like).
  5. Build the offer. Create the program offer with a full-pay option and a payment plan through your Stripe Connect account, and attach your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first session.
  6. Build the program. Lay out 12 weeks with a weekly goal, two or three daily tasks, a habit (for example ten minutes of journaling) and morning and evening check-ins. Michelle can draft the first version from your outline.
  7. Open the cohort. If you run the program in groups, the cohort group is created automatically on enrollment, with a feed and video events for group calls.
  8. Watch the status column. Each week, look at clients marked quiet or at risk and send a short message before the next session.
  9. Plan the renewal. Around week ten, an email sequence offers a continuation package or alumni membership.
  10. Switch the bio link. Only when everything above works, point your Instagram bio at the new link-in-bio page.

How do you migrate from Stan Store without losing clients?

Migrate in a fixed order: export, rebuild, test, then switch the link. Stan lets you export customers and contacts to CSV, but course and community content has to be rebuilt elsewhere (older profile), so plan for that work.

  • Export first. Download your customer and contact CSV before anything else, and save copies of course videos, PDFs and sales page copy.
  • Check your billing date. Stan's annual plans are billed at $300 or $948 a year; time the move so you are not renewing a year you will not use. If you are on the 14-day trial, Stan's help center says the first month is charged when the trial ends.
  • Ask about active subscriptions. Before cancelling, ask Stan's support how recurring client payments are handled, and plan to move recurring clients to a new checkout on a date you tell them in advance.
  • Rebuild, or have it rebuilt. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your sales pages and funnels.
  • Run both for a short overlap. Keep Stan live until the new checkout, booking page and lead magnet have each been tested with a real purchase or booking.
  • Switch the bio link last. Your Instagram or TikTok link is the single point of failure; change it only once everything behind it works.

Mistakes life coaches make when switching

  • Rebuilding the store instead of the journey. Copying Stan product by product reproduces the same gaps. Start from the client's 12 weeks and work backwards.
  • Skipping the agreement. Moving platforms is a good moment to put a signed agreement, with a clear coaching-not-therapy statement, in front of every new client.
  • Choosing on monthly price alone. A $9 or $17 tool plus a 10% fee or three extra subscriptions is not cheaper once you add it up.
  • Forgetting existing clients. Tell current clients what is changing and when, and give them one link to their new home.

Which Stan Store alternative should a life coach choose?

If you sell coaching programs, choose a platform that covers the whole client journey, and for most life coaches that is Coachful: link-in-bio, booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community, under one login with one client app, plus a free white-glove build to get you moved. If you mainly sell courses and launches, Kajabi or Kartra fit better. If your budget is near zero, Systeme.io's free plan carries the marketing until you have clients. If you only want a better bio link, Beacons is the direct swap; for a richer storefront, Podia. If your entire offer is a paid group, Skool.

Whatever you pick, the test is the same: can a new client go from your bio link to a signed agreement to week one of their program without you copying anything by hand? For more on the business side, see do life coaches make money and coaching communities for life coaches.

Frequently asked questions

Is Stan Store good for life coaches?

Stan Store is good for selling digital products and booking paid calls from a social media bio link. It does not include contracts, client records, or programs with habits and check-ins, so life coaches who deliver multi-week programs usually need other tools alongside it.

How much does Stan Store cost in 2026?

As listed in October 2026, Stan Store's Creator plan is $29 a month or $300 a year, and Creator Pro is $99 a month or $948 a year. Email broadcasts, funnels, discount codes and upsells are only on Creator Pro. There is a 14-day trial, and Stan takes no fee on sales beyond Stripe or PayPal processing.

What is the cheapest Stan Store alternative for a life coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires, with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course, and 0% transaction fees. It covers marketing but not one-to-one scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, so you would add other tools for client delivery.

Can I replace my link in bio with Coachful?

Yes. Coachful includes a link-in-bio page that sells, connected to your offers, booking pages and funnels. Clients who buy from it land in their branded client home and app, where their program, sessions and courses are waiting.

Does Coachful take a cut of my coaching sales?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; only your Stripe Connect or Razorpay processing fees apply. Payments go to your own account, and PayPal is not supported.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan: from Create, you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence, link-in-bio page and more) and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include filming videos, logo design or ad management.

Do life coaches need a coaching agreement?

A signed agreement is strongly advisable: it sets scope, confidentiality, payment and cancellation terms, and states that coaching is not therapy. Requirements vary by country and state, so check the wording with an attorney. Our guide to legal disclaimers for life coaches covers the main areas.

Can I move my Stan Store courses to another platform?

You can export customer and contact lists from Stan as a CSV, but course and community content has to be rebuilt elsewhere. Keep copies of your videos, PDFs and lesson text before you cancel so the rebuild is a copy-and-paste job.

Is Kajabi or Coachful better for a life coach?

Kajabi is stronger for course launches and large email lists, and its Basic plan caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts. Coachful is stronger for one-to-one and group programs, with habits, check-ins, agreements and client records that Kajabi does not offer. Choose by where most of your income comes from.

Does Coachful track ICF coaching hours?

Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, which helps life coaches working toward a credential keep records as they go.
