Mighty Networks vs Satori: Which Fits Coaches in 2026?

Mighty Networks vs Satori is not really a contest between two versions of the same product. Mighty Networks is a community, course and events platform: you build a branded space where members post, learn and join livestreams. Satori is coaching practice software: it books sessions, sends invoices and contracts, and gives each 1:1 client a portal. If your business is a paid community or a cohort course, Mighty Networks is the closer fit. If your business is 1:1 coaching packages, Satori is. If you sell both, neither covers the whole job on its own, and that is where a third option comes in.
This guide compares the two on price, fees, scheduling, community, payments, between-session accountability, client experience and data, using what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report. Mighty Networks facts are as listed in October 2026. Satori could not show its dollar amounts to our fetcher in October, so its prices and most plan limits are as listed in September 2026; its trial, fee terms and Essentials client cap were confirmed in October 2026. We make Coachful, the third option at the end, and we say plainly where it is not the right pick.

Mighty Networks vs Satori: what is the short answer?
Pick Mighty Networks if members talking to each other is the product; pick Satori if your calendar of 1:1 sessions is the product. The decision follows the shape of your offer, not the feature count.
- You run a paid membership, a cohort course or a large free community that feeds paid offers: Mighty Networks. It is built around a feed, spaces, courses, events and livestreams, with Mighty-branded iOS and Android apps for members.
- You sell 1:1 packages and need booking, invoices and agreements: Satori. Its documented focus is scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and only active clients count toward billing.
- You are still studying for a coaching credential: Satori's Scholar plan is free for people studying for a coaching certification, with unlimited pro-bono clients (you apply through a form).
- You sell 1:1 coaching and a group program or community, and want clients to do work between sessions: neither tool covers all of that. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts; Satori has no courses or community according to its older profile. That gap is why we cover Coachful at the end.

How do Mighty Networks and Satori compare side by side?
On paper they barely overlap: Mighty Networks covers the group side of coaching and Satori covers the 1:1 admin side. The table below shows where each stops.
We ranked on four criteria that matter most to coaches: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including the free white-glove build).
| Tool | Best for | 1:1 booking | Community and courses | Contracts and invoices | Habits and check-ins | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who sell 1:1 and group programs and want one login for everything | Yes, with two-way calendar sync and video links | Yes: courses, community feed, group chat, events | Yes: e-signed agreements, invoice per transaction | Yes: daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Mighty Networks | Paid communities, cohort courses, livestream events | No | Yes: its core product | No | No per-client habits or check-ins | $79/mo billed annually ($95 monthly) |
| Satori | Solo 1:1 coaches who want booking and admin in one place | Yes | No courses or community (older profile) | Yes | Not a documented focus; confirm in the trial | $33/mo Essentials (Scholar plan free for students) |
Two caveats on the table. Mighty Networks' pricing cards show the annual-billing figures without saying so; its help docs confirm the monthly-billed prices. And Satori's dollar figures come from its September 2026 listing, because the October page rendered prices with JavaScript our fetcher could not read.
How much do Mighty Networks and Satori cost?
Satori is far cheaper at the entry level ($33 a month for Essentials versus $95 a month for Mighty Networks Launch billed monthly), but the two are priced on different axes. Satori caps active clients per tier; Mighty Networks caps hosts, storage and livestream hours, and takes a percentage of your sales.
| Tool and plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Main limits | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Entry: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients. 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Unlimited clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited; team plans add coach seats | 0% platform fee; only Stripe or Razorpay processing |
| Mighty Networks Launch | $95 | $79 ($950 a year) | 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB, livestream 20 h/mo for up to 100 attendees | 2% |
| Mighty Networks Scale | $215 | $179 | 5 hosts, 15 moderators, 500 GB, livestream 30 h/mo for up to 200 attendees | 1% |
| Mighty Networks Growth | Not published | $354 | 10 hosts, 100 moderators, 1 TB, livestream 40 h/mo for up to 1,000 attendees | 0.5% |
| Mighty Pro | Custom | Custom | Unlimited hosts and moderators; your own branded apps | 0.5% |
| Satori Scholar | $0 | $0 | For people studying for a coaching certification; unlimited pro-bono clients | None from Satori |
| Satori Essentials | $33 | About $27.50 (2 months free) | Up to 10 active paying clients | None from Satori |
| Satori Pro | $49 | About $40.83 | 50 active clients, 10 programs, 120 bookings (older profile) | None from Satori |
| Satori Leader | $124 | About $103.33 | 150 active clients, 50 programs, unlimited bookings (older profile) | None from Satori |
Satori's annual offer is described as "Get 2 Months Free"; the per-month annual figures above are derived from that (monthly price times 10, divided by 12), not printed on the page.

What do the platform fees add up to?
Mighty Networks takes 2% of sales on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. As an illustrative example, a coach selling $5,000 a month through the community would pay $100 a month in Mighty platform fees on Launch, $50 on Scale and $25 on Growth. Over a year on Launch that is $1,200, more than the $950 annual subscription itself. Satori charges nothing on client payments; you pay only the standard PayPal or Stripe fees.
What do the trials look like?
Mighty Networks offers a 14-day trial with no credit card required, and trials include Growth plan features, so you test more than Launch gives you. Satori offers a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no card during the trial (a card is needed to continue), plus a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up.

What does a realistic stack cost?
Here is the catch for coaches who sell both 1:1 and group work. Mighty Networks does not book sessions, send invoices or collect signed agreements, so a 1:1 practice on Mighty needs a separate booking tool and usually a separate contract and invoicing tool. Satori does not host courses or a community (older profile), so a group program on Satori needs a separate community or course platform. Either way you pay for two subscriptions, keep two client lists and ask clients to log in twice. Add those costs before comparing headline prices. For a longer breakdown of Mighty's plans, see our Mighty Networks pricing guide.
Which handles 1:1 scheduling and sessions better?
Satori, clearly. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling at all; Satori was built around it.
Satori's booking supports discovery sessions from the Essentials plan up, and its plans are shaped around bookings: the older profile lists 60 bookings on Essentials, 120 on Pro and unlimited on Leader. One limitation reported in Satori's older profile is that there is no native Zoom integration, so check how video links get attached to sessions during your trial.
Mighty Networks does have events and livestreams (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch), which work for group calls, Q&As and workshops. But a client cannot pick a slot on your calendar for a private session, and there is no session package or credit system. Coaches on Mighty would need an outside booking page for private sessions.
For comparison, Coachful's booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are included, with SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions, session credits and intake questions at booking sit in the same place. More on that in our scheduling software page.

Which is better for community, courses and group programs?
Mighty Networks, by a wide margin. Community, courses and events are its core product, while Satori's older profile lists no courses and no community at all.
On Mighty Networks, Launch already includes community, courses, events, AI Cohost and People Magic, basic automations and a custom domain. Scale adds more automations, APIs and MCP access, Kit, Zapier and affiliate integrations, and member export with tags. Growth adds advanced and AI automations, priority support, migration services and optional SSO and white-label email. Members use the Mighty Networks iOS and Android apps; your own branded apps require custom-priced Mighty Pro.
Satori's group capability is narrower. Its older profile lists group coaching on the Pro plan, which means group sessions, not a feed, a course library or member-to-member discussion. If you want a cohort to talk between calls, Satori would need a second tool.
Public reviewers are mixed on Mighty Networks: it holds a Trustpilot score of 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026). Satori's Trustpilot page had no reviews when checked; its older profile showed Capterra 4.5 from 13 reviews. For a deeper look at the community side, our Mighty Networks review and Circle vs Mighty Networks comparison go further.

Coachful covers this ground too, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking.

How do payments, invoices and contracts compare?
Satori handles coaching admin (invoices, contracts, packages) and takes no cut of client payments. Mighty Networks handles membership and course checkout through Stripe but offers no invoicing or contracts, and takes 0.5% to 2% of sales.
Satori accepts payments through PayPal and Stripe, which matters if a share of your clients prefer PayPal. Contracts and invoices are part of the core product, so a new 1:1 client can book, pay and sign without you stitching tools together.
Mighty Networks processes payments through Stripe and supports memberships in hundreds of local currencies. That is a real strength for a global community. But if a corporate client asks for an invoice, or you want a coaching agreement signed before the first call, you will need something else.
In Coachful, payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can create manual invoices. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. It does not support PayPal, so if PayPal is essential, Satori has the edge there. See coaching payment software and coaching contracts for detail.

What about between-session accountability: habits, check-ins and progress?
Neither Mighty Networks nor Satori is built around daily client accountability. Mighty Networks has no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans; Satori's documented focus is scheduling and admin, so test whether its programs give you what you need before you commit.
This matters more than it first appears. Most coaching results happen between sessions: the client who journals on Tuesday, logs the workout on Thursday and reports a hard week on Sunday. If the software only knows about the session itself, you end up chasing clients over email or text, and you cannot see who is slipping until they cancel.
On Mighty Networks, you can post prompts in a space and ask members to reply, which works socially for a group. It does not give you a private view of one client's progress against their own goals. Satori offers packages and programs in its client portal; its older profile caps programs per plan (3 on Essentials, 10 on Pro, 50 on Leader). We did not find documentation of habit tracking or daily check-ins, so use the trial to check.
Coachful was built for this part. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client's record shows their goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers and payments, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you see who needs a nudge before the next call. Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

What does the client experience look like on each?
On Mighty Networks, clients join a community app; on Satori, they log in to a portal for their sessions, invoices and documents. Both are clean experiences for what they cover, but each shows the client only half of a mixed coaching offer.
Mighty Networks. Members download the Mighty Networks app (or use the web) and see your network: the feed, spaces, courses and upcoming events. It feels like a social product, which is good for engagement in a group. The app carries Mighty's branding unless you are on Mighty Pro. A 1:1 client would see the community but would book and pay for private sessions somewhere else.
Satori. Clients get a portal to book sessions, see their package, pay invoices and sign contracts. Custom branding is listed on the Pro plan in the older profile. The older profile also notes there is no native mobile app, so clients use the portal in a browser. For a 1:1 client that is usually fine; for a client you want to check in with daily, a phone app helps.
Coachful. The client gets one branded home and app for everything: their next session, programs, daily tasks and habits, courses, community and documents. The app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. That one login is the main difference coaches notice when they move from a two-tool setup.

How do data export, AI and credential tracking compare?
Satori has a clear edge for credential-seeking coaches with its ICF coaching-log export; Mighty Networks has the stronger AI and automation features for communities. Data portability is limited on both.
- Export. Mighty Networks plan docs list member list export with member tags on Launch and Scale; posts and content were not bulk-exportable according to its older profile. Satori offers a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing; a general client-data export was not verified. If you might leave later, our guide on migrating from Mighty Networks shows what moves and what does not.
- AI. Mighty Networks includes AI Cohost and People Magic from Launch, with AI automations on Growth. Satori's documented features center on scheduling and admin rather than AI.
- Integrations. Mighty Networks adds Kit, Zapier and affiliate integrations plus APIs and MCP from Scale. Satori's older profile lists no native Zoom integration.
Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses. For ICF candidates, it counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours (ICF hour tracking). Its built-in assistant, Michelle, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session.

Which should you pick for your kind of coaching?
Match the tool to the offer you actually sell today, and the one you plan to sell in a year. Here is how the three line up for common coaching setups.
| Your situation | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: 1:1 clients plus a group program or course, wanting one login | Coachful | Booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community in one place |
| Paid community or membership with hundreds of members | Mighty Networks | Feed, spaces, livestreams for up to 1,000 attendees on Growth, multi-currency memberships |
| Cohort course with heavy member discussion | Mighty Networks | Courses and community live together; moderators and hosts scale by plan |
| Solo 1:1 coach with under 10 paying clients | Satori Essentials | Low entry price, booking, invoices and contracts, no fee on payments |
| Coach in training logging pro-bono hours | Satori Scholar | Free for certification students, with an ICF coaching-log export |
| Coach whose clients pay by PayPal | Satori | Supports PayPal and Stripe |
| Coach who needs a branded app in their own App Store account | Mighty Pro | Own branded iOS and Android apps, on custom pricing |
If you coach in a specific niche, our niche pages show how the pieces fit: life coaches, business coaches and group coaching software.
Pick Mighty Networks over Coachful if...
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large community first and coaching second, you want livestreams for hundreds of attendees, you need memberships priced in many local currencies, or you want fully white-labelled apps under your own App Store account through Mighty Pro.
Pick Satori over Coachful if...
Pick it over Coachful if you only coach 1:1 with a small client list and want the lowest monthly price, your clients need to pay by PayPal, or you are studying for a credential and qualify for the Scholar plan.
Is there a third option that covers both?
Yes. Coachful covers the 1:1 admin Satori is good at and the community and courses Mighty Networks is good at, and adds the between-session program work neither is built for. It is not the right pick for every coach, and we say where below.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Where it beats both.
- One client journey. A client books a discovery call, signs the agreement, pays, joins the program, logs habits, takes the course and posts in the community without leaving your branded app.
- Between-session delivery. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks, with a per-client status so you catch quiet clients early. An optional AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you.
- Total stack cost. Flat monthly plans with a 0% platform fee, so there is no percentage on sales and no second subscription for booking or community. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
- Marketing in the same place. A section-based website builder with 30 homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email sequences with branching, a social planner and Instagram comment-to-DM automations.
- Setup effort. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove build service below does much of the rest.
Where it does not.
- No PayPal; payments run through Stripe or Razorpay.
- No permanent free plan, so a coach in training on a zero budget is better served by Satori Scholar.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. If that matters, Mighty Pro offers it.
- Not HIPAA-certified and no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- Not a course marketplace. If large livestreamed community events are the heart of your business, Mighty Networks is built around exactly that.
- No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, a coach picks "We'll build it for you" and describes what they want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or event. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent anonymized builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a homepage and About page rebuilt for a somatic coach leaving Kajabi, with the contact form connected. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more in how the white-glove service works.

How to start. Start a free trial, then request a white-glove build for your website, first program or funnel. Monthly plans cancel in one click. If you are leaving Mighty Networks or Satori specifically, our Mighty Networks alternative and Satori alternative pages compare the switch in detail.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mighty Networks or Satori better for life coaches?
It depends on how you deliver. A life coach who mostly sells 1:1 packages will get more from Satori's booking, invoices and contracts. A life coach running a membership or group program will get more from Mighty Networks. If you do both, a platform like Coachful that covers 1:1 and group work in one login avoids paying for two tools.
Does Mighty Networks have 1:1 booking?
No. Mighty Networks offers events and livestreams for groups, but no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts. Coaches who sell private sessions on top of a Mighty community typically use a separate booking tool.
Does Satori have a community or courses?
According to Satori's older profile, it has no courses, landing pages or community. Its Pro plan lists group coaching, which covers group sessions rather than a member feed or course library.
Which is cheaper, Mighty Networks or Satori?
Satori. Its Essentials plan was listed at $33 a month in September 2026, against $95 a month (or $79 billed annually) for Mighty Networks Launch in October 2026. Mighty also takes a 0.5% to 2% platform fee on sales, while Satori takes nothing on client payments.
Do Mighty Networks or Satori take a cut of my sales?
Mighty Networks does: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. Satori does not charge on client payments; only PayPal or Stripe fees apply. Coachful also charges a 0% platform fee, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I try Mighty Networks and Satori before paying?
Yes. Mighty Networks offers 14 days with no credit card, including Growth plan features. Satori offers 15 days with unrestricted access and no card during the trial, plus a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up.
Does either have a mobile app for clients?
Mighty Networks has free Mighty-branded iOS and Android apps on every plan, and your own branded apps on Mighty Pro. Satori's older profile notes no native mobile app, so clients use the web portal. Coachful gives clients your branding inside the Coachful app.
Which helps with ICF credential hours?
Satori offers a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing, and its Scholar plan suits coaches in training. Mighty Networks does not track coaching hours. Coachful counts hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more), attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Can I move my clients from Satori or my members from Mighty Networks into Coachful?
Yes. During onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you. Mighty Networks lets you export your member list with tags on Launch and Scale, which gives you the starting roster; posts are harder to move, as our migration guide explains.
