WithMe vs Everfit (2026): Pricing, Features, Which to Pick

WithMe vs Everfit (2026): Pricing, Features, Which to Pick

WithMe vs Everfit comes down to what you sell. WithMe is a creator hub with one flat plan for selling courses, memberships, communities, digital products and paid calls, with email and Instagram comment-to-DM built in. Everfit is a fitness coaching app for building workouts, tracking habits and nutrition and messaging clients, priced by how many clients you train. If your business is content and products, WithMe fits better. If your business is programming workouts for individual clients, Everfit fits better. If you need both the client delivery and the selling in one place, neither covers the whole job on its own, and that is where a third option comes in.

We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with both, so we have a stake in this comparison. We have kept every vendor fact to what WithMe and Everfit publish on their own pricing and help pages, as listed in October 2026, and we say plainly where each of them beats Coachful. We have not run hands-on tests of either app; where we mention user sentiment, it comes from public review sites.

This guide covers the short answer by use case, a side-by-side table, pricing at different client counts, feature-by-feature sections, the client experience, which tool suits which coach, and an honest look at when Coachful is the better pick and when it is not.

What is the short answer on WithMe vs Everfit?

Pick WithMe if you are a creator who sells courses, memberships and digital products to an audience and wants one flat price. Pick Everfit if you are a personal trainer or online fitness coach who writes training programs for individual clients and wants a free start for up to five clients.

  • You sell courses, memberships or downloads to a social following: WithMe. It is built for that, includes email and Instagram comment-to-DM, and costs the same whether you have ten buyers or a thousand.
  • You program workouts for one-to-one clients: Everfit. Its workout builder, exercise library, progress photos and metrics are the core of the product, and the Starter plan costs nothing for up to five clients.
  • You run group fitness programs with on-demand content: Everfit Studio, which adds group chat, broadcasts and an on-demand training portal, or WithMe if the content matters more than individual programming.
  • You sell coaching programs and also need to deliver them day to day (booking, payments, agreements, habits, check-ins, courses, community and your website): Coachful, which puts the whole client journey behind one login. More on that below.

If you are still deciding whether either tool is right at all, our WithMe review and Everfit review cover each one in more depth.

How do WithMe and Everfit compare side by side?

WithMe is wider on selling and marketing; Everfit is deeper on training delivery. The table below puts both next to Coachful.

WithMe describes itself as an all-in-one creator hub run by FitWith LTD. Its products include courses, memberships, communities, digital products and two kinds of coaching product: Coaching Call products, which book sessions through Google Calendar and Meet or Zoom after the client pays, and 1:1 Coaching products, which are ongoing coaching through messages, goals and resources without call booking.

Everfit is a fitness coaching app. Its free Starter plan includes the exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging and the client and coach apps. Pro adds booking, habit coaching, forms, a food journal with macros, basic meal plans, the advanced program builder, AI Smart Response, custom branding, community forums and team members.

How does WithMe pricing compare with Everfit pricing?

WithMe charges one flat price no matter how many clients you have; Everfit starts free and climbs with your client count, with automation, payments and meal plans sold as add-ons. Up to about ten clients Everfit costs the same or less; by 20 clients, WithMe's flat plan is cheaper on price alone.

WithMe's annual price is the one every source agrees on: $25 a month, billed as $300 a year. The monthly price is less clear. WithMe's pricing page shows $29 a month, but its help center says new trials since August 11, 2026 are billed $49 a month. Check the figure on your own checkout before you enter a card, because the 14-day trial requires one. AI credits and a custom-branded app are extras with no published price. WithMe takes 0% commission on sales; you pay Stripe's processing fees, and PayPal works through Stripe.

Everfit's Pro plan scales with clients. The figures below are Everfit's listed prices in October 2026; the lower figure on each tier is presented as the annual-billing rate, although the page does not label it explicitly.

Everfit's free Starter plan covers up to five clients, and its trial runs 30 days with no card and no contract. Transaction fees are not shown on Everfit's pricing page, and the payment processors behind its Payments & Packages add-on are not named there either. Our Everfit pricing breakdown and WithMe pricing guide go through every tier.

Everfit's pricing page in October 2026.

What does a realistic monthly bill look like?

Here is an example, not a quote. An online fitness coach with 20 clients who wants to take payments in the app and automate onboarding on Everfit would pay roughly $41 (Pro, annual rate) plus $8 (Payments & Packages) plus $24 (Autoflow), about $73 a month, before a website, an email tool or a course platform. The same coach on WithMe would pay $25 a month on annual billing and get email, courses and checkout included, but no workout builder, exercise library or progress photos in the material WithMe publishes.

That is the core trade: WithMe's price is lower and flat, but you get creator tools rather than training tools. Everfit's price climbs, but every dollar goes toward client delivery. For the third route, Coachful's plans are flat too (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients), and the Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts and nutrition alongside the selling tools.

Which is better for workouts and training programs?

Everfit, clearly. Workout programming is what Everfit is built for, while WithMe's coaching products deliver messages, goals and resources rather than structured training.

Everfit's free plan already includes an exercise library and workout builder, metrics and progress photos. Pro adds an advanced program builder, habit coaching, a food journal with macro tracking and basic meal plans. A larger meal plan and recipe book library is a paid add-on. For fitness coaches who write individual programs every week, that depth matters more than anything else in this comparison.

WithMe documents nothing comparable. Its 1:1 Coaching product is ongoing coaching by messages, goals and resources. You can sell a training program as a course or digital product, but clients would not log sets, track personal records or upload progress photos against a program you assign.

Coachful sits between the two. Its Fitness & Nutrition pack includes a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets down to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, and private form-check videos with timestamped coach comments. It does not ship stock exercise videos; coaches attach their own demo videos. See the Fitness & Nutrition pack for the full list.

A note on scope for fitness and nutrition coaches on any of these tools: coaching is not medical treatment. If a client reports chest pain, dizziness during exercise, an eating disorder, pregnancy complications or a diagnosed condition that affects training or diet, refer them to a doctor or registered dietitian before you program around it.

How do booking and sessions compare?

Both tools can book calls, but in different ways: WithMe sells a call as a product the client pays for first, and Everfit adds booking and scheduling on its Pro plan.

On WithMe, a Coaching Call product books sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet or Zoom, and the client pays before choosing a time. That works well for one-off paid calls sold from a link in bio. WithMe's separate 1:1 Coaching product does not include call booking, so an ongoing client who also needs recurring calls would need two products or an outside scheduler.

On Everfit, booking and scheduling are part of Pro and above, alongside the training tools. Everfit's pricing page does not detail availability rules, reminders or calendar sync, so check those in the trial if they matter to you.

Coachful's booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions, session credits, intake questions on booking, and round-robin or least-busy assignment for multi-coach session types are all included in your Coachful membership.

How do payments, products and selling compare?

WithMe is the stronger seller of the two; Everfit treats payments as an add-on to the training app.

WithMe lets you sell courses, memberships, communities, digital products and coaching through Stripe with 0% WithMe commission. Because PayPal works through Stripe on WithMe, buyers who prefer PayPal can use it. For a creator with an audience, that is a complete storefront in one plan.

Everfit's Payments & Packages add-on starts at $9 a month ($8 shown as the alternate rate). Everfit's pricing page does not say which processors it uses or whether there is a transaction fee. Everfit lists no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing; its On-Demand Collections add-on (included in Studio) is the closest it gets to selling content.

Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Coachful does not support PayPal, which is one place WithMe is more flexible.

What about websites, email and Instagram?

WithMe includes email and Instagram comment-to-DM; Everfit includes neither, and lists no website or funnel builder.

WithMe's Instagram comment-to-DM feature is a real draw for creators: a follower comments a keyword and receives a link in their DMs. Add email and a storefront, and WithMe covers the basic funnel from a post to a sale. Our WithMe vs Stan Store and WithMe vs Kajabi comparisons look at how that stack compares with other creator tools.

Everfit coaches usually need a separate website, email tool and funnel builder. Whatever those cost belongs in the real comparison with WithMe's flat plan.

Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking; a link-in-bio page that sells; and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Instagram automations trigger on a DM, a comment (optionally only with chosen keywords), a story reply, a mention or, where Meta supports it, a new follower, and can send a DM, reply to the comment, send a DM with buttons, or send an AI-written reply. The person lands in the same lead and client records you coach from. A social planner schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar.

How do community, groups and team members compare?

WithMe includes communities in its single plan but has no per-seat or multi-coach tools; Everfit adds community forums on Pro, team members on Pro, and group chat and broadcasts on Studio.

On WithMe, extra people get admin logins, but there is no per-seat pricing or multi-coach tooling such as separate coach calendars. That suits a solo creator with an assistant. Everfit lists team members from Pro and puts group chat, broadcast messages and training asset uploads on Studio, which starts at 50 clients. Enterprise (500+ clients) adds white-label options, API integrations and a customer success manager.

Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program, plus group calls and webinars. Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions; see Coachful for teams.

What is the client experience like in each app?

Everfit's client app is a training app; WithMe's is a content and community app. In both cases the client downloads the vendor's app unless you pay extra for branding.

WithMe clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app to access what they bought: courses, memberships, communities and coaching messages. A custom-branded app is a paid extra with no published price.

Everfit clients use the Everfit client app to see workouts, log training, record metrics and photos, complete tasks and message the coach. Custom branding comes with Pro, and fully white-labelled apps with Apple and Google developer support sit on Enterprise.

Coachful clients get a branded home and app with your branding inside the Coachful app (not your own App Store listing). From one place they see their next session, programs, weekly goals and daily tasks, habits and streaks, morning and evening check-ins, courses, community and documents. Selected clients can also chat with an AI Coach, an AI version of you that you configure, between sessions.

On public reviews, the samples are small. As seen in late October 2026, Everfit had a Trustpilot score of 2.7 from 16 reviews and WithMe had 3.8 from 2 reviews, so neither number tells you much yet. Coachful's Trustpilot score was 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?

Match the tool to the way you earn: products and audience point to WithMe, individual programming points to Everfit, and a program-based coaching practice points to Coachful.

Choose WithMe if your income comes mostly from courses, memberships and digital products, you sell through Instagram, and you want one predictable bill. Accept that you will not get fitness programming tools.

Choose Everfit if you are a trainer with up to a few dozen clients and the workout builder is the heart of your service. Start on the free Starter plan for five clients and upgrade as you grow. Accept that your website, email and course sales will live elsewhere. If you are weighing Everfit against other training apps instead, see Everfit vs Trainerize or our list of Everfit alternatives.

Choose Coachful if you sell coaching programs and need to run them day to day: book the calls, sign the agreement, take payment, deliver weekly goals, habits and check-ins, host the course and community, and market it all from your own site.

The third option: when does Coachful beat both, and when does it not?

Coachful beats both when you need client delivery and selling in one place; it does not beat them on the narrow job each one was built for.

Coachful's client dashboard on a laptop and a client program view on a tablet in a training studio
Coachful's client grid on a laptop and a client's program view on a tablet, beside a kettlebell.

Coachful wins when your clients go through a program, not just a purchase. WithMe can sell a course and Everfit can deliver a workout, but a coaching program usually needs both, plus the admin around them. In Coachful, a client books through your booking page, signs your agreement, pays through your Stripe account, and lands in a program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins. You see their status (thriving, active, quiet or at risk) on one client record with their notes, payments, sessions and intake answers. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions from that live data, summarizes recorded sessions and drafts programs and emails.

Coachful's client Programs view with demo data: an enrolled group program, its current week and members.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:

Coachful also wins on total stack cost for coaches who would otherwise pay for a training app plus a website, an email tool, a course platform and a scheduler. Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email are all included in your Coachful membership, and there is no platform fee on sales.

Coachful does not beat WithMe if you only sell digital products to a large audience and never deliver one-to-one programs: WithMe's flat annual price is hard to argue with, and WithMe supports PayPal through Stripe, which Coachful does not. Coachful does not beat Everfit on price if you train five or fewer clients and only need workouts, because Everfit's Starter plan costs nothing. Coachful also has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no stock exercise videos, and no app under your own App Store account. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you inside your own account: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a link in bio, a lead quiz or an automation. You describe what you want from Create > We'll build it for you, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the build usually lands within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. In another, a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What is Coachful, who is it for, and how do you start?

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client.

Who it is for: coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. Fitness and nutrition coaches add the Fitness & Nutrition pack; see Coachful for fitness coaches and Coachful for health coaches.

What it does not do: no HIPAA certification or BAA, no PayPal, no permanent no-cost plan, no wearable sync (Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Oura), no stock exercise videos, no listing under your own App Store account, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How to start: begin a free trial, request the white-glove build for your website, funnel or first program, and have your clients, programs and content imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and you can export all client data as a ZIP at any time. For a wider view, see our coaching software overview or the comparison hub.

Frequently asked questions

Is WithMe or Everfit cheaper?

It depends on your client count. Everfit is free for up to five clients on Starter and $16 to $19 a month for five on Pro, while WithMe is $25 a month on annual billing regardless of client numbers. At ten clients the two are close (Everfit Pro is $24 to $29 a month), and from 20 clients ($41 to $49 a month) WithMe's flat annual price is lower, before any Everfit add-ons.

What does WithMe cost per month?

The annual plan is $300 a year, or $25 a month. The monthly price is unclear on WithMe's own site: the pricing page shows $29, while its help center says new trials since August 11, 2026 pay $49. Confirm the figure at checkout, since the 14-day trial requires a card.

Does WithMe have a workout builder like Everfit?

Not in the material WithMe publishes. Its 1:1 Coaching product delivers coaching through messages, goals and resources, and its other products are courses, memberships, communities, digital products and paid calls. If structured workout programming is central to your service, Everfit or Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack is a better fit.

Can Everfit sell courses or host a website?

Everfit lists no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. It offers On-Demand Collections as an add-on (included in Studio) for training content, and Payments & Packages as an add-on for taking payments. Most Everfit coaches pair it with a separate website and email tool.

Which has the better client app?

They do different jobs. Everfit's client app is built for logging workouts, metrics and progress photos; WithMe's app is built for consuming courses, memberships and community content. Both use the vendor's own app by default, with custom branding as an upgrade.

Do either WithMe or Everfit charge transaction fees?

WithMe takes 0% commission, and you pay Stripe's processing fees. Everfit's pricing page does not show transaction fees for its Payments & Packages add-on, so ask Everfit before relying on it. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Can I run a team of coaches on WithMe or Everfit?

WithMe gives extra people admin logins but has no per-seat pricing or multi-coach tools. Everfit includes team members from Pro and adds group chat and broadcasts on Studio. Coachful's Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach references; nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Is Coachful a good choice for fitness coaches leaving Everfit?

Yes, if you want your training delivery, payments, website and marketing in one place. The Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts, logging with PRs, nutrition targets, meal plans, progress photos and form-check video. Stay on Everfit if you need wearable sync or a built-in video exercise library, which Coachful does not offer.

Is any of these tools HIPAA-compliant for health coaching?

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. Neither WithMe nor Everfit documents HIPAA compliance on the pages we checked. Health coaching on any of these platforms should stay within coaching scope, with referrals to clinicians when medical issues come up.
