WithMe vs Mighty Networks: Which Fits Coaches in 2026?

WithMe vs Mighty Networks comes down to what you sell. WithMe is a single-plan creator hub (about $25 a month billed yearly) for selling courses, memberships, digital products and paid calls, with Instagram comment-to-DM built in. Mighty Networks is a community-first platform for courses, events and livestreams, starting at $79 a month billed yearly and taking a 0.5% to 2% cut of your sales. If your business is a lively paid community, Mighty Networks is the stronger of the two. If you want a cheap storefront and a simple way to sell calls, WithMe wins on price.
Neither one was built to run 1:1 coaching end to end: booking with real availability rules, agreements, invoices, and the habits and check-ins clients work on between sessions. That is why this comparison ends with a third option, Coachful. We make Coachful, so we will be specific about where it beats both tools and where it does not.
What is the short answer, by use case?
Pick by the shape of your offer, not by the feature list. Here is the quick version before the detail.
- You sell a paid community, cohort or membership with live events: Mighty Networks. Its feed, events, livestreaming and AI community tools are the core of the product.
- You are a creator selling a few digital products, a course and the odd paid call, mostly from Instagram: WithMe. One plan, 0% WithMe commission and comment-to-DM included.
- You run 1:1 or small-group coaching programs where clients book sessions, sign an agreement, pay in instalments and work on habits between calls: neither fits well on its own. A coaching platform such as Coachful puts booking, payments, contracts, programs, community and a branded client app behind one login.
- You need your own App Store listing: Mighty Networks offers it only on custom-priced Mighty Pro; WithMe sells a custom-branded app as a paid extra with no published price.
If Mighty Networks is the tool you are leaving, our guide to Mighty Networks alternatives ranks seven options, and the full Mighty Networks review covers it in more depth.
How do WithMe, Mighty Networks and Coachful compare side by side?
How we rank: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).
| Platform | Best for | Starting price | 1:1 booking | Between-session tools | Community | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who run programs, sessions and a community in one place | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, calendar sync, paid sessions and credits | Habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals, weekly tasks, streaks | Feed, group chat, DMs, video events, automatic cohort groups | 0%; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| WithMe | Creators selling courses, memberships, digital products and paid calls | $25/mo billed yearly ($300/year) | Coaching Call products via Google Calendar/Meet or Zoom; clients pay before choosing a time | "1:1 Coaching" products: ongoing messages, goals and resources, no call booking | Communities and memberships | 0% WithMe commission; Stripe fees |
| Mighty Networks | Paid communities, courses, events and livestreams | $79/mo billed yearly (Launch) | None built in | No per-client habits, check-ins or private plans | Its core: feed, events, livestreams, AI Cohost | 2% Launch, 1% Scale, 0.5% Growth and Mighty Pro |
Vendor details are as listed in October 2026. Prices are in US dollars and exclude Stripe processing.
What does WithMe actually do?
WithMe is a creator platform, made by FitWith LTD, for selling courses, memberships, communities and digital products, with email and Instagram comment-to-DM in the same account. It sells one plan, the All-in-One Creator Hub, rather than a ladder of tiers.

For coaches, two product types matter most. A Coaching Call product books sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet or Zoom, and the client pays before they choose a time. A 1:1 Coaching product is something different: ongoing coaching delivered through messages, goals and resources, with no call booking attached. So if you sell a package of six calls plus support in between, you would set it up as two products, or rely on messages for the in-between part.
Clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app. A custom-branded app is a paid extra, and WithMe does not publish its price. Extra people on your team get admin logins, but there is no per-seat pricing and no multi-coach tooling such as round-robin assignment or per-coach calendars. WithMe does not document a data export, which is worth asking about before you build a large catalogue there.
Public feedback is thin: WithMe had a Trustpilot score of 3.8 from just 2 reviews when we checked in October 2026, which is too few to tell you much either way.
What does Mighty Networks actually do?
Mighty Networks is a community platform first, with courses, events and livestreams built around the feed. Members join through the Mighty-branded iOS and Android apps or the web, and hosts get AI tools (AI Cohost and People Magic) to prompt conversation and connect members.

The plans scale by hosts, moderators, storage and livestream hours. Launch includes 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 livestream hours a month for up to 100 attendees. Scale adds APIs and MCP access, Kit, Zapier and affiliate integrations, and member export with tags. Growth adds advanced and AI automations, priority support, migration services, and optional SSO and white-label email. Your own branded apps arrive only on Mighty Pro, which is custom priced.
What it does not do matters as much for coaches. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing and no contracts, and it has no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Member lists can be exported (with Member Tags) on Launch and Scale per Mighty's plan docs, but an older profile we keep notes that posts and content are not bulk-exportable. If you ever plan to leave, read how to migrate from Mighty Networks first.
On Trustpilot, Mighty Networks held 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.
How does WithMe pricing compare with Mighty Networks pricing?
WithMe is far cheaper on paper: $300 a year against $950 a year for the cheapest Mighty Networks plan, and WithMe takes no commission on sales. The catch is a disputed monthly price on WithMe's side and a sales fee on Mighty's.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Platform fee on sales | Key limits and extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients | Flat monthly plans that cancel in one click | 0% | Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited; Studio and Agency add coach seats |
| WithMe All-in-One Creator Hub | $25/mo ($300/year) | $29 on the pricing page; $49 for new trials since 2026-08-11 per WithMe's help center | 0% (Stripe fees only) | One plan; AI credits and a custom-branded app sold separately, no published prices |
| Mighty Networks Launch | $79/mo ($950/year) | $95 | 2% | 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB, 20 livestream hours a month (100 attendees) |
| Mighty Networks Scale | $179/mo | $215 | 1% | 5 hosts, 15 moderators, 500 GB, 30 livestream hours (200 attendees), APIs, Zapier, member export |
| Mighty Networks Growth | $354/mo | Not published | 0.5% | 10 hosts, 100 moderators, 1 TB, 40 livestream hours (1,000 attendees) |
| Mighty Pro | Custom | Custom | 0.5% | Unlimited hosts and moderators, your own branded apps |
The WithMe monthly price is disputed on WithMe's own site
Every WithMe source agrees on the annual price: $25 a month, billed as $300 a year. The monthly price does not agree with itself. The pricing page shows $29 a month, while WithMe's help center says new trials started on or after August 11, 2026 pay $49 a month. If you plan to pay monthly, confirm the figure at checkout before your trial converts. WithMe's 14-day trial requires a card, so the charge arrives automatically.

Mighty Networks' card prices are annual prices
The Mighty Networks pricing page shows $79, $179 and $354 "per month" with no billing qualifier. Mighty's own help docs confirm those are annual-billing prices, and give the monthly-billed prices as $95 for Launch and $215 for Scale. Growth has no published monthly price. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth plan features, so check which plan's limits you are actually testing.

What the Mighty Networks fee costs at real sales volumes
The platform fee changes the maths as you grow. As an illustrative example, a coach selling $4,000 a month of memberships on Launch pays a 2% fee of $80 a month on top of the $79 plan, so about $159 a month before Stripe. On Scale, the same sales cost $40 in fees plus $179, about $219. Because Scale costs $100 more a month and saves 1% of sales, it only pays for itself above roughly $10,000 a month in sales. Our Mighty Networks pricing breakdown runs more scenarios.
WithMe at the same $4,000 a month (same illustrative example) costs its plan price plus Stripe processing, because WithMe takes 0% commission. Stripe processing applies to all three platforms and is not included in any figure here.
The hidden line item: the tools you still need
Plan prices hide the real cost for a 1:1 coach. On Mighty Networks you still need a scheduling tool, an invoicing tool, an e-signature tool and somewhere to track client habits or check-ins. On WithMe you get paid-call booking, but no agreements or check-in flows. Each extra subscription is another login for you and often another one for your client. That is the total stack cost we weigh in the ranking.
How do they compare feature by feature?
On features, Mighty Networks is deeper on community and live events, WithMe is broader on selling and Instagram, and neither covers coaching delivery between sessions. The table below lists what each documents.
| Platform | Courses | Booking and calls | Payments | Marketing | Team | Data export |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking; 48 course templates with quizzes | Booking pages, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, SMS and WhatsApp reminders | Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay; subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Stripe Tax, invoices | Website builder, funnels, email sequences, social planner, Instagram automations | Studio and Agency seats, per-coach availability, round-robin | Full client data ZIP and course export |
| WithMe | Courses and memberships | Coaching Call products through Google Calendar/Meet or Zoom | Stripe (PayPal works through Stripe) | Email and Instagram comment-to-DM | Extra admin logins, no multi-coach tools | Not documented |
| Mighty Networks | Courses inside the community | Events and livestreams; no 1:1 scheduling | Stripe, memberships in hundreds of local currencies | Basic automations; Kit, Zapier and affiliates on Scale | 3 to 10 hosts by plan, more moderators | Member list with tags on Launch and Scale |
Community
Mighty Networks is the clear winner of the two here. Its whole product is organized around the feed, events and livestreams, with AI Cohost and People Magic helping hosts keep members talking. WithMe offers communities and memberships as products to sell, but community is one feature among many rather than the centre. If you want to see how Mighty stacks up against other community-first tools, read Circle vs Mighty Networks or Skool vs Mighty Networks.
Courses
Both sell courses. Mighty Networks places courses inside the community, which suits cohort-style learning where discussion matters. WithMe sells them alongside digital products and memberships in a storefront. Neither is a dedicated LMS, and neither lists quizzes or certificates in the plan details we reviewed, so check those yourself if you need them.
Scheduling and 1:1 calls
WithMe wins by default, because Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling at all. WithMe's Coaching Call products connect to Google Calendar with Meet or Zoom, and the client pays before choosing a time. That pay-first flow is simple, but it does not cover session packages tied to a program, intake questions on booking, or buffers and minimum notice in the way dedicated coaching scheduling software does.
Payments and fees
WithMe takes 0% commission and runs on Stripe, with PayPal working through Stripe. Mighty Networks takes 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan, plus Stripe processing, and supports memberships in hundreds of local currencies. Neither lists contracts or e-signature, and Mighty Networks has no invoicing.
Marketing and growth
WithMe's Instagram comment-to-DM is its standout for social-led coaches: someone comments a keyword and receives a link in their DMs. It also includes email. Mighty Networks leans on in-community growth tools and, from Scale up, integrations with Kit, Zapier and affiliate tools.
AI
Mighty Networks includes AI Cohost and People Magic on every plan, with advanced AI automations on Growth. WithMe sells AI credits separately with no published price, so budget for that if AI features matter to you.
What is the client experience like on each?
On both platforms your client downloads the vendor's app, not yours, unless you pay extra. The bigger difference is what the client does once inside.
| Platform | What the client installs | How they book | What they do between sessions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | The Coachful app with your branding, plus a branded web home | Your booking page with time-zone detection, intake questions and paid sessions or credits | Daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, courses, community |
| WithMe | The WithMe-branded iOS or Android app (custom-branded app is a paid extra) | Pay first, then pick a time from your Google Calendar | Messages, goals and resources in a 1:1 Coaching product; courses and communities they bought |
| Mighty Networks | The Mighty-branded iOS or Android app (own apps on Mighty Pro only) | No booking inside the platform; you send them to another tool | Feed posts, events, livestreams and courses; no private habits or check-ins |
For a membership audience, the Mighty experience is good: a busy feed, events in the calendar, and a reason to open the app every day. For a coaching client paying for a 12-week change, the feed is rarely the point. They need to know what to do this week, tick it off, and have you see it. That gap is why so many coaches pair Mighty with three or four other tools, and why we wrote Coachful vs Mighty Networks for coaching communities.
With WithMe, the 1:1 Coaching product gives clients goals and resources plus messaging, which is closer to coaching, but booked calls live in a separate Coaching Call product. A client on a package therefore buys and uses two things.
Which should you pick for which kind of coach?
Match the tool to the offer you sell most. These are the honest calls.
- Community builder with a paid membership of 100+ members: Mighty Networks. Livestreams, events and AI community tools justify the price, and the fee drops as you move up plans.
- Instagram-first creator selling templates, a mini course and a few calls: WithMe. The annual price is low, commission is 0% and comment-to-DM is built in.
- Cohort or group coach running fixed-date programs: Mighty Networks over WithMe for the group space, but you will add booking, agreements and check-ins elsewhere. Our guide to running coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks shows the one-platform route, and group coaching software lists what to look for.
- 1:1 life, health, career or business coach: neither, as a main platform. You need booking, agreements, invoices and client records with check-ins. See Mighty Networks alternatives with 1:1 coaching.
- Fitness or nutrition coach: neither documents workout builders, macro targets or form-check video. A coaching platform with a fitness pack, such as Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack, covers that.
- Small team of coaches: Mighty Networks gives more hosts per plan; WithMe has admin logins only. Neither assigns clients across coaches.
A note for health and wellness coaches on any platform: coaching is not medical treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a diagnosis, disordered eating or medication questions, refer them to a doctor or licensed clinician, and keep clinical records in a clinical system.
What is the third option, and when does Coachful beat both?
Coachful beats both when your income comes from coaching clients through a program rather than selling content to an audience. It does not beat Mighty Networks for large community-only memberships, and it does not beat WithMe on lowest possible price for a creator who just sells downloads.

What Coachful is, who it is for, and how to start
What it is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client.
Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six tools.
What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no stock exercise videos, and it is not a course marketplace.
How to start. Start a free trial, then ask the Coachful team to build your site, funnel or program for you at no cost, and they import your clients, programs and content during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Where Coachful beats WithMe
WithMe splits coaching into a paid-call product and a messages product. In Coachful, a client enrolls in one program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, books sessions from your booking page, and signs your coaching agreement before the first call. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and two-way calendar sync with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and reminders go by email plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled.

Here is a short walkthrough of how scheduling works inside Coachful.
Between sessions, the client's home shows what to do today and you see it in their record, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

Coachful also has Instagram automations, so WithMe's comment-to-DM is not a reason to stay: a comment with a keyword, a story reply, a DM or a mention can trigger a DM with your booking link, lead magnet or checkout, and the person lands in the same lead and client records. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and round-robin assignment, which WithMe does not offer.
Where Coachful beats Mighty Networks
Coachful has the community pieces Mighty coaches use (feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls) and adds the coaching back office Mighty lacks. Enroll a client in a program and Coachful creates the cohort group automatically.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so as your sales grow only processing scales, not a percentage to the platform. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too.

Courses include modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, delivered into the client's branded home and app next to their program.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. For ICF credential holders, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.
If you are moving off Mighty Networks, the Mighty Networks alternative page sets out the switch, and our comparison hub covers other tools.
Where Coachful does not beat them
- Very large community-only memberships: Mighty Networks' livestream capacity (up to 1,000 attendees on Growth, more with add-ons) and community AI are built for that scale.
- Your own App Store listing: Mighty Pro can give you one; Coachful's client app stays under the Coachful listing with your branding.
- PayPal: WithMe supports PayPal through Stripe; Coachful does not offer PayPal.
- Cheapest possible storefront: if you only sell downloads and the occasional call, WithMe's annual plan is hard to undercut.
- Course marketplace or third-party plugins: Coachful offers neither.
Why the setup effort is different

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio, lead quiz or automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and invents nothing: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, with gaps left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had their homepage and About page rebuilt and their contact form connected; a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Compare that with the alternatives: on Mighty Networks, migration services arrive on the Growth plan; on WithMe, you build it yourself.
Is WithMe or Mighty Networks easier to leave later?
Mighty Networks is the more predictable exit: member lists with tags can be exported on Launch and Scale, though posts and content are not bulk-exportable according to an older profile. WithMe does not document a data export at all. Before you commit to either, ask support in writing what you can take with you. Coachful exports a full client data ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses) plus courses.
What should you check before you sign up?
A 14-day trial is short, so test the parts that will cost you most later.
- Confirm the real monthly price. On WithMe, check whether you will pay $29 or $49 a month after the trial. On Mighty Networks, remember that the card prices are annual.
- Work out the fee at your sales level. Multiply your expected monthly sales by Mighty's plan fee and add it to the plan price.
- Book a test session as a client. On WithMe, buy your own Coaching Call product. On Mighty Networks, note which outside tool you would send clients to.
- Map one full client journey. Enquiry, agreement, payment, first session, week-two check-in, renewal. Count the logins.
- Ask about export. Get the answer in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Is WithMe cheaper than Mighty Networks?
Yes. WithMe costs $25 a month billed yearly ($300 a year) with 0% commission, while Mighty Networks starts at $79 a month billed yearly ($950 a year) and takes a 2% fee on Launch. Both add Stripe processing on top.
What is WithMe's monthly price?
It is unclear. WithMe's pricing page lists $29 a month, but its help center says new trials started since August 11, 2026 pay $49 a month. Confirm at checkout, since the 14-day trial requires a card.
Does Mighty Networks have 1:1 scheduling?
No. Mighty Networks has events and livestreams but no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, so coaches use separate tools for those.
Can WithMe book coaching calls?
Yes, through Coaching Call products that connect to Google Calendar with Google Meet or Zoom. The client pays first and then picks a time. WithMe's separate 1:1 Coaching product covers messaging, goals and resources without call booking.
Which has better branded apps?
Both give clients the vendor's own app by default. Mighty Networks offers your own branded apps only on custom-priced Mighty Pro, and WithMe sells a custom-branded app as an extra with no published price. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app.
Does either platform take a cut of my sales?
Mighty Networks takes 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. WithMe takes 0% commission, so you pay only Stripe fees.
Do WithMe and Mighty Networks offer free trials?
Both offer 14 days. Mighty Networks needs no card and the trial includes Growth plan features; WithMe requires a card. Neither has a free plan.
What is Coachful's white-glove build service?
It is a free service on every plan: you describe the website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence you want, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ads.
Is Coachful a good replacement for Mighty Networks?
For coaches, usually yes: it has a community feed, group chat, events and cohort groups, plus booking, agreements, payments and client check-ins Mighty lacks. For a large community-only membership that depends on big livestreams or your own App Store listing, Mighty Networks may still suit you better.
Can I use Coachful for health or fitness coaching?
Yes, for coaching. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds workouts, nutrition targets, progress photos and form-check video. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system, and clients with medical concerns should see a doctor.
