WithMe vs Stan Store: Which Fits Coaches in 2026?

WithMe vs Stan Store: Which Fits Coaches in 2026?

The short answer on WithMe vs Stan Store: both are creator storefronts that cost about the same on an annual plan ($25 a month billed yearly as listed in October 2026), and both sell courses, digital products, memberships and paid calls. Stan Store is the simpler, more proven link-in-bio shop with a much larger review base. WithMe adds an ongoing 1:1 coaching product built on messages, goals and resources, inside a WithMe-branded mobile app. Neither one runs a full coaching practice with contracts, client records and between-session programs.

This guide compares the two on price, booking, courses, email, Instagram DMs, payments and what your clients actually see. Then it covers a third option for coaches who sell programs rather than products. We make Coachful, so we say clearly where it wins and where WithMe or Stan Store is the better pick.

What is the short answer by use case?

Pick by what you mainly sell. If it is digital products and the odd paid call from Instagram, Stan Store is the safer bet. If you want to sell ongoing text-based coaching inside an app, WithMe fits better. If you run multi-week coaching programs with sessions, contracts and check-ins, neither is built for that.

  • You sell templates, guides and mini-courses from a link in bio: Stan Store. Its Creator plan covers the storefront, course builder, calendar booking, lead magnets and AutoDM for Instagram.
  • You want clients to message you between check-ins in an app: WithMe. Its 1:1 Coaching product is ongoing coaching by messages, goals and resources.
  • You need email broadcasts, upsells, discount codes and affiliates: Stan Store's Creator Pro ($99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly), or WithMe's single plan, which includes email.
  • You run a coaching practice (sessions, agreements, programs, invoices, client notes): look at a coaching platform instead. We cover Coachful as that third option below.

How do WithMe and Stan Store compare side by side?

On paper they overlap heavily; the differences are in coaching depth, the client app and plan structure. We rank on four things: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).

Stan Store has the far larger public track record: a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 2,205 reviews as seen in October 2026. WithMe is newer and much smaller in public reviews, with a Trustpilot score of 3.8 from only 2 reviews in October 2026, which is too few to read anything into. For a fuller look at Stan, see our Stan Store review.

WithMe is run by FitWith LTD and positions itself as an all-in-one creator hub: courses, memberships, communities, digital products, email and Instagram comment-to-DM on one plan. The coaching angle is real but narrower than the name suggests, as the sections below show.

How much do WithMe and Stan Store cost?

On an annual plan, both start at $300 a year, which works out to $25 a month. Monthly billing is where they differ, and WithMe's monthly price is not consistent across its own site.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billingPlatform fee on salesFree trial

The WithMe monthly price needs a flag. As listed in October 2026, its pricing page shows $29 a month, while its help center says new trials started on or after 11 August 2026 move to $49 a month on monthly billing. The annual price of $25 a month billed yearly is the one figure every WithMe source agrees on. If you want monthly billing, confirm the amount at checkout before your trial converts, since WithMe asks for a card up front.

WithMe also sells extras with no published price: AI credits and a custom-branded app. Stan Store lists no add-ons, but its two plans are far apart. Email broadcasts and flows, upsells and order bumps, discount codes, funnels, affiliate management, contact import, Afterpay and Klarna, and ad pixels all sit on Creator Pro. That is the real Stan price for a coach who wants to nurture an email list: $948 a year, not $300. Our Stan Store pricing breakdown goes through each plan in detail.

What does a coach's full stack cost?

The plan price is rarely the total. Neither storefront includes coaching agreements, invoices or client records, so coaches usually add a contract tool, a scheduler with reminders, and sometimes a client-management app. Here is an example of how that adds up; the add-on lines are illustrative, not quotes.

Which is better for selling courses, products and memberships?

Both handle the basics well. Stan Store is the more focused storefront; WithMe bundles more community and email into its one plan.

Stan Store's Creator plan lists unlimited products and customers, an unlimited course builder, recurring subscriptions, lead magnets with email collection, a community and analytics. The storefront works on mobile and desktop. On Creator Pro you add limited-quantity offers, upsells and order bumps, discount codes and funnels of up to 20 products.

WithMe covers courses, memberships, communities and digital products on its single plan, with email included rather than gated behind a higher tier. That makes WithMe the cheaper route for a creator who wants a course, a paid community and an email list without paying Stan's Creator Pro price.

What neither lists: drip schedules tied to a client's program week, cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls, or completion tracking that feeds a coach's view of each client. Those are coaching features rather than store features. If you mostly sell courses, our comparisons of Stan Store vs Kajabi and Podia vs Stan Store cover course-first platforms in more depth.

Which handles booking and 1:1 coaching better?

Stan Store has straightforward paid-call booking on its base plan. WithMe splits coaching into two products: calls you book, and ongoing message-based coaching with no booking at all.

On Stan Store, calendar booking comes with the Creator plan, so you can sell a discovery call or a paid session from the same storefront as your products. Stan documents no contracts, invoices or client records, so it does not work as a CRM. After the call, the relationship lives in your inbox and your notes app.

WithMe's Coaching Call product books sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet, or through Zoom. Clients pay first and then choose a time. Its separate 1:1 Coaching product is ongoing coaching through messages, goals and resources, without call booking. If your offer is "unlimited text support for 90 days", that model fits. If your offer is "12 weekly calls plus support between them", you would be stitching the two products together.

A coaching platform treats sessions as part of a client's record. In Coachful, booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and add a built-in video room or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions or session credits, and ask intake questions at booking. More detail is on our coaching scheduling software page.

How do email marketing and Instagram DMs compare?

WithMe includes email and Instagram comment-to-DM on its one plan. Stan Store includes AutoDM for Instagram on Creator, but email broadcasts and flows only on Creator Pro.

For coaches who grow on Instagram, comment-to-DM is the feature that turns a post into leads: someone comments a keyword and gets your link in their DMs. Stan Store lists AutoDM on its Creator plan as of October 2026, and WithMe lists Instagram comment-to-DM on its plan. Neither vendor's listing in our research gives enough detail to compare trigger types or AI replies, so test the specific flow you need during the trial.

Email is the bigger difference. Stan's base plan collects emails through lead magnets, but sending broadcasts and automated flows to that list needs Creator Pro. WithMe includes email on its plan. If you plan to nurture subscribers into a paid offer, that alone can make WithMe the better value of the two.

Coachful combines both: email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, plus Instagram automations. Those trigger on a DM, a comment (optionally only with chosen keywords), a story reply, a mention or a new follower where Meta supports it, and can send a DM, reply publicly, send a DM with buttons or quick replies, or send an AI-written reply. The person lands in the same lead and client records as everyone else, so a commenter who books and then signs up is one contact, not three.

What about payments, fees and checkout?

All three charge no platform fee on sales; you pay only your payment processor. The differences are which processors and which checkout tools you get.

  • Stan Store: Stripe and PayPal, with Stan Payments, Afterpay and Klarna listed on Creator Pro. Discount codes, upsells and order bumps are Creator Pro features.
  • WithMe: Stripe, with PayPal working through Stripe. 0% WithMe commission.
  • Coachful: your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices. Coachful does not support PayPal.

If PayPal is non-negotiable for your audience, Stan Store is the cleanest of the three. If you sell high-ticket coaching, payment plans and automatic invoices tend to matter more than buy-now-pay-later at checkout. For more on this, see our page on coaching payment software.

What does the client experience look like on each?

On Stan Store, the client experience is a checkout and a download or course page. On WithMe, it is the WithMe app. On a coaching platform, it is a home for the whole engagement.

A Stan Store buyer taps your link, checks out and gets their product, course access or booking confirmation. That is quick and familiar, and for a one-off purchase it is exactly right. For an ongoing client, there is no shared space where goals, homework and session notes live.

WithMe clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app, where messages, goals and resources sit together. A custom-branded app under your own name is a paid extra with no published price. That is a better between-session experience than a plain store, but it is built around messaging rather than a structured program.

In Coachful, the client opens your branded home inside the Coachful app: next session, programs, progress, documents, habits, check-ins and community in one place. The coach sees the other side of that on each client record: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

Build your platform

Which should you pick for your kind of coaching?

Match the tool to your offer, not to the platform's marketing. Here is how we would decide.

By niche: fitness coaches who program workouts usually outgrow both quickly, because neither lists workout logging or nutrition targets (see our Stan Store alternatives for fitness coaches). Life coaches who sell one signature program often care more about check-ins and agreements than about a storefront; our list of Stan Store alternatives for life coaches covers that case.

Is there a third option? Where Coachful beats both, and where it does not

Yes. If you coach people over weeks or months, a coaching platform does what a creator storefront cannot: it runs the engagement after the sale. Coachful is that kind of platform.

Coachful's client Programs view with a demo group program on the laptop, and the check-in flows library on the tablet.

What Coachful is. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Where Coachful beats WithMe and Stan Store

  • Programs between sessions. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Neither storefront lists this.
  • Agreements and records. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Stan documents no contracts or client records, and WithMe lists no contracts. See coaching contracts.
  • Sessions with real scheduling. Availability rules, buffers, two-way calendar sync, built-in video, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, and round-robin assignment for multi-coach session types.
  • Email and funnels in the same account. Broadcasts, sequences, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, all included in your Coachful membership rather than gated behind a higher tier.
  • Michelle, the built-in AI assistant. Works from your live practice data: builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds use AI credits. There is also an AI Coach that selected clients can chat with between sessions. More on the AI coaching assistant page.
  • Credential tracking. Coaching hours and distinct clients are counted against ICF ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable client coaching log.
  • Teams. Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions. WithMe offers admin logins without multi-coach tools; Stan advertises no team seats.

Where WithMe or Stan Store is the better pick

  • PayPal. Coachful does not support PayPal. Stan Store does directly, and WithMe does through Stripe.
  • Buy now, pay later at checkout. Stan's Creator Pro lists Afterpay and Klarna.
  • A pure product store. If you sell templates and ebooks and never run a coaching engagement, a link-in-bio store is simpler and you will not use most of what a coaching platform includes.
  • Review volume. Stan Store's 2,205 Trustpilot reviews are a much bigger public record than Coachful's 4.5 from 21 reviews.
  • Your own App Store listing. Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding. WithMe sells a custom-branded app as a paid extra, which may suit you if your own listing matters.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no permanent free plan. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and has no stock exercise videos (coaches attach their own). It is not a course marketplace, not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, and has no third-party plugins. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.

Why Coachful stands out

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you inside your own account: a website, funnel, offer or sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, event, automation and more. From Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you want and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and copy. The team usually builds it within about 24 hours, and nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Some recent builds, anonymized: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button.

How do you move from Stan Store or WithMe without losing clients?

Export what you can, rebuild what you must, and run both for a short overlap. Stan Store lets you export customers and contacts to CSV; course and community content has to be rebuilt elsewhere. WithMe does not document a data export, so ask its support what you can take with you before you cancel.

  1. Export your customer and subscriber list, and note which buyers are on active subscriptions.
  2. Rebuild products, courses and booking pages on the new platform before you switch the link in your bio.
  3. Email active subscribers with the new checkout link, and cancel their old subscription only after they rejoin.
  4. Keep the old store live for a few weeks so late purchases and logins still work.

Our guide on how to migrate from Stan Store walks through this step by step. If you are still comparing, our ranked list of Stan Store alternatives and the Paperbell vs Stan Store comparison cover other coaching-first options, and the compare page lists every head-to-head we have written.

What is our final verdict on WithMe vs Stan Store?

For a creator selling products, Stan Store is the safer, more proven storefront; for a creator who wants email and message-based coaching included at the same annual price, WithMe is the better value. For a coach whose income comes from programs and ongoing clients, both leave the coaching itself to other tools, and a coaching platform such as Coachful covers it in one login. Frequently asked questions

Is WithMe cheaper than Stan Store?

On annual billing they are the same: $300 a year, or $25 a month, as listed in October 2026. WithMe includes email on that plan, while Stan Store needs Creator Pro ($948 a year) for broadcasts and flows. On monthly billing, WithMe's own site shows $29 on the pricing page and $49 for new trials since 11 August 2026 in its help center, so confirm at checkout.

Does WithMe or Stan Store take a cut of my sales?

Neither charges a platform fee as listed in October 2026. Stan Store says you keep 100% of every sale, and WithMe lists 0% commission. You still pay Stripe or PayPal processing fees.

Can I book coaching calls on both?

Yes. Stan Store includes calendar booking on its Creator plan. WithMe's Coaching Call product books sessions through Google Calendar and Meet or Zoom, with clients paying before they pick a time. WithMe's separate 1:1 Coaching product has no call booking.

Do WithMe and Stan Store have a free trial?

Both offer 14 days. WithMe requires a credit card. Stan Store's help center says the first month is charged when the trial ends; it does not state the card requirement explicitly. Neither has a permanent free plan.

Which one has a mobile app for my clients?

WithMe clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app, and a custom-branded app is a paid extra with no published price. Stan Store offers a storefront that works on mobile and desktop. Coachful clients use your branded home inside the Coachful app.

Can either one send contracts or invoices?

Stan Store documents no contracts, invoices or client records. WithMe does not list contracts either. Coachful sends coaching agreements with e-signature before the first call and creates an invoice for every transaction.

Which is better for Instagram coaches?

Both list Instagram comment-to-DM: AutoDM on Stan's Creator plan, and comment-to-DM on WithMe's plan. WithMe also includes email, which helps you follow up with the leads those DMs bring in. Coachful's Instagram automations trigger on DMs, comments, story replies, mentions and new followers, and put each lead into the same client records.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or similar inside your account. You describe it and attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and it is usually ready within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented; gaps are left for you to fill.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. Coaching is not treatment; health coaches should refer clients to a licensed professional when an issue is medical or mental-health related.
