7 Best Platforms to Get Clients for Dating Coaches (2026)

The best platforms to get clients for dating coaches are the ones that solve the job you are actually stuck on, so start with one question: is your problem that too few of the right people find you, or that people find you and then drift away? Those are two different jobs. Demand comes from marketplaces, directories, content, search and ads. Conversion comes from your site, funnel, booking page, follow-up and payment. Software alone cannot manufacture demand, and no platform can guarantee you clients.
Our pick is Coachful, because it is the one tool here that works on both jobs from a single account. A Coachful profile can appear in its public marketplace, Find a Coach (coachful.co/find-a-coach), where people browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. The same login runs your website, funnels, lead quiz, email, Instagram automations and booking. We make Coachful, so weigh the ranking accordingly. Every other tool below gets its real price, its real limits and a plain statement of when it is the better buy.
This is the niche version of our broader guide to coaching platforms to get clients. Dating coaching changes the answer in three ways: your buyers rarely search like corporate buyers do, they often feel private or embarrassed about asking, and your results depend on another person turning up. That shapes everything from where you list to what you are allowed to promise.
Which platform wins in each situation?
Coachful is the best overall choice, and the five situations below are where a different tool has a real case. Prices are as listed in October 2026, monthly billing unless noted.
| Platform | Best for | Job it does | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: one account from first click to finished program | Demand and conversion | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Stan Store | Instagram and TikTok creators selling a call or a guide from a bio link | Conversion | $29/mo |
| Systeme.io | Testing a dating offer with almost no budget | Conversion | $0, paid from $17/mo |
| Paperbell | Referral-led 1:1 coaches who only need packages and paperwork | Conversion | $97/mo |
| Kajabi | Coaches with a large audience selling a self-paced course | Conversion | $179/mo |
| Noomii | A coach directory listing as one extra source of inquiries | Demand | Could not be verified |
| Bark | Reaching people who have posted a request and are ready to talk | Demand | Credit packs; price could not be verified |
Where do dating coach clients actually look?
Most dating coaching clients find a coach through someone they already follow or a specific problem they typed into a search bar, not through a professional directory. Someone recently divorced searches "dating again after divorce". A man who keeps getting ghosted watches a video about it for weeks before he ever books. This table is our reading of the niche, not survey data, so test it against where your own past clients came from.
| Channel | What brings the client in | Fits best when | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram and TikTok | Profile teardowns, first-date stories, texting examples | You are comfortable on camera and post steadily | Followers who enjoy the content and never buy |
| YouTube and podcasts | Long answers that build trust before a private purchase | You sell a higher-priced program | Slow to build |
| Search and your blog | Specific questions, such as dating after divorce or after 50 | You own a narrow audience | Takes months to show results |
| Referrals | Past clients, therapists and matchmakers who send people to you | You have happy clients who will speak up | Clients may keep their coaching private, so few mention it |
| Marketplaces and directories | People already looking for a coach | You want inquiries without daily posting | Comparison on price; few dating-specific categories |
| Paid ads | Targeted reach to a defined group | Your funnel already converts | Ad networks keep separate rules on dating-related and sexual content, so read current policy before spending |
If you would rather not live on social media, we cover the alternatives in getting coaching clients without social media and getting clients from podcasts. For the wider method, read how to get more clients as a coach.
What should a dating coach check before choosing a platform?
Check three things that generic coaching roundups skip: privacy, scope and what your marketing promises. Each one affects which features you need.
- Privacy on both sides. Clients share photos, dating profiles and screenshots of chats. Those screenshots include a third person who never agreed to be there, so ask clients to crop or hide names and numbers. Choose a tool where this material sits in a private client record and not in a group feed.
- Coaching scope. Dating coaching is not therapy. A signed agreement should say so before the first call, and you should refer out when you see signs of abuse, untreated trauma, compulsive behaviour or thoughts of self-harm. In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline are two resources worth keeping to hand. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.
- Promises and proof. "Married within a year" is a claim about an outcome you do not control. The FTC's Endorsement Guides expect testimonials to reflect real experience and treat misleading implications of typical results as a problem. Sell skills, confidence and a process. Rules differ by country, so check with an attorney if you are unsure.
- Email rules. A lead magnet builds a list, and a list brings duties. The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide covers the basics for the US, including a working opt-out and a physical postal address.
- Ethics of what you teach. The ICF Code of Ethics is a useful reference even if you hold no credential. Consent-based, honest coaching also protects you on platforms that remove content or accounts for sexual or manipulative material.
How did we rank these seven platforms?
We ranked on four things: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost and setup effort, counting the free white-glove build. The test case was a solo dating coach with 15 active clients, one group program and an Instagram account that gets comments but few bookings.
That coach needs to turn a comment into a conversation, a conversation into a discovery call, a call into a signed agreement and a payment, and then keep the client practising between sessions. We read vendor pricing pages and documentation and looked at public review scores. We did not run hands-on tests, and we include prices only where a vendor publishes them.
1. Coachful: best when you want one account to do both jobs
Coachful wins for the coach who wants a chance at marketplace demand and the whole path after it in one place. It is a coaching platform that combines booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your client gets one branded app. It suits dating coaches who deliver programs and not only single calls, including coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

Demand you can tap. Find a Coach is Coachful's public marketplace. A Coachful profile can appear there, and visitors browse by category or take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. Treat it as one source among several. It does not replace your content, and it comes with no promise of any number of leads. Coachful also is not an enterprise procurement network like BetterUp or CoachHub, so do not expect corporate contracts from it.
Turning attention into a conversation. This is where dating coaches tend to lose people. A reel about first-date nerves gets comments, and then nothing happens. With Instagram automations, connected through your professional account, a comment containing a keyword you pick can trigger a DM with your booking link, lead magnet or checkout. Triggers also include DMs, story replies, mentions and, where Meta supports it, new followers. The person lands in the same lead and client records as everyone else. Replies can be fixed text, buttons, quick replies or an AI-written message at 1 AI credit per reply. The social planner helps with post ideas and captions, then schedules to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. It does not publish to TikTok, so TikTok-first coaches keep posting there directly.

The path to a booking. The website builder has a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with pixels and UTM tracking to help you attribute a lead to a post or ad. An application funnel suits higher-priced dating programs, because you can screen for fit and spot someone who needs a therapist before you take their money. A link-in-bio page can also sell directly.

The walkthrough below shows how the funnel builder fits together.
Follow-up that does not slip. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are in the same account. Every lead shows its source and stage in one prospects view, and intake calls have their own page. For a coach juggling a day job, seeing who has gone quiet is often worth more than another traffic source.

Closing and delivering. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is where your not-therapy clause belongs. Payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with payment plans, coupons and subscriptions, and a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you pay only processing. PayPal is not available.
Between sessions, clients get multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins. For dating work, that might mean one low-stakes conversation a day or a reflection after each date. Cohort groups are created automatically on enrollment, so a group program comes with its own space. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to draft programs and emails and to brief you before sessions.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you need: a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence, lead quiz or link in bio. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented, so no fake testimonials, credentials or prices are added, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build gave a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away a clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits worth knowing. There is no permanent free plan, no PayPal and no TikTok publishing. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no routing form that picks a host from form answers, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Lower plans cap client numbers and Pro is unlimited, with monthly plans that cancel in one click. Trustpilot showed 4.5 from 21 reviews, a small sample worth reading for yourself.
Price: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. Start with a free trial, and ask for the white-glove build on day one.
2. Stan Store: best for creators selling from a bio link
If your clients already arrive from Instagram or TikTok and you just need somewhere to send them, Stan Store is the quickest way to take their money. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. For a dating coach with an engaged following, that might be a profile review guide, a paid 45-minute profile teardown call and a short course on first messages, all on one mobile page.

Its appeal is how little there is to set up. You do not need a website, a funnel map or a CRM before your first sale, and Stan takes 0% of sales, with standard Stripe or PayPal processing on top. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.
As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29 a month ($25 billed annually) with unlimited products and customers on one store. Creator Pro costs $99 a month ($79 billed annually). A 14-day trial is available on either plan, and the first month is charged when it ends.
The limits appear when someone wants more than a download. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are reserved for Creator Pro, so on the $29 plan your buyers do not enter a nurture sequence inside Stan. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. That matters here, because dating coaching usually works through repetition between calls and because a not-therapy agreement has nowhere to live. Stan also brings no audience of its own: it converts traffic you have already earned.
A coach who begins here and grows into programs ends up adding other tools, which is how the patchwork in our second example stack below comes about. If you expect to run a program within a few months, count that future stack now instead of the entry price.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly low-priced digital products and single calls to a following you already have, and you have no plans to run ongoing programs yet.
3. Systeme.io: the budget route for testing an offer
When the question is still "will anyone pay for this?", Systeme.io lets you find out for almost nothing. It is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. A new dating coach could build a lead magnet page for "the five profile mistakes", add an email sequence and sell a small course without committing to a monthly bill.

Pricing is the headline. The Free plan never expires, needs no card and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup is $17 a month with 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. Webinar is $47 a month with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses. Unlimited is $97 a month. All plans charge 0% transaction fees, with Stripe or PayPal processing on top, as listed in October 2026. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews that month.
Now the catch for 1:1 coaches. Our vendor notes record no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins, so you add a booking tool from your first discovery call onward. Community and course features are described as basic, and there is no branded mobile app. For a coach whose product is a private, personal process, the client experience ends up being email and a course login, with Calendly and a contract tool bolted on.
Like Stan Store, it creates no demand on its own. Its affiliate program lets other people promote you, but you would have to recruit them. If you do use it, the free plan's single automation rule and single email campaign will run out quickly once you try to run real follow-up, so plan on Startup at least.
Our guide to email marketing platforms for dating coaches goes deeper on the list side of this decision.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, your first goal is validating a lead magnet and a small course, and you can live without integrated booking and client delivery for now.
4. Paperbell: for 1:1 coaches who already get referrals
Referral-led dating coaches who sell packages of calls will find Paperbell tidy and hard to outgrow on admin. It covers booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website under one price. A coach whose clients come through word of mouth or a matchmaker partner may not need funnels at all, and in that case a clean checkout with an agreement attached is most of the job.

The single plan costs $97 a month, or $80.83 a month billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, as listed in October 2026. Paperbell's page shows a "Try For Free" button without a length, and an older help center entry from July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal, which it does support, unlike Coachful.
The gaps are on both sides of the sale. On the demand side, the vendor facts we checked list no marketplace, and the simple website is the only marketing tool they mention, so plan on a separate email tool to build a list. On the delivery side, the same profile lists no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. For a dating coach, that means homework goes out by email or a shared document, and group programs need another home. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews, a small sample.
Because the price is flat, Paperbell becomes better value the more clients you have, though the single-price model also means you pay the full amount at 3 clients. Add an email tool and a bio-link store and you reach the total in our third example stack below.
Pick it over Coachful if you run only 1:1 packages, referrals fill your calendar, and PayPal is a must for your clients.
5. Kajabi: when a big audience wants a course
Kajabi earns its place when you already have a sizeable audience and your main product is a self-paced course or a community, not personal coaching. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. A dating coach with a large YouTube channel selling a signature "dating confidence" course and a paid membership is the natural customer.

Features reach far for marketing: pages, funnels, email and product delivery live together, and the plans allow large contact lists. The cost matches. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 billed annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499 a month ($399 billed annually).
Watch the fees as well. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Other providers, excluding PayPal, add a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's own fees. A standard trial runs 14 days, and some features such as bulk contact import and test emails stay locked until a paid plan starts. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.
Coaching is the weak spot for this niche. Our notes record no habit tracking or daily check-ins, and coaching is treated as products and communities, not per-client plans. A dating coach running private clients through weekly exercises would be working around the tool. Kajabi also supplies no audience, so a new coach would pay among the highest monthly prices here to sell to nobody yet.
If courses are your focus, compare it with the options in our guides to course platforms for dating coaches and membership platforms for dating coaches. A group-first coach should also read the guide to community platforms for dating coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from a course or membership sold to an existing large audience, and private client delivery is a small part of your business.
6. Noomii: a directory listing as a side channel
Noomii suits a coach who wants one more source of inquiries from people already looking for a coach, without posting every day. It calls itself "the professional coach directory" and describes itself as the world's largest directory of vetted professional coaches, which is the vendor's own claim. Visitors can request a SmartMatch, which the homepage describes as five matched coaches in 15 minutes.

The coach side has its own area with a "Client Leads" section, an "Overview & Pricing" page, testimonials and an FAQ. The homepage offers an "I'm a Coach" path labelled "Grow my practice". The directory also has browse pages by category, with Relationship Coaches among the five it features in its main menu, alongside business, career, life, and health and fitness.
Price: we could not verify it. The pricing address we tried in October 2026 returned an error, so we will not guess. Check the "Overview & Pricing" page under For Coaches and confirm what a listing costs, whether leads cost extra and what vetting involves before you sign up.
There are clear limits for this niche. We did not see a dating category in that main menu, so you would likely sit under relationship coaching and compete with couples and marriage coaches. Your profile needs to say plainly that you work with singles. Its footer also describes it as a directory of life coaches and business coaches, and it has a separate path for organizations. Most importantly, a directory only delivers an inquiry. You still need a booking page, an agreement, payments and somewhere to deliver the work, so it sits alongside a platform and does not replace one. Our guide to platforms for relationship coaches covers that neighbouring audience.
Before paying, ask how many inquiries for dating or singles coaching came through in the past few months, if the company will share that. A vague answer tells you something too.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have a delivery system you like and only want to add a directory profile. Otherwise the two are complements: a Coachful booking page can sit behind any directory listing.
7. Bark: pay to contact people who have asked
Bark fits the coach who would sooner contact warm requests today than build an audience for a year. It is a general services marketplace where customers post what they need and professionals pay to respond. Its US pricing page says it sends you leads for free from sign-up and that you only pay to contact customers you think are the right fit, using a credit system where you buy a pack of credits.

Its service menu covers everything from dog grooming to accounting. Under coaching-related work, the menus we read list Life Coaching, Business and Career Coaching, and Relationship and Marriage Counselling. We did not see a dating coaching category in those menus, so check which request types you can actually receive before you buy anything.
Price: the credit pack and per-lead prices could not be verified. The public page explains the system without giving a figure in what we read, so we will not guess. Confirm the cost per contact for your category and country inside the sign-up flow, and read Bark's terms on what happens when a lead does not respond.
The downside is built into the model. You pay to make contact, not for a client, and other professionals may be contacting the same person. A request filed under life coaching may be someone with a vague problem and a small budget, and people asking about relationships may need counselling instead of coaching, which is a scope issue for you to handle on the first call. A dating coach's offer is also personal enough that a cold first message has to work hard. Keep your response short, specific and honest about what coaching is.
Track it as an experiment with a fixed credit budget and record what each booked call really cost you. If the numbers do not work after a set trial, stop. As with Noomii, you need something behind the lead: a booking page, an agreement and a way to take payment.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a short-term source of inquiries and already have your site, booking and delivery sorted. In most cases it is an add-on to a platform, not a replacement for one.
How do the seven platforms compare feature by feature?
Only Coachful covers every row from demand through delivery, and the two lead sources cover only the top of the path. "Not listed" means the vendor facts we checked do not document the feature, so confirm with the vendor before relying on it either way.
| Platform | Own demand source | Site and funnels | 1:1 booking | Payments | Contracts | Programs, habits, check-ins | Email sequences |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes (Find a Coach) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Stan Store | No | Partial (storefront) | Partial (paid calls) | Yes | No | No | Partial (Creator Pro) |
| Systeme.io | No | Yes | No | Yes | Not listed | No | Yes |
| Paperbell | No | Partial (simple site) | Yes | Yes | Yes | No | Not listed |
| Kajabi | No | Yes | Not listed | Yes | Not listed | No | Yes |
| Noomii | Yes (directory) | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Bark | Yes (paid leads) | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
A note on the top row: "own demand source" means the platform has people browsing for providers. It says nothing about how many will pick you. Your niche wording, photo and offer still decide that, in any marketplace.
What do three example stacks cost per month?
Entry prices hide the real comparison, because the patchwork routes need several subscriptions and still leave gaps. These are illustrative stacks for our 15-client example, at list prices as of October 2026, before payment processing, ad spend and any directory or lead fees.
| Stack | What it includes | Monthly cost | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Marketplace profile, site, funnels, Instagram automations, email, booking, contracts, payments, programs, community | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | TikTok publishing, PayPal |
| Creator patchwork | Stan Store Creator ($29), Systeme.io Startup ($17), Calendly Standard ($10, annual billing) | $56 | Contracts, client records, habits and check-ins, three logins |
| 1:1 admin plus email | Paperbell ($97), Kit Creator ($39 up to 1,000 subscribers), Stan Store Creator ($29) | $165 | Client habits and check-ins, community, native app, three logins |
Client numbers move the first row, so check the figures at your own size: with 5 clients, Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; with 40 clients, Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Whichever stack you choose, the demand tools sit on top. Noomii or Bark can be added to any row at their own unverified cost. A course-first coach on Kajabi Growth at $249 plus Calendly Standard at $10 would pay $259 a month before any client delivery tool, which is why that route only makes sense when a course really is the business.
What does the Coachful setup look like for a dating coach?
A workable setup runs from one Instagram comment to a client's first week of practice, in six steps. The offer and names below are examples only.

- Define one offer. For example, a 10-week "Dating Again" program for people returning to dating after a long relationship, with weekly calls and a small group. Coaches working with people straight out of a separation might also read our page for divorce coaches, and those focused on self-belief can see for confidence coaches.
- Request the build. Through the white-glove form, ask for a site with one clear button, an application funnel and a follow-up email sequence. Attach your photo, your real bio and references you like. You review it and fill any gaps it leaves.
- Set up your profile and the marketplace. Fill in your Coachful profile so it can appear in Find a Coach, and state clearly that you coach singles on dating. Someone browsing can then book a discovery call with you directly.
- Connect Instagram. Add a comment automation so that a keyword such as "PROFILE" sends a DM with a link to your profile checklist or application. Schedule your posts in the social planner.
- Protect the sale. Add intake questions to your discovery call booking, including a line asking whether the person is currently in therapy or in crisis, so you can refer out where needed. Send the coaching agreement before the first paid call.
- Build the between-session work. Use a program with one small weekly goal, a daily task, a reflection after each date and a morning check-in. Cohort groups appear automatically on enrollment.
What the client experiences: they comment on a reel and get a DM with a link. They read your checklist and apply, answer a few questions and pick a time in their own time zone with a reminder on its way. After a good call, they sign the agreement, pay by card or Apple Pay, and open your branded app to find their first week waiting. They never need to learn five different logins or chase you for an invoice, which matters when they already feel exposed for asking for help.
What mistakes do dating coaches make when choosing platforms?
The most common mistake is paying for conversion software and expecting it to create demand. A good funnel with no visitors produces nothing. Others follow from the same confusion:
- Listing everywhere at once. Pick one content channel and one marketplace or directory, give each a fair test and record where each paying client came from.
- Writing a vague profile. "I help you find love" could be anyone. "I help men in their 40s date again after divorce" gets read by the right person.
- Promising outcomes. Avoid guarantees of a partner, a marriage or a set number of dates. Your testimonials need the same care.
- Sharing client material carelessly. Never post a client's dating profile or a match's messages without clear permission, and remove anything that could identify the match.
- Skipping the agreement. A short signed document that says coaching is not therapy protects both sides. Have a local lawyer review the wording.
- Comparing entry prices only. Add up every tool you will need at the client number you are aiming for, as the stack table above does.
- Buying leads with nothing behind them. A paid lead that hits a broken booking link is wasted money, so fix your path before buying traffic.
Which platform should a dating coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you deliver programs and want your marketplace profile, website, funnels, Instagram automations, booking, agreements, payments and client delivery in one account. It is for solo coaches and small teams who want fewer tools, with a free white-glove build to shorten setup. It does not do clinical record-keeping, PayPal or TikTok publishing, and it cannot promise you clients. Start with a free trial, then request your build from the Create page.
Choose Stan Store for simple sales to a following you already have, Systeme.io to test an idea on almost no budget, Paperbell for referral-fed 1:1 packages, and Kajabi for a course sold to a large audience. Treat Noomii and Bark as add-on experiments for inquiries, with a clear budget and a verified price first. And whichever you choose, keep doing the demand work: useful content, a clear niche and happy clients who feel able to refer a friend.
Frequently asked questions
What are the best platforms to get clients for dating coaches?
Coachful is our top pick because it pairs a public marketplace with the full path from lead to delivered program. Stan Store, Systeme.io, Paperbell and Kajabi handle conversion for narrower situations, while Noomii and Bark are sources of inquiries. No platform can guarantee clients, so combine one with a steady demand channel.
Is there a marketplace specifically for dating coaches?
We did not find a dating category in the main menus of the directories we read for this article, so most dating coaches list under relationship or life coaching. Write your profile so it says clearly that you coach singles on dating. On Coachful's Find a Coach, people browse by category or take a short quiz and can book a discovery call directly with a listed coach.
Should dating coaches pay for leads on Bark?
Treat it as a small, capped experiment. Bark's model means you pay credits to contact people, not to win clients, and we could not verify the credit price. Confirm the cost for your category, record what each booked call cost you and stop if the numbers do not work.
What do dating coaches need besides a marketplace listing?
You need a way to turn an inquiry into a client: a clear page, a booking link, a signed agreement, a payment method and somewhere to deliver the work. Email follow-up matters too, because many people take a long time to decide on something this personal. That is the gap between a directory and a coaching platform.
Is Instagram or TikTok better for dating coaches?
Use whichever one you can post on consistently and where your audience already spends time. Coachful's automations and social planner support Instagram, and the planner does not publish to TikTok. A TikTok-first coach can still send viewers to a Coachful link-in-bio page or funnel.
Can dating coaches run ads for their services?
Yes, but read the current ad policies first, because networks keep separate rules on dating-related and sexual content. Keep the wording about skills and confidence, avoid implied guarantees and make sure testimonials meet the FTC's expectations. Fix your funnel before you spend.
Do I need a therapist's license to be a dating coach?
Coaching is generally not licensed the way therapy is, but rules vary by state and country, so check with an attorney. What matters is staying in scope: do not diagnose or treat, say so in your agreement and refer out when you see abuse, trauma or crisis. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
The Coachful team builds what you describe inside your own account, such as a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or lead quiz, usually within about 24 hours. It is free on every plan and invents nothing, so gaps are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
How do I price dating coaching on these platforms?
We do not quote a market rate here because we have no named source for dating coaching specifically. Work backwards from your income target, the number of clients you can serve well and the hours each one takes, then test the price on real discovery calls. Selling a program often works better than selling single calls, since the work happens between sessions.
