TimeTuna Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

TimeTuna pricing, as listed in October 2026, has four tiers: a Free plan at €0, Pro at €10 a month (€60 a year), Executive at €20 a month (€120 a year) and a yearly-only White label plan at €1,200 a year. Visitors whose location resolves to dollars are shown $11.50 and $23 a month, or $70 and $140 a year. Coaches who want to take payment for sessions need Executive, because Stripe is only switched on there.
That is the short answer. The longer one matters more for coaches, because TimeTuna is a booking-page scheduler, not a full coaching platform. Below we cover every plan and limit, the fees around it (Stripe, Twilio, extra white label seats), what a coach actually pays at three practice sizes once the other tools are added, the gotchas we found in TimeTuna's own pages, and how it compares with Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore, TidyCal, Calendon and Coachful. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where TimeTuna is the better buy and where it is not.

How much does TimeTuna cost in 2026?
TimeTuna costs nothing on its Free plan and between €5 and €20 a month on its paid self-serve plans, depending on whether you pay monthly or yearly. All figures here are as listed in October 2026 on timetuna.com, read from the pricing section on the homepage and from the site's own price table.
Two details make TimeTuna's prices harder to read than most:
- Currency depends on where you are. The page looks up your location and shows either euros or dollars. Euros are the default and what a visitor in Europe sees. Our check ran from the Netherlands and saw euros; the dollar figures below come from TimeTuna's own price table, which the page uses when its location lookup returns USD. We did not see the dollar version rendered on screen.
- The yearly toggle says "Save 50%". In euros that is exact (€120 a year of monthly Pro against €60 a year). In dollars it is close: $138 of monthly Pro against $70 yearly.
A 14-day free trial is listed on Pro and Executive, and the Free plan says "No credit card required".
What are TimeTuna's plans, prices and limits?
There are three self-serve plans (Free, Pro, Executive) and a White label plan that is set up on a 45-minute call rather than at checkout. The table shows every plan with euro and dollar prices as listed in October 2026. The per-month figure for yearly billing is our calculation (yearly total divided by 12).
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Yearly, per month | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 / $0 | €0 / $0 | €0 / $0 | Unlimited booking pages; no credit card required; no payments, no custom domain |
| Pro | €10 / $11.50 | €60 / $70 | €5 / $5.83 | Single user; team sharing is an Executive feature |
| Executive | €20 / $23 | €120 / $140 | €10 / $11.67 | Team sharing for up to 6 people |
| White label | Not offered on the plan card | €1,200 / $1,400 | €100 / $116.67 | Up to 10 client companies with 6 seats each; billed yearly only; set up on a call |
One inconsistency to know about: TimeTuna's FAQ describes White label as "200 EUR per month or 1200 EUR per year", while the plan card itself says "Billed yearly only". If you want White label monthly, ask on the setup call and get the answer in writing.
What does each TimeTuna plan add?
Each tier stacks on the one below it. The jump that matters most for paid coaching is Executive, because it is the first plan that can collect money.
Free: more than most free schedulers
The Free plan is generous for a booking tool. As listed in October 2026 it includes:
- Unlimited booking pages, with custom image and video backgrounds.
- Calendar sync with Google, Microsoft and iCal calendars.
- Automatic Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links.
- In-person events and cross-timezone scheduling.
- A "best 3 slots" feature that suggests times.
- A website embed and email confirmations.
For a coach running free discovery calls only, that may be all the scheduling they need. Many free tiers elsewhere stop at one event type; TimeTuna's does not.
Pro: branding and intake
Pro adds a custom booking form and branding, a custom domain, custom reminders, multi-host pages and round-robin scheduling. The custom form is the piece most coaches care about, since that is where you ask intake questions before a first call. Pro is a single-user plan.
Executive: payments, SMS and a team
Executive includes everything in Pro plus:
- Accepting payments through Stripe. TimeTuna says a slot is confirmed only once the payment clears.
- SMS confirmations and reminders sent through your own Twilio account.
- Webhooks and Zapier.
- Team sharing for up to 6 people.
- Personal support from the founders.
White label: for agencies, not solo coaches
White label gives up to 10 client companies everything in Executive, with your brand, domain and mark in place of TimeTuna's, plus onboarding and priority support. It suits an agency or a coaching company that resells scheduling to other businesses. A solo coach would rarely need it.

What fees does TimeTuna charge on top of the plan?
TimeTuna's pricing section does not list a fee on paid bookings, and its Paperbell comparison page claims "0% commission on payments". The extra costs come from the services it connects to.
| Cost | Who charges it | Which plan | Amount as listed in October 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform fee on paid bookings | TimeTuna | Executive | None stated; "0% commission" claimed on its comparison page |
| Card processing | Stripe | Executive | Stripe's standard rates for your account and country; not covered by TimeTuna |
| SMS reminders | Twilio | Executive | Billed by Twilio directly; TimeTuna says it adds no per-message fees or limits |
| Extra client company | TimeTuna | White label | €120 / $140 a year each |
| Extra seat | TimeTuna | White label | €20 / $25 a year each |
| Overages | TimeTuna | All | None listed; booking pages are unlimited on every plan |
The Twilio arrangement is worth a second look. "No per-message fees" from TimeTuna does not mean free texts: you open a Twilio account, add credit, and pay Twilio's own rates, which vary by country. It is fair and transparent, but it is one more account and one more bill.
What does a coach actually pay for TimeTuna?
The scheduler bill is small at every size. The real number is the scheduler plus everything it does not do: contracts, programs, client check-ins, courses, email and a website. The three profiles below are examples, using TimeTuna's dollar prices with yearly billing. We list the extra tools by job rather than inventing prices for them, because those depend on which ones you pick.
| Platform | New coach, about 5 clients, free calls only | Paid 1:1 coach, about 15 clients | Small practice, 3 coaches, about 40 clients | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients (team plans add coach seats) | Stripe or Razorpay account for processing; nothing else required for booking, contracts, programs, courses, email or website |
| TimeTuna | $0 on Free | $140 a year on Executive (Stripe needs it), or $23 a month | $140 a year on Executive, which shares with up to 6 people | Contracts and e-signature, client portal or programs, check-ins and habits, courses, community, email marketing, website, invoicing |
Read across the TimeTuna row and the pattern is clear. TimeTuna is cheap for what it does, and for a three-coach practice Executive is very good value since one plan covers up to six people. But the right-hand column does not shrink as you grow. A coach who sells a 12-week program still needs somewhere to send the agreement, deliver the weekly work, see who is falling behind and email the list. Each of those is usually a separate subscription with a separate login, and they rarely talk to each other without Zapier, which is itself an Executive feature.
If you are still deciding what to charge for those sessions, our package pricing calculator and the guide to hourly vs package pricing for coaches walk through the maths.

What hidden costs and gotchas should coaches know about?
TimeTuna's prices are low and mostly clear, but a few things on its own site do not line up. None is a dealbreaker; all are worth checking before you pay for a year.
- Payments are an Executive feature. If you charge for any session, Pro is not enough. Budget for Executive from day one rather than discovering it after setting up Pro.
- The price depends on your location. A coach in the US and a coach in Germany see different numbers, and the dollar prices are set separately rather than converted live from the euro ones. Check which currency your card will be charged in.
- Its own comparison page quotes different prices. TimeTuna's Paperbell comparison page says "$10/month ... $120 per year", which does not match the pricing table ($11.50 a month or $70 a year for Pro; $23 or $140 for Executive). Trust the pricing section and your checkout screen.
- White label billing is described two ways. The FAQ mentions a monthly option; the plan card says yearly only.
- Coaching features are "Coming soon". The same Paperbell comparison page lists client packages or programs and contracts as "Coming soon". As of October 2026 you cannot sell a package or send an agreement inside TimeTuna.
- SMS needs a Twilio account. Setting one up, verifying it and keeping credit topped up is extra admin, and costs follow Twilio's rates.
- The product was renamed. Site assets and the API still use the Bookva name (bookva-icon.png, api.bookva.ai), and third-party directories say TimeTuna was renamed from Bookva.ai. That is normal for a young product, but expect to see the old name in places.
- Few public reviews. We found no review-site profile for TimeTuna in October 2026; its Trustpilot address returned a not-found page. There is no body of public reviewer opinion to report, good or bad, so weigh the trial more heavily than usual.
On data, TimeTuna's GDPR page documents a self-serve JSON export from profile settings covering your profile, booking pages and bookings. The download link is one-time and expires after 10 minutes. Core data is hosted in London.
Is TimeTuna worth it for coaches?
TimeTuna is worth it for coaches who only need a well-designed booking page, and less so for coaches who sell programs. It depends on how much of the client relationship happens after the call is booked.
Worth it: discovery-call-only coaches
If your booking page exists to fill free consultations and you take payment elsewhere, the Free plan is hard to beat. Unlimited booking pages, video backgrounds and calendar sync for €0 is a strong offer.
Worth it: small teams that only need shared scheduling
Executive at $140 a year for up to six people is cheaper than most per-seat schedulers. A coaching company that already runs delivery somewhere else could put the whole team on one plan.
Mixed: paid 1:1 coaches
Executive handles paid sessions through Stripe. It does not handle packages, session credits, contracts or invoices, so a coach selling a block of six sessions still needs other tools to sell the block and track what is left.
Not a fit: program and group coaches
TimeTuna's site mentions no courses, community, client portal or native mobile app. If your clients do work between sessions (habits, check-ins, weekly lessons, a cohort chat), you will be building a stack around TimeTuna rather than inside it. That is where a coaching platform earns its price. Our TimeTuna vs Paperbell comparison covers this gap in detail, and TimeTuna alternatives lists the other options.
How does TimeTuna pricing compare with Coachful and other schedulers?
TimeTuna sits at the low end of scheduler pricing, and only Calendon is cheaper among the tools below. The table compares entry prices and what each includes, as listed in October 2026 (Coachful excepted, whose current plans appear in its row).
| Tool | Free plan | Entry paid plan | Plan that takes payments | Fee on payments | Beyond scheduling |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | No permanent free plan; a free trial | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) | 0% platform fee; processing only | Programs, habits, check-ins, contracts, courses, community, website, funnels, email, AI assistant |
| TimeTuna | Yes, unlimited booking pages | Pro $11.50/mo or $70/yr | Executive $23/mo or $140/yr | None stated; Stripe rates | Booking pages only |
| Calendly | Yes, 1 event type | Standard $10/mo per seat, billed annually | Connects your own Stripe or PayPal | None documented; processor rates | Scheduling and workflows only |
| Acuity Scheduling | No; 7-day trial | Starter $20/mo or $16/mo annually | Connects Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo | None mentioned; processor rates | Intake forms, packages, memberships |
| Setmore | Yes, up to 4 users | Pro $12/mo or $5/mo annually per user | Payments available | Not shown; processor rates | Booking page and reminders |
| TidyCal | Yes | Pro $12/mo or $8.25/mo annually | Free, Lifetime and Pro | 1% on Free and Lifetime; 0% on Pro | Paid bookings and packages |
| Calendon | Yes, 3 services | Pro $5/mo or $4/mo annually | Pro | 0% commission; Stripe fees | Booking links only |
Among pure schedulers, TimeTuna's free tier is one of the most complete, and its team pricing is the strongest: Calendly charges per seat, while TimeTuna's Executive covers six people for one price. Acuity is the one to look at if you want intake forms and packages built in, and its plans cost more. For full breakdowns see Calendly pricing and Acuity Scheduling pricing.

The bigger split is between the scheduler rows and the Coachful row. Every scheduler above stops when the call is booked. If you are comparing TimeTuna because AI search answers suggested it as a Paperbell alternative, that is the key point: Paperbell and Coachful sell the whole client journey, and TimeTuna sells the booking. Our Paperbell pricing guide covers the other side of that comparison, and our comparison hub lines up the rest.
What does Coachful include that TimeTuna does not?
Coachful is a coaching platform that covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one subscription, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches growing into a small team. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

On scheduling alone, Coachful matches what most coaches use TimeTuna for. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, without a separate Twilio account. You can ask intake questions on booking and assign multi-coach session types by round robin or least busy. See scheduling software for coaches for the full list.
Here is a short walkthrough of the scheduling screens:
Where Coachful goes further is everything after the booking:
- Payments. Through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Stripe Tax, paid sessions and session credits. Coachful's platform fee has been 0% since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. More on coaching payment software.
- Contracts. Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record. See coaching contracts.
- Programs. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.
- Client records. Goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions in one place, with each client marked thriving, active, quiet or at risk.
- Courses and community. Courses with drip and completion tracking, a community feed, group chat and cohort groups created automatically on enrollment.
- Website and email. A section-based website builder with custom domain, funnels for booking, applications and lead magnets, and email sequences.
- Michelle, the AI assistant. Works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before calls.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form and more. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start: take a free trial, then request a white-glove build of your booking page, website or first program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Monthly plans cancel in one click.

How can you save money on TimeTuna?
The simplest saving is yearly billing, which halves the cost. Beyond that, the right plan matters more than any discount.
- Start on Free. If you only run free calls, Free may be all you need. There is no card to enter, so there is nothing to forget to cancel.
- Use the 14-day trial before paying yearly. Test Executive with a real Stripe payment and a real SMS reminder before committing to $140 (or €120).
- Pay yearly once you are sure. Pro drops from $11.50 to $5.83 a month and Executive from $23 to $11.67 a month on yearly billing.
- Skip Pro if you will charge for sessions. Upgrading from Pro to Executive later means paying for a plan you outgrow. Go straight to Executive.
- Share Executive across your team. One Executive plan covers up to six people, so a small practice should not buy separate Pro plans per coach.
- Check your currency. Euro and dollar prices are set separately, and your card may add exchange fees, so compare the final charge before paying for a year.
- Count the whole stack. A $70 scheduler next to four other subscriptions can cost more than one platform. Add up every tool you would keep before deciding.

TimeTuna pricing FAQ
Is TimeTuna free?
Yes. TimeTuna has a Free plan at €0 or $0, as listed in October 2026, with unlimited booking pages, calendar sync and automatic video links. No credit card is required. It does not include payments, custom forms or a custom domain.
How much is TimeTuna Pro?
Pro costs €10 a month or €60 a year in euros, and $11.50 a month or $70 a year in dollars, as listed in October 2026. It is a single-user plan that adds custom forms, branding, a custom domain, custom reminders and round-robin scheduling.
Which TimeTuna plan do I need to take payments?
You need Executive, at €20 a month or €120 a year ($23 or $140). Payments run through Stripe, and a slot is only confirmed once the payment clears. Stripe's processing fees apply on top.
Does TimeTuna take a cut of my bookings?
TimeTuna's pricing section lists no fee on paid bookings, and its Paperbell comparison page claims "0% commission on payments". You still pay Stripe's standard processing fees.
Does TimeTuna have a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Executive both list a 14-day free trial. The Free plan is separate and has no time limit.
Why do I see TimeTuna prices in euros?
TimeTuna looks up your location and shows euros or dollars. Euros are the default and what visitors in Europe see. Dollar prices come from the same price table and are set separately, for example $11.50 a month for Pro against €10.
Can TimeTuna replace Paperbell for coaches?
For booking, yes; for the rest, not yet. TimeTuna's own comparison page lists client packages, programs and contracts as "Coming soon", and its site mentions no client portal, courses or community. Coaches who sell packages need other tools alongside it.
Are there TimeTuna reviews?
We found no review-site profile for TimeTuna in October 2026, and its Trustpilot address returned a not-found page. With so little public feedback, the 14-day trial is the best way to judge it.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every Coachful plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, email sequence or similar, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ads.
Is Coachful a better choice than TimeTuna?
For coaches who only need a booking page, TimeTuna is cheaper and may be enough. For coaches who sell packages or programs and want contracts, check-ins, courses, email and a website in one login, Coachful replaces the stack TimeTuna would sit inside. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
