Calendon Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Calendon pricing is short to explain. As listed in October 2026, Calendon has two plans: Free at $0 and Pro at $5 per month, or $4 per month when you pay $48 for a year (the pricing page says "Save 20%"). There is no per-booking commission, no seat pricing and no add-on catalogue. If you collect payments, Stripe's standard processing fee comes out of each sale, and payments are a Pro feature.
That makes Calendon one of the cheapest paid booking tools a coach can buy. The harder question is what you still need around it, because Calendon is a booking link and not a coaching practice system. This guide covers every plan, every fee, what a coach pays at three practice sizes, the gotchas, and how Calendon compares with Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore, TidyCal, TimeTuna and Coachful. We make Coachful, so we say clearly where Calendon is the better buy.

How much does Calendon cost in 2026?
Calendon costs $0 on the Free plan and $5 per month on Pro, or $48 per year billed annually, as listed in October 2026. Those are the only two plans.
Calendon's pricing page is a JavaScript app, so the figures here were read from the page code that calendon.com serves and from the company's own llms.txt summary, which says "$5/month (monthly) or $4/month billed as $48/year". The two sources agree. All prices are in US dollars.
Calendon describes the Free plan as "Free forever" with no credit card required. The pricing page call to action on Pro reads "Start Pro free", and its FAQ says "We offer a free trial period on Pro" without stating a length on that page. Text inside the app describes it as a "free 14-day trial, no charge until it ends". Treat 14 days as the likely length, and confirm it on the checkout screen before you enter a card.

Calendon pitches itself to coaches directly. The Pro tagline is "For coaches, freelancers & professionals", the homepage talks about selling coaching sessions paid upfront, and the site positions Calendon as a cheaper Calendly alternative ($5 against Calendly's $12 and up, in Calendon's own framing).
What are Calendon's plans, prices and limits?
The table below lists both plans with monthly and annual prices and the limits Calendon publishes, as listed in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Limits | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3 services (event types), 2 schedules, unlimited bookings, 1 custom question per service, "Powered by Calendon" badge on the booking page | Free discovery calls and unpaid sessions |
| Pro | $5/month | $4/month, billed $48/year | Unlimited services, schedules and custom questions | Coaches who want paid bookings, reminders and their own domain |
Two things stand out. First, neither plan caps bookings or clients, so the price does not climb as your practice grows. Second, three services on Free sounds like plenty until you count a discovery call, a 60-minute session and a follow-up: that is already the limit, before you add a group call or a package check-in.
What does each Calendon plan include?
Free covers a working booking page with Google Calendar and Google Meet; Pro adds everything that turns it into a paid booking tool: Stripe payments, reminder emails, Zoom, analytics and branding removal.
Calendon Free
- Two-way Google Calendar sync and automatic Google Meet links.
- Buffer times and booking limits, so sessions do not stack back to back.
- Custom branding: logo, cover image and tagline on the booking page.
- Intake questions as text, dropdowns or checkboxes, limited to one per service.
- Three services and two schedules, unlimited bookings.
- A "Powered by Calendon" badge on your booking page.
Calendon Pro
- Everything in Free, with unlimited services, schedules and custom questions.
- Payment collection on events through Stripe; guests pay at booking.
- Reminder emails, which matter more than they look: no-shows cost real money.
- An analytics dashboard.
- Custom confirmation messages and redirects after booking.
- Zoom integration.
- A custom domain and removal of Calendon branding.
For most coaches, the deciding Pro features are payments and reminders. A free plan without reminder emails means you send them yourself or accept more no-shows, and a free plan without payments means invoicing every session by hand.
What fees does Calendon charge on top of the plan?
Calendon charges no commission on bookings, no seat fees and no listed add-ons. The only extra cost is Stripe's own processing fee on paid sessions.
Calendon states "0% commission" and that "100% of your booking revenue goes directly to your Stripe account, minus Stripe's standard processing fee". Stripe's rate depends on your country, card type and currency, so check Stripe's current pricing for your account rather than relying on a single figure.
| Fee type | Calendon (as listed in October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Platform commission on bookings | 0% |
| Payment processing | Stripe's standard fee, paid to Stripe |
| Add-ons | None listed |
| Overages | None: bookings are unlimited on both plans |
| Extra seats or team members | No team plan or seat pricing listed |
| Payment processors supported | Stripe only (Pro plan) |
| Refunds of the subscription | Requests honoured within 48 hours after a post-trial upgrade; no prorated refunds |
| Refunds to clients | Cancelling a paid booking issues an automatic full refund |
That last row deserves attention. An automatic full refund on cancellation is friendly to clients, but if your policy keeps a deposit or charges for late cancellations, you will need to manage that outside Calendon. We cover that further down.

What does a coach actually pay for Calendon at three practice sizes?
Calendon itself costs the same at every size: $0 or $48 to $60 a year. What changes as you grow is the list of other tools you need beside it, because Calendon handles booking and paid sessions only.
The three example practices below are illustrations, not survey data: a new coach with about 5 clients, a growing coach with about 15, and an established coach with about 40 who runs programs and a group. Pro monthly is $60 a year; Pro annual is $48.
| Option | New coach (about 5 clients) | Growing coach (about 15 clients) | Established coach (about 40 clients) | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | None for booking, payments, agreements, programs, check-ins, courses, community, website or email; only Stripe or Razorpay processing |
| Calendon Free | $0 | $0 (3-service limit starts to pinch) | $0 (not workable for paid sessions) | Invoicing or payment links, reminders, e-signature, client notes, program delivery, email, website |
| Calendon Pro, monthly | $5/month ($60/year) | $5/month ($60/year) | $5/month ($60/year) | E-signature for agreements, client records and notes, program and habit tracking, email marketing, website, course or community host |
| Calendon Pro, annual | $48/year | $48/year | $48/year | Same as Pro monthly |
The new coach can live with Calendon for a while. A booking link, a Google Doc of notes and a PDF agreement go a long way at five clients. By 15 clients, most coaches start selling packages instead of single sessions, and Calendon has no packages: each session is booked and paid on its own. By 40 clients with a group program, the gaps are the main cost. You will be paying separately for a website, an email tool, a place to host the program and somewhere to keep agreements, and you will be copying client details between them.
For the cost of those other tools, see our breakdowns of Kit pricing for email, HoneyBook pricing for contracts and invoices, and Kajabi pricing for courses and community. Our package pricing calculator helps you work out what your own sessions and packages should cost once software is on the expense line.
What are the hidden costs and gotchas in Calendon pricing?
The plan price is honest and small. The gotchas are about what is missing or locked to Pro, not about surprise charges.
- Payments are Pro-only. The Free plan cannot take money at booking. If you charge for sessions, you are on Pro from day one.
- Reminder emails are Pro-only. On Free, reminders are your job.
- Google Calendar is required. Booking links do not work for guests until Google Calendar is connected. Microsoft Outlook and Teams show as "Coming soon" in the app, so coaches on Outlook or Microsoft 365 cannot use Calendon fully today.
- Zoom is Pro-only. Free gives you Google Meet links only.
- Stripe only. No PayPal or other processors are listed.
- Cancellation means a full refund. Cancelling a paid booking refunds the client automatically, which does not fit a deposit or late-cancellation policy.
- No packages or bundles. There is no mention of session packages, credits, payment plans or subscriptions on the site.
- No client side. No client portal, courses, community or mobile app is mentioned. Clients see a booking page and a confirmation, not a home for their coaching.
- Subscription refunds are tight. Refund requests are honoured within 48 hours after a post-trial upgrade, with no prorated refunds. Cancel the trial on time if you are unsure.
- Trial length is not on the pricing page. The in-app text says 14 days; confirm before you start.
- Few public reviews. We found no review-site profile for Calendon (its Trustpilot address returned no page in October 2026), so there is little independent user feedback to weigh. That is normal for a small, new tool, but it means you are relying on the vendor's own description.
On data, Calendon is reassuring: an in-app "Download My Data" option exports your profile, services and bookings as a JSON file, and the features page says "Export or delete anytime, no lock-in". JSON is a developer format, so expect to convert it before it is useful in a spreadsheet.
Is Calendon worth it for coaches?
Calendon is worth it for a coach who only needs a cheap, clean booking link with payments and is happy to run the rest of the practice elsewhere. It is poor value for a coach who delivers programs, because the money saved on booking gets spent on the tools around it.
Brand-new coaches booking discovery calls
Calendon Free is a good fit. Three services cover a discovery call and one or two session types, Google Meet links are included and there are no booking caps. Upgrade only when you start charging at booking.
Coaches selling single paid sessions
Calendon Pro at $48 a year is hard to beat on price for this. You get Stripe payments, reminders and your own domain. If your clients book one session at a time and you keep notes elsewhere, this is the tool's sweet spot.
Coaches selling packages and programs
This is where Calendon stops fitting. A 12-week program needs an agreement signed before the first call, a payment plan or subscription, weekly goals, check-ins between sessions and somewhere the client logs in. Calendon has none of these, so you would assemble four or five other tools. Read our guides on hourly vs package pricing and retainer vs package pricing if you are making that shift.
Group coaches and small teams
Calendon lists no team plan, no seats and no group sessions, so it does not fit a coaching team or a cohort program. Look at tools with seats and group delivery instead; see our group coaching software page.
Coaches on Outlook or Microsoft 365
Wait. Outlook and Teams are marked "Coming soon", and booking links only work once Google Calendar is connected.
Where does Coachful fit if you need more than a booking link?
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one branded app. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Who it is for: coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. What it does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified, it does not take PayPal, there is no permanent free plan, and it does not offer routing forms that pick a host from form answers. How to start: begin with a free trial, then ask the team to set up your site, funnel or program with the free white-glove build service.
On booking, Coachful covers what Calendon covers and more: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; email reminders, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled; paid sessions and session credits; intake questions on booking; and round-robin or least-busy assignment for multi-coach session types. Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling in Coachful:

On payments, coaches connect their own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and sell one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, with refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. Since August 2026 the Coachful platform fee is 0%, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies, the same model as Calendon.

The difference is everything after the booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goal progress bars and streaks, and clients see all of it inside their branded app.

Coachful also covers the marketing side Calendon leaves out: a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, booking and lead-magnet funnels, and email broadcasts and sequences. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails and brief you before sessions. All of this is included in your Coachful membership, with AI credits used for confirmed builds and changes. See the full picture on our scheduling software and coaching payment software pages.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, coaching flow, email sequence, form or link in bio. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Calendon still wins: if all you need is a booking link with payments and you will never sell programs, Calendon Pro is cheaper than any Coachful plan and quicker to set up. If you live in Outlook, though, Coachful's sync already supports it.
How does Calendon pricing compare with other booking tools and Coachful?
Calendon is the cheapest paid plan among common booking tools for coaches, as listed in October 2026. Coachful costs more than a booking tool but replaces the tools you would otherwise add beside one.
| Tool | Cheapest paid plan | Free plan or trial | Platform fee on payments | What it covers for a coach |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | A free trial; no permanent free plan | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Booking, payments, agreements, programs, check-ins, courses, community, website, email, AI assistant, one branded client app |
| Calendon | Pro: $5/month or $48/year | Free forever plan; Pro trial (14 days per in-app text) | 0% commission; Stripe fees apply | Booking links, Stripe payments on Pro, reminders on Pro |
| Calendly | Standard: $10/month per seat billed annually | Free plan (1 event type, 1 calendar) | No Calendly fee documented; Stripe or PayPal rates apply | Scheduling, reminders and workflows, paid bookings; priced per seat |
| Acuity Scheduling | Starter: $20/month or $16/month billed annually | 7-day free trial, no card | No Acuity fee mentioned; Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo rates apply | Scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships |
| Setmore | Pro: $12/month or $5/month billed annually, per user | Free plan (up to 4 users); 30-day risk-free Pro | Not shown; processor rates apply | Appointment booking, reminders and payments |
| TidyCal | Pro: $12/month or $8.25/month billed annually (lifetime deals also listed) | Free plan | 1% on Stripe payments on Free and Lifetime; 0% on Pro | Booking types, paid bookings and packages |
| TimeTuna | Pro: $11.50/month or $5.83/month billed annually; paid bookings need Executive at $23/month | Free plan; 14-day trial on Pro and Executive | No fee stated; Stripe fees apply | Branded booking pages with calendar sync and video links |
Calendon undercuts every booking tool here on the paid plan. Calendly and Setmore charge per seat, which matters only if you add coaches. TidyCal's 1% fee on Free and Lifetime plans can cost more than a subscription once you sell a few sessions a month. TimeTuna puts Stripe payments on its Executive plan, so its real entry price for paid sessions is higher than its Pro price. Acuity is the most expensive, but it lists packages, memberships and intake forms, which Calendon does not.

For deeper breakdowns, see Calendly pricing, Acuity Scheduling pricing and our full list of Calendon alternatives. If you came to Calendon as a Paperbell replacement, our Paperbell pricing guide shows what that all-in-one costs, and the compare page lines Coachful up against other coaching platforms.
Is Calendon a good Paperbell alternative?
Only for the booking part. Paperbell is built around packages, contracts and a client portal; Calendon is a booking link with payments.
AI search answers sometimes list Calendon as a Paperbell alternative because both let coaches sell sessions paid upfront. But Calendon's site mentions no packages, no contracts, no client portal, no courses and no community. If you liked Paperbell for packages and agreements, Calendon will replace roughly the scheduling page and nothing else. Coachful replaces the whole set, adding programs, check-ins, a website and email.
How can you save money on Calendon?
The simplest saving is annual billing: $48 a year instead of $60, a 20% cut. Beyond that, the savings come from using the Free plan for as long as it fits and from avoiding refund traps.
- Stay on Free while your calls are free. If you only book discovery calls and unpaid sessions on Google Meet, Free does the job with unlimited bookings.
- Merge services to stay under three. One "Coaching session" service with a dropdown question for session type can replace several event types, though Free allows only one question per service.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Use the trial and a month or two of monthly billing first, then switch to $48 a year.
- Cancel the trial on time. Refunds are honoured only within 48 hours after a post-trial upgrade, with no prorating.
- Price sessions to cover Stripe's cut. Calendon takes no commission, but Stripe does. Build it into your rate; our guide to running a coaching pricing audit walks through it.
- Count the whole stack before you commit. A $4 booking tool next to an email tool, an e-signature tool and a course host is not a $4 setup. Add up the real monthly total and compare it with a single platform.
How do you decide between Calendon and an all-in-one platform?
Write down what happens after a client books. If the answer is "we meet, they pay, done", Calendon fits. If the answer includes an agreement, a program, homework or messages between sessions, you need more than a booking tool.
A practical test: list every tool you would pay for in a normal month with Calendon at the centre, and note how many places a client's details live. Then compare that total with one platform where booking, payment, agreement and program sit on one client record. Coaches building programs usually find the second option cheaper in time and often in money. Our coaching software page and the guide for new coaches show how that looks in practice.
Calendon pricing FAQ
Is Calendon free?
Yes. Calendon has a Free plan, described as "Free forever" with no credit card required, as listed in October 2026. It includes 3 services, 2 schedules, unlimited bookings, Google Calendar sync and Google Meet. Payments, reminder emails and Zoom need Pro.
How much is Calendon Pro?
Calendon Pro costs $5 per month, or $48 per year billed annually, which works out to $4 per month. The pricing page labels annual billing "Save 20%".
Does Calendon take a commission on bookings?
No. Calendon states 0% commission and says booking revenue goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe's standard processing fee still applies to each payment.
Does Calendon have a free trial?
Calendon offers a free trial on Pro. The pricing page does not state the length, but text inside the app describes a free 14-day trial with no charge until it ends. Confirm the length before entering a card.
Can Calendon take PayPal payments?
Calendon lists Stripe only, and payment collection is available on Pro. If clients need PayPal, Calendly, Acuity Scheduling and other tools list it; Coachful does not support PayPal either.
Does Calendon work with Outlook?
Not yet. Microsoft Outlook and Teams appear as "Coming soon" in the app, and booking links only work after Google Calendar is connected. Coachful offers two-way Outlook sync alongside Google and Apple/iCloud.
What do Calendon users say in reviews?
We found no review-site profile for Calendon in October 2026, so there is little public user feedback to report. Base your decision on the trial and on what the vendor documents.
Can I export my data from Calendon?
Yes. An in-app "Download My Data" option exports your profile, services and bookings as a JSON file, and Calendon says you can export or delete anytime.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.
Is Calendon or Coachful better for a coach selling programs?
Coachful, because programs need agreements, payment plans, check-ins and a client app, which Calendon does not offer. Calendon is the better buy only if you sell single sessions and want the lowest possible booking cost.
