Ruzuku Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Ruzuku pricing, as listed in October 2026, has three plans: a Free plan for up to 5 students enrolled at a time, Core at $99/month ($997/year) with unlimited students, and Pro at $199/month ($1,997/year), which adds white-label branding, a custom domain, multiple instructors and certificates. Ruzuku charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free, so the only cut taken from each sale is your Stripe or PayPal processing fee, which Ruzuku describes as typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
That is the short answer. The longer one matters more for coaches, because Ruzuku is an online course platform first. It has no booking calendar and no client habit or check-in tracking, so most coaches who run 1:1 or program-based work pay for other tools beside it. This guide covers every plan, every fee, what three coaches of different sizes would pay in a year, the gotchas, and how Ruzuku compares with Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Podia, LearnWorlds and Coachful. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where Ruzuku is the better fit.

How much does Ruzuku cost in 2026?
Ruzuku costs $0, $99 or $199 per month depending on the plan, as listed in October 2026. Paying yearly lowers Core to $997/year (about $83.08/month) and Pro to $1,997/year (about $166.42/month).
Ruzuku states the annual saving as $191 on Core and $391 on Pro. Those numbers check out: twelve months of Core at $99 is $1,188, and twelve months of Pro at $199 is $2,388. The monthly equivalents above are our own division of the yearly total by twelve; Ruzuku shows the yearly figure.
There is no time-limited free trial. The Free plan plays that role, and paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of activating a subscription and you get a full refund. Ruzuku also lists a 30% discount on annual plans for nonprofits, NGOs, government and education, plus a one-time $4,950 Lifetime Pro option for grant-funded organizations.
What are Ruzuku's plans and limits?
All three Ruzuku plans include unlimited courses and unlimited video hosting. The differences are the student cap on Free, the video file size and streaming quality, and a set of branding and selling features reserved for Pro.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Annual per month (calculated) | Students | Video limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | Up to 5 enrolled at a time | Up to 2 GB per video |
| Core | $99 | $997/year (save $191) | $83.08 | Unlimited | Up to 2 GB per video, streaming up to 1080p |
| Pro | $199 | $1,997/year (save $391) | $166.42 | Unlimited | Up to 4 GB per video, streaming up to 4K |
Prices are in US dollars. Ruzuku does not list add-ons; advanced features are simply Pro-only. That makes the price sheet easy to read, but it also means the jump from Core to Pro is the only way to get features like a custom domain.
What does each Ruzuku plan add?
Free gives you the full course toolkit for a small group, Core removes the student cap, and Pro adds branding, team and storefront features. Here is what Ruzuku documents for each.
Free: the full toolkit for 5 students
The Free plan is listed as "Free forever" with no credit card. It includes unlimited courses, unlimited video hosting, live meetings and video conferences, community and discussions, sales pages and payments, and tech support for both you and your students. The catch is the cap: up to 5 students enrolled at a time. Email course invitations also need a paid plan, so on Free you share an enrollment link yourself.
For a coach piloting a first course with a handful of clients, that is a generous starting point. Five students "at a time" means the cap counts current enrollments, so in principle you can run small rounds one after another.
Core: unlimited students for $99/month
Core includes everything in Free plus unlimited students and unlimited course invitations. Video stays at 2 GB per file with streaming up to 1080p. For most course-based coaches, Core is the working plan: you can sell to as many people as you like without a per-student charge.
What Core does not include is your own branding on the platform, a custom domain, certificates or more than one instructor account. If any of those matter, you are on Pro.
Pro: branding, team and storefront for $199/month
Pro adds the longest list. As documented on Ruzuku's pricing page:
- White-label branding and a custom domain
- Multiple instructor accounts and co-teacher courses
- Certificates of completion
- A public storefront and digital product sales
- AI transcription and captions
- Zoom recording integration
- Custom registration fields
- Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
- Videos up to 4 GB, streaming up to 4K
Several of those are things a coaching business tends to need once it grows: running ads (pixel tracking), bringing in a co-coach, or presenting the course under your own brand. That is why many coaches who start on Core end up weighing Pro within a year.

What fees does Ruzuku charge on top of the plan?
Ruzuku charges no transaction fee of its own on any plan. You pay only your payment processor's fees, through Stripe or PayPal, which Ruzuku describes as typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
| Fee type | What Ruzuku lists (October 2026) | What it means for a coach |
|---|---|---|
| Ruzuku transaction fee | 0% on Free, Core and Pro | No platform cut on course sales, even on Free |
| Payment processing | Stripe or PayPal, "typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction" | About $14.80 on a $500 sale (example) |
| Payment types | One-time, subscriptions and installment plans | Each installment is its own transaction, so the $0.30 applies per charge |
| Add-ons | None listed | Advanced features require Pro instead |
| Overages | None listed; Core and Pro have unlimited students | Free is the only plan with a cap (5 students at a time) |
| Extra seats | Multiple instructor accounts on Pro only | A co-coach means moving to $199/month |
One detail is worth doing the arithmetic on: payment plans. If you sell a $600 program as three installments of $200, the processor charges the fixed $0.30 three times. At 2.9% + $0.30 that is $6.10 per installment, or $18.30 in total, against $17.70 for a single $600 charge (example figures). Small, but it adds up across a cohort. Processor rates vary by country and card type, so check your own Stripe or PayPal account for the exact numbers.
Ruzuku's 0% platform fee is a real advantage against some competitors. Teachable's Starter plan takes 7.5%, Podia's Mover plan takes 5%, and Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, all as listed in October 2026.
What does a coach actually pay for Ruzuku?
A coach's real Ruzuku cost is the plan, plus processing on every sale, plus the tools Ruzuku does not cover. For a 1:1 or program coach, that last part is usually the biggest variable.
The table below shows three example coaches. Student numbers and course prices are illustrative, not data from Ruzuku, and processing uses the typical 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction Ruzuku quotes, with one charge per student.
| Example coach | Ruzuku plan | Plan cost per year | Example processing | Ruzuku total per year | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| New coach piloting a first course with up to 5 students at a time (example: 5 students at $200) | Free | $0 | $30.50 on $1,000 of sales | $30.50 | Booking calendar for 1:1 calls, contracts and e-signature, email list tool, a website if you want one beyond sales pages |
| Growing group coach (example: 30 students a year at $400) | Core, annual | $997 | $357 on $12,000 of sales | $1,354 | Booking calendar, contracts, habit and check-in tracking between sessions, email marketing, client notes |
| Established coach with a co-coach and own brand (example: 60 students a year at $600) | Pro, annual | $1,997 | $1,062 on $36,000 of sales | $3,059 | Booking with team calendars, contracts, client records and progress tracking, email marketing, a CRM for leads |
The processing column is not a Ruzuku cost; you pay it on any platform that uses Stripe or PayPal. What changes between platforms is the right-hand column. Ruzuku's own coaching page says clients schedule 1:1 time through your own calendar tool, so the booking line is not optional for 1:1 coaches. Our guides to Calendly pricing and Acuity Scheduling pricing show what that piece alone adds.
Ruzuku does not list contracts, e-signature, habit tracking or per-client check-ins on its pricing or features pages, so we have treated those as separate tools. If your coaching is mostly a self-paced or cohort course, you may not need them. If your coaching is a 12-week program with weekly calls and daily habits, you will.
For comparison, an all-in-one coaching platform puts those pieces under one subscription. Coachful's plans for the same three coaches start at the cheapest plan covering 5 clients (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients), the cheapest plan covering 30 clients (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients), and the cheapest unlimited plan (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients). Processing through your own Stripe account applies there too, with a 0% Coachful platform fee.
What hidden costs and gotchas come with Ruzuku pricing?
Ruzuku's price sheet is simple and its fees are low, so the gotchas are mostly about features that sit on a higher plan or outside the product. These are the ones coaches should check before committing.
- The Free cap counts students at a time. Five enrolled students is enough for a pilot, not for a launch. Email course invitations also need a paid plan.
- A custom domain means Pro. White-label branding and your own domain are Pro-only, so presenting courses under your brand doubles the price from $99 to $199 per month.
- Ad tracking means Pro. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are listed under Pro. If you plan to run paid ads to a course, budget for Pro from the start.
- A co-coach means Pro. Multiple instructor accounts and co-teacher courses are Pro features.
- Certificates mean Pro. If your clients expect a certificate of completion, Core will not do it.
- No booking calendar. 1:1 scheduling happens in a separate tool, which is a second subscription and a second place clients log in to.
- No native mobile app. Ruzuku documents mobile web with add-to-home-screen (a progressive web app), not iOS or Android apps.
- Video limits. Core caps videos at 2 GB and 1080p. Long, high-quality recordings may need compressing or Pro's 4 GB and 4K.
- Annual commitment. The money-back guarantee runs 30 days from activating a subscription. After that, an annual plan is a year's commitment.
- Data export. Ruzuku's features page lists student data export to CSV. Course content export is not stated, which matters if you might move platforms. Ruzuku says courses, students and sales history are kept if you downgrade or cancel.
One more thing to know: public reviews are thin. Ruzuku's site shows a G2 badge of 4.4, but we could not verify the review count on G2 itself, and Ruzuku's Trustpilot profile had no reviews when we checked in October 2026. That does not mean the product is good or bad; it means there is little public sentiment to go on, so the 30-day guarantee and the Free plan are your best tests.
Is Ruzuku worth it for your kind of coaching?
Ruzuku is worth it if your coaching business is mainly courses and cohort programs delivered as lessons, discussions and live meetings. It is a weaker fit if most of your work happens 1:1, between sessions, or through daily client habits.
Course-first coaches
If you sell a signature course, run cohorts through it and hold live Q&A calls, Ruzuku covers the core of that work. Course builder with video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions; drip by enrollment date or fixed dates; built-in live meetings for up to 60 in conference mode or 250 in presentation mode; Zoom as an option; and 0% platform fees. Core at $99/month is the plan most of these coaches will use. See our page on the online course platform for coaches for what else to look for.
1:1 and package coaches
If you sell packages of sessions, Ruzuku is not designed for that. There is no booking calendar, no session credits and no client record built around sessions, notes and goals. You would pair it with a scheduling tool, a contracts tool and a CRM. Coaches in this group usually compare Paperbell, HoneyBook or an all-in-one coaching platform instead; our Paperbell pricing guide covers one of those.
Group program coaches
Group coaches running a 6 to 12 week program sit in the middle. Ruzuku handles the lessons, discussion and live calls well. What it does not document is the between-session layer: weekly goals, daily tasks, habit streaks and morning or evening check-ins that tell you which client is drifting. If that layer is how your program gets results, look at group coaching software built around it.
Health, wellness and fitness coaches
Health and fitness coaches usually need habit tracking, check-ins, and for fitness, workout and nutrition logging. Ruzuku does not list these. Whichever platform you choose, remember that coaching is not medical treatment: refer clients to a doctor or licensed clinician for diagnosis, medication questions, eating disorders or any red-flag symptom, and keep clinical records in a clinical system.
Nonprofits and education
Ruzuku's 30% annual discount for nonprofits, NGOs, government and education, and the $4,950 Lifetime Pro option for grant-funded organizations, make it unusually good value for those buyers. A grant-funded program that will run for more than two and a half years would spend less on Lifetime Pro than on annual Pro at list price.
How does Ruzuku pricing compare with the alternatives?
On price alone, Ruzuku Core sits in the middle of the course-platform market, and its 0% fee on every plan is better than several rivals. The comparison changes when you count the tools a coach still needs beside it.
We ranked these by fit for coaches who deliver programs, not just courses: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort.
| Platform | Entry paid plan | Platform fee on sales | Free plan or trial | 1:1 booking built in | Client habits and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | A free trial; no permanent free plan | Yes, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync | Yes: habits, streaks, morning and evening check-ins |
| Ruzuku | Core $99/mo ($997/year) | 0% on every plan | Free plan for up to 5 students at a time; 30-day money-back guarantee | No; uses your own calendar tool | Not listed |
| Kajabi | Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | 0% with Kajabi Payments or PayPal; 0.5% to 2% extra with other processors | 14-day trial | Not checked for this guide | No |
| Thinkific | Start $109/mo ($82/mo annual) | 0% with Thinkific Payments; extra gateway fee with third-party gateways | 30-day trial | No | No |
| Teachable | Starter $39/mo ($29/mo annual) | 7.5% on Starter; 0% on Builder and up | 7-day trial plus 30-day guarantee | No | No |
| Podia | Mover $49/mo ($42/mo annual) | 5% on Mover; 0% on Shaker and up | 14-day trial, no card | Sells coaching sessions; no native video calls | No |
| LearnWorlds | Starter $29/mo ($24/mo annual) | $5 per paid enrollment on Starter; none on Pro Trainer and up | 30-day trial | No | No |
Competitor prices are as listed in October 2026. A few patterns stand out.
- Teachable, Podia and LearnWorlds look cheaper at entry, but their entry plans charge a fee on sales. Teachable Starter takes 7.5%, Podia Mover 5%, and LearnWorlds Starter $5 per paid enrollment. On $12,000 of course sales a year, 7.5% is $900 and 5% is $600 (example). Ruzuku Core costs more per month but takes nothing.
- Kajabi costs more and covers more marketing. Basic at $179/month includes a website, email and community, but caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts. Our Kajabi pricing guide breaks that down.
- Thinkific raised prices in August 2026. Start went from $99 to $109 per month; its branded mobile app is a separate $199/month add-on.
- None of the course platforms track client habits or daily check-ins. That is the gap coaching-specific platforms fill.

For a wider list, our Ruzuku alternatives roundup covers more options, and the compare page lines Coachful up against other coaching tools.

Where does Coachful fit if Ruzuku is not enough?
Coachful is a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one subscription. It suits coaches who would otherwise pair Ruzuku with three or four other tools.

What Coachful is and who it is for
Coachful is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 separate tools. The coach has one login, and the client has one branded app with the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Where Ruzuku stops at the course, Coachful covers the rest of the client journey:
- Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, delivered into the client's branded home and app, plus downloads, videos, books, events and bundles.
- Programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.
- Booking with availability rules, buffers, time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, paid sessions and session credits.
- Payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026.
- Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program.
- Website and funnels with a section-based builder, blog, custom domain, 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, pixels and UTM tracking.
- Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, which works from live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before sessions.
Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings round-robin or to the least-busy coach. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered in Coachful:

What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not a fit for everyone, and these limits are worth knowing before you compare it with Ruzuku:
- It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- There is no PayPal. Ruzuku supports PayPal; Coachful uses Stripe or Razorpay.
- There is no permanent free plan. Ruzuku's Free plan has no equivalent.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
- It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins.
- There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you inside your own account: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form, a link-in-bio page and more. You describe what you want from Create > We'll build it for you, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy, and the team usually delivers within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button; a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start
Start a free trial, then request a white-glove build for whatever you need first, often a website or your main program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so moving from Ruzuku plus a separate booking tool does not mean rebuilding by hand. Monthly plans cancel in one click. See the coaching software overview for the full feature set.
How can you save money on Ruzuku?
The biggest savings on Ruzuku come from staying on Free while you test, paying annually once you commit, and only moving to Pro when a Pro feature earns its cost.
- Pilot on Free. Run your first round with up to 5 students. You get the full course toolkit, live meetings and payments with no platform fee.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Annual Core saves $191 and annual Pro saves $391 against monthly billing.
- Use the 30-day guarantee as a trial. Activate Core or Pro, build and test, and cancel within 30 days for a full refund if it does not fit.
- Delay Pro until you need it. List the Pro features you would use (custom domain, pixel, co-coach, certificates). If none is pulling revenue yet, stay on Core.
- Claim the nonprofit discount. Eligible nonprofits, NGOs, government and education buyers get 30% off annual plans: about $697.90 for Core and $1,397.90 for Pro per year (our calculation).
- Do the Lifetime Pro maths. For grant-funded organizations, $4,950 one time equals about 2.5 years of annual Pro at list price.
- Check the coupons page. Ruzuku lists occasional coupons at ruzuku.com/coupons.
- Price your program to cover the stack. If you add a booking tool and a contracts tool beside Ruzuku, build those costs into your price. Our package pricing calculator and group coaching pricing guide help with the break-even.
Ruzuku pricing FAQ

How much is Ruzuku per month?
As listed in October 2026, Core costs $99/month and Pro costs $199/month. Paid yearly, Core is $997/year and Pro is $1,997/year, which works out to about $83.08 and $166.42 per month.

There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan serves that role, and paid plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of activating a subscription for a full refund.
Which Ruzuku plan do I need for a custom domain?
Pro. White-label branding and a custom domain are Pro-only, along with multiple instructors, certificates, a public storefront, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Core does not include them.
Does Ruzuku have a booking calendar or mobile app?
Neither. Ruzuku's coaching page says clients schedule 1:1 time through your own calendar tool, and students use the mobile web version with add-to-home-screen instead of native iOS or Android apps.
Does Ruzuku offer a nonprofit discount?
Yes. Nonprofits, NGOs, government and education get 30% off annual plans. Grant-funded organizations can also choose a one-time $4,950 Lifetime Pro option.
Is Ruzuku a good Paperbell alternative?
Only if your business is mainly courses. Ruzuku is a course platform with no booking calendar, while Paperbell-style tools are built around sessions, packages and client records. Coaches who need both usually do better with a platform that covers courses and 1:1 work in one place.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team builds things inside your account for you, such as a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence. You describe the build, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and it usually arrives within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Is Coachful cheaper than Ruzuku?
It depends on what you count. Ruzuku Core is $99/month for courses alone, and a coach adds booking, contracts and check-in tools on top. Coachful includes those in one membership (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
