Trainerize Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

This Trainerize review comes down to one answer: ABC Trainerize is a capable workout, habit and nutrition app for personal trainers who mostly coach inside a phone app, and it is a weaker fit for coaches who also need booking, payments, a website and email in one place. Its free 1-client plan and 30-day unlimited-client trial make it easy to try. The catch is that scheduling, in-app payments, video calls and advanced nutrition are paid add-ons below the top tier, and public reviewers report recurring bugs and support frustrations.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Trainerize for some coaches, so read our recommendations with that in mind. We have not run a paid Trainerize account for this review. Everything below comes from what Trainerize documents on its pricing page, what public reviewers report on Trustpilot, and what we know about our own product.
What is the short verdict on Trainerize?
Trainerize suits trainers who want a dedicated fitness app with wearable sync and a path to their own branded app, and who are happy to buy marketing, sales and admin tools separately. Coaches who sell programs, sessions and courses and want one login for the whole client journey should look elsewhere.
- Who it suits: personal trainers and online fitness coaches whose delivery is workouts, macros and habits; coaches who rely on wearable data; gyms and multi-location studios that can use Studio Plus.
- Who should skip it: coaches who need booking, contracts, payments, courses, a community, a website and email under one subscription; coaches who want predictable pricing without add-ons; anyone put off by reports of app crashes and slow support.
- Public rating: Trustpilot shows ABC Trainerize at 3.1 out of 5 from 100 reviews, as seen on October 25, 2026.
- Price shape: a free plan for 1 client, Grow at $10/month for 2 clients, Pro from $25/month for 5 clients, Studio Plus from $275/month, plus add-ons (as listed in October 2026).
- Our pick for most coaches who outgrow it: Coachful, because booking, payments, programs, courses, community, website and email share one login and one client app.
If you only want the numbers, our Trainerize pricing breakdown goes plan by plan. If you have already decided to leave, start with Trainerize alternatives.
What is ABC Trainerize?
ABC Trainerize is a fitness coaching app that lets trainers build workouts and programs, track habits and nutrition, and message clients through a mobile app. It is priced by the number of active clients you coach, with optional add-ons for business tools.

The product sits firmly in the personal-training category. Its pricing page leads with workouts, the AI Workout Builder, meal and macro tracking, and app and wearable integrations. Business features such as scheduling, selling products and premium content sit in a separate Business add-on, and in-app payments need the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on.
That shape matters. A trainer who already has a website, a booking tool and a payment process can drop Trainerize in as the delivery layer and be productive quickly. A coach starting from nothing ends up assembling several tools around it, which is where cost and admin start to climb.
How does Trainerize perform across the jobs a coaching business needs?
Trainerize is strongest at delivery and the client app, middling at selling, and thin at marketing. Here is how it looks job by job, compared with Coachful.
| Tool | Marketing | Selling | Delivery | Client experience | Admin |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Website builder with blog and custom domain, funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, email lists, broadcasts and sequences | Stripe or Razorpay checkout, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, contracts with e-signature | Multi-week programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, Fitness & Nutrition pack | One branded client home and app for programs, sessions, courses and community | Booking with calendar sync, invoices, client records, analytics, data export as a ZIP |
| ABC Trainerize | Trainerize.me profile (Grow and up); referral links and prospect booking on Studio Plus; no website, funnels or email marketing | Selling products via the Business add-on; in-app payments via the Stripe add-on | Workouts, AI Workout Builder, custom programs, habits, meal and macro tracking, challenges (Pro) | Mobile app with messaging and wearable integrations; custom branded app on Pro for a one-time setup fee | Scheduling via the Business add-on; API on Studio Plus; export excludes messages, photos and attachments (September 2026 profile) |
Marketing: a profile, not a funnel
Trainerize gives Grow and higher plans a Trainerize.me profile, a public page you can share with prospects. Studio Plus adds referral links and prospect booking, and the Business add-on includes referrals. Welcome emails and consultation forms arrive on Pro.
What you do not get is a website builder, landing-page funnels or email marketing. If you want to capture leads with a free guide, nurture them with a sequence and send them to a sales page, those pieces live in other tools. That is a normal gap for a fitness app, but it is a real cost to plan for.
Selling: possible, but through add-ons
To take payments inside Trainerize below Studio Plus, the pricing page lists Stripe Integrated Payments at $10/month, and Stripe's own processing fees apply on top. Selling products and premium content sits in the Business add-on at $25/month. Trainerize does not show a transaction fee of its own on the pricing page.
We did not find coaching agreements with e-signature, payment plans, order bumps or checkout funnels in Trainerize's plan list. Coaches who sell higher-priced packages often want those, and they are worth checking on a trial before you commit.
Delivery: the core strength
This is where Trainerize earns its reputation. Plans include workouts and habit and lifestyle coaching from the free tier; Grow adds the AI Workout Builder, custom programs and meal and macro tracking; Pro adds custom exercise videos, advanced messaging and challenges. Advanced Nutrition Coaching is a separate add-on at $20/month on Grow, Pro 5 and Pro 15, and $45/month on Pro 30 through Pro 200.
Public reviewers who like the app often point to this part. One coach on Trustpilot describes running programming, macro tracking and check-ins for more than 40 clients in one place, and another likes being able to upload their own coaching videos alongside library content.
Client experience: strong app, mixed reliability
Clients use Trainerize's mobile app for workouts, messaging and tracking, and Grow and higher plans add app and wearable integrations. Pro coaches can buy a Custom Branded App for a $169 one-time setup fee, and Studio Plus includes a studio-level branded app. For trainers who want their own name in the app stores, that is a genuine advantage.
Reliability is the recurring worry. Several recent Trustpilot reviewers describe crashes during workouts, logged sets disappearing, and wearable data that does not sync cleanly. We cannot verify how widespread those problems are, but the pattern shows up across reviews from 2025 and 2026.
Admin: scheduling and data need attention
Booking sessions is part of the Business add-on, not the base plans. Video calls are a Video Coaching add-on at $10/month (50 hours of video calls and 100 hours of streaming per month). Studio Plus includes an API and all add-ons. According to our September 2026 profile, Trainerize's client data export does not include messages, photos or attachments, which matters if you ever plan to switch.
How much does Trainerize cost in 2026?
Trainerize starts free for 1 client, then charges $10/month for Grow (2 clients), from $25/month for Pro (5 clients) and from $275/month for Studio Plus, with annual billing about 10% cheaper (as listed in October 2026). Add-ons are extra on every plan below Studio Plus.

One caution: the pricing page contradicts itself. The plan cards show $9, $23 and $248, which match the annual discount, while the FAQ says Grow "starts at $10", Pro "starts at $25" and Studio Plus "starts at $275 for up to 500 members". We treat the higher figures as monthly prices and the lower ones as annual prices per month. Pro prices above 5 clients are no longer printed; our September 2026 profile listed Pro 15 at $50/month, Pro 30 at $79/month and Pro 50 at $135/month, and the comparison table on the page today shows "Small business $79/month".
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Client limit | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients | Flat monthly plans that cancel in one click | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited; team plans add seats | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email included in your Coachful membership |
| Trainerize Basic | $0 | $0 | 1 client | Mobile app, workouts, basic messaging, habit and lifestyle coaching |
| Trainerize Grow | $10 | $9 | 2 clients | AI Workout Builder, custom programs, meal and macro tracking, Trainerize.me profile, app and wearable integrations |
| Trainerize Pro (5 clients) | $25 | $23 | 5 clients; Pro tiers at 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 | Custom exercise videos, welcome emails, consultation forms, advanced messaging, challenges |
| Trainerize Studio Plus | $275 | $248 | 500, 1,000 or 1,000+ clients; 5+ locations; contact sales | Group video calls, recipes and meals, referral links, prospect booking, onboarding, API, all add-ons, studio-level branded app |
What do the Trainerize add-ons cost?
The add-ons are where a Trainerize bill grows. These are the prices listed in October 2026:
| Capability | Coachful | Trainerize add-on price |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Scheduling, payments and video calls included in your Coachful membership (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) | Not applicable |
| Scheduling, referrals, selling products, premium content | Included in your Coachful membership | Business add-on: $25/month |
| In-app payments | Included in your Coachful membership (your own Stripe or Razorpay account) | Stripe Integrated Payments: $10/month, plus Stripe fees |
| Video calls | Included in your Coachful membership (built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links) | Video Coaching: $10/month for 50 hours of calls and 100 hours of streaming |
| Advanced nutrition | Calories, macros, meal plans, recipes and barcode scanning in the Fitness & Nutrition pack | $20/month (Grow, Pro 5, Pro 15); $45/month (Pro 30 to Pro 200) |
| Branded app | Your branding inside the Coachful app | Custom Branded App on Pro: $169 one-time setup |
| FitMetrics | Not offered | From $6 per client |
A worked example: 15 clients with booking and payments
Here is an illustrative monthly stack for a trainer with 15 clients who wants scheduling, in-app payments, video calls and advanced nutrition. Pro 15 is no longer printed, so we use the $50/month from our September 2026 profile; check the live page before you budget.
| Setup (example) | Monthly cost | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful plan for 15 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Payment processing fees from Stripe or Razorpay only |
| Trainerize Pro 15 + Business + Stripe Payments + Video Coaching + Advanced Nutrition | About $115 ($50 + $25 + $10 + $10 + $20), plus Stripe fees | Website, funnels, email marketing, contracts and courses need other tools |
The point of the example is not the exact total but the pattern. Trainerize's entry price looks low, and it is low if you only need workouts and messaging. Once you add the business tools most paid coaching relies on, the stack price lands much higher, and you still need a site and an email tool.
The free trial is generous: 30 days with unlimited clients and no credit card, after which the account reverts to the free 1-client plan with no charge. Add-ons are not included during the trial, so you cannot test scheduling or payments properly before paying.
What do public reviewers praise and complain about?
On Trustpilot, Trainerize holds 3.1 out of 5 from 100 reviews as of October 25, 2026. The visible reviews split sharply: a handful of five-star reviews from coaches who love the app, and a larger group of one- and two-star reviews about bugs, support and billing.
What reviewers praise
- Easy onboarding. A September 2026 reviewer who switched platforms describes setup as intuitive and mentions plenty of support, including an AI chatbot.
- Everything in one coaching app. One coach credits Trainerize with pulling programming, macro tracking and check-ins for more than 40 clients into one place.
- Flexible video content. A three-star reviewer likes uploading their own coaching videos and mixing them with library content, while noting the layout takes time to learn.
- Good for clients too. A 2025 review calls it easy to use for both trainers and clients.
"Trainerize centralized all my programming, macro tracking, and client check-ins" (five-star Trustpilot review, March 2026)
What reviewers complain about
- Bugs and outages. Several 2026 reviewers describe the app crashing mid-workout, logged sets being wiped, completed workouts not saving and exercise videos not loading. A long-time customer of almost a decade says they are leaving over repeated glitches and outages.
- Wearable data quality. An October 2026 reviewer likes most of the app but says step and sleep data imported from wearables is unreliable.
- Support. Reviewers describe canned replies and being asked for screen recordings before issues were taken seriously.
- Cancellation and billing. 2025 reviewers report trouble cancelling, charges during cancellation attempts and billing errors. Trainerize replied to some of these, saying cancellation is possible in the app.
- Interface and library. Some find the interface clunky and slow to set up, and one reviewer says basic beginner exercises are hard to find in the library.
"When it works it is amazing." (three-star Trustpilot review, June 2026)
Two caveats. Trustpilot reviews come from a self-selected group, and some come from clients of trainers rather than trainers themselves; one 2026 review is a dispute with an individual coach that Trainerize says it is not responsible for. Still, reliability and support come up often enough that they belong on your trial checklist: log real workouts on the client app, connect a wearable, and send a support ticket to see how fast and how specific the answer is.

What are Trainerize's pros and cons?
Trainerize's main advantages are its fitness depth, wearable integrations and branded-app path; its main drawbacks are add-on pricing, missing marketing tools and the reliability reports.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Free plan for 1 client and a 30-day trial with unlimited clients, no card | Scheduling, payments, video and advanced nutrition are paid add-ons below Studio Plus |
| AI Workout Builder, custom programs, habits and macro tracking | No website builder, funnels or email marketing |
| App and wearable integrations from Grow | Reviewers report crashes, lost workout data and patchy wearable sync |
| Custom branded app on Pro for a one-time setup fee | Pro prices above 5 clients are no longer printed, and the pricing page contradicts itself |
| Challenges, consultation forms and welcome emails on Pro | No contracts with e-signature, courses or community feed in the plan list |
| Studio Plus bundles all add-ons, an API and multi-location support | Client data export excludes messages, photos and attachments (September 2026 profile) |
Who is Trainerize best for?
Trainerize is best for personal trainers and online fitness coaches whose service is mainly programmed training and nutrition tracking, delivered through a phone app.
- Hybrid trainers with an existing stack. If you already take bookings and payments elsewhere and just need a client workout app, Pro on its own is a sensible buy.
- Coaches who depend on wearable data. Grow and higher plans integrate with apps and wearables, which Coachful does not.
- Trainers who want their own app store listing. The Pro branded app and the Studio Plus studio app give you that.
- Gyms and multi-location studios. Studio Plus is aimed at 500 or more clients and five or more locations, with everything bundled.
It is a weaker fit for health, wellness and lifestyle coaches who sell programs, run group cohorts or courses, and need a website and email to fill them. For those coaches, a platform built for the whole business usually costs less and asks less of you each week. Our guides for fitness coaches and health coaches cover what that looks like.
A scope note for anyone coaching fitness or nutrition: coaching is not medical treatment or medical nutrition therapy. Stay within your qualifications, and refer clients to a physician, registered dietitian or mental health professional when they report symptoms, injuries, disordered eating or medical conditions.
What are the best Trainerize alternatives?
We rank Coachful first for coaches who want one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, a lower total stack cost and a quick setup through the free white-glove build. Fitness-only apps follow, each with a reason to pick it over Coachful.
| Tool | Starting price | Client cap at entry | Best for | Trustpilot (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | Coaches who sell and deliver programs, sessions and courses in one place | 4.5 from 21 reviews |
| Everfit | Free for 5 clients; Pro from $19/month | 5 clients | Trainers who want a free tier with more clients | 2.7 from 16 reviews |
| HubFit | $39/month ($33 annual) | 50 clients | Online trainers with larger rosters | 5 from 390 reviews |
| ABC Trainerize | Free for 1 client; Grow $10/month | 1 client | Trainers who want wearables and a branded app path | 3.1 from 100 reviews |
| TrueCoach | $26.34/month billed annually | 5 active clients | Strength coaches focused on programming | 2.4 from 19 reviews |
| My PT Hub | $25/month ($22.50 annual) | 3 clients | Trainers who want bookings and payments in a PT tool | 4.4 from 2,557 reviews |
| PT Distinction | $19.90/month | 3 clients, then per-client fees | Online PTs who like per-client overage pricing | 4.8 from 297 reviews |
1. Coachful: best for coaches who want the whole business in one place
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Coaches get one login; clients get one app with the coach's branding.

It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six tools. For a trainer, the Fitness & Nutrition pack covers the Trainerize-style work: a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library and supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo; client workout logging with set history and PRs; nutrition targets up to calories and macros; meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning; private progress photos and measurements; weekly check-ins; private form-check video with timestamped coach comments; and challenges. Coaches attach their own demo videos.

Between sessions, programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

The pieces Trainerize sells as add-ons are part of the membership. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record.

The booking flow in action:

Marketing is covered too: a section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences. A community feed with group chat and cohort groups created on program enrollment covers group coaching. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your practice data to build programs, draft emails and brief you before sessions.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or more. Attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly. It has no stock exercise videos. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It does not support PayPal, has no permanent free plan, and is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
How to start. Start a free trial, then request a free white-glove build so your site, offer or first program is ready while you learn the platform. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Our Coachful review covers the product in more depth.
Pick Trainerize over Coachful if wearable sync or your own app store listing is essential, or you only need a free app for one client.
2. Everfit: best free tier for small fitness rosters

Everfit is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count. Its Starter plan is free for up to 5 clients, Pro starts at $19/month for 5 clients and scales to $140/month for 100, and there is a 30-day free trial with no card (as listed in October 2026). Automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, and it has no course builder, website or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews. Our Everfit vs Trainerize comparison goes deeper.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach five or fewer fitness clients, want to pay nothing for software, and already handle booking, payments and marketing elsewhere.
3. HubFit: best for online trainers with large rosters

HubFit covers programs, nutrition, habits and check-ins, with Standard at $39/month for up to 50 clients, Premium at $69/month for 100, and Ultimate from $119/month (as listed in October 2026). Branding and payments start at Premium, team members and Zapier at Ultimate, and a branded app is a $189/month add-on. There is no scheduling, video calls, contracts or website according to our September 2026 profile. Trustpilot shows 5 from 390 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach a large online training roster and need nothing beyond programming, nutrition and check-ins.
4. TrueCoach: best for strength programming

TrueCoach is a strength and fitness programming app priced by active clients, from $26.34/month billed annually for up to 5 clients to $136.99/month for 50 (as listed in October 2026). It offers a 14-day trial with no card and payments via Stripe. Our September 2026 profile notes no video calls, contracts, courses, community or website, and in-app payments limited to four countries. Trustpilot shows 2.4 from 19 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is almost entirely written strength programming and you want a narrow, focused tool.
Two other trainer tools are worth a look. My PT Hub (Starter $25/month for 3 clients, Premium $59/month unlimited) includes bookings and payments in a PT-focused app; its pricing page shows euro prices. PT Distinction starts at $19.90/month with 3 clients and charges per extra client, with a branded app from Pro at $59.90/month. Neither offers a course builder or website builder on its pricing page. Our full Trainerize alternatives list covers more, and the comparison hub lines up other platforms.
How should you test Trainerize before committing?
Use the 30-day unlimited-client trial to test the things reviewers complain about, not just the things the homepage promises. A structured trial takes about a week.
- Build one real program. Use the AI Workout Builder and your own exercise videos, and check how easy it is to find the beginner exercises your clients need.
- Run it as a client. Log a full workout on the client app, close the app mid-session, and check whether sets are saved.
- Connect a wearable. Compare a week of steps and sleep with the wearable's own app.
- Price your real stack. Add-ons are not in the trial, so write down which ones you need and what the Pro tier for your client count costs today.
- Test support. Send one specific question and note how long the reply takes and whether it answers you.
- Check your exit. Ask what the client data export includes, especially messages and progress photos.
If you want a simple way to judge a trial, the same weekly habit and check-in rhythm you use with clients works for software. Our weekly habit review templates can be adapted for that.

What is our final Trainerize verdict?
Trainerize is a solid fitness delivery app with real strengths in workouts, nutrition tracking, wearables and branded apps, held back by add-on pricing, missing marketing tools and a 3.1 Trustpilot score driven by reliability and support complaints.
If you are a trainer who already has a website, booking and payments, and you mainly need a client workout app with wearable data, Trainerize is a reasonable choice, and the free trial makes it low-risk to test. If you are building a coaching business that sells programs, sessions and courses, and you want clients to book, pay, sign, train, check in and join a community in one place, Coachful is the better fit. It replaces the add-ons and the separate website and email tools with one membership, and the free white-glove build gets you set up quickly. Trainerize review FAQ
Is Trainerize worth it in 2026?
It is worth it for personal trainers who need a dedicated workout and nutrition app and already have other tools for booking, payments and marketing. For coaches who need the whole business in one place, the add-ons and extra tools make it less attractive. Its Trustpilot rating of 3.1 from 100 reviews also suggests testing reliability carefully during the trial.
Does Trainerize have a free plan?
Yes. The Basic plan is free for 1 client and includes the mobile app, workouts, basic messaging and habit and lifestyle coaching. There is also a 30-day free trial with unlimited clients and no credit card, after which the account reverts to the free plan.
How much does Trainerize cost per month?
As listed in October 2026, Grow costs $10/month for 2 clients, Pro starts at $25/month for 5 clients and Studio Plus starts at $275/month, with annual billing about 10% lower. Add-ons such as Business ($25/month), Stripe payments ($10/month) and Video Coaching ($10/month) are extra below Studio Plus.
Does Trainerize include scheduling and payments?
Not on the base plans. Scheduling is part of the Business add-on and in-app payments need the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on, with Stripe's processing fees on top. Studio Plus includes all add-ons.
Can I build a website or send email campaigns with Trainerize?
No. Trainerize offers a Trainerize.me profile and welcome emails on Pro, but no website builder, funnels or email marketing. Most coaches pair it with separate tools for those jobs.
What do Trainerize reviews complain about most?
Recent Trustpilot reviewers most often mention app crashes, lost workout data, unreliable wearable sync and canned support replies. Older reviews from 2025 also describe difficulty cancelling and billing errors, which Trainerize responded to publicly.
Is Coachful a good replacement for Trainerize?
For coaches who want booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, a website and email under one login, yes. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts, logging, macros, meal plans and form checks. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura and has no stock exercise videos, so trainers who rely on those should weigh that.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service available on every Coachful plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.
Can I export my client data from Trainerize?
Trainerize offers a client data export, but our September 2026 profile notes that it excludes messages, photos and attachments. Check what the export includes before you build a large roster, and save progress photos separately if you may switch later.
Is Trainerize HIPAA-compliant, and is Coachful?
The Trainerize plan details we reviewed do not state a HIPAA position, so ask its sales team directly if you handle protected health information. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping. Fitness and wellness coaching sits outside medical treatment in any case.
