Your coaching business, inside the AI you already use.
Connect Coachful once. Then ask ChatGPT or Claude about your clients and programs, and have it make scoped changes to your website and funnels, working from your real workspace instead of whatever you pasted in.
No API key. No copied token. Read-only until you decide otherwise.
Which clients have overdue work, and what needs my attention this week?

The AI is already good.
It just cannot see your business.
ChatGPT and Claude can reason about a coaching practice as well as anything you will find. What they lack is yours. This gives them a narrow, permissioned view of Coachful
, and a short list of things they may change in it.
Two tabs
- You export, copy and paste before every question, then again next week
- The assistant only knows what you remembered to include
- Its draft lands in a chat window and you rebuild it by hand in Coachful
- Client details end up scattered across old conversations
One conversation
- The assistant reads the current roster, plans, programs and pages when you ask
- Answers come from your workspace, not from a summary you wrote of it
- An approved change is made in Coachful, versioned, and yours to undo
- Access is scoped to one workspace and ends the moment you disconnect
Ask for the outcome.
Coachful handles the operations.
Five areas of your workspace, each behind its own permission. Pick one to see a real request, the tools the assistant calls, and exactly where the line is.
Clients
The roster, and what each person is working on.
Show me which clients have overdue work and summarize what needs my attention.
Tools it calls
Reads each plan and your recent notes, then ranks who to contact first and why. With write access it can file a private note or assign the follow-up task.
Read
- Client roster and details
- Plans, tasks and goals
- Your private coach notes
Write, if you allow it
- Create a private coach note
- Assign or update a client task
- Create or update a client goal
It cannot message a client. Notes it writes stay private to you.
One request,
four checkpoints.
The connector speaks the Model Context Protocol, the open standard ChatGPT and Claude use to work with outside tools. Here is what happens between your question and the answer.
You ask in plain language
No commands to learn. Say what you want to know or what you want changed.
The assistant picks a tool
It can only choose from the curated public catalog. A tool that is not listed cannot be called, even by name.
Coachful checks the call
Workspace, membership and the exact permission are verified every time. Inputs are validated and HTML is sanitized before anything is written.
The result comes back
Reads return data for the answer. Writes are versioned where the content supports it and recorded in an audit trail.
A sign-in,
not a setup project.
The directory connection handles discovery and registration on its own. There is nothing to install and nothing to paste.
The one-click connection is in private directory review and opens to everyone after platform approval. Existing private MCP connections keep working through the same engine.
Manual setup
Any client that supports a custom remote MCP server can use this URL. OAuth discovery and client registration are automatic.

Start from ChatGPT or Claude
Choose Coachful from the app or connector directory.
- 2
Sign in to Coachful
Use your normal account. The AI provider never receives your Coachful password.
- 3
Pick one workspace and review access
The consent screen lists the exact permissions requested. Brain and write access are separate opt-ins.
- 4
Ask for the work you need
The assistant can call only the tools your permissions allow.
- 5
Disconnect whenever you like
Revocation is immediate, and workspace membership is checked again on every request.
Reading is one decision.
Writing is another.
A new connection starts with read-only business context. Everything that can change something, and everything that touches your private Brain, is a separate switch you turn on yourself. These are the exact permissions on the consent screen.
On by default
Read-only context, so the assistant can answer.
View clients
View your client roster, client details, notes, tasks, plans, and goals.
View programs
View programs, weeks, modules, and program dashboards.
View website
View your Coachful website pages, sections, versions, and design context.
View funnels
View funnels and funnel-step configuration.
Stay connected
Allow ChatGPT or Claude to refresh the connection without asking you to sign in again.
Off until you turn it on
Approve these only when you need them.
Read Brain
Search your currently permitted Brain sources, private notes, corrections, and learning. Other people’s private material stays excluded.
Capture Brain notes
Save private notes to your Brain. This does not include reading existing memories or publishing to clients.
Record Brain learning
Record private corrections, decisions, responses, and reported outcomes. Existing Brain content requires its separate read permission.
Organize Brain Library
Create and edit private pages and folders, move them, and use Trash or restore. Reading existing content requires separate Brain read permission.
Update client work
Create private coach notes and assign or update client tasks and goals.
Edit website
Create and edit website pages and sections, with version history and recovery. Changes to an enabled site can be visible immediately.
Edit funnels
Create constrained general funnels, add non-payment steps, and edit layout drafts. New funnels or steps can be public; deletion is not included.
Smaller than Coachful,
on purpose.
The public connector is a curated slice of the platform. What is left out matters as much as what is in, so here is both, stated plainly.
Never reachable
Billing and payments
No customer billing records and no payment execution.
Outbound messages
No email, SMS, or any message sent on your behalf.
Advertising
No ad accounts and no campaign actions.
Administration
No organization settings and no member management.
Your connected apps
It never proxies into the other apps you linked to Coachful.
Permanent deletion
No permanent deletion of customer data.
Know this before approving a write
Website edits can be live at once
If your site is enabled, a new page joins the navigation and an edited section can be visible immediately. Each edit is versioned, so you can restore the earlier page.
Active funnels have visitors
A new funnel is created inactive and a layout edit stays a draft. A step added to a funnel that is already active can appear for visitors right away.
Large overwrites are refused
An update that would drop most of a page’s sections is blocked unless it is explicitly confirmed. Inputs are validated before they run, identical retries are de-duplicated, and every write is recorded in an audit trail.
Data handling
What leaves Coachful, and when it stops.
One workspace
Only data from the workspace you select during consent is available, and only for the permissions you granted.
Where results go
Tool results are returned to the AI provider so it can complete your request. That is how the assistant answers.
Sensitive notes
Coachful is not a medical-record system, but notes, goals and Brain content can hold health or wellness details. Grant access with that in mind.
Revocable by design
Access and refresh tokens are scoped and revocable. Disconnecting ends the connection, and losing workspace membership removes access.
