Best Funnel Builders for Executive Coaches (7 Compared, 2026)

Best Funnel Builders for Executive Coaches (7 Compared, 2026)

The best funnel builders for executive coaches do one job well: they turn a senior leader's quiet interest into a qualified chemistry call, a signed agreement and a paid engagement without the experience feeling like a mass-market launch. Executives rarely buy from a countdown timer. They read a sharp page, maybe download a short guide, apply, talk to you, and then someone (often their company) pays an invoice. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the most templates?" but "which tool carries a buyer from application to signed engagement, and then keeps delivering after the call?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it runs the application funnel, the booking page with intake questions, the coaching agreement, the payment or invoice and the program itself under one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the "Pick it over Coachful if..." line at the end of every other entry: each of the six alternatives below wins a specific situation, and we say which.

This guide compares seven tools by scenario, then shows a feature matrix, costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, three example stacks with monthly totals and a step-by-step setup for a solo executive coach. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026.

Which funnel builder should an executive coach pick?

Pick Coachful if you sell high-touch engagements and want one system from first click to final session; pick one of the others only when your business matches the scenario it wins. Ranked on one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build):

If you want the broader view of all software an executive practice runs, see our guide to the best coaching software for executive coaches and the Coachful page for executive coaches.

What does an executive coaching funnel actually need?

An executive coaching funnel needs a credible front page, a way to screen buyers, a calendar a busy leader can use in two clicks, an agreement, and a payment route that works for both individuals and corporate sponsors. Volume features matter far less than in coaching niches that sell to thousands of people.

Here is how the buying path usually looks for a leadership or executive coach, and what each step asks of your software:

  • Discovery through reputation. Most executive clients arrive by referral, LinkedIn, a talk or an HR contact. Your funnel's first page is often read by someone who already half-trusts you, so it has to confirm credibility fast: who you work with, how an engagement runs and how to start.
  • A short, useful lead magnet. A "first 90 days in a new role" guide, a leadership self-assessment or a board-presentation checklist works better than a long webinar. You need a lead-magnet funnel and an email sequence that follows up for weeks, not days.
  • An application instead of a "buy now" button. Engagements are priced on scope, so you want an application or intake form that asks about role, team size, sponsor and goals before you spend 45 minutes on a call.
  • Chemistry call booking. Executives live in Outlook or Google Calendar, often across time zones. The booking page needs calendar sync, buffers, minimum notice and a video link generated for them.
  • Agreement and payment. Confidentiality, scope, cancellation terms and the three-way relationship with a sponsor belong in a signed agreement. Payment might be a card on a six-month plan or a manual invoice sent to the company's accounts team.
  • Delivery after the sale. This is where most funnel builders stop. An engagement runs for months: session notes, goals, between-session commitments, check-ins and sometimes a 360 debrief. If your funnel tool cannot hold that, you will be buying a second and third system.

The ICF describes coaching as a partnership built on agreements, trust and accountability; its Core Competencies include "establishes and maintains agreements" and "facilitates client growth". A funnel that ends at the checkout handles the first of those and none of the second. The classic purchase funnel model stops at purchase; an executive coaching business has to keep going.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these seven tools?

We ranked tools on four criteria that fit how executive coaches actually sell: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost per month, and how much setup effort a busy solo coach has to put in. We did not test every tool hands-on; the vendor details come from each company's pricing page and documentation as listed in October 2026, plus public review scores where noted.

  • Whole journey in one place. Can the same tool run the page, the application, the booking, the agreement, the payment and the client record?
  • Between-session delivery. Can a client see goals, tasks, habits and check-ins after the call, or does the relationship move to email and a spreadsheet?
  • Total stack cost. The plan price plus everything you would have to add to cover scheduling, contracts and delivery.
  • Setup effort. How long it takes to get a credible site and funnel live, and whether someone will build it for you.

Tools built mostly for high-volume marketing score lower on delivery; tools with the most marketing power still win specific scenarios, and we say which.

1. Coachful: best overall funnel builder for executive coaches

Coachful wins when your funnel has to end in a real coaching engagement rather than a download. It is a coaching platform where the website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, payments, programs and client app share one login for you and one branded app for your client.

Coachful covers the part of the executive funnel other builders skip. A prospect lands on a page built with the section-based website builder, downloads a guide through a lead-magnet funnel, gets a multi-step email sequence, applies through an application funnel, books a chemistry call, signs your coaching agreement and pays or receives an invoice. The same person then becomes a client record with goals, notes, intake answers, sessions and payments in one place.

Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a free webinar, a lead magnet and a program launch.

Funnels built for applications, not impulse buys

Coachful includes booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with about 25 funnel templates to start from. Funnels support Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, so you can tell whether a LinkedIn post or a conference talk produced the application. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership, which matters for executives who take months to decide.

Checkout handles one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. For corporate sponsors, you can send manual invoices alongside the invoice created for each transaction.

Here is a short walkthrough of the funnel builder:

Chemistry calls, intakes and agreements in the same flow

Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Each call can use built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link, which suits clients whose companies standardize on Teams. Intake questions on the booking form capture role, sponsor and goals before you meet. Email reminders are standard, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders run once messaging is enabled.

The Intakes page shows total, upcoming and converted intake calls with a conversion rate, and the Prospects view lists every lead with the form or resource that brought them in and their stage. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, so confidentiality and scope are settled before session one. More on that on our coaching contracts page.

What happens after the executive says yes

This is the part a pure funnel builder cannot match. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which helps you notice a busy executive drifting before a sponsor asks how it is going. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions and drafts follow-up emails, and can give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours (see ICF hour tracking). Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability, staff permissions and round-robin or least-busy assignment for shared session types, useful for a small leadership coaching firm.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, or the "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Funnels and Website pages, you describe the funnel, site, sales page or email sequence you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your bio, logo and existing copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away: they got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our post on the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful falls short for executive coaches

Be clear about the limits before you switch. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams, so a firm selling enterprise contracts through a sales team will still want a separate CRM (our CRM guide for executive coaches covers that). There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not the place for clinical records. Clients use your branding inside the Coachful app rather than an app under your own App Store account.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams replacing four to six tools. It does not replace an enterprise CRM, clinical software or a general website builder for non-coaching sites. To start, open a free trial and request the free white-glove build of your funnel. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). 2. Kajabi: is it right for a leadership course library?

Kajabi wins when your executive practice earns a meaningful share of revenue from a self-paced leadership course, a paid community or a library of recorded programs, and one-to-one coaching sits alongside those products. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for knowledge businesses
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

For an executive coach, Kajabi's appeal is polish. A course called something like "Leading Through Reorganization" can sit behind a sales page, an email sequence and a checkout, and the platform is built around that flow. Communities let you host a cohort of new managers or a peer group of directors. The funnel and email tools handle the lead-magnet stage well.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual) with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts and 3 communities and websites. The standard trial is 14 days per Kajabi's help center; a card is optional, and if entered, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends.

Payment fees are the detail to read twice. With Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use another processor (excluding PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. On a single large engagement payment, that extra percentage adds up.

The bigger gap for executive coaches: Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, so the between-session work of an engagement lives somewhere else. Kajabi showed 3.4 on Trustpilot from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your main product is a self-paced course or paid membership sold to hundreds of buyers and one-to-one engagements are a smaller add-on.

3. ClickFunnels: when do paid-ad launches justify it?

ClickFunnels is the scenario pick for the executive coach who runs paid traffic to a webinar or a group leadership program and wants to test many page variants. It is a funnel and sales-page builder with email, courses, community, a store and appointments apps.

ClickFunnels homepage introducing its funnel and sales page builder
ClickFunnels's homepage in October 2026.

The appeal is that everything is organized around the funnel. If you plan to run LinkedIn or Meta ads to a "Leading Hybrid Teams" masterclass, then sell a cohort program on the replay page, ClickFunnels gives you the page types and split-testing habits that marketers are used to. Its email allowance is generous at the entry tier.

As listed in October 2026: Launch $97/mo ($81/mo annual) with 10K contacts, 50K emails a month, 1 workspace, 2 team members, 5 domains, 3 courses and 3 communities; Scale $197/mo ($164/mo annual) with 75K contacts and 5 team members; Optimize $297/mo ($248/mo annual) with 150K contacts and 10 team members; and a Dominate tier listed at $499.75/mo on annual billing. ClickFunnels advertises a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, and charges 0% commission on sales ("You'll keep every penny you make"); processor fees still apply.

What executive coaches lose: there are no client habits, check-ins or structured one-to-one coaching programs, so after the sale you are back to separate tools for delivery. Our older notes also record that funnels are proprietary and not portable, which matters if you ever move. The Launch plan's 3-course cap is fine for most coaches. ClickFunnels showed 4.7 on Trustpilot from 2,512 reviews in October 2026.

For a sense of whether you need launch machinery at all, our guides to the webinar funnel for coaches and the evergreen webinar funnel lay out the pages and emails involved.

Pick it over Coachful if paid advertising to a group offer is your main growth channel and you have someone dedicated to building and testing funnel variants every week.

4. GoHighLevel: does a multi-coach firm need an agency CRM?

GoHighLevel suits a leadership coaching firm with several coaches, a sales coordinator and heavy SMS or phone follow-up. It is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized into sub-accounts.

GoHighLevel homepage presenting its all-in-one marketing CRM for agencies
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

For an executive coaching firm, the draw is breadth and unlimited seats. Every plan includes unlimited users and contacts, so adding associate coaches does not raise the bill. Contracts and invoicing are built in, which covers the agreement stage that pure funnel builders skip.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited $297/mo ($247.50/mo annual) with unlimited sub-accounts; Agency Pro $497/mo ($414.17/mo annual); Enterprise priced on request. There is a 14-day free trial, and billing starts automatically at the end unless you cancel. HighLevel takes no platform fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides rather than the pricing page. HIPAA is a $297/mo add-on.

The trade-offs are learning curve and delivery. GoHighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine; you would have to simulate those with workflows and forms. Video calls run through Zoom or Google Meet links rather than built-in rooms. For a solo coach, the sub-account structure is more setup than the job needs. It showed 4.9 on Trustpilot from 15,250 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a firm with a dedicated operations person who will build workflows, and SMS or phone outreach to prospects is central to how you sell.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Kartra: who needs membership and helpdesk in one suite?

Kartra fits the executive coach who sells a membership or paid program to a larger audience and wants a helpdesk for member questions in the same suite. It bundles pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and helpdesk.

Kartra homepage presenting its pages, email, membership and calendar suite
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Consider a coach who runs a paid "emerging leaders" membership for corporate cohorts alongside private engagements. Kartra can host the membership, send the emails, take bookings on its calendars and route support tickets, which is more than most funnel builders offer at their middle tier.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/mo ($52/mo annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership, 10,000 emails a month and 30 AI uses; Starter $119/mo ($99/mo annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS and 5 team members; Growth $229/mo ($189/mo annual) with 12,500 contacts and 10 team members; Professional $549/mo ($429/mo annual) with 25,000 contacts. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Watch the entry plan. Essentials caps contacts at 500 and charges a 5% transaction fee; Starter and Growth are 0%. For an executive coach, 500 contacts fills quickly once a lead magnet starts working, and 5% on a large engagement fee is real money. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our older notes record no mobile app for students or admins. It showed 3.2 on Trustpilot from 129 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if a membership with a support desk is the center of your business and you expect to pass 2,500 contacts on the Starter plan or above.

6. Systeme.io: can you test an executive offer for free?

Systeme.io is the right call when you are validating a new executive offer and do not want a monthly bill until it sells. It is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, blog and an affiliate program.

Systeme.io homepage advertising its all-in-one marketing suite with a free plan
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Picture a coach moving from an internal HR role into private practice who wants to test a free "new director's first 100 days" guide before investing. Systeme.io's Free plan never expires and needs no card: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign.

As listed in October 2026, paid plans are Startup $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited $97/mo. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Systeme.io showed 4.9 on Trustpilot from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.

The limits for executive work show up after the opt-in. Our notes record no native one-to-one scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features and no branded mobile app. The free plan's single automation rule also makes a proper nurture sequence awkward. You will need separate tools for chemistry calls, agreements and delivery, which raises the real cost above the sticker price.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a lead-magnet page and a few emails to test demand, and you are happy to add booking and contracts later.

7. Stan Store: is a link-in-bio store enough for executives?

Stan Store wins one narrow case: you sell a fixed-price strategy session or a short digital guide directly from a LinkedIn, Instagram or newsletter bio link. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Some executive coaches use a paid "90-minute leadership reset" as a front door to larger engagements. Stan Store makes that easy: one page, a price, a booking and a payment.

As listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual) with unlimited products and customers and one store; Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual). Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 14-day free trial, and Stan's help center says the first month is charged when it ends. It showed 4.7 on Trustpilot from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.

Stan Store is not a CRM. It has no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins and no team seats advertised. For a six-month engagement with a sponsor, it covers only the very first transaction.

Pick it over Coachful if your entire offer is a fixed-price call or digital product sold from a bio link, and you do not run ongoing engagements.

How do the seven compare feature by feature?

Coachful is the only tool here that covers application funnels, booking, agreements and between-session delivery together; the others are stronger at marketing volume. "Not listed" means the vendor's pricing page and our October 2026 notes do not show the feature, so check before buying.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most funnel builders price by contacts, not clients, so the bill stays flat as your client roster grows but jumps when your email list does. Coachful prices by client count on lower plans and is unlimited on Pro. These are monthly list prices as of October 2026; the plan choices for other vendors are examples of what an executive coach would likely need.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat the price leaves out
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsPayment processing only
Kajabi$179 (Basic)$179 (Basic)$179 (Basic, up to 2,500 contacts)Booking, contracts, client delivery; extra fee on non-Kajabi processors

Systeme.io$17 (Startup)$17 (Startup)$17 (Startup)Booking, contracts, client delivery
Stan Store$99 (Creator Pro, for email)$99 (Creator Pro)$99 (Creator Pro)Contracts, invoices, client records, delivery

The right-hand column is the real cost. Every alternative needs at least a scheduler, an e-signature tool and somewhere to run the engagement. Our guide to scheduling software for executive coaches covers the booking piece if you go that way.

What do three realistic executive coaching stacks cost per month?

An all-in-one setup is usually the cheapest complete stack for a solo executive coach; a course-led stack costs the most, and a lean stack is cheap but incomplete. Here are three example stacks at monthly list prices as of October 2026.

StackToolsMonthly costStill missing
Coachful (all-in-one, 15 clients)Website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, payments, programsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsAn enterprise CRM, if you sell through a sales team

Lean test stackSysteme.io Startup ($17) + Stan Store Creator ($29)$46E-signature, calendar-synced 1:1 booking with intake, client records and delivery, each priced separately

The lean stack looks cheapest until you add the missing pieces. Each added tool is another subscription and another place a client's history can get lost.

How would an executive coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

An executive coach can have a lead magnet, application funnel, chemistry-call booking, agreement and first program running in a weekend, or ask the Coachful team to build it for free. Here is an example setup for an illustrative solo coach selling six-month leadership engagements to newly promoted directors.

Coachful's intakes and prospects screens on a laptop and tablet on a boardroom side table
Coachful's intake call tracking on the laptop and the prospects list on the tablet, both with demo data.
  1. Pick a homepage template. Choose a business design from the 30 homepage templates, such as Editorial, and keep the navigation short: About, How engagements work, Insights, Apply. Use the Import website option if you already have a site, or request the white-glove build.
  2. Build a lead-magnet funnel. Offer a guide such as "The new director's first 90 days" through a lead-magnet funnel template. Add your Meta Pixel or GA4 and UTM tags so you know whether LinkedIn posts or speaking slots drive opt-ins.
  3. Write a slow nurture sequence. Executives decide slowly. Set up a multi-step email sequence over four to six weeks with short leadership notes, one case pattern (described without client names) and a single invitation to apply. Use a branch to stop the sequence when someone applies.
  4. Create the application funnel. Ask for role, team size, whether a company will sponsor the engagement, the main challenge and preferred start date. These answers land on the prospect's record.
  5. Set up chemistry-call booking. Make a 30-minute session type with buffers, a minimum notice window and automatic Teams or Zoom links. Connect your Outlook or Google calendar so executive assistants can see real availability.
  6. Send the agreement before session one. Load your coaching agreement with confidentiality, scope, three-way sponsor terms and cancellation policy, and send it for e-signature before the first paid call. Have a lawyer review your template; agreements vary by country.
  7. Take payment the way the buyer pays. Self-funded clients can use a payment plan through your Stripe Connect account. For sponsored clients, send a manual invoice to the company's accounts team.
  8. Enroll the client in a program. Build a six-month engagement with monthly themes, weekly goals and a short weekly check-in. Michelle can draft the program from your outline and brief you before each session.
  9. Track hours as you go. Sessions count toward ICF hour tracking automatically, so your coaching log is ready when you apply for PCC or MCC.

Which mistakes cost executive coaches the most when building funnels?

The most expensive mistake is buying a marketing tool and discovering after the first sale that it cannot run the engagement. A few others come up often:

  • Using "buy now" for a scoped engagement. Executive engagements vary by scope and sponsor. An application and a call protect your time and your pricing.
  • Copying launch tactics from course creators. Countdown timers and fake scarcity read badly to senior leaders and HR buyers. A calm, specific page with one clear "apply" button works better.
  • Forgetting the sponsor. If a company pays, you need invoicing and an agreement that covers what the sponsor sees. A link-in-bio checkout cannot handle that.
  • Choosing a contact-capped plan for a list you plan to grow. Kartra Essentials (500 contacts) and Kajabi Basic (2,500) fill sooner than expected once a lead magnet works.
  • Ignoring percentage fees. A 5% platform fee or a 2% extra processor fee is small on a guide and large on a six-month engagement.
  • Buying agency software for a solo practice. Unlimited sub-accounts help a firm; for one coach they add setup time with no extra revenue.
  • Leaving between-session work to email. Commitments made in session fade without a structured check-in. If your tool cannot hold goals and check-ins, plan for another tool.

What is our verdict on the best funnel builders for executive coaches?

Coachful is the best funnel builder for most executive coaches because it handles the funnel and the engagement in one place: application, chemistry call, agreement, payment or invoice, then programs, check-ins and ICF hours. That makes the total stack cheaper and easier to run than a funnel tool plus three add-ons, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup effort.

The alternatives each have a clear lane. Choose Kajabi for a course-led business, ClickFunnels for heavy paid-ad testing, GoHighLevel for a firm with an operations lead and SMS-driven sales, Kartra for a membership with a helpdesk, Systeme.io to test demand at no cost, and Stan Store for a single fixed-price call sold from a bio link. If your firm sells enterprise contracts through a sales team, pair any of these with a dedicated CRM.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best funnel builder for executive coaches?

For most executive coaches, Coachful, because it runs the application funnel, chemistry-call booking, agreement, payment and the engagement itself under one login. Kajabi suits course-led businesses and ClickFunnels suits heavy paid-ad testing. Pick by how you sell, not by template count.

Do executive coaches need a funnel at all?

Most do, even if referrals bring in most clients. A simple funnel (a credible page, a guide, an application and a booking link) helps referred executives check you out and apply without an email back-and-forth. It also captures people who are not ready yet so you can stay in touch.

Should an executive coaching funnel use an application or a checkout?

Use an application for engagements priced on scope, and a checkout only for fixed-price items such as a guide or a single strategy session. An application lets you confirm fit, learn whether a company will sponsor the work and prepare for the call.

How do I handle corporate sponsors who pay by invoice?

Choose a tool that can send manual invoices and store a signed agreement on the client record. In Coachful you can send a manual invoice to the sponsor and keep the agreement with the client's sessions and notes. Check invoicing and tax requirements for your country with an accountant.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe the funnel, website, sales page or email sequence you want, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

Is ClickFunnels worth it for a solo executive coach?

Only if paid advertising to a group offer is your main channel. Launch is listed at $97 a month as of October 2026, and it has no client check-ins or structured coaching programs, so you would still need tools for booking, agreements and delivery. Most solo executive coaches sell through referrals, where that funnel power goes unused.

Can I use Systeme.io's free plan for an executive coaching business?

You can use it to test a lead magnet and a few emails at no cost, since the Free plan never expires and needs no card. It lacks native one-to-one scheduling with client records, so chemistry calls, agreements and delivery need other tools.

Does Coachful integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams. It does connect with Zapier, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Stripe, Meta Pixel and GA4.

Can a funnel builder track ICF coaching hours?

Most cannot, because they stop at the sale. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

Is client data safe in a funnel builder?

Treat session notes as confidential and keep them in a system with access controls and export. Coachful is GDPR-ready and exports full client data as a ZIP, but it is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong elsewhere. The European Commission's data protection pages explain GDPR duties if you coach clients in the EU.
