Best Webinar Platforms for Career Coaches: 10 Options Ranked

The best webinar platforms for career coaches do more than broadcast a slide deck. For a career coach, a webinar is usually the front door: a resume teardown, a LinkedIn profile clinic or a "how to negotiate your offer" session that turns strangers into discovery calls and then into paying clients. So the deciding question is not "which tool streams video best?" It is "which tool gets a job seeker from registration to a booked call to a paid program with the fewest handoffs?"
Our pick is Coachful, because it runs the registration funnel, the follow-up emails, the booking page, the payment, the coaching agreement and the program your new client joins under one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the "Pick it over Coachful if..." line at the end of every entry. Some of the nine other tools are better at pure broadcasting, and we say where.
This guide starts with five questions about your practice. Answer them, use the table that maps answers to picks, then read the ranked sections and the cost table. If you want the wider picture first, our guide to webinar software for coaches covers the category across every niche, and best software for career coaches covers the rest of your stack.

What should a career coach answer before picking a webinar platform?
Answer these five questions before you compare features. Career coaching has a few habits that change which tool wins: your audience is often employed and watching at lunch or after work, many sessions are tactical teaching rather than inspiration, and a growing share of buyers are employers paying for outplacement or internal mobility programs.
- What happens after the webinar? If the goal is a discovery call and then a 6 or 12 week job-search program, you need booking, payment and program delivery right behind the webinar. If the goal is selling a recorded course, you need a checkout and a course area. If the webinar is the product (a paid salary negotiation workshop, say), you mostly need registration and payment.
- How many people attend live? A clinic for 15 people currently in your program is a group call. An open LinkedIn workshop that you promote to thousands of followers is a broadcast. The second needs attendee capacity and restreaming; the first does not.
- Is it live, replayed or evergreen? Career coaches often run the same "first 90 days of a job search" talk every month. If you will repeat it, check whether the tool supports on-demand or automated replays, or plan an evergreen webinar funnel around a recording.
- Who pays: individuals or employers? Individuals pay by card at checkout. Employers and outplacement firms want an invoice, a clear session list and sometimes a private cohort. Look for invoicing and group delivery, not only a ticket page.
- How many tools are you willing to connect? A webinar tool, an email tool, a scheduler, a payment link and a course platform can all be glued together with Zapier. Each extra login is another place where a registrant gets lost between "attended" and "booked a call".
Which platform fits your answers?
Use this table as a shortcut. Find the row that sounds most like your practice, then jump to that tool's section for limits and pricing.

| Your webinars live inside a paid alumni or job-seeker community | Circle | Community with events and live streams |
| Marketing-heavy launches with many pages and sequences | Kartra | Pages, funnels, email and memberships in one suite |

How did we rank these 10 webinar platforms?
We ranked on what a career coach actually needs around a webinar, using what each vendor documents on its own pages in October 2026 and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests. Where we could not verify a price on the vendor's site today, the entry says so instead of guessing.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey from registration to program, delivery between sessions after the webinar, total stack cost, and setup effort (including the free white-glove build where it exists).
| Platform | Rank | Best for | Starting price as listed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | 1 | Webinars that lead into coaching programs | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |

1. Coachful: why is it the best fit for career coaches who sell programs?
Coachful is a coaching platform where the webinar is one step in a client journey you build once. A career coach can run the registration page, the reminder and replay emails, the group call or webinar, the discovery-call booking, the payment, the coaching agreement and the job-search program itself without switching tools. Coaches log in once; clients use one branded app.

From registration page to discovery call
Coachful's funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, so you can see whether your LinkedIn posts or your newsletter filled the room. A typical career-coach setup is a registration page for "Fix your resume in 45 minutes", an email sequence with triggers, delays and branching for registrants who attended versus those who missed it, and a booking page at the end for a discovery call. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which matters when you serve job seekers in several countries. Intake questions on the booking form let you ask for the target role and a resume link before the call.
Group calls and webinars run on Coachful's built-in video, or Coachful creates Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links automatically if your corporate clients insist on one of those. Reminders go by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before. Here is the webinar flow in Coachful, step by step:

What happens after someone says yes
This is where dedicated webinar tools stop and Coachful keeps going. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time fees, subscriptions, payment plans for a 12-week program, coupons for a workshop cohort, plus an invoice per transaction and manual invoices for the employer paying for a laid-off team. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and stays on the client record.
The client then lands in a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks such as "send three tailored applications" or "reach out to two former colleagues", habits, morning and evening check-ins and progress bars. When you enroll a webinar cohort into a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so the people who met in your LinkedIn workshop keep talking in a community feed and group chat. The client record pulls together goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, and flags whether each client is thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which helps you notice the job seeker who went silent after two rejections.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft the webinar follow-up emails, outline a program, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).

Where Coachful is not the right tool
Coachful is built for coaches who deliver programs, not for event producers. It is not a course marketplace, it has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, and it does not take PayPal. Coachful has no permanent free plan; there is a free trial and flat monthly plans, where lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). If your main need is a 2,000-person broadcast restreamed to several social networks, pair a dedicated tool such as Livestorm with Coachful, or use it instead. More on the career-coach setup is on our career coaches page, and video calls are covered on video calls for coaches.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you need: a webinar registration funnel, a sales page for your job-search program, an email sequence, an event or webinar, a website. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, headshot and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. One recent build: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more in our white-glove service guide.

How a career coach sets up a webinar in Coachful
- Request the funnel through the white-glove form, or start from one of about 25 funnel templates.
- Write the registration page around one job-search outcome, for example "Land more interviews from the same applications".
- Create the webinar as a group session, on built-in video or an auto-created Zoom link.
- Build a three-email sequence: reminder, replay with a booking link, and a last call for the program.
- Add intake questions to the discovery-call booking page: target role, current situation, resume link.
- Publish a payment plan and attach your coaching agreement to the program offer.
- Enroll buyers into the program so their cohort group appears automatically.
Pick it over Coachful if... this is Coachful, so the honest version is: pick something else if you need very large public broadcasts, a course marketplace, or a CRM sync to Salesforce or HubSpot.
2. Livestorm: is it the strongest pure webinar tool for career coaches?
Livestorm is the best broadcast option here for coaches who run big, repeatable public webinars. Its pricing page lists separate products for live webinars, on-demand webinars and automated webinars.
Attendee-based pricing, explained
As listed on Livestorm's pricing page in October 2026, the Pro plan is priced per attendee credit: €2.50 per attendee at the 400-credit level the page shows by default. One credit is used for each unique participant per session over 12 months, whether they join live, watch the replay or watch on demand; team members are not counted. Pro includes sessions up to 4 hours, up to 3,000 live attendees per event, unlimited events and recording, and unlimited team members. Enterprise is custom-priced and adds sessions up to 12 hours plus native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot integrations. Restreaming to LinkedIn, YouTube and X is listed as an add-on, as is an AI clip studio for replays.
For a career coach, the restreaming add-on is the interesting part: a LinkedIn audience is where many of your prospects already spend time. The catch is cost predictability. Because you pay per attendee, a workshop that goes viral is a workshop that costs more, and as an example, 400 attendees at that rate comes to €1,000 in credits.
What Livestorm does not do is the coaching. There is no booking for 1:1 sessions, no client program, no check-ins and no coaching agreements, so you will still need a coaching platform for everything after the webinar.
Pick it over Coachful if... your webinars regularly draw hundreds of live attendees, you want on-demand replays as a product in their own right, or you need to restream to LinkedIn, and you are happy to run coaching in a second tool.
3. Zoom Webinars: should you stay with what employers already use?
Zoom Webinars is the default many career coaches reach for because their audience already has Zoom installed, and corporate HR teams buying outplacement workshops often prefer it. Zoom sells Webinars as a separate product from its Meetings plans, with registration, panelists and attendee roles.
Pricing we could not confirm
We tried to load Zoom's webinar pricing page today and could not retrieve a current price, so we are not quoting one. Zoom's webinar pricing has historically depended on attendee capacity, so check the page for the tier that matches your largest expected audience.
The fit for a career coach is narrow but real. Zoom is the room; it is not the funnel, the follow-up or the program. Most coaches using Zoom Webinars pair it with a separate email tool for reminders and a separate scheduler for discovery calls. Coachful can create Zoom links automatically for sessions you book through it, so you can keep Zoom for the live room and keep the rest of the journey in one place.
Public reviewers mostly praise Zoom's reliability and familiarity, and mostly complain about the number of settings and add-ons. For a solo coach running one workshop a month, Zoom Meetings with a registration link is often enough; check whether your audience size actually needs the Webinars product.
Pick it over Coachful if... an employer contract requires Zoom specifically, or you already pay for Zoom Webinars through a company and only need a live room.
4. Kajabi: does a course platform make a good webinar home?
Kajabi fits career coaches whose webinars sell a recorded course or membership, such as a self-paced "career change blueprint", more than they sell coaching. It bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email.

Plans and fees as listed
As listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic. If you use a provider other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds a fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The trial is 14 days, and some features stay locked until a paid plan starts.
For a career coach, the 2,500-contact cap on Basic matters: a few successful LinkedIn webinars can fill it. Kajabi also treats coaching as products and communities rather than per-client plans, so there are no habits or daily check-ins for a job seeker working through a 12-week search. For the live room, check Kajabi's current documentation for its own live features or plan to use a meeting tool. Public reviewers on Trustpilot give Kajabi 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026). We compare it in more depth in Kajabi alternatives for career coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if... your revenue comes mainly from selling recorded courses at volume and you do little 1:1 or small-group coaching.
5. Systeme.io: is the cheapest funnel tool good enough?
Systeme.io is the low-cost route for a career coach who wants a webinar funnel and email without a big monthly bill. Its free plan never expires and needs no card.

What the plans include
As listed in October 2026: Free $0/mo with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course; Startup $17/mo with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels; a plan named Webinar at $47/mo with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses; and Unlimited at $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing.
The limits show up after the webinar. Older profiles of Systeme.io report no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and only basic community and course features, with no branded mobile app. That means a career coach selling a coaching program still needs a scheduler and a place to deliver the program. Public reviewers rate it highly: Trustpilot 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen October 2026), and the praise centers on price.
If you want to build the funnel yourself first, our webinar funnel guide lists the pages and emails you need regardless of tool.
Pick it over Coachful if... you are testing your first webinar on almost no budget and do not yet sell an ongoing coaching program.
6. Paperbell: what if webinars are a side channel for 1:1 work?
Paperbell is a client-management tool for solo coaches built around booking, packages and payments. For a career coach, it suits a practice where most revenue comes from 1:1 resume and interview packages and the occasional webinar is a marketing extra.

Price check
Paperbell's pricing page blocked our request today, so we cannot quote a current price. Check it directly before comparing.
Paperbell is a direct substitute for part of Coachful: it handles the booking-and-package side well, according to public reviewers who value its simplicity. It is not a webinar platform, so you would run the live session in a meeting tool and the registration page and email sequence in other tools too. That is where the stack grows: a webinar tool, an email platform and Paperbell is three logins before you add a program or community. For career coaches who want cohort groups after a webinar, or daily tasks during a job search, that gap matters. Our Paperbell alternatives page compares it in more detail.
Pick it over Coachful if... you only sell 1:1 packages, never run programs, and want the simplest possible booking-and-payment setup.
7. Practice Better: does a wellness practice tool fit career coaching?
Practice Better is practice-management software built mainly for nutrition and wellness practitioners. It shows up on this list for career coaches who also work on burnout, stress or return-to-work after leave, and who want client records and programs in one place.

The pricing caveat
We did not verify Practice Better's current pricing today, so we are not quoting a figure; confirm it on Practice Better's own site.
The wellness framing is both its strength and its limit for this niche. Templates and terminology lean clinical and nutritional, which can feel off for a client preparing for a product-manager interview. It is not designed as a broadcast webinar tool either, so the registration funnel and marketing emails usually live elsewhere. For a career coach whose work is mostly job-search strategy, the extra clinical structure adds setup without adding value.
Pick it over Coachful if... your practice is primarily wellness coaching that touches careers, and you want a tool made for that framing.
8. Circle: is a community-first platform enough for webinars?
Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. It fits career coaches who run a paid job-seeker community or alumni network where weekly live sessions are a membership benefit.

Costs and platform fees
As listed in October 2026 (annual billing): Professional $89/mo, Business $199/mo, Scale $419/mo, with Circle Plus custom-priced. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial without a card.
For webinars, Circle's events and live streams work well when the audience is already inside your community. It is weaker as a top-of-funnel tool for strangers from LinkedIn, and it has no 1:1 scheduling, client management back office or per-client check-ins. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. See our Circle alternatives for career coaches and community platforms for career coaches for a deeper comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if... your business is a large membership community and 1:1 coaching is a small add-on.
9. Kartra: does a marketing suite earn its price here?
Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. Career coaches who run frequent launches with many landing pages may like having everything in a marketing-first tool.

Plan details
As listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/mo ($52/mo annual) with 500 contacts and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119/mo ($99/mo annual) with 2,500 contacts and 0% transaction fees; Growth $229/mo ($189/mo annual) with 12,500 contacts; Professional $549/mo ($429/mo annual). There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The 500-contact cap on Essentials is low for anyone promoting webinars on LinkedIn, and the 5% fee on that plan adds up on a program sale. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and older profiles note no mobile app for students and funnels that are not portable to other platforms. That last point is a switching cost to weigh before you build twenty pages in it. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if... you are primarily a marketer running frequent launches and you deliver coaching somewhere else.
10. GoHighLevel: when does an agency CRM make sense?
GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized around sub-accounts. It suits career coaching firms with several coaches or brands, or coaches who also run marketing for other businesses.

Pricing, plus metered usage
As listed in October 2026: Starter $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited $297/mo ($247.50/mo annual); Agency Pro $497/mo ($414.17/mo annual). SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered on top. There is a 14-day trial that bills automatically at the end.
For webinars specifically, HighLevel has no built-in video rooms; it uses Zoom and Google Meet links. It also has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine, so a 12-week job-search program would have to be simulated with workflows and forms. Public reviewers rate it 4.9 on Trustpilot from 15,250 reviews (seen October 2026), with a common theme that setup takes time.
Pick it over Coachful if... you run an agency or several brands and need sub-accounts more than client delivery tools.
Which features does each platform cover?
This matrix covers what a career coach needs around a webinar, based on vendor documentation and the notes above.
| Platform | Live room | Registration funnel | 1:1 booking | Coaching programs and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built-in video, or auto Zoom, Meet, Teams links | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Livestorm | Yes, live, on-demand and automated | Event registration | No | No |
| Zoom Webinars | Yes | Registration only | Separate product | No |
| Kajabi | Check current docs | Yes | Check current docs | No per-client plans |
| Systeme.io | Check current docs | Yes | No native | No |
| Paperbell | Via meeting tool | No | Yes | Packages, not its focus |
| Practice Better | Check current docs | No | Yes | Wellness-focused |
| Circle | Events and live streams | Limited | No | No |
| Kartra | Check current docs | Yes | Calendars | No |
| GoHighLevel | Zoom or Meet links | Yes | Yes | Via workflows only |
What do these platforms cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Webinar tools rarely price by coaching client, so this table shows the plan a career coach would realistically need at each client count, as listed in October 2026. Livestorm charges by attendee, not client, so its row uses the example of 400 attendee credits a year. Numbers exclude payment processing and any separate scheduler or email tool you would add.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Livestorm (plus a coaching tool) | €1,000 for 400 attendee credits (example) | €1,000 for 400 attendee credits (example) | €1,000 for 400 attendee credits (example) |
| Zoom Webinars (plus a coaching tool) | Not verified | Not verified | Not verified |
| Kajabi | $179/mo Basic | $179/mo Basic | $179/mo Basic (watch the 2,500-contact cap) |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $47/mo | $47/mo Webinar | $47/mo Webinar |
| Paperbell (plus a webinar tool) | Not verified | Not verified | Not verified |
| Practice Better | Not verified | Not verified | Not verified |
| Circle (plus a coaching tool) | $89/mo annual | $89/mo annual | $89/mo annual |
| Kartra | $119/mo Starter | $119/mo Starter | $119/mo Starter |
| GoHighLevel | $97/mo plus usage | $97/mo plus usage | $97/mo plus usage |
We put Kartra at Starter rather than Essentials because Essentials caps contacts at 500 and adds a 5% transaction fee. The rows marked "plus a coaching tool" or "plus a webinar tool" are incomplete stacks; add the cost of whatever covers the missing half. Our email marketing platforms for career coaches guide helps price the email piece if you build a split stack.

What red flags and switching costs should career coaches watch for?
The biggest risk is not picking a weak webinar tool. It is building a funnel you cannot move later, or a stack where attendees fall through the gaps. Watch for these.
- Contact caps that a single good webinar can break. Kajabi Basic stops at 2,500 contacts and Kartra Essentials at 500. A well-shared LinkedIn workshop can push you into the next tier within a month.
- Per-attendee pricing on open events. Livestorm's attendee credits are fair for planned events but make viral sessions expensive. Gate big public sessions behind registration so you know the number in advance.
- Platform fees on top of processing. Kajabi (with non-Kajabi processors), Kartra Essentials and Circle all add a percentage to sales. On a payment-plan program sold to 20 webinar attendees, that percentage is real money.
- No path from webinar to booking. If the tool cannot put a booking link in a replay email with the registrant's details carried over, you will lose people between "watched" and "booked".
- Funnels that do not export. Kartra's funnels and memberships are reported as not portable. Before building, ask what you can take with you. Coachful exports client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.
- Clinical framing for a non-clinical service. Career coaching is not therapy. If a client shows signs of depression or crisis after a layoff, refer them to a licensed professional; do not let a wellness tool's templates suggest otherwise.
- Migration effort. Moving recordings, email lists and client histories takes time. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove build can rebuild your webinar funnel.
If you run cohorts after your webinars, our guide to group coaching platforms for career coaches covers the delivery side in more depth.
What is our verdict on webinar platforms for career coaches?
For most career coaches, the webinar exists to fill a program, so the platform that wins is the one that owns the whole path. Coachful runs the registration funnel, reminders, live group call or webinar, discovery-call booking, payment, agreement and multi-week job-search program under one login, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work.
Choose Livestorm or Zoom Webinars if your public events regularly run into the hundreds and you accept running coaching elsewhere. Choose Kajabi if you mainly sell recorded courses. Choose Systeme.io if you are testing your first webinar on almost no budget. For anyone else, start with Coachful and add a broadcast tool only if your audience outgrows group calls. Business coaches face similar trade-offs; see webinar platforms for business coaches.
What Coachful is, in short: a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo coaches to small teams, covering booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant. It is not HIPAA-certified, does not take PayPal and has no permanent free plan. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build.
FAQ
What is the best webinar platform for a career coach just starting out?
If you plan to sell a coaching program after the webinar, Coachful is the simplest start because the funnel, booking, payment and program live together. If you only want to test whether anyone attends, Systeme.io's free plan is the cheapest experiment. Either way, keep the first webinar small and focused on one job-search problem.
Do I need a dedicated webinar tool or is a group call enough?
For audiences under a few dozen people, a group call with a registration page is usually enough. Dedicated tools such as Livestorm or Zoom Webinars earn their cost when you expect hundreds of live attendees, need on-demand replays or want to restream to LinkedIn.
Can I run webinars for employers and outplacement clients?
Yes. Employers usually want an invoice, a private session and a clear attendee list. Coachful supports manual invoices, group sessions and cohort groups created on enrollment, and can create Zoom or Teams links if the employer requires them.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a webinar funnel, an email sequence or a sales page, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Should I record my career webinars and reuse them?
Usually yes. A recorded resume or LinkedIn workshop can become a lead magnet or an evergreen funnel. Plan the follow-up emails around the replay, and refresh the recording when hiring conditions or platform features change.
How much should a webinar platform cost a solo career coach?
Prices in this guide range from a free plan to several hundred dollars a month, as listed in October 2026. Compare the full stack, not the webinar line alone: add the cost of email, scheduling and program delivery if the tool does not include them.
Is a webinar platform the same as coaching software?
No. Webinar tools host the live room and registration. Coaching software handles clients, sessions, payments and programs. Coachful covers both for group calls and webinars; tools like Livestorm cover only the first. Our coaching software for career coaches guide covers the second.
Do webinar hours count toward ICF credential hours?
ICF sets its own definitions of coaching hours, so check its current requirements rather than assuming a teaching webinar counts. Coachful tracks your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
Can I move my webinar funnel from another platform to Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild a webinar funnel and its emails from reference links you provide. Check your old platform's export options first, since some funnels are not portable.
