Buffer vs Planoly for Coaches: Which Fits in 2026?

If you are weighing Buffer vs Planoly as a coach, the short version is this: Buffer is the better pure scheduler, with a low per-channel price, more supported networks and a free plan that covers three accounts. Planoly is the better Instagram-first tool, with a visual grid planner, keyword auto-DMs and a Creator Store that can sell digital products and paid 1:1 consultations on every paid plan. Neither one runs your coaching itself: no client records, no programs, no check-ins between sessions.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that includes a social planner and Instagram automations alongside booking, payments, programs and a client app. So this article does three things. It compares Buffer and Planoly honestly, using what each vendor documents as listed in October 2026. It shows which coach should pick which. And it explains when Coachful, the third option, beats both, and when it does not.

What is the short answer on Buffer vs Planoly?
Pick Buffer if you post to many networks and want the cheapest reliable scheduler; pick Planoly if Instagram is your main channel and you want to sell from your link in bio. Pick neither on its own if what you actually need is a way to book, bill and coach clients after they find you.
- You post to LinkedIn, X, Bluesky or Google Business Profile: Buffer. Planoly treats X as reminder-only and does not support Bluesky or Google Business Profile.
- You live on Instagram and care how your grid looks: Planoly. Its visual grid planner is the reason most people choose it.
- You want comment-to-DM automation: Planoly includes Instagram auto-DMs on every paid plan. Buffer lists no DM or auto-reply automation.
- You want to sell a PDF, a mini course or a paid call from your bio link: Planoly's Creator Store does this with no Planoly cut of sales. Buffer's Start Page is a simple link page with no checkout.
- You want to spend nothing: Buffer's Free plan covers up to 3 channels on desktop and mobile. Planoly's Free plan is mobile-app only, with 10 uploads per month.
- You have a team or an assistant: Buffer's Team plan gives unlimited users per channel. Planoly's Starter allows one user; Growth allows two.
- You want posting, booking, payments, programs and the client app under one login: Coachful. More on that below.
How do Buffer and Planoly compare side by side?
Buffer is a publishing and analytics tool priced per channel, while Planoly is an Instagram-led planner priced per workspace with a storefront attached. The table puts both next to Coachful.
Ranking criteria for coaches: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).
| Tool | Best for | Publishes to | DM automation | Sells and books | Client delivery | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who want marketing and client delivery in one place | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube | Instagram: comments, DMs, story replies, mentions, new followers | Booking pages, checkout, subscriptions, payment plans, agreements | Programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, branded app | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Buffer | Coaches posting to many networks on a budget | Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Substack | None listed | No (Start Page link-in-bio only) | None | Free for 3 channels; $6 per channel monthly or $5 yearly (Essentials) |
| Planoly | Instagram-first coaches selling small digital products | Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest (X reminder-only) | Instagram keyword auto-DMs on comments and DMs | Creator Store: digital products, courses, memberships, paid 1:1 consultations | Course and membership delivery through the store; no programs or client portal described | Free mobile plan; Starter $16 monthly or $14 yearly |

Buffer's own positioning is plain: it publishes, measures and helps you reply to comments. Its documentation does not describe a booking calendar, client records, payments, programs or courses, and it does not pretend to. That focus is why its pricing is low and its network list is long.

Planoly started as a visual planner for Instagram and has grown sideways into selling. Every paid plan includes the visual grid, an AI caption writer, analytics with shareable reports, Instagram DM and comment automation, and Creator Store with a basic CRM for email. It is closer to a creator toolkit than a pure scheduler.
How much do Buffer and Planoly cost?
For one coach on three networks, Buffer Essentials costs $18 a month billed monthly or $15 a month billed yearly, and Planoly Starter costs $16 a month or $14 a month billed yearly. The gap widens or flips as you add channels, people and a link-in-bio page.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | What the price covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Flat monthly plans (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) | Not per channel or per user | Social planner, Instagram automations, booking, payments, programs, courses, community, website, email, AI assistant; lower plans cap clients, Pro is unlimited |
| Buffer Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time, 1 user, 30 days of Insights |
| Buffer Essentials | $6 per channel | $5 per channel | Unlimited scheduled posts (fair use 5,000 per channel), full Insights history, reports, hashtag manager, first comment, 1 user |
| Buffer Team | $12 per channel | $10 per channel | Everything in Essentials plus unlimited users, approval workflows, access levels, branded reports |
| Planoly Free | $0 | $0 | Mobile app only, 10 uploads per month |
| Planoly Starter | $16 | $14 | 1 Social Set (one account per network), 1 user, unlimited uploads, auto-DMs, Creator Store; no add-ons |
| Planoly Growth | $28 | $24 | 2 Social Sets, 2 users; extra Social Sets $10 a month, extra users $5 a month |
| Planoly Pro | $55 | $47 | 6 Social Sets, 6 users; extra Social Sets $8 a month, extra users $3 a month; Pro-labelled booking extras |

Three details on Buffer's page change the real cost. First, the price is per connected channel, and a Start Page link-in-bio page also counts as a channel on paid plans. Second, monthly rates fall above 10 channels (to $4 per channel for channels 11 to 25 on both paid plans), which matters for agencies, not most coaches. Third, the yearly discount is described as "save 2 months" on the cards and "a 20% discount" in the FAQ; two months is closer to 17%, so check the checkout total. Buffer offers a 14-day trial of Essentials or Team, and if you add no payment details the account drops back to Free.

Planoly's pricing page loads with annual billing switched on, so the first numbers you see ($14, $24, $47) are yearly prices billed upfront. Monthly billing is $16, $28 and $55, confirmed in Planoly's help article on choosing a paid plan. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. One trap: if you already pay for Planoly through the App Store or Google Play and buy a web plan, Planoly says you are charged immediately. The top tier is called Pro on the pricing page and Professional in the help center; it is the same plan.
Worked example: what a typical coach actually pays
Here is an example for one solo coach who posts to Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and wants a link-in-bio page. These are calculations from the published prices, not quotes.
| Setup | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (one coach, about 15 clients) | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Flat plan, not per channel | Includes link-in-bio page that sells, booking, payments and client delivery; 0% Coachful platform fee, Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Buffer Essentials, 3 networks | $18 | $15 | Buffer's own example total |
| Buffer Essentials, 3 networks plus Start Page | $24 | $20 | The Start Page counts as a fourth channel |
| Buffer Team, 3 networks (coach plus an assistant) | $36 | $30 | Unlimited users and approval workflows |
| Planoly Starter | $16 | $14 | Creator Store and auto-DMs included; 1 user only |
| Planoly Growth (coach plus an assistant) | $28 | $24 | 2 users, 2 Social Sets |
On social scheduling alone, Planoly Starter is slightly cheaper than Buffer Essentials once you want a bio page, and it bundles selling and DM automation. Buffer wins if you can live within the Free plan, or if you need many networks Planoly cannot post to. Remember that neither figure includes a booking tool, a payment processor's fees, an email platform or a place to deliver coaching. If you are adding those up, our breakdowns of Calendly pricing and GoHighLevel pricing show what the rest of a typical stack costs.
Which tool publishes to more social networks?
Buffer publishes to more networks: twelve, against Planoly's seven with auto-posting. For a coach whose audience is on LinkedIn, X or Google Business Profile, that difference decides it.
| Network | Coachful | Buffer | Planoly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful coverage summary | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube | Twelve networks | Seven auto-posting, X as reminder |
| Yes | Yes (personal profiles reminder-only) | Yes | |
| Yes | Pages (groups reminder-only) | Pages | |
| Yes | Yes | Yes | |
| X | Yes | Yes | Reminder only |
| Threads | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| YouTube | Yes | Shorts | Yes |
| TikTok | No | Yes | Yes |
| No | Yes | Yes | |
| Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Substack | No | Yes | No |
If TikTok or Pinterest is central to how clients find you, both Buffer and Planoly cover it and Coachful does not. That is a real limit, and we would rather you know it now.
Planning: queue versus grid
Buffer is built around a queue and a visual calendar: you set posting times per channel and drop posts into slots. It also schedules a first comment on Instagram and LinkedIn on paid plans, which coaches use for hashtags or a link. Planoly is built around the Instagram grid: you drag images and reels around until the feed looks right, then schedule. If your brand depends on a consistent visual feed, that preview is the single strongest argument for Planoly.
AI writing help
Both include AI help on every plan. Buffer's AI Assistant for writing and repurposing posts is unlimited even on Free. Planoly includes an AI idea generator and caption writer on paid plans. Coachful's planner also offers AI help with post ideas and captions, and Michelle, its built-in assistant, works from your live practice data when drafting emails and content.
Analytics and reporting
Buffer is stronger on analytics. Free keeps 30 days of Insights; Essentials keeps unlimited history, adds custom analytics, reports and UTM parameters, and exports Insights as CSV, Markdown or PDF. Planoly includes analytics with shareable reports on paid plans; a CSV export is described in an older Planoly blog guide. Coachful does not have a social analytics dashboard, so if you report post performance to yourself every week, Buffer does that job better. Coachful's analytics cover the business side instead: revenue, client activity, funnels, retention and email.
How do comments and DMs work in Buffer and Planoly?
Buffer helps you reply to comments but does not touch DMs; Planoly automates Instagram DMs from keywords. For coaches who run "comment GUIDE and I will send it" posts, that is the main functional difference.
Buffer's community inbox collects comments from connected networks and suggests AI replies (5 suggestions a week and 1 saved reply on Free, unlimited on paid plans). Buffer's own help article on comments says direct messages are not part of the inbox, and no auto-reply automation is listed.
Planoly's auto-DMs send an automatic response when someone uses a keyword in a comment, a DM or both, on every paid plan. That covers the classic lead-magnet flow. Planoly does not list a shared inbox for other networks.

Coachful's Instagram automations work in the same territory and go one step further on where the lead ends up. Triggers include a DM, a comment on a post (optionally only when it contains keywords you choose), a story reply, a mention, or a new follower where Meta supports it. Actions send a DM, reply publicly to the comment, send a DM with buttons or quick replies, or send an AI-written reply (1 AI credit per reply). The usual setup: someone comments a keyword, gets your booking link, lead magnet or checkout in a DM, and lands in the same Coachful lead and client records you coach from. Coachful does not automate WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok or SMS DMs, and it does not capture email addresses inside the DM.
Can you sell or book coaching sessions from Buffer or Planoly?
You can with Planoly, within limits, and you cannot with Buffer. Planoly's Creator Store sells and books; Buffer's Start Page only links out.
Buffer Start Page is a simple link-in-bio landing page on every plan. It has no checkout, no booking and no customer list. On paid plans it counts as a billable channel. If you use Buffer, your booking and payment tools live elsewhere, which is how most coaches end up with five or six logins.
Planoly Creator Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital downloads, e-courses, memberships, live events, merch and paid 1:1 consultations, included on every paid plan with no Planoly cut of sales. Checkout runs through your own Stripe or PayPal account, so you pay only their processing fees. Paid 1:1 bookings support availability windows, buffers, Google Calendar sync, Zoom or Google Meet links and client self-rescheduling. Outlook sync is not mentioned, and custom confirmation emails and a secondary calendar for conflict checks are labelled Pro in the help center. The built-in CRM stores customer contacts and sends automated email flows and broadcasts. What Planoly does not describe: structured coaching programs, session notes, coaching agreements or a client portal.
That makes Planoly a reasonable choice for a coach who sells a low-priced workbook and the occasional paid call. It becomes thin the moment you sell a 12-week program with weekly check-ins, because the store sells the program but has nowhere to run it.
What do your clients experience with each tool?
With Buffer, clients experience nothing directly: Buffer only touches your audience through your posts. With Planoly, buyers see a storefront, a checkout, a booking page and your emails. With Coachful, clients get one branded app for the entire relationship.
The client experience is where social tools stop. A prospect who books through Planoly gets a confirmation and a meeting link. After that, their homework, your notes, their progress and your messages live in other tools: a shared doc, an email thread, a messaging app, maybe a course platform. Every extra login is a place a client can drift away from.

In Coachful, the same person who replied to your Instagram post can book a call, sign your coaching agreement before the first session, pay, and then open your branded app to find their program for the week, their habits, morning and evening check-ins and goals with progress bars. You see their status as thriving, active, quiet or at risk on the client record, next to their intake answers, notes and payments.

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?
Match the tool to how clients find you and what happens after. Here are the honest fits.
- Business, executive, career or sales coaches who live on LinkedIn: Buffer over Planoly. LinkedIn, X and Google Business Profile are better served, and analytics are deeper. See also our page for executive coaches.
- Wellness, mindset, confidence and life coaches who grow on Instagram: Planoly over Buffer, for the grid preview, auto-DMs and the Creator Store.
- Coaches with an assistant or a VA who drafts posts: Buffer Team, because approval workflows and unlimited users cost per channel, not per person.
- Brand-new coaches spending nothing yet: Buffer Free. Three channels and 10 queued posts each is enough to build a habit of posting.
- Coaches selling small digital products from Instagram: Planoly Starter, because the storefront and the scheduler come in one subscription.
- Coaches whose main product is a program, a membership or ongoing 1:1 coaching: neither on its own. You need somewhere to deliver the coaching, which is where Coachful fits.
If you are still choosing between schedulers, we have compared the neighbours too: Buffer vs Later, Planoly vs Later, Buffer vs Hootsuite and Metricool vs Buffer.
Is there a third option that beats both Buffer and Planoly?
For coaches whose income comes from clients rather than content, yes: Coachful replaces the scheduler and the four or five tools that sit behind it. For coaches who mainly need deep social publishing and analytics, no: a dedicated scheduler stays the better choice.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, a social planner, Instagram automations and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and is rated 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews, as listed in October 2026 (Buffer shows 4.2 from 146 reviews and Planoly 3.2 from 61 at the same time).
Who it is for. Life, health, fitness, business, mindset and relationship coaches who want the post, the DM, the booking, the payment and the coaching to sit in one system. There are dedicated pages for life coaches, mindset coaches and coaches who are just starting.
When Coachful beats both
- Your leads need somewhere to go. A keyword comment becomes a DM with your booking link or checkout, and the person lands in your lead and client records. With Buffer there is no DM automation at all; with Planoly the contact lands in a store CRM that is separate from where you coach.
- You run programs, not one-off calls. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, check-ins and streaks are delivered in the client's branded app. Cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls.
- You want booking to behave like a coaching tool. Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links; intake questions on booking; session credits. Planoly's bookings do not mention Outlook sync.
- You want to take payment properly. Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account handles one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only processing.
- You want a real website, not only a bio link. A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates, funnels, email sequences and a link-in-bio page that sells.
- You are tracking ICF hours. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log. See ICF hour tracking.

Here is a short walkthrough of how the client journey fits together inside Coachful:
When Coachful does not beat them
- TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon or Substack: Coachful's social planner publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube only. Buffer covers all of those other networks; Planoly covers TikTok and Pinterest.
- Social analytics: Coachful has no social analytics dashboard. Buffer's Insights, reports and exports are the stronger choice.
- A unified social inbox: Coachful does not offer one. Buffer's community inbox handles comments across networks.
- A visual Instagram grid preview: Planoly's grid planner is its signature feature; Coachful schedules posts from a calendar.
- PayPal checkout: Planoly's Creator Store supports PayPal. Coachful does not.
- A permanent free plan: Buffer and Planoly both have one. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.
- You are a pure content creator: if you have no clients to deliver to, a scheduler is the right size of tool.
Coachful also does not do some things worth stating plainly: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records; the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account; there is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration; and the affiliate program records payouts manually rather than sending them.
Why Coachful stands out
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Moving off two or three tools is the part most coaches dread, so the Coachful team will build things for you through the free white-glove build service, on every plan. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" card lets you describe what you want: a website, a funnel, an offer or sales page, a program, a course outline, a coaching flow, an email sequence, a link in bio, a lead quiz, a webinar or an automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Some recent anonymized builds give a sense of scope. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start. Begin a free trial, connect Stripe or Razorpay and your Instagram professional account, then ask the team to build your website or first funnel. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click.
How would a coach replace Buffer or Planoly with one system?
The practical move is to keep posting while you rebuild what sits behind the post: the DM, the booking, the checkout and the program. Here is a sequence that keeps nothing broken in between.
- Pick the offer that pays. Usually a 1:1 package or a group program. Build it as an offer in Coachful, or ask the team to build the sales page.
- Connect payments and calendars. Stripe Connect or Razorpay, plus Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendar sync, so booking pages respect your real availability.
- Add the coaching agreement. Coachful sends it for e-signature before the first call and stores it on the client record. See coaching contracts.
- Rebuild the bio link. Replace the Start Page or Creator Store with Coachful's link-in-bio page that sells, pointing at the booking page, the lead magnet and the checkout.
- Recreate your keyword automations. Each Planoly auto-DM becomes a Coachful Instagram automation that sends the same link, so the lead lands in your records.
- Move scheduling last. Once the back end works, schedule posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from Coachful's planner. If TikTok or Pinterest matters to you, keep Buffer Free for those channels alongside it.

Before cancelling Planoly, export what you can. Planoly documents a contact CSV import for the Creator Store but not a customer export, so check what your account allows and save buyer emails from your Stripe or PayPal records if needed. Buffer exports Insights on paid plans but cannot export scheduled posts directly, so copy any queued posts before you downgrade.
What about Later, Metricool and Hootsuite?
They are the other names that come up, and each fits a narrower case than Buffer or Planoly for a solo coach. Prices below are as listed in October 2026.
- Later is the closest match to Planoly: a visual Instagram grid planner with a Link in Bio page. Starter is $25 a month or $18.75 a month yearly, with 30 posts per profile per month, and X support ended in August 2025. Its Social Inbox for Instagram and Facebook DMs starts on Growth.
- Metricool pairs scheduling with strong analytics and a free forever plan (1 brand, 20 posts a month, no LinkedIn or X). Paid Starter starts at $20 a month yearly for up to 5 brands, and X needs a $10 a month add-on.
- Hootsuite is priced per user, from $99 a month yearly or $149 monthly on Standard, which is more than most solo coaches need.
For fuller lists, see our Buffer alternatives for coaches and Planoly alternatives for coaches, or browse every head-to-head on our comparison page.
What is the final verdict on Buffer vs Planoly for coaches?
Buffer is the better scheduler and Planoly is the better Instagram storefront, but both stop at the edge of your coaching. Buffer gives you more networks, deeper analytics, a usable free plan and cheap seats for a team. Planoly gives you a grid you can see, auto-DMs and a store that sells small products and paid calls without taking a cut.
If social media is the business, choose between them on networks and the grid. If social media is how people find the business, the real question is what happens after someone replies. Coachful answers that with one login for posting, Instagram DMs, booking, payments, programs and the client app, plus a free white-glove build to get you there. Explore more on the coaching software page.
Frequently asked questions
Is Buffer or Planoly cheaper for a coach?
For one coach on three networks, Buffer Essentials costs $18 a month monthly or $15 yearly, and Planoly Starter costs $16 or $14, as listed in October 2026. Add a Buffer Start Page and Buffer rises to $24 or $20, because the page counts as a channel. Buffer is cheapest if the Free plan's 3 channels and 10 queued posts per channel are enough.
Does Buffer or Planoly have a free plan?
Both do. Buffer's Free plan covers up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time and 1 user. Planoly's Free plan runs only in the mobile app and allows 10 uploads per month, resetting on the first of the month.
Can Buffer send automatic Instagram DMs?
No automation of that kind is listed. Buffer's community inbox handles comments with AI reply suggestions, and Buffer's help center says direct messages are not part of it. Planoly includes keyword auto-DMs on every paid plan, and Coachful includes Instagram automations triggered by comments, DMs, story replies, mentions and new followers.
Can I take bookings for coaching calls in Planoly?
Yes. Planoly's Creator Store sells paid 1:1 consultations with availability windows, buffers, Google Calendar sync, Zoom or Google Meet links and client self-rescheduling. Outlook sync is not mentioned, and it does not describe session notes, coaching agreements or a client portal.
Which tool supports TikTok and Pinterest?
Both Buffer and Planoly publish to TikTok and Pinterest. Coachful's social planner does not; it publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube. A coach who relies on TikTok can keep a scheduler for that channel and run everything else in Coachful.
Is Planoly only for Instagram?
No, though Instagram is where it is strongest. Planoly auto-posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest, and treats X as reminder-only. Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not supported.
Can Coachful replace both Buffer and Planoly?
For many coaches, yes: it schedules to six networks, automates Instagram DMs, and adds booking, payments, programs and a branded client app. It does not replace them if you need TikTok, Pinterest, social analytics dashboards, a unified social inbox or a visual grid preview. In those cases, pair Coachful with a scheduler.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included free on every plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Do Buffer or Planoly take a cut of my sales?
Buffer does not process sales at all. Planoly takes no cut of Creator Store sales; you pay Stripe or PayPal processing fees. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.
Which is better for a coach with an assistant?
Buffer Team, at $12 per channel monthly or $10 yearly, includes unlimited users and approval workflows. Planoly Starter allows only one user, so you would need Growth for two users or Pro for six. Coachful's team plans add coach seats with staff permissions.
