LinkDM vs ManyChat for Coaches: Honest 2026 Comparison

LinkDM vs ManyChat comes down to one question: do you only need Instagram comments turned into DMs with a link, or do you need a full chat automation system across several channels? LinkDM is the simpler, cheaper Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM tool, billed by DMs sent. ManyChat is the broader platform, billed by monthly active contacts, with email capture, a follow check, AI replies and channels like WhatsApp and TikTok on its paid plans. For most coaches, though, the DM is only the first step: the lead still has to book, pay, sign and start the program somewhere else.
This guide compares the two head to head using what each vendor lists on its pricing page and help center in October 2026, with worked cost examples. Then it covers a third option for coaches who would rather keep the DM, the booking and the client in one place. We make Coachful, so read that section knowing who wrote it; we have kept the LinkDM and ManyChat sections factual and said plainly where they beat us.
What is the short answer to LinkDM vs ManyChat?
Pick LinkDM if you want the lowest-cost way to send a link when someone comments a keyword on Instagram; pick ManyChat if you want email capture, a follower check, AI replies or channels beyond Instagram and Facebook. Here is the answer by use case:
- You post Reels and want "comment GUIDE, get the link" working today: LinkDM. Its Free plan covers comment-to-DM, story replies, mentions and Share to Inbox triggers for one Instagram account with up to 1,000 DMs a month.
- You want to collect emails inside the DM on a small budget: close call. LinkDM Pro (lead forms, Kit and Flodesk) is $19 a month; ManyChat Essential (data collection, Google Sheets) is $17 a month but only includes 250 active contacts.
- You want AI to answer DMs about your offers: ManyChat Pro. LinkDM's site and pricing page do not mention an AI reply agent.
- You sell through WhatsApp, TikTok, Messenger or SMS: ManyChat. LinkDM states it only works with Instagram and Facebook.
- A post goes viral now and then: LinkDM is easier to predict, because its Pro plan includes 25,000 DMs a month. ManyChat charges per extra contact once you pass your plan's allowance.
- You need connections to a CRM, email platform, Zapier or Stripe: ManyChat Pro and up. LinkDM lists Kit and Flodesk for lead forms, plus an API on Enterprise.
- You want the DM to land in the same place as bookings, payments, contracts and programs: neither. That is what the third option section below is about.
How do LinkDM and ManyChat compare side by side?
LinkDM is narrower and cheaper; ManyChat does more and costs more as your audience grows. Neither stores client records, books sessions or delivers programs, which matters for coaches more than for creators selling affiliate links.

We rank these tools for coaches on four things: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build). On those criteria Coachful comes first, and the head-to-head between the other two follows it.
| Rank and tool | What it is | Channels | Billed by | Lead capture in DM | AI replies | Bookings, payments, programs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (#1) | Coaching platform with Instagram automations built in | Instagram DM automation; social posting to six networks | Flat monthly plan by number of clients (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients) | DM sends a link to a Coachful form, funnel or booking page; no in-DM email field | AI-written DM replies (1 AI credit each) | Yes: booking, Stripe or Razorpay payments, contracts, programs, courses, community |
| LinkDM (#2) | Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM tool | Instagram, Facebook | DMs sent per month and Instagram accounts | Lead Gen forms on Pro (email, phone, custom questions) | Not mentioned on its site | No; sends links to your other tools |
| ManyChat (#3) | Multi-channel chat automation platform | Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, Telegram; WhatsApp, SMS, email from Pro | Active contacts per month | Data Collection from Essential | Manychat AI on Pro and up | No; Stripe and PayPal integrations for payments in chat (Pro) |
Why does LinkDM sit above ManyChat here, when ManyChat does more? For a coach whose goal is "comment a keyword, get my freebie or booking link," LinkDM's cost stays flat through a busy month and its setup has fewer moving parts. ManyChat wins for coaches who genuinely need AI, multi-channel or CRM integrations, and the rest of this article shows where that line falls.
How much do LinkDM and ManyChat cost?
LinkDM costs $0, $19 or $99 a month (or $182 and $832 a year for the paid plans); ManyChat costs $0, $17, $39, $99 or $199 a month, with lower annual rates and per-contact overages on every paid plan. The prices below are as listed in October 2026. ManyChat's live pricing page blocked our fetch, so its figures come from the official pricing page's own plan data as archived on October 9, 2026; check the live page before you buy.

| Tool and plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | What is included | Over the limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Unlimited clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Instagram automations plus booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, email and AI assistant | Flat plans; lower plans cap clients; AI builds and AI DM replies use AI credits |
| LinkDM Free | $0 | $0 | 1 Instagram account, up to 1,000 DMs a month, LinkDM branding on DMs | DM credit packs, from 1,000 DMs for $5 |
| LinkDM Pro | $19 | $182 a year (about $15.17 a month) | Up to 3 Instagram accounts, up to 25,000 DMs a month, no branding, lead forms, flows, Universal Triggers | Credit packs (20,000 for $15, 50,000 for $25) |
| LinkDM Platinum+ | $99 | $832 a year (about $69.33 a month) | Up to 10 accounts, up to 300,000 DMs a month, high-volume rate controls | Credit packs up to 1,000,000 for $350 |
| ManyChat Free | $0 | $0 | 25 active contacts a month, 2 channels, up to 4 live automations, ManyChat branding on first message | Upgrade required |
| ManyChat Essential | $17 | $14 a month ($168 a year) | 250 active contacts, unlimited automations, data collection, follower check, Google Sheets | $0.10 per extra contact ($0.082 on annual) |
| ManyChat Pro | $39 | $29 a month ($348 a year) | 2,500 active contacts, 3 channels including WhatsApp, SMS or email, Manychat AI, integrations | $0.05 per extra contact ($0.038 on annual) |
| ManyChat Business | $99 | $69 a month ($828 a year) | 7,500 active contacts, all channels, shared team inbox | $0.025 per extra contact ($0.018 on annual) |
| ManyChat Advanced | $199 | $139 a month ($1,668 a year) | 25,000 active contacts, all channels, 10 users | $0.004 per extra contact ($0.0028 on annual) |
A few details change the real bill. ManyChat says prices exclude tax and depend on your billing country. Extra ManyChat inbox seats are $25 each on Pro and above, and WhatsApp template messages are charged per delivered message from a prepaid wallet, separate from the plan. Third-party reviews say ManyChat moved to this five-plan structure in March 2026 and that older accounts may still sit on legacy pricing; we could not confirm the legacy terms on an official page. LinkDM's DM credit packs never expire and are shared across connected accounts. LinkDM also showed a temporary Black Friday promotion on annual plans when we checked, so the yearly price you see may differ for a few days.
What does a viral post cost on each tool?
The two tools count differently, so the same month can cost very different amounts. ManyChat counts a person once per month as an active contact, however many messages they get. LinkDM counts DMs sent. Here is an illustrative example, not a forecast: a coach's Reel gets 1,200 comments with the keyword, each commenter receives a three-message flow (link, follow-up, reminder), and nobody else is messaged that month.
| Example plan (monthly billing) | How the month is counted | Example cost that month |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Instagram automations are included in your Coachful membership; AI-written replies use 1 AI credit each, fixed-text replies do not | Your usual plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) |
| LinkDM Free | 1,200 people x 3 DMs = 3,600 DMs, 2,600 over the 1,000 allowance | $0 plus three 1,000-DM packs ($15), or one 20,000-DM pack ($15) |
| LinkDM Pro | 3,600 DMs, well inside 25,000 | $19 |
| ManyChat Essential | 1,200 active contacts, 950 over the 250 allowance | $17 + (950 x $0.10) = $112 |
| ManyChat Pro | 1,200 active contacts, inside 2,500 | $39 |
The lesson: on ManyChat, buy the plan whose contact allowance matches your best month, not your average one, or set the overage threshold ManyChat offers. On LinkDM, the plan limit is generous enough that most solo coaches will not hit it on Pro, and the free tier can be topped up cheaply.
How do comment-to-DM triggers compare?
Both tools cover the core Instagram triggers coaches use: comments on posts and Reels, story replies and story mentions. The differences are in the extras and in which plan unlocks them.
LinkDM lets the Free plan trigger on all comments or on specific keywords, emojis or @mentions, on story replies, story @mentions, posts shared to your inbox and Facebook comments. It also has Next Post (set the automation for a post you have not published yet) and up to four Inbox Starters. Pro adds the public comment reply, Universal Triggers (one keyword that works across posts, Reels, stories, Live, ads and inbox DMs), DM sequences and reminders, a DM Planner, auto-DMs from ads and boosted posts, Live auto-replies and Rewind, which back-sends DMs to people who commented before you set up the automation. Rewind is useful for a coach who posts first and remembers the automation later.
ManyChat includes Comment to DM with a public reply, keyword triggers, story reply and mention replies, Follow to DM (a welcome message to new followers), Live to DM, conversation starters, a default reply, and referral links and QR codes on its Free plan, along with 60+ templates. Essential adds tags, conditions, randomizer A/B tests and DMs from Meta ads and boosted posts. The catch is the Free plan's 25 active contacts and four live automations, which most coaches would outgrow in a single post.
For a coach, the trigger lists are close to equal. LinkDM gives more away on its Free plan; ManyChat gives you branching logic and testing once you pay.
Which one captures leads and emails better?
Both can collect an email inside the DM on a paid plan; ManyChat sends it to more places, while LinkDM is cheaper at volume. Neither does it on its Free plan.
- LinkDM Pro: Lead Gen forms collect email, name, phone, date of birth, multiple choice and custom questions inside the DM, with up to 10 forms of 10 fields. Submissions can go to Kit or Flodesk, or be downloaded. Its help center notes that leads expire after 12 months, so download them regularly.
- ManyChat Essential: Data Collection captures emails, phone numbers and text answers, with Google Sheets as the integration. CRM and email integrations (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Kit, Flodesk, ActiveCampaign and more) need Pro.
Follow-gating, where someone must follow you before they get the link, is a ManyChat Essential feature called Follower Status Check. LinkDM Pro lists a Follower Growth Tool, but the pages we checked do not explain how it works, so do not assume it gates links the same way. Whether follow-gating is a good idea for a coach is another matter: it adds a step between a warm prospect and your offer.
If your email platform is Kit, both tools connect, LinkDM on its $19 plan and ManyChat on its $39 plan. Our Kit pricing breakdown covers what that side of the stack costs.
Does either tool have AI replies?
ManyChat does on Pro and above; LinkDM does not mention one. ManyChat's current plans include Manychat AI on Pro, Business and Advanced: AI replies to DMs and FAQs from business knowledge you save, AI comment replies, AI goals, an AI step for lead qualification, and intent recognition. Pro also connects to outside AI models through its integrations.
LinkDM replies are keyword and template based. For many coaches that is fine: a person who comments "PLAN" wants the plan, not a conversation. AI replies earn their place when your DMs fill up with "how much is coaching?" and "is this right for me?" questions you cannot answer fast enough. Even then, read what the AI says about your prices and your scope. An AI that promises results or answers a health question you would normally refer out is a liability.
Which channels does each tool support?
LinkDM is Instagram and Facebook only; ManyChat covers Instagram, TikTok, Messenger and Telegram on every plan and adds WhatsApp, SMS and email from Pro. ManyChat's Free and Essential plans let you connect any two of Instagram, TikTok, Messenger or Telegram; Pro allows three channels including WhatsApp, SMS and email, and Business and Advanced allow all of them.
Account setup is similar. ManyChat's help center says Instagram must be a professional account (Creator up to 500k followers, Business above). LinkDM requires an Instagram Creator or Business account connected to a Facebook Page, with full admin access to both. Coaches who run a personal Instagram need to switch first.
| Tool | Comment, story reply and mention triggers | New follower message | Public comment reply | Email capture in the DM | Follow-gate | AI replies | Other DM channels | Where the DM leads |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes, comments optionally filtered by keyword | Yes, where Meta supports it | Yes | No; DM links to a Coachful form or funnel | No | Yes, 1 AI credit per reply | No (Instagram only) | The same lead and client records as bookings, payments and programs |
| LinkDM | Yes, Free | Follower Growth Tool on Pro (details not documented) | Pro | Lead Gen forms, Pro | Not documented | Not mentioned | Facebook comments only | A link to another tool |
| ManyChat | Yes, Free | Follow to DM, Free | Yes, Free | Data Collection, Essential | Follower Status Check, Essential | Pro and up | TikTok, Messenger, Telegram; WhatsApp, SMS, email from Pro | A link, a form or an integration |
How do limits, data and exports compare?
Your leads are easier to take with you from LinkDM's forms than from ManyChat as a whole, but neither documents a simple one-click export of every contact. This matters because the people who message you are the start of your client list.
- LinkDM: Lead Gen submissions can be downloaded; the file format and any full contact export are not documented, and leads expire after 12 months.
- ManyChat: responses from a Data Collection block export as CSV. To export all contacts, its help center describes pushing fields and tags to Google Sheets through an automation sent as a broadcast (rate limited to 250 Google Sheets requests per 100 seconds), or using the API.
Reputation is thin on LinkDM's side: we found no review-site rating for it (its Trustpilot profile did not load, and the Capterra listings we found are for a different product). ManyChat had a Trustpilot score of 2.1 from 309 reviews when we checked in October 2026. A Trustpilot score reflects the people who chose to write a review, often about billing or support, so treat it as one signal and read the recent reviews yourself.
Trials and refunds differ too. ManyChat offers 14 days for free on Essential and Pro (no trial on Business or Advanced) and a refund if you cancel within 30 days of buying. LinkDM lists no time-limited Pro trial and points to its Free plan instead.
What happens to the client after the DM?
With either tool, the DM hands the person off to something else: a lead magnet page, a booking calendar, a checkout, an email list. That handoff is where coaches lose people and time, because each tool keeps its own copy of the lead.
Picture the usual path. Someone comments "RESET" on your Reel. LinkDM or ManyChat sends a link. The link goes to a landing page on one tool, the booking happens in a scheduler (see our Calendly pricing guide), payment goes through a store like Stan (see Stan Store pricing), the contract is signed in yet another tool, and the program lives in a course platform or a shared folder. The person now has four logins and you have four lists that do not agree.
That is not a flaw in LinkDM or ManyChat; they are DM tools and say so. It is the reason to price the whole stack, not just the DM tool, before you decide. If you already have that stack and it works, keep it and pick the DM tool that fits your volume. If you are building from scratch, or you are tired of the stack, read the next two sections.
Which tool should you pick for your kind of coaching?
Match the tool to how you actually get clients. Most coaches fall into one of these patterns.
| If you are... | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: a coach who sells programs or 1:1 packages and wants the DM, booking, payment and delivery in one place | Coachful | Comment-to-DM sends people to your own booking page, funnel or checkout, and they land in the same lead and client records you coach from |
| A coach testing Instagram with a lead magnet and no budget | LinkDM Free | 1,000 DMs a month and the main triggers at $0 |
| A coach growing an email list from Reels | LinkDM Pro, or ManyChat Pro if you need more integrations | In-DM forms to Kit or Flodesk at $19; ManyChat adds more email platforms at $39 |
| A coach with a busy inbox of sales questions | ManyChat Pro | AI replies from your saved business knowledge |
| A coach selling through WhatsApp or TikTok | ManyChat Pro or Business | LinkDM does not support those channels |
| A coaching team or agency running several brands | ManyChat Business, or LinkDM Platinum+ for pure volume | Shared inbox and assignment on ManyChat; up to 10 accounts on LinkDM |
Fitness coaches who get most clients from Reels often fit the first row, since programs, check-ins and workout logging sit behind the DM (see Coachful for fitness coaches). Business coaches who sell high-ticket 1:1 work through a discovery call usually care most about getting from DM to booked call cleanly (see Coachful for business coaches).
Is there a third option besides LinkDM and ManyChat?
Yes: Coachful, a coaching platform with Instagram automations built in, so the DM, the booking, the payment and the program share one login. It beats both when you sell coaching and want fewer tools; it does not beat them when you need in-DM email capture, a follow-gate, WhatsApp or TikTok, or a plan with no monthly cost.

What Coachful is and who it is for
Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews. See the full picture on our coaching software page.
How Coachful's Instagram automations work
You connect your Instagram professional account under Connections, then set up automations under Manage, Your client experience, Automations. Triggers include a DM, a comment on a post (optionally only when it contains keywords you choose), a story reply, a mention, or a new follower where Meta supports it. Actions send a DM, reply publicly to the comment, send a DM with buttons or quick replies, or send an AI-written reply, which uses 1 AI credit per reply.

The typical setup: someone comments a keyword, gets your booking link, lead magnet or checkout in a DM, and lands in the same Coachful lead and client records you use for everything else. No export, no spreadsheet, no Zapier step.

Here is a short walkthrough of the Prospects area, where those leads are tracked:
Where the DM link goes
The link in the DM points to something you built inside Coachful. That can be a booking, application, lead-magnet or checkout funnel with pixels and UTM tracking, a booking page with availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, or a link-in-bio page that sells. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you pay only the processor's fees. A coaching agreement with e-signature can go out before the first call.

Read more on the website and funnel builder, scheduling and payments pages.
What the client sees after they pay
This is the part LinkDM and ManyChat do not touch. Once someone books or buys, they get your branded home inside the Coachful app: the next session, pre-session tasks, multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, plus courses, a community feed and group chat. Cohort groups are created automatically on program enrollment.

On your side, the client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions and drafts emails and content from your live practice data; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, and confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. See the AI coaching assistant and coaching CRM pages.

When Coachful beats LinkDM and ManyChat
- You sell coaching, not affiliate links, and want the DM to end in a booked call or a paid program without a chain of tools.
- You want one record per person, from first comment to final session.
- You would rather pay one flat plan than a DM tool plus a scheduler, a checkout, an email platform and a course host. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
- You also want to plan and publish posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar, with AI help on captions.
- You do not want to build the setup yourself (see the white-glove service below).
When LinkDM or ManyChat is the better pick
- You need to collect an email inside the DM itself, or gate a link behind a follow. Coachful sends a link to a form or funnel instead.
- You run DMs on WhatsApp, TikTok, Messenger or SMS. Coachful's DM automation is Instagram only.
- You want a plan that costs nothing month to month. LinkDM and ManyChat both have one; Coachful offers a free trial instead.
- You already have a booking, payment and course stack you like and only need the DM piece.
- You need Rewind-style back-sending to old comments, branching A/B tests, or a shared multi-agent inbox.
- Your clinical practice needs HIPAA: Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records.
Coachful also does not take PayPal, has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, so check those if they matter to you.
The free white-glove build
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, We'll build it for you, you describe what you want built: a website, a funnel, an offer or sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a link in bio, a lead quiz, an automation and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Recent builds give a sense of scope. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. For a coach coming from Instagram, a sensible request is "a lead-magnet funnel for my Reels keyword plus a booking page for discovery calls." Read more on the white-glove service page.
How to start
- Start a free trial and connect your Instagram professional account under Connections.
- Request a white-glove build for your lead magnet funnel, booking page or offer page, or pick one of the funnel templates.
- Set an automation: comment on a post with your keyword, then send a DM with a button to that funnel, booking page or checkout.
- Post the Reel and watch new leads appear in Prospects.
Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding if you are moving from other tools, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP at any time.
How do you set up a comment-to-DM funnel that ends in a booked call?
Whichever tool you use, the setup that works for coaches has the same five parts. The difference is how many tools it touches.
- One keyword per offer. Pick a word tied to the promise in the post ("RESET" for a 30-day reset guide). Keep it short and unusual so normal comments do not trigger it.
- A public reply. Reply to the comment so others see it works ("Sent, check your DMs"). This is on ManyChat Free, LinkDM Pro and Coachful.
- A first DM that gives before it asks. Deliver the guide or the link first. If you need an email, LinkDM Pro and ManyChat Essential can ask in the DM; with Coachful, the link goes to a lead-magnet funnel that captures it.
- One clear next step. A single button to book a discovery call or apply, rather than a list of links that splits attention.
- A follow-up that does not nag. LinkDM Pro flows, ManyChat sequences or a Coachful email sequence can send one reminder a day or two later.
Test the whole path from a second Instagram account before you post. Comment the keyword, open the DM, click every button, book a test call, and make sure the confirmation reaches you. Meta can change what third-party tools are allowed to do on Instagram, so check your automations after any big app update.
If you are weighing other DM tools too, our ManyChat alternatives for coaches roundup covers more options, and the comparison hub lists our other head-to-heads. Coaches considering an all-in-one marketing CRM instead can read our GoHighLevel pricing breakdown.
LinkDM vs ManyChat: frequently asked questions
Is LinkDM cheaper than ManyChat?
Usually, for Instagram-only use. LinkDM Pro is $19 a month for up to 25,000 DMs, while ManyChat Essential is $17 a month but includes only 250 active contacts before overages of $0.10 each. Once you need ManyChat Pro at $39 a month for AI or integrations, LinkDM is clearly cheaper, though it does less.
Does LinkDM have a free plan?
Yes. LinkDM Free covers one Instagram account and up to 1,000 DMs a month with comment, story reply, mention and Share to Inbox triggers. DMs carry LinkDM branding, and removing it requires Pro.
Can ManyChat's free plan handle a coach's Instagram?
Only for testing. ManyChat Free allows 25 active contacts a month and up to four live automations, does not collect emails, and adds "Powered by Manychat" text the first time you message someone. A single popular post will pass that limit.
Which tool collects emails inside Instagram DMs?
Both, on paid plans. LinkDM Pro has Lead Gen forms that can send answers to Kit or Flodesk, and ManyChat Essential has Data Collection with Google Sheets, with more email platforms on Pro. Coachful does not collect email inside the DM; it sends a link to a form or funnel that does.
Does LinkDM work with WhatsApp or TikTok?
No. LinkDM states that it only works with Instagram and Facebook. ManyChat supports TikTok on every plan and WhatsApp from Pro.
Does ManyChat charge more if a post goes viral?
It can. ManyChat bills by active contacts each month and charges per contact above your plan's allowance instead of stopping automations, though you can set an overage threshold. In our illustrative example, 1,200 commenters on Essential would cost $112 for that month.
Can I switch from ManyChat or LinkDM to Coachful?
Yes. Connect your Instagram professional account in Coachful, recreate your keyword automations, and point the DMs at your Coachful funnel, booking page or checkout. Export your leads from your old tool first, since neither LinkDM nor ManyChat documents a simple full-contact export; clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, offer page, program, email sequence or automation, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials or testimonials, and it does not cover video recording, logo design or ads. Details are on the white-glove service page.
Do I need a business Instagram account for these tools?
You need a professional account for all three. ManyChat accepts Creator accounts up to 500k followers and Business above that, and LinkDM needs a Creator or Business account connected to a Facebook Page with full admin access to both. Coachful connects an Instagram professional account under Connections.
Is LinkDM or ManyChat better for a new coach?
For a new coach with one lead magnet, LinkDM Free or Pro is the simpler start. If you are also setting up booking, payments and a program for the first time, an all-in-one like Coachful saves you wiring four tools together; see Coachful for new coaches.
