AttractWell Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

AttractWell Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

AttractWell pricing, as listed in October 2026, starts at $69 a month for the Starter plan and climbs through Basic ($99), Premium ($129), Pro ($179) and Diamond ($239) to a Team plan at $600 a month. Every plan costs $1 for the first month, there is no setup fee and no contract, and AttractWell takes 0% of your sales. The plans all include the same platform; what changes is capacity: how many contacts, texts, automations, courses, booking links and Zoom attendees you get.

That last point is the one that decides your bill. AttractWell prices by contact count and by caps on things coaches use every day, so a coach with a modest email list can be pushed up a tier long before their client roster grows. This guide covers every plan, the fees and add-ons, what a coach actually pays at three sizes, the gotchas, and how the price compares with five alternatives, including Coachful. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where AttractWell is the better fit.

How much does AttractWell cost in 2026?

AttractWell costs between $69 and $239 a month for a single business, or $600 a month for the Team plan, as listed in October 2026. All prices are in US dollars, the first month on any plan is $1, and you can cancel at any time.

The pricing page lists six plans. AttractWell also says annual plans come with "one month free and a free domain", but it does not print an annual price for any tier, so the table below shows monthly prices only. If the annual offer works as worded, a year would cost roughly eleven monthly payments, but confirm the real figure before you pay.

A quick note on vocabulary. AttractWell calls a course a "vault" and a session package a "call package". A "back-office account" is an extra login for someone helping you run the business, such as an assistant. "Custom GPTs" are AI assistants you can set up inside the platform.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What does each AttractWell plan add?

Each step up adds capacity, not new features: AttractWell states that every plan includes the full platform. The practical differences are call packages, booking links, course vaults, contact limits and how many people can join a Zoom call.

Starter ($69 a month)

Starter gives you the whole toolset at its smallest size. The limits that matter most to coaches are the 500-contact cap, two booking links, one course vault, Zoom calls of up to five people and, most important, no call packages. If you sell a bundle of sessions (for example six calls over three months), Starter does not support it as a package. It suits a coach testing a single offer with a small list, or someone who mainly wants a website, a simple funnel and one course.

Basic ($99 a month)

Basic is where AttractWell becomes workable for most 1:1 coaches. It adds call packages (five of them), ten booking links, three course vaults, 1,000 contacts, 1,000 texts a month and 100 automations. It also includes one extra back-office account. The 1,000-contact ceiling is the number to watch: every lead magnet download, webinar sign-up and past client counts toward it.

Premium ($129 a month)

Premium removes the caps on booking links and call packages, lifts contacts to 4,000, and allows Zoom calls of up to 100 people, which makes it the first tier that fits real group coaching. It also unlocks unlimited website pages and two back-office accounts. For a coach with an active list and several offers, Premium is the most likely landing spot.

Pro ($179 a month)

Pro is for coaches whose list has grown past 4,000. It allows 12,000 contacts, 4,000 texts, 2,000 automations, 20 vaults and classes, Zoom calls of up to 200 people and five back-office accounts. Unless you run large webinars or a big email audience, most solo coaches will not need it.

Diamond ($239 a month)

Diamond is the largest single-business plan: 27,000 contacts, 8,000 texts a month, 100 vaults and classes, Zoom calls of up to 300 people and 15 back-office accounts. It is aimed at course creators, authors and speakers with large audiences more than at coaches with a client roster.

Team ($600 a month)

Team starts at six accounts, each at Premium capacity, with unlimited vaults and classes, all managed as one. You sign up by contacting AttractWell rather than checking out online. It suits a coaching company or network running several coaches who each need their own space.

What fees does AttractWell charge on top of the plan?

AttractWell charges a 0% transaction fee on every plan, so it takes no cut of what clients pay you. Your payment processor still charges its standard fees, and some add-ons cost extra.

CostAttractWell (as listed in October 2026)What it means for a coach

More contacts, Zoom seats or classesCustom plan by emailNo public price; ask before you outgrow a tier
Concierge servicesCustom quote (content migration, VA help, custom design, funnel setup, training)Setup help is a paid extra
Setup fee or contractNoneCancel any time

Two things are not on the pricing page. First, there is no published overage rate for going over your contact or text limits; the page points you to a custom plan instead. Second, there is no free trial in the usual sense. The $1 first month acts as the trial, and you will need to connect a processor and enter billing details to use it.

If you want to see what processor fees do to a package price, our package pricing calculator lets you work back from the amount you want to keep.

What does a coach actually pay for AttractWell?

Most coaches will pay between $760 and $1,970 in their first year on AttractWell, depending on list size and whether they sell session packages. The examples below are illustrative: three typical coaching businesses, the cheapest AttractWell plan that fits each, and what you would still add beside it.

Year-one figures use the $1 first month plus eleven months at the listed price. Ongoing years are twelve full months.

The pattern is clear from the table: your contact list, not your client count, sets the AttractWell price. A coach with 25 paying clients and a healthy newsletter pays the same as a coach with 3,900 contacts and no clients at all.

What are the hidden costs and gotchas in AttractWell pricing?

The main gotchas are contact-based tiers, Starter's missing call packages, low course limits on the cheaper plans and an annual discount you cannot see before checkout. None of these are hidden in the sense of being concealed, but each can move your bill.

  • Contacts count, not clients. Capacity tiers run from 500 to 27,000 contacts. A successful lead magnet can push you up a tier without adding a single paying client. Clean your list regularly, and check what counts as a contact before you import an old one.
  • Starter cannot sell session packages. Call packages start on Basic (five packages) and become unlimited on Premium. For many coaches this makes Basic the real entry price.
  • Courses are rationed on low plans. Starter includes one vault and Basic three. Unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17 a month on any plan, or come included on Team.
  • Zoom attendee caps. Zoom meetings are included (up to 30 hours), but Starter caps attendees at 5 and Basic at 10. A group program of twelve people needs Premium.
  • Texts are capped. Starter includes 100 texts a month. If you send SMS reminders to every client for every session, check the maths.
  • Annual price is not published. The page promises a free month and a free domain on annual plans but lists no annual totals.
  • Extra logins cost money on the lower tiers. Back-office accounts are $9 each on Starter and $15 each on Basic.
  • Data export is unclear. The CRM page mentions CSV import of contacts; export is not mentioned on the pages we checked. Ask how you would take your contacts, course content and client history with you before you commit.
  • Setup help is paid. Content migration, custom design and funnel setup are concierge services quoted separately.

On reputation, public reviews are few. AttractWell had a Trustpilot score of 4.6 from 21 reviews when we checked on 27 October 2026. That is a positive score, but 21 reviews is a small sample, so treat it as a signal rather than proof.

Is AttractWell worth it for coaches?

AttractWell is worth it for coaches who want marketing, courses and a membership community in one place and who keep their email list tidy. It is less of a fit if you sell session packages on a small budget, deliver programs with daily habits and check-ins, or expect your list to grow fast.

New coaches

The $1 first month makes AttractWell cheap to try, but the useful entry price is $99 once you need session packages. For a new coach with a handful of clients, that is a meaningful monthly cost before the business is earning. If you are just starting, our guide for new coaches covers what to set up first.

1:1 coaches with a growing list

Premium at $129 is a reasonable price for website, funnels, email, texting, booking, contracts and invoicing together. The risk is that the 4,000-contact ceiling arrives faster than your client roster grows.

Group and course coaches

AttractWell's Facebook-style community, memberships with recurring payments, drip content and AI-graded quizzes are genuine strengths for this group. Expect to land on Premium or Pro for the Zoom capacity, and budget the $17 add-on if you sell many small courses.

Coaches who deliver programs between sessions

If your results come from what clients do between calls (daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goal progress), look closely. The AttractWell pages we read describe courses, communities and memberships, but not habit or check-in tracking. You may need a second tool, which adds to the real cost.

Coaching teams

Team at $600 a month for six Premium-capacity accounts is about $100 per account. That is fair for a network of independent coaches who each run their own marketing. For a small team sharing one client base, compare it with a platform that adds coach seats to one account.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

Why is Coachful the stronger pick for most coaches?

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and each client gets one branded app. It is priced by clients rather than by contacts, so your newsletter can grow without changing your bill (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. Here is what that covers, all included in your Coachful membership:

  • Programs that run between sessions: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.
  • Booking: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; paid sessions and session credits.
  • Payments: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026.
  • Agreements: coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
  • Marketing: a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, and email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
  • Courses and community: courses with drip and completion tracking, a community feed, group chat, direct messages and cohort groups created automatically on program enrollment.
  • Michelle, the AI assistant: works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before sessions.
  • ICF credential tracking: counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you". Describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, lead quiz or automation), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected, and a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How to start. Start a free trial, then request your free white-glove build so your site, offer or program is ready before your first client logs in.

How does AttractWell pricing compare with alternatives?

AttractWell sits in the middle of the coaching-software price range. It costs more at entry than per-client tools, but includes marketing features most coaching back offices leave out. The table ranks options on one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost and setup effort.

Prices for AttractWell are as listed in October 2026; others were verified on 25 October 2026 from each vendor's pricing page.

Paperbell

Paperbell has one plan at $97 a month ($80.83 a month billed annually) with unlimited clients, sessions and packages. It covers booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It has no courses, community or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. It is cheaper than AttractWell's Premium but does far less marketing. Read our Paperbell pricing breakdown. Pick it over Coachful if you only sell sessions and want the simplest possible setup.

Practice Better

Practice Better has a free Sprout plan for three clients, then Starter at $35, Professional at $69, Plus at $99 and Team at $155 a month, with lower annual rates. It is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with charting and telehealth, but no website builder or funnel pages. Pick it over Coachful if you are a wellness practitioner who needs clinical-style charting.

CoachAccountable

CoachAccountable charges by active client, from $20 a month for two clients to $400 a month for 100. It is a coaching back office with action plans, metrics, worksheets and invoicing, but no website or marketing automation. At 25 clients it costs more than AttractWell Basic. Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of clients and want detailed metric tracking above everything else.

CoachVantage

CoachVantage costs $39 or $59 a month per coach, with unlimited contacts on both plans. Clarity caps booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures. It is a fair middle option between Paperbell and AttractWell, covered in our CoachVantage pricing guide. Pick it over Coachful if you want a low-cost CRM with contracts and a couple of small courses, and nothing else.

How can you save money on AttractWell?

The biggest savings come from choosing a plan by contacts and packages, cleaning your list, and asking about annual billing. Here is a short checklist.

  1. Count your contacts before you choose. Export your current list from wherever it lives, remove duplicates and people who have not opened an email in a year, and only import who is left. Dropping under 1,000 or 4,000 contacts can save $30 to $50 a month.
  2. Use the $1 month to build, not to browse. Have your offers, booking rules and first course outline ready before you sign up so the cheap month covers real setup work.
  3. Ask for the annual price in writing. AttractWell advertises one free month and a free domain on annual plans. Get the total before you commit, and only commit once you know the tier fits.
  4. Combine courses before buying the add-on. If you are one vault over the limit, merging two short courses may save $17 a month.
  5. Restructure packages if you are on Starter. If you only sell monthly memberships rather than call packages, Starter may be enough; if you sell packages, start on Basic rather than paying for Starter and upgrading.
  6. Price your offers to cover the software. Our guides on hourly vs package pricing and value-based pricing show how to build the cost of tools into your rates.
  7. Do a yearly software audit. Our coaching pricing audit walks through checking what each tool earns its keep.

What should you check before you switch to AttractWell or away from it?

Check how your data leaves the platform, which features your clients will actually use, and what setup will cost in time or money. These matter more than a $30 difference between tiers.

  • Export: ask AttractWell how to export contacts, course content, payment history and client notes, since the pages we read only mention CSV import.
  • Client experience: AttractWell has an iOS and Android app where clients see your branding inside the AttractWell app. Coachful works the same way, with your branding inside the Coachful app. Try both from a client's phone.
  • Setup: AttractWell quotes concierge migration and design separately. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding and builds websites and funnels for free through the white-glove service.
  • Delivery between sessions: if habits, daily tasks and check-ins are central to your coaching, make sure the platform you choose handles them without a second tool. See our group coaching software and coaching software pages.

AttractWell pricing FAQ

How much is AttractWell per month?

As listed in October 2026, AttractWell costs $69 (Starter), $99 (Basic), $129 (Premium), $179 (Pro) or $239 (Diamond) a month, and $600 a month for Team. Every plan's first month is $1. Prices are in US dollars.

Does AttractWell have a free trial or free plan?

There is no free plan and no free trial in the usual sense. Instead, your first month on any plan costs $1, and you can cancel any time with no contract.

Does AttractWell charge transaction fees?

No. AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans. You still pay your processor's standard fees through Stripe or Square, one of which is required.

What is the cheapest AttractWell plan for selling coaching packages?

Basic at $99 a month. Starter does not include call packages, Basic includes five, and Premium makes them unlimited.

How much does AttractWell cost per year?

AttractWell does not publish annual prices. It says annual plans include one free month and a free domain, so check the total at checkout. On monthly billing, a year runs from $828 on Starter to $2,868 on Diamond.

What counts toward AttractWell's contact limit?

Plans are tiered by contacts, from 500 on Starter to 27,000 on Diamond, so leads, subscribers and clients in your CRM all matter. Ask AttractWell how unsubscribed or archived contacts are counted before you import an old list.

Is AttractWell good for group coaching?

It can be from Premium upward, where Zoom calls take up to 100 people and courses, community and memberships are well covered. On Starter and Basic, Zoom attendee caps of 5 and 10 make group calls hard.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or automation inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include videos, logo design or ad management.

Is Coachful cheaper than AttractWell?

It depends on your size, and Coachful is priced by clients rather than contacts, so a large email list does not raise your plan. Compare your own numbers on the plans page (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients), remembering that the free white-glove build replaces setup work AttractWell quotes separately.

Can I move from AttractWell to Coachful?

Yes. Coachful imports your clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your website and funnels. Export your AttractWell contacts first, and ask AttractWell about exporting course content and client history.
