12 Best Stan Store Alternatives for Business Coaches

The best Stan Store alternatives for business coaches are the tools that handle what happens after someone clicks your link: the strategy call, the proposal, the signed agreement, the invoice a client's company can file, and the weeks of implementation between sessions. Stan Store is a good link-in-bio checkout for a call or a digital product. A business coaching engagement is usually a three to twelve month relationship with real money and real accountability, and that is where a storefront runs out of road.
Our pick is Coachful, because it covers the whole journey in one login: funnels and a website to attract, booking with intake questions plus e-signed agreements and invoices to enroll, programs with weekly goals and check-ins to deliver, and a community, email and renewals to retain. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven other options below with their listed October 2026 prices and the cases where each one is the better choice.
This guide is built around the business coach's client journey rather than a feature checklist. If you want the general version for every kind of coach, start with our ranked list of Stan Store alternatives; if you are still deciding whether to leave at all, the Stan Store review and Stan Store pricing breakdown cover the platform on its own terms.
What does a business coach's client journey need that Stan Store does not cover?
Business coaches need four stages handled: attract (content and lead magnets that bring in founders and owners), enroll (a qualifying call, an agreement and a payment structure that fits a higher-ticket engagement), deliver (sessions plus implementation work between them) and retain (renewals, alumni groups and referrals). Stan Store is strong in the first stage and partly in the second, and it stops there.
Attract: authority content and a reason to book
Business owners rarely buy coaching from a single Instagram reel. They read a LinkedIn post, download a pricing worksheet or a 90-day planning template, maybe attend a short workshop, and then book a call. The attract stage needs a lead magnet funnel, an email sequence that follows up for a few weeks, and a website that reads as credible to someone who manages a payroll. Stan Store has lead magnets on its $29 Creator plan, but email broadcasts and flows, discount codes, funnels and tracking pixels sit on the $99 Creator Pro plan, as listed in October 2026.
Enroll: the strategy call, the agreement and the payment plan
The sales motion for business coaching is a conversation, often an application first and a 45 to 60 minute strategy call second. After a yes, you need a coaching agreement that spells out scope (you advise, the client decides and executes), confidentiality, cancellation terms and payment schedule. Many clients pay through their company, so they ask for an invoice with the business name on it. Stan Store has calendar booking, but its own help material lists no contracts, invoices or client records; it is not a CRM.
Deliver: accountability between sessions
A business coach's value often shows up between calls: the client commits to three actions (raise prices on the next proposal, hire a part-time assistant, block two hours for pipeline work), and someone notices whether those happened. That means per-client goals, weekly tasks, a check-in that asks for the numbers, and notes you can read before the next session. A storefront can sell a course, but it cannot run a 12-week implementation program for one founder.
Retain: renewals, cohorts and referrals
Renewal is the cheapest sale in coaching. It needs a record of what the client achieved, an alumni or mastermind community, and email that keeps graduates close. If you are working toward an ICF credential, it also needs a log of coaching hours.
Coachful's page for business coaches walks through these four stages inside the product if you want the short version.

Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 and exclude payment processing. "Limited" means the vendor documents little or nothing for that stage.
How did we choose and rank these 12 tools?
We started from Stan Store's documented gaps for business coaches (no contracts, invoices, client records, programs with check-ins or team seats) and looked for tools that close at least one of them without losing the simple checkout. We read each vendor's own pricing and help pages, checked public review counts on Trustpilot, and did not run hands-on tests. Tools rank higher when they cover more of the four stages in one place and when the total monthly cost stays sensible for a solo coach with 5 to 40 clients. Course-first and community-first platforms rank lower because a business coach would still need to bolt on booking, agreements and invoicing.
1. Coachful: is there one platform for the whole business coaching engagement?

Yes. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your clients get one branded app (your branding inside the Coachful app). It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. For a business coach coming from Stan Store, the practical change is that the link in your bio now leads into a client relationship you can manage, not just a receipt.
Attract. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, with an Import website option if you already have a site. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, and there is still a link-in-bio page that sells, so your Instagram or LinkedIn profile link keeps working. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership, which matters because Stan Store puts email behind its higher plan.

Enroll. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on the booking form let you qualify a founder before the strategy call (revenue range, team size, the one problem they want solved). The Intakes page then shows how many calls you held and how many converted. After the yes, you send a coaching agreement for e-signature before the first session, and it is stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices for the client whose finance team wants one. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Deliver. This is the stage Stan Store does not touch. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a business coach, a weekly check-in can ask for the numbers you track together (calls booked, proposals sent, cash collected), and a goal can be "Hire an operations assistant by week 8" with linked tasks. The client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has gone silent before the renewal conversation gets awkward. Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking), downloads, videos and AI tools are delivered into the client's branded home and app. The template library has more than 40 program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes if you would rather start from a structure than a blank page.

Retain. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events sit in the same app, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, which suits a mastermind or a group accelerator. The ICF credential tracker counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours; see ICF hour tracking if you are working toward a credential. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it drafts emails and content, builds programs, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are set up inside Coachful:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" (the same card appears on the Website, Funnels and Programs pages), describe what you want built and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Business coaches typically ask for a sales page for a signature program, a lead-magnet funnel, a program, a coaching flow or an email sequence. One recent build was for a business mentor to beauty professionals, who received a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another, for a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, was one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. The team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. More detail is in our guide to the white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, so an executive coaching firm with a sales team running enterprise deals may still want a separate CRM. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and the affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.
Price. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). To start, open a free trial and request a white-glove build of the first thing you need, usually the strategy-call funnel. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Public reviewers on Trustpilot give Coachful 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. Kajabi: the established home for a business coach's course and community

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Many business coaches already know it because it is where a lot of online business education lives, and it fits a coach whose model is a signature course plus a paid community plus a few 1:1 clients on the side.
For the attract stage, Kajabi gives you a website, funnels and email in one account, which is a clear step up from Stan Store's email-on-Pro-only setup. For delivery, coaching is handled as products and communities rather than per-client plans: you can sell a coaching offer and host a group, but the vendor's materials do not describe habit tracking, daily client check-ins or per-client implementation plans. There are no contracts or agreements documented on the plans listed here, so many coaches add an e-signature tool.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits; Growth $249 a month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits; Pro $499 a month ($399 annually) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and some features (bulk contact import, test emails, some automations) stay locked until you activate a paid plan.
The limits matter for a business coach. The Basic plan's 5-product cap fills up quickly once you list a strategy session, a 90-day program, a mastermind, a course and a template bundle. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026. We compare the two platforms head to head in Stan Store vs Kajabi, and list other options in Kajabi alternatives for business coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a course and community brand with thousands of contacts, and 1:1 accountability is a small part of revenue that you are happy to run with separate tools.
3. GoHighLevel: a marketing CRM for coaches who run like an agency

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first all-in-one marketing CRM: funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organised around sub-accounts. Business coaches who also sell done-for-you marketing, or who coach agency owners, often end up here because it doubles as the tool they teach.
On the enroll side, it is the strongest non-coaching tool on this list. Calendars, contracts and invoicing are all documented, and it has unlimited users and contacts on every listed plan. That covers two of Stan Store's biggest gaps for business coaches. The delivery stage is weaker: there is no habit tracking, no client check-ins and no structured coaching-program or task engine, so you would simulate weekly accountability with workflows and forms. There are no built-in video rooms; Zoom and Google Meet links only.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $97 a month ($80.83 a month billed annually) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited $297 a month ($247.50 annually) with unlimited sub-accounts; Agency Pro $497 a month ($414.17 annually); Enterprise is custom. HighLevel shows no platform fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides rather than the main pricing page. Budget for that variable line if you plan to send text reminders or run large email campaigns. The trial is 14 days on any plan and billing starts automatically at the end unless you cancel. HIPAA support is a $297 a month add-on, which is irrelevant for most business coaches but tells you how the product is packaged.
The other cost is time: because habits and check-ins would have to be built from workflows and forms, HighLevel is a toolkit rather than a finished coaching workflow. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 15,250 reviews in October 2026, much of it from agency users.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a sales team with a multi-stage deal pipeline, need SMS and phone as core channels, or resell the platform to your own clients as an agency.
4. ClickFunnels: for coaches whose growth lives in the sales funnel

ClickFunnels is a funnel and sales-page builder that now also includes email, courses, community, a store and an appointments app. It suits the business coach who sells a high-ticket program through webinars, application funnels and a sales team or setter, and who measures everything by funnel conversion.
Compared with Stan Store, ClickFunnels gives you far more control over the attract stage: multi-step funnels, up to 5 domains on Launch, and email at volume. Enrollment is covered for the checkout and booking side. What it does not document is the delivery engine a business coach needs between calls: there are no client habits, check-ins or structured 1:1 coaching programs. There are no contracts or invoices listed among its core features either, so an agreement still needs its own tool.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $97 a month ($81 a month billed annually) with 10K contacts, 50K emails a month, 2 team members, 5 domains and 3 courses; Scale $197 a month ($164 annually) with 75K contacts and 5 team members; Optimize $297 a month ($248 annually) with 150K contacts and 10 team members; Dominate is $499.75 a month on annual billing. ClickFunnels takes 0% commission on sales; processor fees apply. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its funnels are proprietary, so they do not move to another platform if you leave; plan for a rebuild rather than an export.
For a coach whose revenue depends on one offer and paid traffic, those trade-offs are often worth it. For a coach whose revenue depends on referrals and renewals, most of the plan goes unused. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,512 reviews in October 2026. Our ClickFunnels alternatives guide compares it with lighter options.
Pick it over Coachful if you run paid ads into webinars and application funnels at scale and want a dedicated funnel builder with high contact and email allowances.
5. Kartra: marketing automation in one account, with tight entry limits

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite covering pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. Its appeal for business coaches is that a membership area, a booking calendar and email automations live together, which removes three tabs from a Stan Store setup.
Where it fits the journey: the attract and enroll stages are well covered, and memberships give you a place to host a framework course or recordings of a mastermind. Delivery for an individual client is not documented: there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. An older vendor profile also lists no mobile app for students or admins, which means clients log in through a browser.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Essentials $59 a month ($52 a month billed annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership, 10,000 emails a month and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119 a month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and 5 team members at 0% transaction fee; Growth $229 a month ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts and 10 team members; Professional $549 a month ($429 annually) with 25,000 contacts. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The entry plan's limits are the catch. A business coach with a lead magnet will pass 500 contacts quickly, and a single product does not cover a strategy session plus a program. In practice the relevant price is Starter at $119. Funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, according to an older profile. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from 129 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you want email, SMS and a helpdesk ticket system in the same account and plan to sell many low-ticket products alongside coaching.
6. Systeme.io: the lowest-cost marketing stack for a new business coach

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. It is the most budget-friendly way to get email automation and a funnel running, which is the first thing many business coaches outgrow on Stan Store's $29 plan.
For a business coach, the free plan is generous at the top of the journey: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with 500 students, a blog, a custom domain and an affiliate program. That is enough to run a lead magnet such as a "pricing your services" worksheet and a short nurture sequence. The gaps arrive at enrollment and delivery: an older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and community and course features are basic, with no branded mobile app. You would still need a scheduler, an e-signature tool and somewhere to track client commitments.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0 (as above, plus 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign); Startup $17 a month with 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses; Webinar $47 a month with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses; Unlimited $97 a month with unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including free; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. The free plan does not expire and no card is required.
This is a sensible first move when budget is the deciding factor and you have fewer than five paying clients, but treat it as a marketing layer rather than a coaching system. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet, want to build an email list for close to nothing, and are content to run calls, agreements and follow-up in separate free tools for now.
7. Podia: a friendlier storefront with coaching sessions built in

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. It feels closest to Stan Store in spirit, with a bit more depth, so it is the easiest jump for a business coach who likes how simple Stan is but wants a fuller website and course area.
On the journey map, Podia covers selling a session, hosting a webinar and delivering a course, and the community gives graduates somewhere to stay. Email is included, but the subscriber allowances are small: 100 on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. A business coach running a lead magnet will hit those numbers early. An older profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and Podia does not document client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so agreements and accountability still sit elsewhere.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49 a month ($42 a month billed annually) with 50 products, 25 community spaces, 100 email subscribers and a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker $99 a month ($84 annually) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant and 0% fee; Earthquaker $179 a month ($150 annually) with unlimited products and assistants and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The trial is 14 days with full access and no card or plan selection required.
The 5% fee on Mover is worth calculating before you commit: on a $3,000 program, it is $150 per sale, which is more than the gap to the next plan. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell webinars, templates and small courses, see clients only occasionally, and value a very simple storefront over client management.
8. Circle: when the mastermind is the product

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Business coaches who run a mastermind, a peer advisory group or an alumni network for founders use it because the community experience is polished and well organised into spaces.
Circle is strongest at the retain stage and good at group delivery: events, live streams and courses keep a cohort engaged. It does not cover the 1:1 side. The vendor documents no 1:1 scheduling or client-management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. There is no meaningful attract layer either, so you would keep a website and email tool, plus booking and agreements, alongside it.
Pricing as listed in October 2026 (annual billing): Professional $89 a month with 3 admins and 10 moderators; Business $199 a month with 5 admins; Scale $419 a month with 10 admins; Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle adds a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. Branded mobile apps are only on Circle Plus. There is a 14-day trial with no card required on Professional, Business and Scale.
For a mastermind at $1,000 a month per member, the 2% fee on Professional adds $20 per member per month, so it is worth checking whether the next plan pays for itself as the group grows. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 129 reviews in October 2026. Our community platform overview shows how a coaching-first community differs.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large paid community with many spaces and moderators, and 1:1 coaching is either absent or run from a separate system.
9. LearnWorlds: a serious LMS for business coaches who train teams

LearnWorlds is a course and learning-management platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM support and interactive video. It shows up on business coaches' shortlists when they sell training to companies, for example a manager-development program delivered to a client's team leads, where SCORM and learner reporting matter.
For the journey, LearnWorlds is a delivery tool first. It does the course side well and adds a website, funnels and mass email on the higher plans. It is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins, and booking and agreements need separate tools. Active-learner caps per month (1,000 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro Trainer and Learning Center) also apply, which matters if you deliver to a whole department.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $29 a month ($24 a month billed annually) with 1 admin and a $5 fee per paid enrollment; Pro Trainer $99 a month ($79 annually) with 5 admins, 15 page funnels, 20 SCORM packages and 2,000 mass emails a month; Learning Center $299 a month ($249 annually) with 25 admins and up to 10 client groups; Corporate is custom. Stripe or PayPal gateway fees of 2.9% + $0.30 apply. A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. The trial is 30 days, and LearnWorlds pages say no card is required; a school not upgraded after the trial is scheduled for deletion. The pricing page displays in euros for some visitors, as in the screenshot above.
Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 423 reviews in October 2026, one of the higher scores on this list. See our course platform guide for coaches for how coaching-first courses compare.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell structured training to companies that need SCORM files, learner groups and formal completion reporting.
10. Thinkific: courses at volume, with coaching sold as a product

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. A business coach who has turned a framework into a self-paced program, for example a pricing course or a hiring playbook, might use it to sell that program to a large audience.
For the journey, Thinkific covers delivery of courses and group events and gives graduates a community. It does not cover the 1:1 relationship: an older profile notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling (coaching relies on external booking links), and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Attract features are limited compared with funnel tools, so most coaches pair it with a separate website or email platform.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Start $109 a month ($82 a month billed annually) with 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community and a maximum group size of 50; Grow $219 a month ($164 annually) with 6 admins and 3 communities; Expand $499 a month ($374 annually) with 15 admins; Plus is custom. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026 (Start went from $99 to $109). Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments; third-party Stripe or PayPal gateways carry an extra per-plan gateway fee that the page does not list. A branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on. The trial is 30 days on every self-serve plan.
Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026, the lowest score among the course platforms here. Our Thinkific alternatives guide covers the reasons coaches give for switching.
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mainly a self-paced course sold to thousands of students and coaching is a small upsell.
11. Skool: a cheap, gamified group for a founder community

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group with gamified leaderboards. Business coaches running a low-ticket founder community or a free group that feeds a higher-ticket program like it because setup is quick and members already know the format.
Its place in the journey is retain and group delivery. There is no custom domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, so attracting people happens elsewhere. It has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments only run through Skool Payments, with per-transaction fees on both plans.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby $9 a month ($7.50 a month billed annually) with 10% + 30¢ on all transactions; Pro $99 a month ($82.50 annually) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Both plans list unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The pricing page shows "Try for free" buttons, but trial length and card requirements were not stated when checked. Payouts are weekly, on Wednesdays.
The fee structure matters for a business coach more than for a hobbyist. On the Hobby plan, a $2,000 mastermind seat costs $200.30 in Skool fees; on Pro, the same sale is charged at the 3.9% tier. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a low-cost community with a classroom, members are used to Skool, and you run any 1:1 work through a different system.
12. Beacons: the nearest like-for-like swap for Stan Store

Beacons is a creator link-in-bio, storefront, media kit and email tool. It is on this list because some business coaches want to stay in the same category as Stan Store, just cheaper or with more email, and Beacons is the closest match. If you are comparing the two directly, read Stan Store vs Beacons.
For the business coach journey, Beacons covers attract (link-in-bio, websites, email) and the checkout half of enrollment. Its pricing page shows no scheduling or booking with client records, contracts, habits or check-ins, and courses and memberships are only available on Creator Plus and above. It does nothing for the deliver stage beyond hosting a course.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0 with 50 email sends a month and one single-page website; Creator $10 a month ($8.33 a month billed annually) with 500 email sends a month; Creator Plus $30 a month ($25 annually) with unlimited AI credits and email sends; Creator Max $100 a month ($83.33 annually). Beacons charges a 9% seller fee on Free and Creator and 0% on Creator Plus and Creator Max; processor fees are not shown. There is no paid-plan trial; the free plan does not expire.
The 9% fee rules out the lower plans for any coaching program: on a $1,500 package it is $135. Creator Plus is the realistic floor for a business coach. Trustpilot showed 2.0 from 43 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only want a cheaper link-in-bio storefront with email, and you are not yet running ongoing coaching engagements.
What does each stack cost: all-in-one or assembled?
A business coach leaving Stan Store has two realistic paths: move to one platform that covers the whole journey, or keep a storefront or marketing tool and add the missing pieces. The recipes below use prices as listed in October 2026; tools we did not price (a standalone scheduler, an e-signature tool, a client-tracking app) are marked "separate, check current pricing" rather than guessed.

| Stack | What it includes | Listed monthly cost | Still missing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all-in-one) | Website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, invoices, programs, check-ins, community, ICF log | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Deal board for a sales team, PayPal |
| Stan Store Creator Pro + add-ons | Storefront, booking, email, funnels, courses, community | $99 plus scheduler upgrades, e-signature and client tracking (separate, check current pricing) | Agreements, invoices, client records, check-ins |
| Kajabi Growth + add-ons | Website, funnels, email, courses, community | $249 plus e-signature and client tracking (separate) | Agreements, per-client check-ins |
| GoHighLevel Starter | Funnels, website, calendars, contracts, invoicing, courses | $97 plus metered SMS, email and AI usage | Habits, check-ins, built-in video rooms |
| Systeme.io Startup + Skool Hobby | Funnels, email, course, paid community | $17 + $9 = $26, plus Skool's 10% + 30¢ per community sale | Booking, agreements, invoices, check-ins |
| Podia Shaker + Circle Professional | Storefront, courses, webinars, community with spaces | $99 + $89 (Circle annual) = $188, plus Circle's 2% on payments | Agreements, client records, check-ins |
The assembled stacks look cheaper at first glance, but the "still missing" column is where business coaches lose time: copying intake answers into a spreadsheet, chasing signatures by email, and asking clients to report progress in a messaging app. Each extra tool also means another login for your client.
How does the cost change at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Most tools on this list price by contacts, products or admins rather than by coaching clients, so their cost stays flat as your roster grows, while Coachful's lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited. The table below shows the cheapest listed plan that realistically fits a business coach at each size (monthly billing, October 2026). These are examples for comparison, not quotes.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Stan Store | $29 (Creator) or $99 with email | $99 (Creator Pro) | $99 (Creator Pro) |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 or $249 once past 5 products | $249 (Growth) |
| GoHighLevel | $97 plus usage | $97 plus usage | $97 plus usage |
| ClickFunnels | $97 | $97 | $97 |
| Kartra | $119 (Starter, to avoid the 5% fee) | $119 | $119 |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 | $17 | $47 if your list passes 5,000 |
| Podia | $99 (Shaker, to avoid the 5% fee) | $99 | $99 to $179 |
How would a business coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Here is one example setup for a business coach selling a 6-month implementation program to service-business owners, with a free planning worksheet as the lead magnet. You can hand steps 1 and 2 to the white-glove team if you would rather not build them yourself.
- Website and lead magnet. Pick one of the business templates, import your existing site if you have one, and create a lead-magnet funnel that delivers the worksheet and adds the person to an email list.
- Nurture sequence. Build a five-email sequence over two weeks: the worksheet, one client-style example (illustrative, not a testimonial), a common pricing mistake, your method, and an invitation to apply. Michelle can draft it from your notes. See email marketing for coaches.
- Application and strategy call. Create a booking funnel with intake questions (annual revenue band, team size, the main bottleneck), buffers between calls and minimum notice so nobody books you with 20 minutes' warning.
- Agreement and payment. Upload your coaching agreement for e-signature so it goes out before the first call, and create the offer as either a one-time payment or a six-month payment plan through your Stripe account. Have a lawyer review the agreement; see coaching contracts for what to include.
- Program. Start from a program template and adapt it: one weekly goal (for example "Send two proposals at the new rate"), daily tasks, and a weekly check-in that asks for three numbers you agreed on. Attach your framework as a short course with drip.
- Group layer. Turn on the cohort group for the program so clients who start together can share wins, and schedule a monthly group call.
- Renewal. Tag clients at month five, review their goal progress and check-in history, and book the renewal conversation. Keep alumni in the community and on your broadcast list. Track hours for your ICF application as you go.
Our coaching CRM page shows how the client record pulls this together.
How do you migrate from Stan Store without losing clients?
Move in stages, keep your Stan link live until the new checkout is tested, and export your customer list first. Stan Store lets you export customers and contacts to CSV, but course and community content has to be rebuilt elsewhere, according to an older vendor profile. Our full Stan Store migration guide covers each step; the points below are the ones business coaches tend to miss.
- Do not cancel during a renewal week. Check when each active subscription renews and move subscribers between billing dates, telling them in advance.
- Recreate the strategy call first. It is the page that earns you money. Point your bio link at the new booking funnel before you move courses.
- Get every current client on an agreement. Stan Store did not store one, so use the switch as the moment to send it.
- Rebuild only the courses people use. A pricing masterclass from two years ago may not be worth moving.
- Keep processing on your own Stripe account where possible, so payment history stays in one place.
- Do not stack five tools to replace one. The common mistake is replacing Stan Store with a scheduler, an e-signature tool, a spreadsheet and a messaging app, then spending Sunday nights reconciling them.
In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and a full data export as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses) is available if you ever leave.
Which Stan Store alternative should a business coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you sell ongoing coaching engagements and want the attract, enroll, deliver and retain stages in one login with one client app. It is the only tool on this list that documents agreements, invoices, per-client programs with check-ins and a community together, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. Choose GoHighLevel if you run an agency-style sales operation, ClickFunnels or Kartra if paid funnels are your engine, Kajabi or Thinkific if courses are most of your revenue, Circle or Skool if the community is the product, and Systeme.io or Beacons if you have no paying clients yet and need to spend as little as possible. Coaches in adjacent niches can compare with the life coach version of this list or the Paperbell alternatives for business coaches.
Frequently asked questions
Is Stan Store good enough for a business coach?
It works for selling a single strategy session or a digital product from a social profile. Stan's own materials list no contracts, invoices or client records, and email marketing is only on the $99 Creator Pro plan. Once you run multi-month engagements, most business coaches need more.
Does Stan Store charge transaction fees?
Stan Store lists a 0% Stan fee on sales, so you keep 100% apart from standard Stripe or PayPal processing. Creator is $29 a month and Creator Pro is $99 a month, as listed in October 2026, with a 14-day trial on either plan.
What is the best Stan Store alternative for high-ticket business coaching?
For high-ticket 1:1 and group programs, Coachful covers the application call, agreement, payment plan and between-session accountability in one place. If your high-ticket sales run through paid ads and a sales team, ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel offer deeper funnel and pipeline tooling, with separate tools for delivery.
Can I send contracts and invoices from these tools?
Coachful sends coaching agreements for e-signature and issues an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. GoHighLevel documents contracts and invoicing. Most course, community and storefront tools on this list do not, so you would add an e-signature tool.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, an email sequence and more), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Can I keep a link-in-bio page if I leave Stan Store?
Yes. Coachful includes a link-in-bio page that sells, and Beacons is a dedicated link-in-bio tool. Kajabi, Systeme.io and ClickFunnels can also host a simple links page built from their page builders.
Which alternative is cheapest for a business coach just starting out?
Systeme.io and Beacons both have free plans as listed in October 2026, though Beacons takes a 9% seller fee on its free and $10 plans. The cheapest options cover marketing only, so check what booking, agreements and client tracking would add before comparing.
Do any of these tools track ICF coaching hours?
Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. The other tools here do not document ICF hour tracking.
Can my clients use one app for everything?
In Coachful, clients use one branded app (your branding inside the Coachful app) for sessions, programs, check-ins, courses and the community. With an assembled stack, clients typically juggle a booking link, a course login, a community app and email.
Does Coachful work for a small business coaching team?
Yes. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings by round-robin or least-busy. It has no multi-stage sales deal board or Salesforce and HubSpot integration, so firms with a dedicated sales team may keep a separate CRM.
