Carrd Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Carrd pricing, as listed in October 2026, is one of the lowest in the website market: a free plan, then three Pro tiers at $9, $19 and $49 per year, billed yearly only with no monthly option. For most coaches the useful tier is Pro Standard at $19 per year, because it is the cheapest one with a custom domain, forms and embeds.
The catch is scope. Carrd builds one-page sites and landing pages. It lists no booking, client records, programs, check-ins or client app, so what a coach actually pays depends far more on the tools beside it than on Carrd itself. This guide covers every plan, each fee, and a worked stack at 5, 15 and 40 clients. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with that stack, so we state where Carrd is the better buy as well as where we think ours is.

How much does Carrd cost in 2026?
Carrd costs $0 on the free plan and $9 to $49 per year on the standard Pro tiers, as listed in October 2026. Larger site-count versions of each tier run up to $999 per year, but a coach would rarely need them.
Three points shape the bill:
- It is yearly only. Carrd's page says "Automatically renew yearly or simply pay as you go", and there is no month-to-month price. The monthly figures below are our own division of the yearly price.
- The headline is $19, not $9. Carrd's Pro page leads with "Go Pro from just $19 / year (yup, per year)". The $9 Pro Lite tier exists, but it leaves out custom domains, forms and embeds.
- You can try before paying. Carrd offers "Try Pro free for 7 days" with "no payment or credit card required", including custom domains and advanced forms.
What are Carrd's plans and prices?
Carrd has four main plans: Free, Pro Lite, Pro Standard and Pro Plus. All prices below are in US dollars, as listed in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual price | Per month (calculated) | Sites | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | 3 | carrd.co subdomain, "Made with Carrd" branding, no custom domain |
| Pro Lite | Not offered | $9 | $0.75 | 3 | No custom domains (unbranded premium URLs such as .crd.co), no forms, widgets or embeds |
| Pro Standard | Not offered | $19 | $1.58 | 10 | No payment-enabled forms, redirects, password protection or site downloads |
| Pro Plus | Not offered | $49 | $4.08 | 25 | Still one-page sites with no booking, client records or programs listed |
One caveat on the free row: the subdomain and branding terms come from what Carrd's Pro feature lists say you gain, not from a stated list of free-plan terms. Carrd describes the plan itself this way: "Build up to three sites per account and use all of Carrd's core features".

Each tier also comes in larger site-count versions. Carrd sells no add-ons, so this is the only way the price grows.
| Tier | Site-count versions and yearly price |
|---|---|
| Pro Lite | 3 sites $9, 10 sites $14, 25 sites $29 |
| Pro Standard | 10 sites $19, 25 sites $39, 50 sites $69, 100 sites $119, 250 sites $249, 500 sites $399, 1,000 sites $599 |
| Pro Plus | 25 sites $49, 50 sites $89, 100 sites $159, 250 sites $349, 500 sites $599, 1,000 sites $999 |
A coach with one practice site and a few campaign pages fits inside the smallest version of any tier. The bigger versions suit agencies building many client sites.
What does each Carrd plan add?
Each paid tier adds a distinct job: Lite removes the branding, Standard connects a site to your domain and your other tools, and Plus adds payment forms and control over the site files.
Free
Up to three sites on a carrd.co subdomain, with Carrd's branding. This is enough to test whether a one-page offer makes sense. It is thin as a permanent address for a paid practice, because a subdomain and a "Made with Carrd" badge are what a prospect sees first.
Pro Lite ($9 per year)
Lite removes the branding and adds premium and custom templates, high-quality images, image and GIF uploads up to 16 MB, videos up to 64 MB, no element limit, slideshows, site icons, share images, QR codes and site transfers. You publish on an unbranded premium URL such as .crd.co.
The gap for a coach is large: no forms, widgets or embeds means no signup form and no embedded scheduler. A Lite page can only link out to wherever the booking happens.
Pro Standard ($19 per year)
Standard is the working tier. It adds:
- Custom domains with SSL.
- Contact and signup forms that feed Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot and others.
- Widgets and embeds, including Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad and Typeform.
- Analytics, either native cookie-free or through Google Analytics, Plausible or Matomo.
- Meta tags and local fonts.
Pro Plus ($49 per year)
Plus adds the features a page needs once it starts selling directly:
- Advanced custom forms that send to Zapier, Make, n8n or Airtable.
- Stripe payment-enabled forms, using your own Stripe API keys, with preconfigured Stripe prices or variable amounts.
- Site downloads, redirects, password protection, variables, site files, framing, update frequency, canonical URLs and advanced settings.
Carrd's docs do not describe recurring billing on payment forms. If your offer is a monthly retainer or a payment plan, check that before you build around a form.
What fees does Carrd charge beyond the plan price?
Carrd documents no fee of its own on your sales, no add-ons and no overage charges. The other costs come from the services you connect to it.
| Cost type | What Carrd lists | What it means for a coach |
|---|---|---|
| Transaction fee | No Carrd fee documented | Carrd does not take a cut of the sale |
| Payment processing | Payment forms run through your own Stripe account via Stripe Checkout | Stripe's processing fees apply. PayPal and Gumroad embeds carry those providers' own fees |
| Add-ons | None | The only upsell is a larger site-count version |
| Overages | None documented; the limit is the site count | Going past your site count means buying the larger version |
| Seats | No seat pricing listed | Plans are priced by sites, not by people. Team roles are not part of the plan list |
| Domain | Publish to "any custom domains you own", with SSL | Buy and renew the domain separately. The price depends on your registrar and domain name |
Carrd plans themselves can be paid by PayPal or card, in US dollars. We did not find refund terms in the plan details we reviewed, so read them before renewing.
What does a coach actually pay for Carrd at three practice sizes?
As an example, a coach using Carrd with a scheduler and an email tool pays about $211 per year at 5 clients, $445 to $913 at 15 clients, and $1,273 at 40 clients, before payment processing and a domain. Carrd is the smallest line in each total.
Carrd does not charge by client, so the site cost barely moves. The other lines rise because a scheduler and an email tool price by capacity or feature. We use Acuity Scheduling and Systeme.io here because their prices are published, not because they are the only options.

| Yearly cost (illustrative example) | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients, with a group program |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (one subscription for site, booking, email, courses, agreements, client records and delivery; payment processing and your domain are separate) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Carrd | Pro Standard: $19 | Pro Plus: $49 | Pro Plus: $49 |
| Scheduler (Acuity Scheduling, $16 to $55 per month billed annually) | $192 (low end) | $192 to $660 | $660 (high end) |
| Email, funnels and courses (Systeme.io at its listed prices) | Free: $0 (2,000 contacts, 1 email campaign, 1 automation rule) | Startup, $17 per month: $204 | Webinar, $47 per month: $564 |
| Carrd stack total | $211 (about $18 per month) | $445 to $913 (about $37 to $76 per month) | $1,273 (about $106 per month) |
| Still needed beside this stack | Coaching agreements with e-signature, client records, notes, Stripe processing, a domain | All of that, plus program delivery, habits and check-ins | All of that, plus group calls, cohort chat and a client app |
These are worked examples from listed prices, not quotes. Which Acuity tier you need depends on your calendars and features, and the packages we picked at each size are assumptions, including Pro Plus from 15 clients so a page can take payment through a form. We have left the last row unpriced because the tool you would choose varies widely, and a guess would be false precision. For other options, see our breakdowns of Acuity Scheduling pricing, Calendly pricing, Kit pricing and HoneyBook pricing.
The cost that never appears on an invoice is the work between the tools. A new client touches a page, a scheduler, a payment link, an agreement and an email list, and each join is yours to build and repair. If you are also setting your own rates, the package pricing calculator shows what a software bill does to your margin on each package.
What are the hidden costs and gotchas in Carrd pricing?
Carrd's prices are straightforward, so the surprises are about what each tier leaves out, and what it never covers at any price.
- Pro Lite looks like the deal, but it is usually the wrong buy. At $9 you save $10 against Standard and give up the custom domain, every form and every embed.
- No monthly option. You pay for a year up front. The 7-day trial is the only low-commitment way to test the paid features.
- Selling through a form needs Plus. Stripe payment-enabled forms start at $49 per year, and you need your own Stripe account and API keys.
- Recurring billing is not described. Carrd's docs do not cover subscriptions or payment plans on forms, which matters for retainers and monthly coaching.
- No contact database is documented. Form entries go to your connected email or automation service. If you have not connected one, you have no list to work from.
- No email campaigns. Carrd collects the signup; sending to your list happens in another product with its own bill.
- Booking is always a third party. You embed a scheduler, which has its own price, and needs at least Pro Standard to embed.
- No blog. None is listed, so content marketing would need a second site or platform.
- Password protection is not a member area. Plus can password-protect a site, but Carrd lists no member accounts or course features.
- Site downloads sit on Plus only. The export gives unminified HTML, CSS, JS and images, and excludes server-side code. Lower tiers have no documented download.
Public sentiment is also worth a look. Carrd held a Trustpilot score of 3.1 from 61 reviews when we checked in October 2026, a small sample that says little about any specific plan.
Is Carrd worth it for your kind of coaching?
Carrd is worth it if you need a simple page cheaply, and poor value as the base of a delivery business. The right answer depends on what happens after someone clicks your page.
You are testing a new niche or offer. Yes. The free plan or Pro Standard at $19 will tell you whether anyone wants the offer, without a real bill. Our guide for new coaches covers what comes after that first page.
You need a link-in-bio page or a single speaker page. Yes, and this is Carrd's strongest use. If all the page does is link out, Pro Lite can work. If it should sit on your own domain, buy Standard.
You sell one-off sessions to a small list. It can work. Pro Standard with a scheduler embed covers most of this, and Plus adds a Stripe payment form. You will still handle agreements and notes elsewhere.
You run multi-week programs or group cohorts. No. Carrd lists no programs, habit tracking, check-ins, community or client app, so the page is the small part and everything clients experience lives in other tools. See group coaching software for what that job involves.
You coach fitness, nutrition or health. Not as your main system. Between-session work such as workouts, logging and check-ins needs a delivery tool, which is what the Fitness & Nutrition pack is for. Coaching is not medical treatment: refer clients with symptoms or medical questions to a doctor, and keep clinical records in a clinical system, since Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.
You are growing into a small team. No. Carrd prices by site count and lists no seats or staff permissions. Look at options built for coaching teams.
How does Carrd pricing compare with the alternatives?
Carrd is the cheapest paid option here by a wide margin, and it also does the least. The table compares what the tools cost and what they cover for a coach, using prices listed in October 2026. The Systeme.io scheduling and client-delivery notes come from older profile data, from September 2026.
| Tool | Entry price | Higher plan | Fee on sales | Booking | Client delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Built in | Programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, branded client app |
| Carrd | Free, or Pro Lite $9/year | Pro Plus $49/year | None documented; Stripe fees apply | Embed a third-party scheduler | None listed |
| Squarespace | Basic $25/mo ($19/mo annual) | Advanced $139/mo ($99/mo annual) | Store 2% on Basic, else 0%; digital content and memberships 7%, 5%, 1%, 0% by plan | Separate Acuity subscription | Courses and memberships |
| Wix | Free, or Light $17/mo annual (cannot take payments) | Business Elite $159/mo annual | No commission listed; Wix Payments US 2.9% + $0.30 | Wix Bookings from Core ($29/mo annual) | Online Programs app |
| Showit | $27/mo ($22/mo annual) | Advanced Blog 200K $149/mo ($119/mo annual) | None; it processes no payments | Embedded third-party tools | None native |
| Kajabi | Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual) | Kajabi Payments US 2.9% to 2.7% + $0.30; other providers add 0.5% to 2% | See our Kajabi pricing guide | Courses and communities; no habit tracking or daily check-ins |
| Systeme.io | Free, or Startup $17/mo | Unlimited $97/mo | 0%; Stripe or PayPal processing only | No native 1:1 scheduling with client records | Courses and basic community; no habits or check-ins |
Squarespace suits a coach who wants a full multi-page site with built-in selling. Booking needs Acuity on top, and the digital content fee on lower plans is worth counting if you sell courses. We compare the two directly in Carrd vs Squarespace.

Wix has a free plan and a broad set of business apps, with bookings starting on Core at $29 per month billed annually. It offers no free trial of paid plans, only a 14-day money-back guarantee. See Carrd vs Wix. If you are leaning toward self-managed flexibility, Carrd vs WordPress covers that route.

Showit is a design-led builder aimed at creatives, with a blog running on Showit-hosted WordPress. It does not process payments, so checkout and booking come from embedded tools, much as they do with Carrd but at a much higher monthly price.

Kajabi covers courses, communities, a website, funnels and email in one product, at a far higher starting price. Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts. Our Kajabi pricing guide goes through the fee structure.

Systeme.io is the low-cost marketing suite, and its free plan pairs naturally with a Carrd page if you want funnels and email without a large bill. See our Systeme.io pricing guide for the limits.

Why do we recommend Coachful over a Carrd stack for working coaches?
Once you have paying clients, one login for the whole client journey usually beats a cheap page joined to several subscriptions. That is the job Coachful is built for.

What it is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your client. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Plans are flat and monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add seats. Monthly plans cancel in one click.
Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs and not only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. We have dedicated pages for life coaches, business coaches and many other niches. Coachful holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Here is how the jobs in the worked stack above map onto it, all included in your Coachful membership.
- Your page. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus a link-in-bio page that sells and booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels.
- Your scheduler. Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links.
- Your payments. One-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee, so only processing applies.
- Your agreements. Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Your email. Lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Your delivery. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks and a client record that shows who is thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

This walkthrough shows how the website builder works inside Coachful.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. A Carrd page is quick to build yourself, and that is its appeal. Coachful removes the setup work a different way: from Create, under "We'll build it for you", you describe what you want and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, funnel, offer or sales page, program, email sequence, link in bio or lead quiz. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as logos, photos and copy.

Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. In recent builds, a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. More detail is in our white-glove service guide.
What Coachful does not do. These limits matter, and some of them favour Carrd:
- It has no permanent free plan, so Carrd wins outright if you only need a page.
- It has no PayPal, while Carrd's Pro Standard allows PayPal embeds.
- It is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, and it has no third-party plugins.
- It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
- It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no stock exercise videos.
How to start. Begin with a free trial at the setup page, then request the white-glove build for whatever you need first. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. If you want to look wider first, the comparison hub and our overview of coaching software are good next stops.
How can you save money on Carrd?
The biggest saving is buying the right tier the first time and keeping the tools around it small. Carrd's own bill is low enough that the other lines matter more.
- Use the 7-day trial first. No card is required, and it includes custom domains and advanced forms, so you can test the full setup before paying.
- Skip Pro Lite if you will need a domain or a form. The $10 difference buys every feature a working coach page depends on.
- Stay on Standard until a form has to take money. Stripe, PayPal and Gumroad embeds are on Standard, so you may not need Plus and its extra $30 per year.
- Buy the smallest site-count version. Ten sites on Standard is plenty for a single practice. The larger versions are for agencies and people building many sites.
- Keep email on a free tier while your list is small. Systeme.io's free plan allows up to 2,000 contacts, within its limits of 1 email campaign and 1 automation rule.
- Add up the whole stack each renewal. Once the scheduler, email tool and delivery tool pass the cost of one platform, the cheap page is no longer saving you anything. Our coaching pricing audit guide helps with the fee side of that check.
Carrd pricing FAQ
Is Carrd really free?
Yes. The free plan lets you build up to three sites per account with Carrd's core features. Sites sit on a carrd.co subdomain with "Made with Carrd" branding, and you cannot connect a custom domain.
How much is Carrd Pro per year?
As listed in October 2026, Pro Lite is $9, Pro Standard is $19 and Pro Plus is $49 per year in their smallest versions. Larger site-count versions cost more, up to $999 per year for Pro Plus with 1,000 sites.
Does Carrd have monthly pricing?
No. Carrd bills yearly only. Divided by twelve, the three tiers work out to about $0.75, $1.58 and $4.08 per month, but you pay the yearly amount up front.
Which Carrd plan do I need for a custom domain?
Pro Standard at $19 per year is the cheapest tier with custom domains and SSL. Pro Lite only gives you an unbranded premium URL such as .crd.co. You also need to own the domain, which you buy separately.
Can I take payments on Carrd?
Yes, in two ways. Pro Standard allows Stripe, PayPal and Gumroad widgets and embeds, and Pro Plus adds Stripe payment-enabled forms through your own Stripe account. Carrd documents no fee of its own, but processing fees apply, and its docs do not describe recurring billing.
Can Carrd handle booking for coaching sessions?
Not on its own. You embed a third-party scheduler, which needs at least Pro Standard and has its own cost. Acuity Scheduling, for example, was listed at $16 to $55 per month billed annually in October 2026.
Is Carrd enough to run a coaching business?
It is enough to present an offer, not to run the work behind it. Carrd lists no client records, CRM, programs, habit tracking, check-ins or client app. Most coaches with paying clients will need other tools or a single platform such as Coachful.
Is the Coachful white-glove build really free?
Yes, it is free on every plan. The team builds what you describe, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Can I move away from Carrd later?
Pro Plus lets you download a site as unminified HTML, CSS, JS and images, excluding server-side code. Form data lives in whichever email or automation service you connected, so your list stays there. If you move to Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
