Quenza vs Simply Coach: Which Fits Your Coaching in 2026?

Quenza vs Simply Coach: Which Fits Your Coaching in 2026?

Quenza vs Simply Coach comes down to what you need software to do between your sessions. Quenza is a client-engagement tool: you build activities, worksheets and programs, send them to clients, and chat with them in an app. Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform: contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, with business tiers for coaching companies. If your pain is engagement, Quenza fits better. If your pain is running the practice, Simply.Coach fits better. If you want both jobs plus payments, a website and courses in one login, neither is complete on its own, and that is where a third option comes in.

We make Coachful, so we have a stake in this comparison. We have kept the Quenza and Simply.Coach sections to what each vendor documents on its own pricing pages (as listed in October 2026) and what public reviewers report. We have not run either tool through a hands-on test, and we say so wherever it matters.

What is the short answer by use case?

Pick Quenza if you mostly want to send structured exercises and track how clients engage with them. Pick Simply.Coach if you mostly want contracts, booking and session records in one place. Pick Coachful if you want booking, payments, programs, habits and check-ins, courses and a website under one login.

  • You coach with worksheets, reflections and psychoeducation exercises: Quenza. Its pricing page lists 100+ core activities on Spark, 200+ on Growth and 400+ premium activities on Impact.
  • You need contracts, booking pages and a structured engagement record: Simply.Coach. Contracts and booking pages are on every solo tier, with caps on the lower ones.
  • You run a coaching company with sponsors and program managers: Simply.Coach's business tiers (CoCreate, Surge, Optima) are built for that, priced per active coach.
  • You need to take client payments inside the tool: Neither is a clear fit today. Quenza marks invoicing as planned, and Simply.Coach marks automated invoices as "Coming Soon" and does not state a payment processor on its pricing pages.
  • You deliver multi-week programs with daily habits and check-ins, and want one login for booking, payments and delivery: Coachful.

How do Quenza and Simply.Coach compare side by side?

Quenza leads on activity content and engagement; Simply.Coach leads on practice admin. Neither shows built-in client payments today, and neither pricing page lists a website builder.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

How we ranked: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

The pattern is clear. Quenza is narrow and deep on one job. Simply.Coach is broader on admin but caps clients, contracts and programs on every solo tier below Leap. If you pair either one with separate tools for payments, booking or a website, the real cost is the stack, not the plan.

How does Quenza vs Simply Coach pricing compare?

On sticker price, Simply.Coach starts lower ($9 versus $25), but its low tiers cap clients tightly. Quenza's Growth plan at $50 covers 250 clients, which is generous; Simply.Coach needs Leap at $69 for unlimited coachees.

A few details on those pages change the math:

  • Simply.Coach's billing period is not stated next to the headline prices. The page says "Save up to 52% on annual" but only shows an annual figure for Essentials. USD prices are tax-inclusive, and an INR option is available (excluding GST). It also states no refunds for mid-period cancellations.
  • Quenza's annual discount is a flat 20%. Its Beyond plan (unlimited clients and professionals, roles and permissions, full-service setup) is custom priced.
  • Trials differ. Quenza offers 30 days with no credit card. Simply.Coach offers 14 days with no credit card.

What would 15 or 40 clients cost?

Here is an example using the listed monthly prices only, before any payment, booking or website tools you add.

Tool15 active clients40 active clientsWhat you still need to add
CoachfulSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing for booking, payments, contracts, programs, website or email; Stripe or Razorpay processing fees only

Simply.Coach$49 (Growth; Essentials caps at 7)$69 (Leap; Growth caps at 30)A payment setup, a website and funnels, email marketing

The plan price is close at 15 clients. The gap opens when you count the extra tools. A Quenza coach still needs a scheduler and a way to get paid. A Simply.Coach coach still needs a website and probably an email tool. For a deeper look at each vendor's tiers, see our Quenza pricing breakdown and Simply.Coach pricing guide.

Simply.Coach pricing page with Starter, Essentials, Growth and Leap plans
Simply.Coach's pricing page in October 2026.

How do they compare on programs, activities and between-session work?

Quenza is stronger here. It is built around a library of activities you customize and send, and its higher plans add more of them. Simply.Coach includes programs and survey forms, but caps the number of programs below Leap.

Quenza's pricing page lists activities, programs, notes, tasks and 1:1 chat on every plan, with recurring tasks and groups starting on Growth. The activity count grows by plan: 100+ core activities on Spark, 200+ on Growth and 400+ premium activities on Impact. The page also marks an AI activity generator as planned. If your coaching relies on structured reflection exercises, Quenza gives you a lot of ready material.

Simply.Coach approaches this from the engagement record. Programs, contracts and sessions sit together, and survey forms collect client input. The constraint is the cap: 1 program on Starter, 3 on Essentials and 10 on Growth. If you run several offers at once, you hit those limits faster than client limits.

Neither vendor's pricing page lists daily habit tracking, streaks or scheduled morning and evening check-ins. That matters if your method depends on daily behavior between calls. Coachful builds programs around weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and progress bars, so the client sees today's work every day rather than a worksheet once a week.

One scope note, because Quenza is also popular with therapists: coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If a client describes symptoms of a mental health condition, a crisis, or a medical issue, refer them to a licensed professional. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

How do they compare on booking, sessions and calendars?

Simply.Coach wins this round clearly. It includes booking pages on every tier and adds multiple calendars and recurring sessions on Growth. Quenza does not offer scheduling or video calls, according to our older profile of the product, so Quenza coaches pair it with a separate scheduler.

On Simply.Coach, the Starter plan includes 1 calendar, Growth includes 3, and the Surge business tier adds multiple calendars per coach. That covers a solo coach's needs. If you run group sessions, Simply.Coach lists 1:1 and group coaching on Starter and above.

Coachful's booking covers availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and intake questions on booking. Email reminders are included, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions and session credits work through the same booking page. More on that on our scheduling software page.

How do they compare on contracts, invoices and getting paid?

Simply.Coach handles contracts; Quenza does not list them. Neither shows a working client payment flow on its pricing pages today.

Simply.Coach includes contracts on every tier, capped at 1 on Starter, 3 on Essentials and 10 on Growth, with unlimited contracts on Leap. Automated invoices are marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page, and the pages do not state which payment processors are supported or any transaction fees. If invoicing matters to you, confirm the current status during the trial.

Quenza does not process client payments. Its pricing page marks invoicing and digital products as planned. The subscription itself is billed by card. In practice, Quenza coaches take payment through a separate tool.

Coachful handles payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. There has been a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. See coaching payment software and coaching contracts for details. Coachful does not support PayPal.

What does the client experience look like in each?

Quenza's client experience centers on its mobile app and chat: clients open activities, complete them and message you. Simply.Coach's centers on a client portal where sessions, contracts and programs live. Branding depends on plan in both.

On Quenza, the mobile app is listed on every plan, a custom logo arrives on Growth, and a custom domain and custom email sender arrive on Impact. That means the cheapest plan that feels fully branded to a client is the $125 Impact tier.

On Simply.Coach, your logo arrives on Growth and the white-labelled platform with your domain arrives on Leap. Below Growth, clients see Simply.Coach's branding.

Coachful gives the client one branded home and app: sessions, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, documents and the community in one place. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. That is worth knowing if a store listing in your name matters to you.

How do they handle teams and coaching companies?

Simply.Coach is the stronger choice for coaching companies. Its business tiers add program managers, sponsors, coach matching, coach payouts and NPS. Quenza's Collective plan supports up to 3 professionals, and its custom Beyond plan adds roles and permissions.

Simply.Coach prices its business tiers per active coach: CoCreate at $79 (10 clients per coach), Surge at $159 (25 clients per coach, 2 program managers, 5 sponsors, white-label) and Optima at $289 (50 clients per coach, unlimited managers and sponsors, email white-labelling, coach payouts, coach matching, NPS and automated reports). For an enterprise coaching program with sponsor reporting, that structure fits well.

Quenza Collective at $160 covers up to 3 professionals and 500 clients with team chat, API access and 5 webhooks. Beyond is custom priced for unlimited professionals.

Coachful's Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign by round robin or least busy. Coachful does not include a multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, or Salesforce or HubSpot integration. If you sell into large organizations and need sponsor reporting, Simply.Coach's business tiers are the better fit. See Coachful for teams.

What do public reviewers and ratings say?

Public review data is thin for both tools, so do not lean on it much. Quenza holds a Trustpilot score of 4.3 from 8 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), a small base. Simply.Coach has no Trustpilot presence; our older profile recorded a G2 score of 4.8 from 146 reviews, which we could not recheck this month because the review sites blocked our fetcher.

Given that, the trial is the best evidence. Both offer one without a card: 30 days for Quenza and 14 for Simply.Coach. Use it to build one real program and send it to a test client, then judge the client side, not only the coach dashboard. Our Quenza review and Simply.Coach review go further on each.

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?

The right pick follows your coaching model. Here is how we would match them.

  • Wellbeing or mindset coach who sends reflection exercises and has a separate scheduler: Quenza Growth, if you already have payments and booking handled elsewhere.
  • Executive or leadership coach who needs contracts and session records: Simply.Coach Growth or Leap. See also Simply.Coach alternatives for executive coaches.
  • Coaching company with sponsors and program managers: Simply.Coach Surge or Optima.
  • New coach with fewer than 10 clients testing an idea: Either trial works, but you will need payments and a booking page from day one, which neither covers completely. Coachful's guide for new coaches covers that setup.
  • Program-based coach (health, fitness, life, habit change) who sells packages, delivers daily work and wants one login: Coachful.

If you are leaning toward leaving one of them, our guides to Quenza alternatives and Simply.Coach alternatives rank the options.

Is there a third option that beats both? Coachful, honestly

For most solo coaches who sell and deliver programs, yes. Coachful combines the engagement side Quenza is good at with the practice side Simply.Coach is good at, then adds payments, a website and email. For coaching companies with sponsor reporting, or for coaches who only want an activity library, one of the other two may still fit better.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform based in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. It holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs work in Coachful:

When Coachful beats both

  • Between-session delivery. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, streaks, and morning and evening check-ins. Quenza's activities are close in spirit, but daily habits and check-ins are not listed on its pricing page.
  • Getting paid. Your own Stripe or Razorpay with payment plans, subscriptions, coupons and invoices, at a 0% platform fee. Neither Quenza nor Simply.Coach shows a working client payment flow today.
  • A website and funnels. A section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels. Neither competitor's pricing page lists a website builder; Quenza lists landing pages only. See the coach website builder.
  • Email marketing. Lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
  • Courses and community. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking; a community feed, group chat and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program.
  • An AI assistant that knows your practice. Michelle works from your live practice data: building programs, drafting emails, summarizing recorded sessions and briefing you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. More on the AI coaching assistant page.
  • ICF credential tracking. Coaching hours and distinct clients counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable ICF client coaching log. See ICF hour tracking.

When Coachful does not beat them

  • You run an enterprise coaching program with sponsors. Simply.Coach's Surge and Optima tiers include program managers, sponsors, coach matching, coach payouts and NPS. Coachful has team seats and staff permissions, but no sponsor reporting or Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
  • You want a large ready-made library of therapeutic-style activities. Quenza's 400+ premium activities on Impact are a deep library. Coachful ships more than 40 program templates, 48 course templates and coaching flow templates, but they are coaching templates, not a psychoeducation library.
  • You need HIPAA compliance or clinical records. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA.
  • You need PayPal or a permanent free plan. Coachful offers neither.
  • You need the client app in your own App Store account. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful listing.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form, a lead quiz and more. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start

  1. Start a free trial and pick the plan that covers your client count (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
  2. Connect your Stripe or Razorpay account and your calendar.
  3. Request a white-glove build for your website, first program or funnel. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Leaving later is straightforward too: Coachful exports your full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses), plus course exports. Frequently asked questions

Is Quenza or Simply.Coach cheaper?

Simply.Coach has the lower entry price at $9 for Starter, but that covers only 3 active coachees. At 15 clients the two are close: Quenza Growth at $50 and Simply.Coach Growth at $49. At 40 clients Quenza Growth stays at $50, while Simply.Coach needs Leap at $69.

Does Quenza have scheduling?

Our older profile of Quenza found no scheduling or video calls, and its current pricing page does not list them. Plan on pairing it with a separate scheduler. Check the current state during the 30-day trial.

Can I take payments in Quenza or Simply.Coach?

Quenza does not process client payments; its pricing page marks invoicing and digital products as planned. Simply.Coach marks automated invoices as "Coming Soon" and does not state a payment processor on its pricing pages. Confirm with each vendor before you commit.

Which is better for therapists?

Quenza is built for coaches and therapists and has a deep activity library. Neither is reviewed here as a clinical records system, so check each vendor's compliance documentation directly. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is meant for coaching, not clinical care.

Which is better for a coaching company?

Simply.Coach, if you need sponsors, program managers, coach matching and coach payouts. Its business tiers run from $79 to $289 per active coach. Quenza's Collective plan covers up to 3 professionals.

Do both offer a free trial?

Yes. Quenza offers 30 days and Simply.Coach offers 14 days, both without a credit card. Neither has a free plan.

Can I white-label Quenza or Simply.Coach?

Quenza adds a custom logo on Growth and a custom domain and email sender on Impact. Simply.Coach adds your logo on Growth and a white-labelled platform with your domain on Leap. Lower plans show the vendor's branding.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent testimonials or credentials, and it does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.

Is Coachful a good alternative to both?

For solo coaches and small teams who sell and deliver programs, it covers what each tool does plus payments, a website, courses, a community and email in one login. It is a weaker fit for enterprise sponsor reporting, HIPAA-regulated work, or coaches who need PayPal.

Can I move my clients from Simply.Coach or Quenza to Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Simply.Coach states its data can be exported to spreadsheets; Quenza does not document an export, though API access is available on Collective.
