CoachAccountable vs Delenta in 2026: Which Should You Pick?

CoachAccountable vs Delenta in 2026: Which Should You Pick?

CoachAccountable vs Delenta comes down to how you grow. CoachAccountable is a deep accountability back office priced per active client, with the full feature set and unlimited coaches on every plan, so it suits small, high-touch rosters and coaching firms. Delenta is a tiered practice platform with flat prices for 10, 40 or unlimited client portals, so it suits a solo coach with a larger roster who wants a landing page, group coaching and (on Premium) courses and a mobile app. Neither one covers the whole client journey on its own, which is why this guide also looks at a third option.

Below you will find the short answer by use case, a side-by-side table, pricing at real roster sizes, a feature-by-feature walk through, the client experience, and an honest section on Coachful as the alternative to both. We make Coachful, so we have kept vendor facts to what CoachAccountable and Delenta list on their own pages (as listed in October 2026) and to what public reviewers report. We have not run hands-on tests of either product.

What is the short answer for each type of coach?

Pick CoachAccountable if accountability between sessions is your product and your roster is small or made of high-value clients. Pick Delenta if you are one coach with 20 to 100 clients who wants predictable pricing and a public profile page. Pick Coachful if you want booking, payments, programs, courses, community, website and email in one login without paying per client.

  • Executive or business coach with 5 to 15 premium clients: CoachAccountable's action plans, metrics and worksheets fit this work well, and the per-client price is easy to absorb at that size.
  • Coaching firm with several coaches: CoachAccountable includes unlimited coaches and admins on every plan. Delenta's multi-coach features need its Teams plan, which has a per-seat fee not shown on the pricing page.
  • Solo coach with 20 to 40 clients: Delenta Pro covers up to 40 client portals at one flat price, far less than CoachAccountable at that roster size.
  • Coach selling a course or a group program: Delenta's course creator and mobile app sit on Premium. CoachAccountable has courses on every plan but bills each active client, which gets expensive for large groups.
  • Coach who wants one system for marketing and delivery: neither tool fully replaces a website, funnels and email list. That is the gap Coachful is built for.

How do CoachAccountable and Delenta compare side by side?

CoachAccountable is stronger on accountability depth and team access; Delenta is stronger on flat pricing and public-facing pages. The table below ranks on the criteria that decide most coaching software purchases.

How we ranked: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost as you grow, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

PlatformBest forPricing modelEntry priceFree trialTrustpilot
CoachfulCoaches who deliver programs and want booking, payments, courses, community, website and email in one placeFlat monthly plans; Pro is unlimited clients; team plans add seatsLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsYes, a free trial4.5 from 21 reviews

DelentaSolo coaches with growing rosters who want a profile pageThree tiers by client portals; Teams and Enterprise custom$29/month for 10 client portals14 days per the headline, 7 days per the FAQ, no card4.1 from 5 reviews

Two notes on that table. Delenta's Trustpilot score rests on only five reviews, so treat it as thin evidence either way. And Delenta's pricing page states two different trial lengths, so confirm the length when you sign up.

How does pricing compare at real roster sizes?

CoachAccountable is cheaper than Delenta only at the very bottom (2 clients). From about 10 clients upward, Delenta's flat tiers cost much less, and the gap widens fast because CoachAccountable charges by active client while Delenta charges by tier.

CoachAccountable's full ladder, as listed in October 2026: 2 clients $20, 5 clients $40, 10 clients $70, 20 clients $120, 35 clients $200, 50 clients $250, 75 clients $340, 100 clients $400, and onward to 1,000 clients at $4,000 a month. Only active clients count, and the page answers the question about annual discounts with a plain "Nope!". There are no add-ons to buy.

Delenta lists Starter at $29 a month (10 client portals, 1 GB), Pro at $49 (40 client portals, 5 GB, up to 6 calendars) and Premium at $79 (unlimited client portals, 100 GB). Paid yearly, those become $229, $469 and $699, which works out to roughly $19, $39 and $58 a month. The page shows "$" without naming a currency. Teams and Enterprise are quoted, not listed.

The yearly view makes the difference concrete. These are worked examples from the listed prices, not quotes.

Delenta$229 yearly Starter, or $348 monthly$469 yearly Pro, or $588 monthly$699 yearly Premium, or $948 monthly

What the per-client number does not show: CoachAccountable includes every feature and unlimited coaches at each tier, while Delenta's tiers gate features. If you need courses, a custom domain, branded emails or the mobile app on Delenta, you are on Premium regardless of roster size. If you need several coaches on Delenta, you are on Teams, and its per-seat licence fee is not published. For more detail, read our CoachAccountable pricing breakdown and Delenta pricing guide.

Payment fees are the other line item. Delenta states "no additional transaction fees", with Stripe or PayPal processor fees on top. CoachAccountable's pricing page does not state a platform fee; earlier profiles list Stripe, Square and PayPal as processors, each with its own fees.

Which is better for accountability and between-session work?

CoachAccountable is the deeper accountability tool. Its whole design centres on what happens between sessions: action plans with due dates, metrics clients report on, worksheets, and session notes, all in one coaching back office.

Delenta covers the basics of this work, with session notes, tasks and goals on every plan, but its emphasis is the practice around the coaching: CRM, booking, contracts, portals and sales pages. In short, CoachAccountable is the more focused engine for structured client follow-through, and Delenta is the broader practice manager.

If daily habits and check-ins are the heart of your method, neither tool frames them as the main event. That matters for coaches running 30, 60 or 90-day programs where the client should open the app every morning. Our guide on tracking client habits without CoachAccountable walks through how to set that up in other tools.

How do booking, contracts and payments compare?

Both tools handle the admin core: booking, agreements and getting paid. The differences are in the details.

  • Booking: Delenta includes booking with calendar sync and Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links from Starter; Pro raises the limit to 6 calendars. CoachAccountable runs session scheduling inside its back office.
  • Contracts: Delenta lists e-signed contracts on every plan. CoachAccountable includes agreements as part of its full feature set.
  • Payments: Delenta connects Stripe and PayPal. CoachAccountable includes invoicing, and earlier profiles list Stripe, Square and PayPal. Delenta adds subscriptions and events on Premium.
  • Intake: Delenta lists intake forms and lead management on Starter. CoachAccountable includes worksheets, which can hold intake questions.
  • Coaching logs: Delenta lists coaching logs on Starter, useful for coaches tracking hours toward a credential.

If your clients pay mostly through PayPal, both tools support it. That is a real point in their favour against some alternatives, including Coachful, which runs on Stripe Connect or Razorpay only. For agreement templates and what to include, see coaching contracts.

Which handles group coaching, courses and community better?

Delenta has more explicit group features on paper, but you pay for them in tiers. CoachAccountable includes courses everywhere, but every participant counts as an active client.

Delenta adds group coaching, group video sessions and group packages on Pro, then a course creator, onboarding workflows and unlimited sales pages on Premium. CoachAccountable includes courses on every plan, but a 60-person group program puts you on the 75-client tier at $340 a month. That cost shape is the main drawback of CoachAccountable for group work.

Neither tool lists a community feed with posts, group chat and video events in the way a membership platform does. If cohorts that talk to each other are central to your offer, look at group coaching software built for that.

Which is better for marketing: website, landing pages and email?

Delenta wins this round, though neither replaces a full marketing stack. Delenta includes a profile landing page on Starter, a branded landing page on Pro, and a custom domain, branded emails and unlimited sales pages on Premium.

CoachAccountable is a back office by design. Earlier profiles note no landing pages, website or marketing automation, so most CoachAccountable users pair it with a separate website builder, an email tool and a scheduler for prospects. That is three extra subscriptions and three extra logins to keep in sync.

Delenta lists "Delenta ai" as coming soon. CoachAccountable does not market an AI assistant on its pricing page.

How do teams, multi-coach firms and compliance compare?

CoachAccountable is the simpler choice for a firm because unlimited coaches and admins come with every plan. You pay for active clients across the whole firm, not for coach seats.

Delenta's Starter, Pro and Premium plans each include 1 seat. Teams adds multiple coaches, a super admin, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA support, priced per seat on request. Enterprise adds a public API with SSO, advanced analytics and dedicated teams.

On compliance, CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant (per an earlier profile). Delenta lists HIPAA on its Teams plan. If you handle protected health information as a covered entity, read the HHS guidance for professionals and confirm a business associate agreement in writing before you store anything clinical. Coaching is not treatment; clinical records belong in a clinical system.

What is the client experience like in each?

In CoachAccountable, the client gets a portal focused on their plan: action items, metrics to report, worksheets, session history. Earlier profiles note no native mobile app, so clients use the browser. A distinctive detail: previous clients keep lifetime access to their records.

In Delenta, each client gets a client portal (capped at 10 on Starter and 40 on Pro). The mobile app and custom branding arrive on Premium. Below Premium, the client experience carries less of your brand.

Either way, the client usually still meets other tools: your website on one platform, your email newsletter on another, maybe a community app. The more logins a client has, the less likely they are to open any of them on a busy Tuesday.

Which one looks like you?

Build your platform

How do data export and switching compare?

CoachAccountable documents a per-client Export on the Clients tab that exports full coaching history, plus bulk CSV import. Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import; a full client-data export was not verified in our sources. Ask Delenta directly what you can take with you before you commit.

If you are already on CoachAccountable and thinking of leaving, our CoachAccountable migration guide covers data, payments and a realistic timeline.

What does the choice look like for a real practice?

Take an illustrative example: a career coach with 12 one-to-one clients on a three-month package, plus a 25-person group program twice a year. The numbers below come from the listed prices; the practice itself is made up.

On CoachAccountable, the one-to-one roster alone sits on the 20-client tier at $120 a month. When the group program runs, 37 active clients push the account to the 50-client tier at $250 a month. Over a year with two six-week group runs, that is roughly eight months at $120 and four at $250, about $1,960, before a website, an email tool and a scheduler for prospects.

On Delenta, 12 clients fit nothing below Pro (Starter caps at 10 portals), and 37 clients still fit Pro's 40 portals. That is $469 paid yearly. But if the group program needs a course and a mobile app, the coach moves to Premium at $699 a year. Add a second coach to run the group, and the price moves to Teams, which is quoted on request.

The useful question is not only "which is cheaper" but "how many other tools will I still pay for". Count your current website host, email platform, scheduling link, community app and course host. If that list is long, a platform that replaces most of it can cost less overall than either specialist. See Coachful for career coaches for how that stack looks in one place.

Which should you pick, CoachAccountable or Delenta?

Between these two alone, the roster size and team shape usually decide it.

  • Choose CoachAccountable if you run a coaching firm with several coaches, your clients pay premium rates, accountability tracking is your core method, and you are happy to keep a separate website and email tool.
  • Choose Delenta if you are a solo coach with 15 to 100 clients, want flat predictable pricing, need group sessions on Pro or courses and a mobile app on Premium, and like having a landing page in the same system.
  • Look further if you want programs with daily habits and check-ins, a community, a real website with funnels, email sequences and payments under one login, and you would rather not stitch tools together.

Is there a third option that beats both?

For most coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, yes: Coachful. It covers what CoachAccountable does between sessions and what Delenta does around the practice, then adds the marketing layer both are missing.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Where Coachful beats CoachAccountable

  • Cost at scale: flat monthly plans, with Pro covering unlimited clients, instead of a bill that rises with every active client (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients).
  • Daily delivery: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.
  • Marketing in the same place: a section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels; email broadcasts and multi-step sequences.
  • Community: feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrols in a program.
  • Client app: your branding inside the Coachful app, so clients have something to open on their phone.

Where Coachful beats Delenta

  • No feature gates for courses: courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking are included in your Coachful membership, with 48 course templates.
  • Funnels and email: about 25 funnel templates, pixels and UTM tracking, plus email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
  • Published team plans: Studio and Agency add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and round-robin or least-busy assignment for multi-coach session types (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
  • A working AI assistant: Michelle works from your live practice data, builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. Questions and planning are included; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record. Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, pick "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio, lead quiz or webinar. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and brand guides. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and invents nothing: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, with gaps left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page sage-and-cream site for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, a rebuilt homepage and About page for a somatic coach leaving Kajabi, and a 12-week mentorship sales page with a start-up-guide funnel for a business mentor to beauty professionals. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

When CoachAccountable or Delenta is still the better pick

We would rather you choose well than choose us. Coachful is the wrong fit in these cases:

  • You need PayPal. Coachful has no PayPal; both CoachAccountable and Delenta support it.
  • You need HIPAA. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and signs no BAA. Delenta lists HIPAA on Teams.
  • You want a permanent free plan. Coachful has none. CoachAccountable's 2-client Starter is the cheapest way to keep a tiny roster running.
  • You need your app in your own App Store account. Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding.
  • You need a CRM integration. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams.
  • Your clients rely on lifetime access to past records in exactly the way CoachAccountable provides; check that this matches your offboarding before you switch.

How to start. Start a free trial, then request a build from Create so the team sets up your site, program or funnel while you keep coaching. Can I move my clients from CoachAccountable or Delenta to Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. CoachAccountable offers a per-client export of coaching history; with Delenta, confirm what export options you have before you cancel.

Is Coachful a good fit for executive or business coaches?
