Delenta vs Quenza in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

Delenta vs Quenza in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

Delenta vs Quenza is not really a contest between two versions of the same tool. Delenta is a practice-management platform: it books sessions, signs contracts, takes payments through Stripe or PayPal and keeps your client records. Quenza is a client-engagement tool: it sends worksheets, exercises and multi-step programs to clients between sessions, but as listed in October 2026 it does not process client payments. If you mostly need the business side handled, Delenta fits better. If you mostly need structured homework and a client app, Quenza fits better. If you need both, you will either pay for two tools or look at a third option.

This guide compares the two on pricing, client limits, scheduling, payments, programs, the client experience and data portability, using what each vendor lists on its own pricing page in October 2026 and what public reviewers report. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that covers both sides in one login, so we also explain where Coachful beats both and where it does not.

What is the short answer for each kind of coach?

Pick by the job you need done most often. Delenta suits a solo coach who wants booking, contracts and billing in one place; Quenza suits a coach or therapist whose value sits in the exercises clients complete between sessions.

  • You sell 1:1 packages and want admin off your plate: Delenta. Its cheapest plan already includes booking with calendar sync, intake forms, e-signed contracts, session notes, coaching logs and Stripe or PayPal payments.
  • You run reflective or therapeutic-style work with lots of homework: Quenza. Its plans ship with libraries of ready activities (100+ on Spark, 200+ on Growth, 400+ premium activities on Impact) and a client mobile app from the first tier.
  • You have more than 40 clients on a budget: Quenza's Growth plan allows 250 clients, while Delenta's Pro plan stops at 40 client portals. But you will still need separate tools for scheduling and payments with Quenza.
  • You want courses, a custom domain and a mobile app: Delenta only offers these on Premium. Quenza's custom domain arrives on Impact and it has no course creator listed.
  • You want programs, payments, booking, courses, community and a website without stitching tools together: neither one fully covers that. That is where a third option such as Coachful comes in, covered later.

How do Delenta and Quenza compare side by side?

On paper the two barely overlap. The table below sets the core facts next to each other, ranked on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort.

Ranking criteria: one login from booking to payment to program delivery, depth of between-session support, the total monthly cost of every tool you need, and how much setup you must do yourself.

Delenta's plan list reads like a back-office checklist: lead management, a profile landing page, intake forms, CRM, contracts, coaching logs and Zapier, all on Starter. The more client-facing pieces (courses, custom branding, branded emails, unlimited sales pages, onboarding workflows and the mobile app) are held back for Premium. You can read our full Delenta review for a deeper look.

Quenza is built around client engagement. Its building blocks are activities and worksheets that you combine into programs and send to clients, who complete them in the client app, with 1:1 chat alongside. Our Quenza review covers that workflow in detail.

How does Delenta pricing compare with Quenza pricing?

At the entry level the two cost about the same: Delenta Starter is $29 a month and Quenza Spark is $25 a month, both capped at 10 clients. The gap opens as you grow, because the two vendors cap different things and hold back different features.

Prices are as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026. Delenta's page shows "$" without naming a currency, and its annual per-month figures are derived from the yearly totals. Teams (per-seat licence) and Enterprise prices are not shown.

Delenta pricing page with Starter, Pro, Premium and Teams plans
Delenta's pricing page in October 2026.

Delenta's pricing has two steps that matter. The first is at 10 clients, where Starter's portal cap forces a move to Pro. The second is at 40 clients, or the moment you want courses, a custom domain, branded emails or the mobile app, all of which sit on Premium. Delenta says there are no additional transaction fees, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal's processing. It also lists a paid setup concierge add-on without a published price. Full detail is in our Delenta pricing breakdown.

Quenza pricing page with Spark, Growth, Impact, Collective and Beyond plans
Quenza's pricing page in October 2026.

Quenza's client caps are much looser above Spark: Growth allows 250 clients for $50 a month. The jumps come from features instead. A custom domain and a custom email sender wait for Impact at $125 a month, and API access waits for Collective. Because Quenza does not process client payments, there are no transaction fees to compare; you collect money through some other tool. See our Quenza pricing guide for each tier.

What does each one cost for a real practice?

The sticker price only tells part of the story, because Quenza covers fewer jobs. Here is an illustrative example for a solo coach with 15 active clients who books sessions, takes payment and sends weekly exercises. The numbers are an example built from the listed monthly prices, not a quote.

ToolPlan needed for 15 clientsListed monthly priceWhat you still add
CoachfulCheapest plan covering 15 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsNothing for booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, website or email; only Stripe or Razorpay processing
DelentaPro (Starter caps at 10 portals)$49An email marketing tool if you send newsletters; Premium ($79) if you want courses or the mobile app
QuenzaGrowth (Spark caps at 10 clients)$50A scheduling tool, a video tool, a payment or invoicing tool and a contract e-signature tool, each at its own price

On this example, Delenta is the cheaper single tool for a coach who mostly runs sessions. Quenza's price looks similar, but the real stack cost depends on the booking, payment and signature tools you pair with it. If you are comparing schedulers for that gap, our Calendly pricing guide lays out what one booking tool adds.

Which is better for booking sessions and calendar management?

Delenta, clearly. Booking with calendar sync and Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integrations are on every Delenta plan, while Quenza's September 2026 profile lists no scheduling or video calls at all.

Delenta's Pro plan raises the calendar allowance to up to six connected calendars and adds group video sessions and group packages, which helps if you run a group program alongside 1:1 work. Intake forms on Starter let you collect background before the first call.

With Quenza you would send clients a link from a separate scheduler and keep the session record in two places. That is workable for a coach with a handful of steady clients on a fixed weekly slot, and tiring for anyone who sells discovery calls.

For comparison, Coachful's booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync. Reminders go by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before. Sessions can be paid or drawn from session credits, and multi-coach session types can assign by round-robin or least-busy. More on that on our scheduling software page.

Which handles payments, invoices and contracts better?

Delenta does, because Quenza does not handle them yet. Delenta connects Stripe and PayPal and includes e-signed contracts on Starter; Quenza's pricing page marks invoicing and digital products as planned or coming soon.

Delenta's Premium plan adds subscriptions and events, which matters if you sell monthly retainers rather than fixed packages. It says it charges no additional transaction fees, so your cost is the processor's rate. PayPal support is a genuine plus for coaches whose clients prefer it.

With Quenza you need a separate invoicing or payment tool. E-signed contracts are not listed on its pricing page either, so a signed coaching agreement lives in another tool too.

In Coachful, payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction generates an invoice, and you can send manual invoices. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Coachful does not support PayPal. See coaching contracts for how agreements work.

Which is better for programs and between-session work?

Quenza. Between-session work is the reason it exists: you build activities, chain them into programs, schedule recurring tasks and chat with clients one to one, and every plan includes a library of ready-made activities.

The library grows with the plan: 100+ core activities on Spark, 200+ on Growth and 400+ premium activities on Impact. For a coach who otherwise spends evenings formatting PDFs, that is real time saved. Quenza's pricing page also lists an AI activity generator as planned.

Delenta's between-session layer is thinner. It offers tasks and goals, session notes and coaching logs from Starter, group coaching from Pro and onboarding workflows and a course creator on Premium. "Delenta ai" is marked as coming soon. It tracks what clients agreed to do, but it is not built around a daily rhythm of check-ins and habits.

Coachful sits closer to Quenza here, with more structure around the client's day. Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. There are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates. Clients enrolled in a program join an automatically created cohort group. Coachful does not have a therapist-style library of hundreds of pre-written clinical exercises, so if you rely on that, Quenza's library is the stronger asset.

Here is a short walkthrough of how a program is built and delivered in Coachful:

Coachful habit tracker cards for meditation, exercise, journaling and reading
Demo habit cards in Coachful: Morning Meditation, Exercise, Journaling and Read 30 minutes, each with progress toward 30 days.

Which is better for courses, groups and community?

Delenta, if you are on Premium. Its course creator, subscriptions and events sit on the $79 plan, and group coaching with group video sessions starts on Pro. Quenza offers groups from Growth but lists no course creator or community feed.

Quenza's groups are aimed at delivering activities to several clients together. Its pricing page lists no member feed, live sessions or course modules.

Coachful includes courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking, 48 course templates with quizzes), downloads, videos, books, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home. It also has a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. Our group coaching software page and course platform for coaches page cover both.

What about websites, marketing and lead capture?

Neither tool is a full website builder. Delenta gives you a profile landing page on Starter, a branded landing page on Pro and unlimited sales pages plus a custom domain on Premium. Quenza gives you 1 landing page on Growth, 3 on Impact and 5 on Collective.

Delenta's lead management on Starter is the more useful marketing feature of the two: leads land in its CRM next to clients. Quenza lists no lead management, but its webhooks (1 on Growth, 2 on Impact, 5 on Collective) can push data elsewhere.

Most coaches using either tool still run a separate website, email marketing tool and often a funnel builder. Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences; a social planner; and Instagram automations that DM a booking link or lead magnet when someone comments a keyword. See the coach website builder for details.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

What is the client experience like in each?

Quenza gives clients a mobile app on every plan; Delenta gives clients a portal on every plan but only adds the mobile app on Premium. That difference matters more than any feature list, because it decides whether clients open your work daily.

Delenta clients log into a client portal tied to the sessions, tasks, goals and contracts you manage in Delenta. On Starter and Pro, the portal is the main channel, and the number of portals is the plan cap (10 or 40). Premium adds the mobile app, custom branding and branded emails, so clients see your name rather than Delenta's.

Quenza clients receive activities and programs, complete them on their phone or in a browser, and message you in 1:1 chat. A custom logo appears from Growth, and a custom domain and custom email sender from Impact. What clients do not get is a place to book, pay or sign, so they move between Quenza and your other tools.

Coachful clients get one branded home in the Coachful app with their programs, sessions, habits, check-ins, goals, courses, community and payments. The app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

The demo Programs view in Coachful's client app shows an enrolled group program, its current week and members.

Do either work for therapists or health practitioners?

Quenza markets to therapists as well as coaches, and Delenta lists HIPAA on its custom-priced Teams plan. If you are a covered entity under US health privacy law, check the vendor's business associate agreement terms directly before storing any client health information; the US Department of Health and Human Services explains who counts as a covered entity. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If a client describes symptoms of a mental health condition, an eating disorder or a medical issue, refer them to a licensed clinician. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

How do data export, teams and support compare?

Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import, but client-data export was not verified on its September 2026 profile. Quenza does not document a data export; its API arrives on Collective. If you might switch tools later, ask both vendors how you would get notes, forms and history out before you commit.

For teams, Delenta's Teams plan adds multiple coaches, a super admin, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA on a per-seat licence whose price is not shown. Enterprise adds a public API with SSO and advanced analytics. Quenza's Collective plan covers up to 3 professionals and 500 clients with team chat; Beyond adds unlimited professionals, roles and permissions, and full-service setup on a custom quote.

Public ratings are thin on both sides. As seen on Trustpilot in October 2026, Delenta scores 4.1 from 5 reviews and Quenza scores 4.3 from 8 reviews. Neither sample is large enough to separate them on support quality.

Coachful offers a full client data export as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses) and a course export. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions. Coachful holds 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?

Choose Delenta if your bottleneck is admin and Quenza if your bottleneck is client follow-through. The table below spells out when each one, and Coachful, is the right call.

Life, mindset and confidence coaches

Your work lives between sessions: reflections, small daily actions, mood check-ins. Quenza's activity library is a strong starting point, but you will need separate booking and billing. Delenta handles the business but gives clients little to do daily. See software for life coaches for a fuller picture.

Executive and business coaches

You usually sell retainers or fixed engagements to individuals or companies, and contracts plus clean session notes matter most. Delenta's Starter covers that well, and its coaching logs help with credential hours. Quenza is rarely the main tool here.

Coaches working toward an ICF credential

Delenta lists coaching logs from Starter. Quenza does not list hour tracking. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours; see ICF hour tracking.

Is there a third option that beats both?

For most coaches who sell programs, yes. Coachful covers what Delenta does (booking, contracts, payments, client records) and what Quenza does (programs, tasks, check-ins, a client app) in one subscription, plus courses, community, a website, funnels, email and an AI assistant.

What Coachful is, who it is for and how to start

Coachful is a coaching platform built in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and Michelle, a built-in AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Start with a free trial and ask the team to build your setup for you.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, coaching flow, form, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, event or automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you rather than inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, for example, got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation; a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

When Coachful beats both

  • One login for the whole client journey. A prospect books through your funnel, signs the agreement, pays through your Stripe account, joins the program and checks in each morning, all in one system. With Quenza that journey spans three or four tools; with Delenta the daily part is thin.
  • Between-session delivery with structure. Programs with daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks, plus a client record that flags whether each client is thriving, active, quiet or at risk.
  • Total stack cost. Courses, community, website, funnels and email marketing are included in your Coachful membership, where Delenta holds courses and branding for Premium and Quenza needs outside tools for booking and payments.
  • Setup effort. The free white-glove build, plus import of clients, programs and content during onboarding.
  • AI that works from your practice data. Michelle drafts programs and emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. Delenta's AI is marked coming soon and Quenza's AI activity generator is marked planned.

When Coachful does not beat them

  • Pick Delenta over Coachful if you need HIPAA on a team plan, want clients to pay by PayPal, or need coach payroll and HR reports for a coaching company.
  • Pick Quenza over Coachful if your method depends on hundreds of pre-written therapeutic or psychoeducational exercises you can send unchanged, or you work in a clinical setting and already have booking and billing in a clinical system.
  • Neither Coachful nor these two fit if you need a multi-stage sales deal board for a large sales team or a Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How should you test Delenta and Quenza before committing?

Use the trials on a real client scenario, not a feature tour. Quenza offers 30 days without a card; Delenta's pricing page says 14 days in the headline and 7 days in the FAQ, also without a card, so plan for the shorter window.

  1. Write down one client's full journey from first inquiry to the end of a 12-week engagement: how they book, what they sign, how they pay, what they do each week.
  2. Rebuild that journey in each trial. In Delenta, set up a booking page, a contract and a payment. In Quenza, build a three-week program from library activities.
  3. Count the tools left over. Every gap (booking, payments, email, website, courses) is another login for you and your client, and another monthly bill.
  4. Check the client side on your phone. Remember that Delenta's mobile app is a Premium feature.
  5. Ask about export before you import your client list, since neither vendor documents a full client-data export.
  6. Price your next 12 months, not this month. If you expect to pass 10 clients, price Delenta Pro or Quenza Growth from the start.

For a wider view of the category, our coaching software page and the comparison hub list more options.

Frequently asked questions

Is Delenta or Quenza cheaper?

At the entry level Quenza Spark ($25 a month) is slightly cheaper than Delenta Starter ($29 a month), and both cap at 10 clients. Above 40 clients Quenza Growth ($50 a month for 250 clients) is cheaper than Delenta Premium ($79). Quenza does not include booking or payments, so your total stack may cost more.

Can Quenza take payments from clients?

Not as listed in October 2026. Quenza's pricing page marks invoicing and digital products as planned or coming soon, so you need a separate payment or invoicing tool for now.

Does Delenta have a client mobile app?

Yes, but only on the Premium plan ($79 a month or $699 a year as listed in October 2026). On Starter and Pro, clients use the web client portal.

Does Quenza have scheduling or video calls?

Quenza's September 2026 profile lists no scheduling and no video calls, and its October 2026 pricing page does not add them. Plan on a separate scheduler and video tool.

Which is better for group coaching?

Delenta, from Pro, with group coaching, group video sessions and group packages. Quenza offers groups from Growth, but its pricing page lists no live sessions or community feed.

Are Delenta and Quenza HIPAA compliant?

Delenta lists HIPAA on its custom-priced Teams plan. Quenza's pricing page in October 2026 does not list HIPAA on any plan, so ask the vendor directly. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, and coaching itself is not clinical care.

What is the free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Can I move my clients from Delenta or Quenza to Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Export what you can from your current tool first, since neither Delenta nor Quenza documents a full client-data export.

Which one has better reviews?

On Trustpilot in October 2026, Quenza scored 4.3 from 8 reviews and Delenta 4.1 from 5 reviews. Both samples are too small to draw firm conclusions, so weigh your own trial more heavily.

Do I need both Delenta and Quenza?

Some coaches pair a practice-management tool with an engagement tool, but that means two logins for you and your clients and two monthly bills. A single platform that covers booking, payments and between-session programs, such as Coachful, avoids that overlap.
