Delenta vs Satori (2026): Which Should Coaches Pick?

Delenta vs Satori comes down to one question: do you want a practice tool that can grow into courses, sales pages and a mobile app (Delenta), or a lean, tidy back office for one-to-one coaching packages (Satori)? Delenta covers more ground, especially on its Premium plan. Satori is simpler, has a free plan for coaches still training, and only bills you for active clients. Neither runs the full client journey from first click to finished program in one place, which is why this comparison ends with a third option.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with both tools, so read the Coachful section with that in mind. Everything we say about Delenta and Satori comes from what each vendor documents on its own site (Delenta's pricing as listed in October 2026; Satori's dollar figures as listed in September 2026, because its prices did not render when we checked again in October) and what public reviewers report. We have not run either tool with paying clients, and we say so wherever it matters.
What is the short answer by use case?
Pick Satori if you sell one-to-one packages, want the simplest possible setup and like paying only for active clients. Pick Delenta if you want group coaching, courses and a branded mobile app from the same vendor and are willing to pay for its top solo plan to get them.
- You are still studying for a coaching credential: Satori. Its Scholar plan is free for people working toward a coaching certification (you apply via a form), with unlimited pro bono clients.
- You run one-to-one packages only and want minimal setup: Satori. Scheduling, a client portal, packages, invoices and contracts, with little else to configure.
- You run group programs: Delenta from its Pro plan, which adds group coaching, group video sessions and group packages.
- You want courses and a mobile app: Delenta Premium, the only Delenta solo plan with the course creator and mobile app.
- You run a team of coaches: Delenta Teams, which is custom priced per seat. Satori's public plans describe solo tiers.
- You want booking, payments, programs, courses, community, website and email in one login: neither. That is the case for Coachful, covered below.
If you want deeper single-vendor detail first, read our Delenta review and our Satori review.
How do Delenta and Satori compare side by side?
Delenta has the wider feature list; Satori has the lower entry point and the simpler model. We rank on four criteria that matter most for a working coaching practice: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort. On those criteria Coachful comes first, Delenta second and Satori third.
| Tool | Best for | Entry price | Client limits | Courses and community | Mobile app |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who deliver programs and want one login for booking, payments, programs, courses, community, website and email | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | Courses, community feed, group chat, cohort groups, events | Branded client app (coach's branding inside the Coachful app) |
| Delenta | Solo coaches who want CRM, contracts and group coaching, with courses on the top plan | $29/month (Starter) | 10 client portals on Starter, 40 on Pro, unlimited on Premium | Group coaching from Pro; course creator on Premium only | Premium only |
| Satori | Solo coaches selling one-to-one packages who want a simple back office | $0 Scholar (for coaches in training); $33/month Essentials | Up to 10 active paying clients on Essentials; older listing shows 50 on Pro and 150 on Leader | No courses or community listed (September 2026 profile) | No native mobile app (September 2026 profile) |

Delenta positions itself as a coaching practice platform: lead management, a CRM, intake forms, booking with calendar sync, session notes, tasks and goals, e-signed contracts, coaching logs, Zoom, Meet and Teams links, Stripe and PayPal, and Zapier, all from the Starter plan as listed in October 2026. Higher plans add group work, branding and, on Premium, courses and a mobile app.

Satori takes the opposite approach. It focuses on the admin of a one-to-one practice: scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Its September 2026 profile lists no landing pages, courses or community, and no native Zoom integration or mobile app. What you get in return is a tool with less to set up and a billing model that only counts active clients.
How does Delenta pricing compare with Satori pricing?
At the low end they are close: Delenta Starter is $29 a month and Satori Essentials is $33 a month, and both cap you at 10 clients. The gap opens as you grow, because Delenta's unlimited plan is $79 a month while Satori's largest listed plan is $124 a month for up to 150 active clients.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Client cap | Key additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Flat monthly plans; monthly plans cancel in one click | Lower plans cap clients; unlimited from Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, email and the Michelle AI assistant included in your Coachful membership |
| Delenta Starter | $29 | $229/year (about $19.08/month) | 10 client portals, 1 seat, 1 GB | CRM, booking, contracts, coaching logs, Zoom/Meet/Teams, Stripe/PayPal, Zapier |
| Delenta Pro | $49 | $469/year (about $39.08/month) | 40 client portals, 5 GB, up to 6 calendars | Group coaching, group video sessions, group packages, branded landing page |
| Delenta Premium | $79 | $699/year (about $58.25/month) | Unlimited client portals, 100 GB | Custom domain and branding, branded emails, sales pages, onboarding workflows, course creator, subscriptions and events, mobile app |
| Delenta Teams | Per-seat fee, not shown | Not shown | Custom | Multiple coaches, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label, HIPAA |
| Satori Scholar | $0 | $0 | Unlimited pro bono clients | For people studying for a coaching certification (apply via form) |
| Satori Essentials | $33 | About $27.50/month (2 months free) | Up to 10 active paying clients | Booking discovery sessions, launch foundation |
| Satori Pro | $49 | About $40.83/month | 50 active clients (September 2026 profile) | Group coaching, custom branding (September 2026 profile) |
| Satori Leader | $124 | About $103.33/month | 150 active clients (September 2026 profile) | Unlimited bookings, dedicated support |
Two notes on these figures. Delenta's yearly prices are printed as totals; the per-month numbers are our division. Satori advertises annual billing as "Get 2 Months Free", so its per-month annual figures are derived (monthly price times 10, divided by 12) rather than printed. Satori's dollar amounts are as listed in September 2026; the Essentials cap of 10 active paying clients, the trial and the refund terms were confirmed as listed in October 2026.

Delenta's page shows "$" without naming a currency and says there are "no additional transaction fees"; Stripe and PayPal processing fees still apply. It also lists a setup concierge add-on without a price, and marks "Delenta ai" as coming soon. For the full breakdown, see our Delenta pricing guide.

Satori takes no cut of client payments either; standard PayPal and Stripe fees apply. Only active clients count toward your tier, which is genuinely useful if clients come and go: a past client who finished in spring does not keep costing you money. Our Satori pricing guide walks through every tier.
What does each tool cost at 15, 45 and 60 clients?
Client caps decide your real bill more than headline prices do. Here is a worked example using the listed caps. The client counts are illustrations, not data about any real practice.
| Tool | 15 clients | 45 clients | 60 clients | Still to buy separately |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for website, funnels, email, courses or community; only Stripe or Razorpay processing |
| Delenta | $49/month (Pro; Starter caps at 10) | $79/month (Premium; Pro caps at 40) | $79/month (Premium) | Email marketing and funnels beyond sales pages; community tool |
| Satori | $49/month (Pro; Essentials caps at 10) | $49/month (Pro, up to 50 active) | $124/month (Leader) | Website, landing pages, courses, community, email marketing, often a Zoom account |
The last column is where the real cost hides. Satori's lower subscription leaves more of the stack for you to assemble: a website builder, a course tool, a community space and an email platform each come with their own bill and their own login. Delenta Premium covers more of that ground, but email sequences and a community space are not among its listed plan features. Add up every tool you would actually pay for before you compare the subscriptions.
How do booking and scheduling compare?
Both tools handle the basics of booking a session; Delenta does more around video calls. Delenta's Starter plan, as listed in October 2026, includes booking with calendar sync and Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integration, and Pro raises you to up to six connected calendars.
Satori's scheduling is central to the product: clients book discovery sessions and package sessions, and its Leader plan lifts booking limits entirely. Its September 2026 profile listed 60 bookings on Essentials and 120 on Pro, alongside the client caps, so a busy one-to-one practice can hit a booking limit before a client limit. That same profile reported no native Zoom integration, so coaches who run calls on Zoom paste links or use a workaround. Check the current booking caps on Satori's pricing page before you commit, since the dollar figures and these older limits did not render when we last checked.

For comparison, Coachful's booking pages cover availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions get built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, plus email reminders and, once messaging is enabled, SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before. Paid sessions, session credits and intake questions at booking are included in your Coachful membership. More on that in our scheduling software overview.
How do client management, contracts and payments compare?
On the admin core, Delenta and Satori are closer than their prices suggest: both offer a client portal, contracts and invoicing. Delenta adds a fuller CRM with lead management, session notes, tasks and goals on every plan.
Client records and CRM
Delenta's Starter plan lists lead management, a CRM, intake forms, session notes, tasks and goals. That makes it the stronger choice if you track prospects before they become clients. Satori's client portal and package tracking are built around paying clients and their sessions, which suits a practice where most leads come by referral and go straight to a discovery call.
Contracts
Both tools offer contracts. Delenta lists e-signed contracts from Starter. Satori includes contracts alongside invoices as part of its core admin set. Either way, sending an agreement before the first session is now standard practice; if you need a starting point, our coaching contracts page covers what to include.
Payments
Both connect to Stripe and PayPal and neither takes a platform cut of your client payments, per their own pricing pages. Delenta Premium adds subscriptions and events. If you rely on PayPal, both tools support it, which is a real point in their favour over Coachful, which does not support PayPal.
Data export and ICF logs
Both tools help with credentialing. Delenta lists coaching logs on every plan, and Satori documents a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing. Neither vendor's general client-data export was verified in our September 2026 profiles, so ask each vendor how you would take your full client history with you if you ever leave. Our guide on how to migrate from Satori shows what to export first.
How do programs, group coaching and courses compare?
This is the clearest difference between the two. Delenta adds group coaching from Pro and a course creator on Premium; Satori's September 2026 profile lists group coaching on Pro but no courses or community at all.
Delenta's Pro plan lists group coaching, group video sessions and group packages, which covers a cohort that meets on calls. Premium adds the course creator, onboarding workflows, unlimited sales pages, subscriptions and events. So a coach who wants to sell a self-paced course alongside coaching needs Delenta's top solo plan.
Satori's packages and programs organize what a client has bought and which sessions they have used. Its September 2026 profile capped programs at 3 on Essentials, 10 on Pro and 50 on Leader. It is a good fit for a package like "six sessions over three months", less so for a structured program where clients complete weekly tasks and habits between calls.
Neither tool's documentation describes daily habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins or streaks as a core feature. That gap matters if your results depend on what clients do between sessions. Coaches running cohorts should also look at our group coaching software overview.
What is the client experience like in each tool?
Delenta gives clients a portal on every plan and a mobile app on Premium; Satori gives clients a web portal with no native mobile app, per its September 2026 profile. For many one-to-one clients a browser portal is enough. For clients who log habits or check in daily, an app on their phone makes a noticeable difference to whether they actually do it.
Branding follows the same pattern. Delenta's Pro plan adds a branded landing page, and Premium adds a custom domain, branded emails and full branding. Satori's Pro plan lists custom branding in the older profile. In both, the client's experience centers on sessions, documents and invoices.
Public reviews are thin for both. Delenta shows 4.1 on Trustpilot from 5 reviews (seen October 2026), which is too small a sample to read much into. Satori's Trustpilot page had no reviews when checked in October 2026; its September 2026 profile noted 4.5 on Capterra from 13 reviews. Treat both as early signals, and use each free trial to test the client side yourself by booking a session as a fake client.

In Coachful, the client opens one branded home in the Coachful app carrying your branding. They see their next session, their program week, pre-session tasks, goals with progress bars, habits, check-ins, courses, community and messages in the same place, as the screen above shows with demo data.
Which should you pick for which kind of coach?
Match the tool to how you deliver coaching, not to the longest feature list. Here is how we would choose between the two, setting Coachful aside for a moment.
- New coach in training: Satori's Scholar plan, if you qualify, costs nothing while you log pro bono hours. Delenta has no free plan.
- Life or career coach with one-to-one packages and under 10 clients: either works. Delenta Starter ($29) is slightly cheaper than Satori Essentials ($33) and adds a CRM and Zoom links; Satori is simpler.
- Coach with 40 to 50 active one-to-one clients: Satori Pro at $49 covers up to 50 active clients per the September 2026 listing, while Delenta needs Premium at $79 once you pass 40 portals.
- Coach running group programs: Delenta Pro or Premium. Satori's group features are lighter in its documentation.
- Coach selling courses alongside coaching: Delenta Premium, since Satori lists no course tool.
- Small coaching firm: Delenta Teams, which lists roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA, at a per-seat price you have to request.
- Health or wellness coach handling clinical information: neither solo plan is built for clinical records. Delenta lists HIPAA only on Teams. Coaching is not medical treatment; if a client describes symptoms, medication questions or a mental health crisis, refer them to a licensed clinician and keep clinical records in a clinical system.
We have compared each of these tools against others too: see CoachAccountable vs Delenta and Paperbell vs Satori.
Is there a third option that beats both?
Yes, for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions: Coachful runs the whole client journey, from website and funnel to booking, payment, contract, program, community and follow-up email, in one login. It is not the right pick for everyone, and we cover when it loses below.

What Coachful is and who it is for
Coachful is a coaching platform based in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. Coachful shows 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

Where Coachful beats Delenta and Satori
- Between-session delivery: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Neither Delenta nor Satori documents this depth of daily delivery.
- Client status at a glance: each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk and an AI briefing before each session.
- Marketing in the same login: a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, blog and custom domain; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits. Satori lists none of this; Delenta covers sales pages on Premium but not email sequences.
- Courses and community without a top-tier jump: courses with drip and completion tracking, a community feed, group chat, video events and cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program.
- Payments with no platform fee: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026.
- ICF credential tracking: hours and distinct clients counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable ICF client coaching log covering paid and pro bono hours. See ICF hour tracking.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful.

The free white-glove build
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio or something else. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Some recent builds, anonymized: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. A real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more about the free white-glove service.
When Delenta or Satori beats Coachful
- You need PayPal. Both Delenta and Satori support PayPal; Coachful does not.
- You need HIPAA. Delenta lists HIPAA on Teams. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- You want a permanent free plan while training. Satori's Scholar plan is free for coaches studying for a certification. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.
- You want your own App Store listing. Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own developer account. Delenta lists white label on Teams.
- You want the simplest possible tool. If you only sell one-to-one packages and never plan to run programs, courses or a website, Satori has less to learn.
Other limits worth knowing: Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no stock exercise videos, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. Its affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually.
How to start
Start a free trial, then request a white-glove build of whatever would take you longest, usually the website or your first program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so switching from Delenta or Satori does not mean retyping your roster. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. You can also compare directly on Coachful vs Delenta or read why coaches leave Satori on our Satori alternative page.
How hard is it to switch between these tools?
Switching is manageable if you do it in order: export clients, rebuild packages, resend contracts and update booking links. The work grows with how much history you need to keep.

A practical order that works for most coaches:
- Export your client list and your ICF coaching log first. Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import; Satori documents a coaching-log export. Ask each vendor about full client-history export before you cancel.
- Download signed contracts and invoices you are required to keep for your records. Retention rules vary by country, so check with an accountant.
- Rebuild your packages and programs in the new tool, then set up booking pages and payments.
- Tell active clients the date you are switching, and send new booking links one week ahead.
- Keep the old account until every active client has booked through the new one, then cancel.
Our list of Delenta alternatives and our list of Satori alternatives cover other tools if neither fits.
What is our verdict on Delenta vs Satori?
Between the two, Delenta is the more complete platform and the better value once you need group coaching, courses or more than 50 clients. Satori is the better pick for a coach in training (Scholar) or a one-to-one coach with up to 50 active clients who wants as little software as possible.
If what you sell is a program, where clients have daily tasks, habits and check-ins between calls and you want your website, funnels and email in the same place, Coachful is the stronger choice than either. One subscription replaces a Satori-plus-several-tools stack, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work.
Frequently asked questions
Is Delenta or Satori cheaper?
At 10 clients or fewer, Delenta Starter ($29 a month) is slightly cheaper than Satori Essentials ($33 a month). Between 41 and 50 clients, Satori Pro ($49, as listed in September 2026) undercuts Delenta Premium ($79). Above 50 clients, Delenta Premium is cheaper than Satori Leader ($124).
Does Satori have a free plan?
Yes. Satori's Scholar plan is free for people studying for a coaching certification, who apply through a form, and allows unlimited pro bono clients. Delenta has no free plan, though it offers a trial without a credit card.
How long are the Delenta and Satori free trials?
Satori offers a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no card during the trial, plus a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up. Delenta's pricing page, as listed in October 2026, conflicts: the headline says 14 days and the FAQ says 7 days, with no credit card required.
Does Satori have a mobile app?
Satori's September 2026 profile lists no native mobile app, so clients use the portal in a browser. Delenta includes a mobile app on its Premium plan only.
Which is better for group coaching, Delenta or Satori?
Delenta, from its Pro plan, which lists group coaching, group video sessions and group packages. Satori's older profile lists group coaching on Pro, but it has no community space or course tool for running a cohort between calls.
Is Delenta or Satori HIPAA compliant?
Delenta lists HIPAA on its custom-priced Teams plan. Satori's documentation we reviewed does not list HIPAA. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified either, so if you handle clinical health information, use a system built for clinical records.
Do Delenta and Satori take a cut of client payments?
No. Both say they charge no transaction fee of their own; Stripe and PayPal processing fees still apply. Coachful also charges a 0% platform fee, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing fees.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You share up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and nothing is invented: gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include video recording, logo design or ongoing marketing.
Can I move from Satori or Delenta to Coachful without losing clients?
Yes, with a planned switch. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding, and you can keep your old account open until every active client has booked through the new one.
