Top 12 Webinar Platforms for Relationship Coaches in 2026

The best webinar platforms for relationship coaches do two jobs at once: they run a live or recorded workshop where people feel safe enough to stay, and they move the couples and singles who attended into a paid program without a pile of extra tools. A free masterclass on "the five fights every couple has" only pays off if registration, reminders, the replay, the discovery call and the follow-up program all connect. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the biggest room" but "where does an attendee go after the webinar ends, and how many logins does it take to get them there?"
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the webinar funnel, the live group call, the booking page, the coaching agreement and the multi-week couples program in one account with one branded app for clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the ranking below states its criteria and gives each of the other eleven tools the situation where it beats us. Zoom, Livestorm, Demio and WebinarJam are stronger pure webinar rooms; Kajabi, Circle and Practice Better win for specific business models. For the general version of this list, see our best webinar software for coaches roundup.
What do relationship coaches actually need from a webinar platform?
Relationship coaches need privacy controls, a short path from webinar to booked call, and somewhere to keep coaching attendees after the live event. Generic webinar features matter less than how the tool handles the emotional weight of the topic.
Think about who shows up. A dating coach's "Why you keep attracting the same partner" workshop draws single people who may not want their full name or face visible to strangers. A marriage coach's "Rebuilding trust after an affair" masterclass draws people who are often watching alone, sometimes without their partner knowing. A divorce coach's co-parenting session draws people who are tired, anxious and short on time. That shapes the requirements:
- Attendee privacy. Attendees should be able to join without camera or microphone, with the chat or Q&A set so that questions are not broadcast with full names. Couples questions get personal fast.
- Two people, one registration. Couples often watch together from one device or from two separate homes. A platform that makes the second partner register again, or counts them as two paid attendees, shapes your pricing.
- Replays and evergreen versions. Many attendees watch after the kids are in bed or on a lunch break, so a replay or on-demand version of the masterclass often converts more people than the live hour.
- A booked call as the next step. The natural offer after a relationship webinar is a consultation, not a checkout page for an expensive course. The booking page, intake questions and calendar need to sit one click from the webinar.
- A program to land in. Couples coaching works over weeks: weekly conversation exercises, a daily appreciation habit, a check-in after a hard week. If the webinar tool ends at the replay, you still need a separate place to deliver that work.
- Clear scope. Relationship coaching is not couples therapy. A webinar can teach communication skills and repair conversations, but it should not become live case-work on abuse, addiction or a mental health crisis.
On that last point, state your scope on the registration page and in the opening minutes. The ICF Code of Ethics asks coaches to be clear about the nature of coaching and to refer clients to other professionals when appropriate. If anyone discloses violence or fear for their safety, during a webinar or after it, point them to a licensed professional or to a support line such as the National Domestic Violence Hotline in the US, and do not try to coach the couple through it together.
If you want the full picture of the tools around this decision, our guide to the best tools for relationship coaches covers the wider stack, and the Coachful page for relationship coaches shows how the pieces fit for this niche.
Which webinar platform should a relationship coach pick? Quick picks by scenario
Start with the scenario that sounds most like your business. Each row is the situation where that tool wins.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey (webinar to booked call to program), between-session delivery for couples, total stack cost per month, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Coachful | Best overall: webinar funnel, group call, booking and couples program in one account | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| 2 | Zoom Webinars | Coaches whose clients already know Zoom and want the most familiar room | Price could not be verified at the time of writing |
| 3 | Livestorm | Occasional browser-based workshops, paying per attendee | €2.50 per attendee credit (Pro) |
| 4 | Demio | An evergreen "save your relationship" masterclass that runs on autopilot | $45/month paid yearly, $63 monthly |

| 8 | Circle | A paid dating or marriage membership with monthly live events | $89/month paid annually |
| 9 | StreamYard | Free live Q&A streams on YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn | $18.99/month ($14.99 yearly), free plan |
| 10 | Systeme.io | Webinar registration funnels on almost no budget | Free plan; Webinar plan $47/month |
| 11 | Kartra | Marketers who want pages, email and SMS around a webinar launch | $59/month ($52 annual) |
| 12 | GoHighLevel | Coaches running an agency-style team with SMS-heavy follow-up | $97/month ($80.83 annual) |
How did we choose and rank these tools?
We ranked on what a relationship coach does in the week after a webinar, not on room size or streaming specs. That is where most of the revenue and most of the admin sits.
Four criteria shaped the order. First, the client journey: can someone register, attend, book a consultation, sign a coaching agreement and start a couples program without being sent to four different sites? Second, between-session delivery: does the tool help couples practise the skills from the webinar during the week? Third, total stack cost: what you pay per month once you add the scheduler, email, course host and payment tools a webinar-only platform leaves out. Fourth, setup effort: how many evenings it takes to get a working funnel live.
We did not test these products hands-on. Prices and limits come from each vendor's pricing page (October 2026 for Kajabi, Kartra, Systeme.io, GoHighLevel and Circle; checked at the time of writing for the rest). Where a pricing page did not load or did not show figures, we say so instead of guessing. Pure webinar rooms rank high because they are good at the live hour; all-in-one marketing suites rank lower because relationship coaches tend to pay for features they will not use.
1. Coachful: best overall for relationship coaches who sell programs from webinars
Coachful wins when the webinar is the front door to an ongoing couples or dating program, not a one-off event. It is a coaching platform: one membership covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community with group calls and webinars, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; clients get one branded app.

Here is how that maps to a relationship webinar. You build the registration page from a webinar funnel template, run the live session as a video event or group call inside your community, then send attendees an email sequence with the replay and a booking link. The consultation books into a page with availability rules, buffers, time-zone detection and intake questions, and syncs two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendars. If you prefer Zoom, Meet or Teams for the call itself, Coachful creates the link automatically.

Funnels come with pixels and UTM tracking, so you can see whether the Instagram reel or the newsletter filled the room. About 25 funnel templates are available, and the website builder includes a blog, a custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits cover the "did you catch the replay?" follow-up without a separate email tool.
The difference shows up after the sale. A couple who joins a "12 weeks to better conversations" program gets weekly goals, daily tasks, habits such as a two-minute appreciation exercise, and morning and evening check-ins. Streaks and progress bars show whether they are practising between sessions. On your side, each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A couple going quiet after a hard week is the moment to reach out, and the record shows it.

Group work is built in. When someone enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so a webinar that sells a six-week dating cohort ends with everyone in the same community space with group chat, direct messages and video events. The community feed is also where you would host a monthly live Q&A for alumni.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which matters when you need written scope language for couples work (see coaching contracts).
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft the webinar follow-up emails, outline a program, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a consultation. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or want an ICF credential, Coachful also counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.
This short walkthrough shows how webinars work inside Coachful:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. For a relationship coach that could be the webinar registration funnel, the replay email sequence, the consultation booking page and the follow-up couples program outline. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. More detail is in our post on the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing, which matters if you are also a licensed therapist. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than your own App Store listing. And Coachful does not publish attendee caps or stage features the way dedicated webinar rooms do, so if your main goal is a 2,000-person broadcast, pair it with one of the rooms below. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click.
2. Zoom Webinars: best when your clients already live in Zoom
If your audience is couples in their forties and fifties who use Zoom for work and family calls, Zoom Webinars removes the "how do I join this?" friction that kills attendance. Nobody has to learn a new interface on the evening of a vulnerable conversation.
For relationship work, the webinar format (as opposed to an ordinary meeting) is the useful part: it separates hosts and panelists from the audience, so someone watching a "rebuilding trust" session alone does not have to appear on camera to strangers. Before you rely on any specific privacy setting, such as how attendee names appear in Q&A, check Zoom's current documentation and run a test webinar with a friend.
Price: the Zoom Webinars pricing page we requested at the time of writing returned a "page not found" error, so we could not verify current figures or attendee tiers. Check the Zoom website for the audience size you need before you plan your budget.
The limits for a coaching business are the same ones every generic video tool has. Zoom ends at the recording. You still need a booking page for consultations, a place to send a coaching agreement, a way to take payment for a program, and somewhere to deliver weekly couples exercises. Many coaches end up with Zoom plus a scheduler plus an email tool plus a course host, and the attendee's journey crosses four logins. Coachful can auto-create Zoom links for booked sessions, so the two work together if you want Zoom's room and Coachful's follow-up.
Pick it over Coachful if you mainly run large, one-off public talks where attendee familiarity matters more than anything that happens after, and you already have a separate system for clients.
3. Livestorm: best for occasional workshops in the browser
The scenario: you run a quarterly "communication reset" workshop for couples and do not want a monthly subscription between events. Livestorm runs in the browser, so attendees click a link and join without installing anything, which helps when one partner is on a work laptop with download restrictions.
Pricing is unusual and suits irregular schedules. As listed on its pricing page at the time of writing, the Pro plan is priced per attendee at €2.50 per attendee credit, with an example of 400 credits. One credit is used for each unique participant per session over a 12-month period, whether they join live, watch the replay or watch on demand, and team members are not counted. Pro includes up to 4 hours per session, unlimited events and recording, and unlimited team members. An Enterprise plan has custom pricing. Prices are shown in euros.
For couples, the credit model has a quirk: if two partners register separately, that is two credits. Ask them to watch together on one registration if that suits your format. Livestorm also lists on-demand and automated webinars, so a recorded masterclass can keep running between live dates, plus restreaming to platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn as an add-on.
Its integrations lean towards sales teams: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot are listed as Enterprise-only. A solo relationship coach does not need those, but it signals who the product is built for. There is no client program, booking calendar for consultations or couples check-ins, so the attendee still leaves Livestorm for everything after the session.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a polished browser webinar room a few times a year, prefer paying per attendee, and already deliver coaching somewhere else.
4. Demio: best for an evergreen masterclass on autopilot
Demio is the stronger choice for a coach whose growth engine is one excellent recorded masterclass that runs every day. Think "The three conversations that save a marriage", replayed on a schedule, with your booking page as the next step.
As listed on Demio's pricing page at the time of writing: Starter costs $45/month paid yearly or $63/month paid monthly, with a single host and a 50-person attendee room. Growth costs $117/month per host paid yearly, with rooms from 150 up to 3,000 attendees, more brand control and multiple hosts. Premium costs $196/month per host paid yearly and adds a dedicated customer success manager, premium integrations, custom domains, up to 10 people on stage and Demio AI. The page did not show a monthly figure for Growth. A Zapier setup session is offered at an extra $150.
For relationship coaches, the 50-seat Starter room is enough for most live couples workshops, and the automated format suits a niche where people search at night and want to watch now. Run the automated version honestly: label it as a recorded session rather than pretending it is live, which matters for trust with an audience that is already sensitive about being misled.
Demio stops at the webinar. Registrants reach your email tool and CRM through integrations (Zapier among them), and the consultation booking happens elsewhere. That is fine if you have those pieces, but the total stack cost climbs. Our guide to the evergreen webinar funnel for coaches covers the pages and emails you need around a tool like this.
Pick it over Coachful if an always-on recorded masterclass is your main lead source and you want detailed webinar analytics, while clients are managed in another system.
5. WebinarJam: best for big live launch events
WebinarJam suits the relationship coach who runs a few big launch events a year, perhaps a "Valentine's reset" week, with hundreds of registrants and a hard sell at the end. It is built around live broadcast events with sales-focused marketing features.
Price: we tried to load the WebinarJam pricing page at the time of writing and were blocked by a security check, so we could not verify current plans, limits or billing terms. Check the vendor's site directly and confirm whether a monthly option exists before committing.
For this niche, the launch-event style needs care. High-pressure countdown offers sit awkwardly with an audience that may be in a fragile place after a breakup or an affair. If you use WebinarJam, point people to a free consultation rather than a timed discount on a large program. Make your scope clear on the registration page, and avoid inviting attendees to share details of their relationship in a public chat with hundreds of strangers.
As with every webinar-only room, everything after the event lives elsewhere: the booking page, the agreement, the payment for coaching, the couples program and the between-session check-ins. Expect to connect it to an email platform and a scheduler at minimum. Our webinar funnel guide lays out the emails and timeline around a launch event.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a few large, heavily promoted live launches each year and want broadcast-style marketing features more than a place to coach the people who buy.
6. Kajabi: best for selling a recorded relationship course
Kajabi earns its place when the business model is "webinar sells a self-paced course", for example a $297 recorded program on attachment styles that runs without you. It combines courses, a community, a website, funnels and email in one product, and it is a familiar name to many coaches.

As listed in October 2026: Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and no AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/month ($399 annually) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. A 14-day trial is available. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling on higher plans, and using another processor adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan.
For relationship coaches, the limits show up in couples coaching itself. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans, so there are no habits or daily check-ins for a couple working on a weekly exercise, and no client status that flags a couple who has gone quiet. Basic also caps you at 2,500 contacts, which a successful free webinar can approach faster than expected.
If you are weighing a move, our list of Kajabi alternatives for relationship coaches compares the options in more depth, and the course platforms for relationship coaches roundup covers the course side.
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mostly from self-paced courses sold at scale, you need many admin users, and you rarely run 1:1 or couples programs.
7. Practice Better: best for therapists who also coach
Practice Better fits a narrower case: a licensed marriage and family therapist who also sells coaching, and who needs clinical-style charting alongside group sessions. It is a practice management system with telehealth video, booking, billing, forms and a client portal, aimed at health and wellness practitioners.

As listed on its pricing page at the time of writing: Starter is $35/month billed monthly ($25 billed annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) with unlimited clients; Team is $155/month ($145 annually) with two practitioner licenses. A free tier supports 3 clients. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial, Team with 30 days. Add-ons include an AI charting assistant from $10/month, SMS reminders at 5 cents each (750 a month included on Plus), and extra practitioners at $50/month on Team.
For webinar-style work, Practice Better lists integrated video chat and programs, including fixed-date programs on Professional and above. That can cover a small couples workshop for existing clients (check its group video limits first), but it is not a marketing webinar tool: there are no public registration funnels or replay pages. The clinical framing also suits therapists better than coaches; if you are not a licensed clinician, its charting features add complexity without benefit.
Remember that clinical records belong in a clinical system. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so a therapist who keeps treatment notes should keep them in a tool built for that, and use coaching software only for coaching clients.
Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed clinician whose work needs clinical charting or ePrescribing, and webinars are a small part of how you find clients.
8. Circle: best for a paid dating or marriage membership with live events
Circle is for the coach whose core offer is a membership: a monthly dating club or a married couples community with a live Q&A every month and courses in between. It is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships.

As listed in October 2026, plans are shown with annual billing: Professional at $89/month, Business at $199/month and Scale at $419/month, with Circle Plus at custom pricing. A 14-day free trial is available on Professional, Business and Scale with no credit card required. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing.
For relationship coaches, Circle's live streams and events work well for recurring member sessions, and spaces can separate "newly single" from "dating again" members. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. The bigger gap is 1:1 work: there is no scheduling, no client management back office, and no per-client habits or check-ins, so private couples coaching has to run somewhere else.
Our roundups of community platforms for relationship coaches and membership platforms for relationship coaches go deeper on this model.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large community membership first, with live events as a perk, and private coaching is rare or handled elsewhere.
9. StreamYard: best for free live Q&A on social channels
StreamYard wins for the dating coach who builds an audience with a weekly live show on YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn: "Ask me about your situationship", streamed publicly, with viewer comments shown on screen. It is a browser-based streaming studio rather than a registration-based webinar room.
As listed on its pricing page at the time of writing, individual plans are: Essential at $18.99/month billed monthly ($14.99 yearly) with unlimited streaming, multistreaming to 2 destinations and Full HD; Core at $44.99/month ($35.99 yearly), which removes the StreamYard logo and adds a third destination; and Advanced at $88.99/month ($68.99 yearly) with 4K local recordings and 8 destinations. Paid plans offer a 7-day free trial, a free plan exists, and business plans are priced separately.
The privacy profile is the opposite of a private webinar. Comments on social platforms are public and tied to real profiles, so it suits general advice and anonymous questions submitted in advance, not personal disclosures. Read questions out without names, and keep anything specific for a consultation. There is no registration list, no email capture and no follow-up built in, so pair it with a lead magnet or booking funnel elsewhere. Our list of platforms to get clients for relationship coaches covers where those viewers can go next.
Pick it over Coachful if your goal is public audience growth through live social streams, and you want broadcast-quality layouts more than a private room or a client system.
10. Systeme.io: best on a near-zero budget
For a new relationship coach testing whether a free masterclass can fill a calendar, Systeme.io is the cheapest way to get registration pages, emails and a basic course online. It is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program.

As listed in October 2026: the Free plan costs $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 email campaign, and never expires with no credit card required. Startup is $17/month with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels. Webinar is $47/month with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses. Unlimited is $97/month. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, with only Stripe or PayPal processing on top.
The plan named Webinar is about capacity for funnels, contacts and courses around a webinar. Before relying on it for the live event, check on the Systeme.io site how the video itself is delivered and whether you will still need a separate room such as Zoom. For coaching, the gaps are clear: no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, no habits or check-ins, and a basic community without a branded mobile app.
Pick it over Coachful if you need to start without paying anything, mainly want email and funnel pages, and are comfortable adding a webinar room and a scheduler later.
11. Kartra: best for marketers who want SMS around a launch
Kartra fits a relationship coach with a marketing background who wants pages, email, SMS, memberships and calendars under one roof for a webinar launch, and is comfortable running the live video elsewhere. It is an all-in-one marketing suite that also includes a helpdesk.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials is $59/month ($52 annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 10,000 emails a month, plus a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and email or SMS, and no transaction fee. Growth is $229/month ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts, and Professional is $549/month ($429 annually). A 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee are offered.
The Essentials contact cap of 500 is the trap for this niche. A single well-promoted "how to stop fighting about the same thing" masterclass can bring in several hundred registrants, pushing you to Starter quickly. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and funnels and memberships are not portable if you leave.
Pick it over Coachful if SMS and email marketing around launches are the center of your business, and you already have another place for coaching delivery.
12. GoHighLevel: best for agency-style teams
GoHighLevel is the fit for a relationship coaching company run like an agency: several coaches, a sales assistant working the phones, and heavy SMS follow-up after each webinar. It is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, built around sub-accounts.

As listed in October 2026: Starter is $97/month ($80.83 annually) with 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users and contacts; Unlimited is $297/month ($247.50 annually); Agency Pro is $497/month ($414.17 annually). A 14-day trial is available. SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered on top of the plan, and HIPAA support is a separate add-on.
For webinars, it has no built-in video rooms; it creates Zoom and Google Meet links. That means the platform handles registration and follow-up, while the live session happens elsewhere. Coaching itself, with habits, check-ins and a structured couples program, has to be simulated with workflows and forms, which takes real setup time.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a multi-coach sales operation, want unlimited contacts and SMS pipelines, and have someone on the team to build and maintain workflows.
How do the 12 platforms compare feature by feature?
This matrix covers what the vendors document. "Via integration" means the vendor connects to another tool rather than providing the feature itself.
| Tool | Live webinar or group call | Registration funnel | Consultation booking | Couples program with habits and check-ins | Community |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes, group calls, webinars and video events | Yes, webinar funnel templates | Yes, with intake questions and calendar sync | Yes | Yes, with automatic cohort groups |
| Zoom Webinars | Yes | Registration pages | No | No | No |
| Livestorm | Yes, in the browser | Registration pages | No | No | No |
| Demio | Yes, live and automated | Registration pages | Via integration | No | No |
| WebinarJam | Yes, live broadcast | Registration pages | Via integration | No | No |
| Kajabi | Not documented in our data | Yes | Not documented in our data | No | Yes |
| Practice Better | Video chat | No | Yes | Programs, clinical focus | No |
| Circle | Live streams and events | Membership pages | No | No | Yes |
| StreamYard | Streams to social platforms | No | No | No | No |
| Systeme.io | Check the vendor | Yes | No native 1:1 | No | Basic |

| GoHighLevel | Zoom or Meet links only | Yes | Yes | Simulated with workflows | Yes |

What does a full relationship coaching stack cost each month?
A webinar room alone is rarely the whole cost. These three example stacks show what a relationship coach might pay per month once the follow-up is included. They use list prices from the vendors' pricing pages, billed monthly, before payment processing; your choices may differ.
| Example stack | What it includes | Monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful on its own | Webinar funnel, live group call, booking, agreements, payments, couples program, community, email | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients |
| Evergreen masterclass stack: Demio Starter + Kajabi Basic | Automated webinar room plus course, email and community; consultations need a separate scheduler | $63 + $179 = $242, plus a scheduler |
| Budget social stack: StreamYard Core + Systeme.io Startup + Practice Better Starter | Social live streams, funnels and email, client booking and programs for up to 10 clients | $44.99 + $17 + $35 = $96.99 |
The budget stack looks cheap, but it means three logins, three sets of client data and manual work to connect a webinar registrant to a booked consultation. The Kajabi stack covers courses well but still leaves couples without habits or check-ins. For a coach with around 15 active clients, compare the stack totals above with Coachful's plan for that client count, and add the value of the hours you would spend connecting tools.
How would a relationship coach set this up in Coachful?
Here is a worked example for a marriage coach launching a free monthly webinar called "Fighting fair: the repair conversation", selling an 8-week couples program. The names and offer are illustrative.
- Ask for the build. From Create > We'll build it for you, describe the webinar funnel, the replay emails and the 8-week program. Attach your logo, photos and any existing copy. The team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours.
- Check the registration page. Add a scope line: "This is coaching, not therapy. If you are in danger or need clinical help, please contact a licensed professional." Ask only for first name and email.
- Schedule the live session as a webinar or video event in your community, and tell attendees they can keep cameras off and send questions privately.
- Set the follow-up sequence: replay the next morning, a short story-based email two days later, and an invitation to a free 30-minute couples consultation on day four. Use a branch so people who already booked stop getting invitations.
- Configure the booking page with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions such as "Will both partners attend?" and "What would you like to be different in three months?"
- Send the coaching agreement automatically before the first paid call, with your scope and referral language.
- Enroll buyers in the program, which creates their cohort group. Each week gets a goal ("one repair conversation"), a daily appreciation habit, and an evening check-in.
- Watch client status each week. A couple marked quiet or at risk gets a personal message before the next session.

Michelle can draft the follow-up emails and a first outline of the 8-week program from your notes, and brief you before each consultation. For more on group formats, see group coaching software and video calls for coaches.
What mistakes do relationship coaches make with webinars?
The most common mistake is treating a relationship webinar like a sales webinar for a software product. The audience is more cautious, and the follow-up matters more than the pitch.
- Open chat with full names. Someone types "my husband cheated last month" and it is visible to 80 strangers. Use private Q&A or anonymous questions.
- Coaching a crisis live. If a disclosure points to abuse or a mental health emergency, acknowledge it privately and refer out. Do not work through it on screen.
- Charging couples twice. Per-attendee pricing can count both partners. Invite couples to watch together where possible.
- Selling a big program in the last five minutes. A free consultation converts trust better than a countdown timer for this audience.
- No replay plan. Many attendees cannot attend live. Send the replay quickly and keep it available long enough to be useful.
- Nowhere to land. If buyers go from the webinar to an empty inbox, the momentum from the live session fades. Have the program and community ready before you promote.
- Collecting too much data. Ask for the minimum on registration. Sensitive detail belongs in a private intake, not a webinar form; our intake form software guide covers that step.
Our verdict: which webinar platform is best for relationship coaches?
For most relationship, dating and divorce coaches, Coachful is the best choice because the webinar is only the first hour of a client relationship that lasts weeks or months. One account handles the registration funnel, the live session, the consultation, the agreement, the payment, the couples program and the check-ins, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup.
Choose a dedicated room instead if the live event is the product: Zoom for familiarity, Livestorm for occasional browser workshops, Demio for evergreen masterclasses, WebinarJam for big launches, StreamYard for public social streams. Choose Kajabi or Circle if self-paced courses or a large membership drive your revenue, and Practice Better if you are a licensed clinician. Coaches in neighbouring niches can compare our picks for life coaches, and dating or divorce specialists can see the dating coach and divorce coach pages.
In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams. It does not replace a clinical records system, does not support PayPal and has no permanent free plan. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best webinar platform for a new relationship coach?
If you plan to sell coaching programs from your webinars, Coachful is the best start because the funnel, booking, payments and couples program sit in one account. If you only want to test interest with a free live stream, StreamYard's free plan or Systeme.io's free plan costs nothing to try.
Can couples join a webinar from two different devices?
Usually yes, but each device may count as a separate attendee. On per-attendee pricing such as Livestorm's credits, that means two credits. Ask couples to register once and watch together if your format allows it.
How do I keep attendees' questions private?
Use a Q&A panel or private messages rather than an open chat, tell attendees they can keep cameras off, and read questions aloud without names. For public streams on social platforms, collect questions in advance through a form.
Is a relationship coaching webinar the same as couples therapy?
No. Coaching teaches skills and supports change; it does not diagnose or treat. State that on the registration page and refer anyone describing abuse, addiction or a mental health crisis to a licensed professional or a support line.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe what you need, such as a webinar funnel, an email sequence or a program, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ads.
Should I run live or evergreen webinars?
Live sessions build trust and let you answer real questions; evergreen replays catch people who search late at night. Many relationship coaches run a monthly live session and keep a recorded version running in between, clearly labelled as recorded.
Do I need Zoom if I use Coachful?
No. Coachful has built-in video for sessions and group calls. If you or your clients prefer Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, Coachful can create those links automatically for booked sessions.
Can I take payment for a couples program after the webinar?
Yes. In Coachful, payments go through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans and coupons. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only processing fees.
What should a relationship coaching webinar sell?
Usually a free consultation that leads to a multi-week program, rather than a large program sold directly from the screen. Our guide for couples on whether relationship coaches are worth it shows the questions prospects are asking before they book.
