Delenta vs Simply Coach in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

Delenta vs Simply Coach in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

Delenta vs Simply Coach comes down to how you grow. Delenta suits a solo coach who wants a CRM, booking, contracts and payments with PayPal support, and who expects to need courses and a branded mobile app later (both sit on its top Premium plan). Simply.Coach suits a coach who runs structured engagements built on contracts and programs, especially one heading toward a coaching business with sponsors, program managers and per-coach reporting. Both are honest practice-management tools, and both cap clients on their lower plans.

We make Coachful, a third coaching platform, so read this with that in mind. We compare Delenta and Simply.Coach on what each vendor documents on its own pricing pages (as listed in October 2026) and what public reviewers report, then explain where Coachful beats both and where it does not. We have not run hands-on tests of either tool for this article.

What is the short answer by use case?

If you only read one section, read this one. Each line pairs a common coaching situation with the tool that documents the best fit for it.

  • You coach 1:1, under 10 clients, and want the lowest bill: Simply.Coach Starter at $9 covers 3 active coachees; Delenta Starter at $29 a month covers 10 client portals. For 4 to 10 clients, Delenta Starter or Simply.Coach Essentials ($29, 7 coachees).
  • Your clients pay with PayPal: Delenta. It lists Stripe and PayPal. Simply.Coach does not state its payment processors on its pricing pages.
  • You run contract-based engagements and want a tidy program structure: Simply.Coach. Contracts and programs are the units it plans and prices around.
  • You want courses and a branded mobile app in the same tool: Delenta Premium ($79 a month), the only Delenta plan with the course creator and mobile app.
  • You run a coaching firm with sponsors and program managers: Simply.Coach's business tiers (CoCreate, Surge, Optima), priced per active coach.
  • You need HIPAA: Delenta lists HIPAA on its custom-priced Teams plan. Neither tool is a fit on its solo plans if you need clinical records.
  • You deliver programs between sessions (habits, check-ins, community, courses) and also need a website, funnels and email: neither tool covers all of that on one bill. That is the gap Coachful is built for, covered in the third option below.

How do Delenta and Simply.Coach compare side by side?

Ranking criteria for this table: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you). On those criteria Coachful leads, and Delenta and Simply.Coach trade places depending on whether you value courses or contract structure more.

Simply.CoachContract-based 1:1 and group coaching, and coaching firms$9 (Starter, 3 active coachees)$69 (Leap)Not listed on the pricing pagesBooking pages; white-label and your domain on LeapYou run structured engagements or a multi-coach business with sponsors

Two caveats sit under this table. Simply.Coach's headline prices do not state the billing period, and earlier versions of its page treated them as monthly. Delenta shows prices with a "$" sign but does not name the currency. We use the figures as each vendor lists them.

Build your platform

What does Delenta do?

Delenta is a coaching practice platform: CRM, lead management, scheduling, contracts, client portals, group coaching and, on its top plan, courses and a mobile app. It is built for a coach who wants the business side and the client side in one place without a long setup.

Delenta's homepage introducing its coaching practice platform for solo coaches
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

From its Starter plan, Delenta lists lead management, a profile landing page, intake forms, booking with calendar sync, a CRM, session notes, tasks and goals, e-signed contracts, coaching logs, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links, Stripe and PayPal, and Zapier. Pro adds group coaching, group video sessions and group packages, a branded landing page and up to 6 calendars. Premium adds a custom domain and branding, branded emails, unlimited sales pages, onboarding workflows, the course creator, subscriptions and events, and the mobile app. A Teams plan adds multiple coaches, a super admin, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA, at a per-seat licence fee Delenta does not show publicly. Delenta also lists "Delenta ai" as coming soon.

On Trustpilot, Delenta held 4.1 from 5 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026, which is too small a base to read much into. For a fuller look, see our Delenta review.

What does Simply.Coach do?

Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform organised around contracts, programs and sessions, with booking pages, a client portal and separate business tiers for coaching companies. Its solo plans scale by the number of coachees, contracts and programs you can run at once.

Simply.Coach's homepage introducing its coaching practice platform for coaches and coaching businesses
Simply.Coach's homepage in October 2026.

Every solo plan includes 1:1 and group coaching, booking pages and survey forms. Growth adds multiple calendars, recurring sessions, your logo and onboarding. Leap adds a white-labelled platform on your own domain. The business tiers move to per-coach pricing and add program managers, sponsors, coach payouts, coach matching, NPS and automated reports at the Optima level. Simply.Coach says all data can be exported to spreadsheets, which helps if you ever leave.

Two details are worth knowing before you sign up. Simply.Coach does not refund mid-period cancellations, and automated invoices are marked "Coming Soon" on its solo pricing page. Our Simply.Coach review covers the rest.

How does Delenta pricing compare with Simply.Coach pricing?

Simply.Coach starts cheaper and reaches unlimited clients for less ($69 against $79), but its lower plans cap contracts and programs as well as clients. Delenta's lower plans cap client portals only, and its annual billing brings the effective monthly price well down.

Delenta pricing page with Starter, Pro and Premium plans
Delenta's pricing page in October 2026.

Delenta advertises "no additional transaction fees", so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. It offers a free trial with no credit card, though its page conflicts on the length: the headline says 14 days and the FAQ says 7. A setup concierge add-on is listed without a public price. Our Delenta pricing breakdown goes plan by plan.

Simply.Coach pricing page with Starter, Essentials, Growth and Leap plans
Simply.Coach's pricing page in October 2026.

Simply.Coach offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Its USD prices include tax, and an INR option is available that excludes GST. It advertises "save up to 52% on annual", but only Essentials shows an annual figure. Transaction fees and payment processors are not stated on its pricing pages. See our Simply.Coach pricing guide for the full picture.

What would 15 clients cost on each?

Take an example coach with 15 active 1:1 clients. On Delenta, Starter's 10 portals are not enough, so the coach lands on Pro at $49 a month, or about $39.08 a month on annual billing. On Simply.Coach, Essentials' 7 coachees are not enough, so the coach lands on Growth at $49, which also lifts the contract and program limit to 10. For Coachful at 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients.

The headline number is only half the cost. If Delenta Pro or Simply.Coach Growth is your coaching tool, you probably still pay separately for a website, an email platform, a course host or a community. That "total stack cost" is where the comparison changes, and we return to it in the Coachful section.

How do the features compare, one by one?

Both tools cover the core admin of a coaching practice: booking, notes, contracts, forms and a client portal. They part ways on payments, courses, group work and how far they scale into a team.

Booking and scheduling

Delenta and Simply.Coach both give you booking pages that sync with your calendar. Delenta allows up to 6 calendars from Pro, which helps if you keep separate work and personal calendars. Simply.Coach allows 1 calendar on Starter and 3 on Growth, and adds recurring sessions on Growth, which matters for weekly coaching rhythms. Delenta also lists Zoom, Meet and Teams links from its first plan. For a broader view of the category, see booking software for coaches.

Contracts and agreements

Both tools send e-signed contracts. The difference is limits. Delenta includes e-signed contracts from Starter without a stated count. Simply.Coach caps contracts on its lower plans: 1 on Starter, 3 on Essentials and 10 on Growth, with unlimited only on Leap. If each client engagement needs its own contract, that cap moves you up a plan faster than the coachee count. Our page on coaching contracts explains what a good agreement should cover.

Payments and invoicing

This is Delenta's clearest advantage. It names Stripe and PayPal and says it adds no transaction fees of its own. Simply.Coach does not name its processors on the pricing pages, and its automated invoices are still marked "Coming Soon". If your clients expect to pay by PayPal, Delenta is the safer of the two.

Programs, courses and content

Simply.Coach treats programs as a core object, and caps them per plan. Delenta offers tasks and goals from Starter and adds the course creator and onboarding workflows on Premium only. Neither documents habit tracking, daily check-ins or streaks on its pricing pages. If your coaching relies on what clients do between calls, compare both against a tool built for that: see coaching program software.

Group coaching

Simply.Coach includes 1:1 and group coaching on every plan, including the $9 Starter. Delenta adds group coaching, group video sessions and group packages from Pro. Neither lists a community feed or cohort chat on its pricing pages. For group-first coaches, group coaching software lays out what to look for.

Marketing: website, pages and email

Delenta gives you a profile landing page on Starter, a branded one on Pro, and unlimited sales pages and branded emails on Premium. Simply.Coach offers white-label and your own domain on Leap, but its pricing pages do not list a website builder, funnels or email marketing. Most coaches on either tool still run a separate website and email platform.

Teams and coaching businesses

Simply.Coach is more transparent here. Its business tiers are priced per active coach ($79, $159 and $289) with clear client limits per coach, and the top tier adds coach payouts, coach matching, NPS and automated reports. Delenta's Teams plan adds roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA, but at a per-seat price you have to ask for.

What is the client experience like on each?

Both give clients a portal to see sessions, documents and tasks. Delenta adds a mobile app only on Premium; Simply.Coach offers white-label branding on Leap. Below those plans, your clients see a more generic portal.

On Delenta, each client gets a client portal, and the number of portals is what your plan caps (10 on Starter, 40 on Pro). Intake forms, session notes, tasks and goals and contracts all flow through it. Clients get the mobile app and your custom domain only once you are on Premium.

On Simply.Coach, clients see their contracts, programs and sessions in a client portal, and fill in survey forms you send. Your logo appears from Growth, and a fully white-labelled platform on your domain from Leap.

What neither documents is a daily client routine: morning and evening check-ins, habit streaks, a community to post in, and courses in the same home as their sessions. For coaches whose results depend on what happens between calls, that is the main question to ask in any trial. Our page on the coaching client app covers what clients tend to use.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

Which should you pick: Delenta or Simply.Coach?

Pick Delenta if you want PayPal, a CRM with lead management from day one, and a path to courses and a mobile app on one plan. Pick Simply.Coach if your practice runs on contracts and programs, you want the lowest entry price, or you are building a coaching firm with sponsors.

  • New coach with 1 to 3 clients: Simply.Coach Starter ($9) is the cheapest way in, as long as one contract and one program are enough.
  • Life or mindset coach with 5 to 10 clients: Delenta Starter, especially on annual billing ($229 a year).
  • Executive coach selling structured engagements: Simply.Coach Growth, for 10 contracts and recurring sessions. See also our Simply.Coach alternatives for executive coaches.
  • Coach adding a course to 1:1 work: Delenta Premium, the only plan between the two with a course creator.
  • Coaching firm with corporate sponsors: Simply.Coach Surge or Optima.
  • Health practice that needs HIPAA: Delenta Teams, after confirming the terms in writing.

If you are still undecided between these two and a third, our Simply.Coach vs Delenta comparison page has a shorter summary, and Delenta alternatives and Simply.Coach alternatives rank the wider field.

What is the third option, and when does Coachful beat both?

Coachful beats both when you deliver programs between sessions and want your website, funnels, email, courses and community in the same account as booking, payments and contracts. It does not beat them if you need PayPal, HIPAA or sponsor reporting for a corporate coaching program.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and held 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

Who it is for. Life, health, business, mindset and fitness coaches who sell programs, groups and courses as well as 1:1 sessions. See the pages for life coaches, business coaches and health coaches.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and signs no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams.

Booking covers availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, email reminders, and SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions, session credits and intake questions on booking are included.

From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" card lets you describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, form, link in bio, event or automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and brand guides. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Recent anonymized examples: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more in how the white-glove service works. If you are moving from Simply.Coach, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding; our Simply.Coach migration guide walks through the steps.

Pick Delenta or Simply.Coach over Coachful if...

  • Your clients pay with PayPal. Delenta supports PayPal; Coachful does not.
  • You need HIPAA and a BAA. Delenta lists HIPAA on Teams. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.
  • You run corporate programs with sponsors and program managers. Simply.Coach's business tiers add sponsors, coach matching, NPS and automated reports.
  • You only need basic admin for 1 to 3 clients. Simply.Coach Starter at $9 is hard to undercut for that narrow job.
  • You need a public API with SSO for a large organisation. Delenta Enterprise lists one. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How do the three add up on total stack cost?

The cheapest coaching tool is not always the cheapest setup. What matters is the tool plus everything you still pay for around it.

How do you switch from Delenta or Simply.Coach?

Export what you can, move active clients first, and run both tools side by side for one billing cycle. Most of the risk is in contracts, payment subscriptions and scheduled sessions.

  1. Export your data. Simply.Coach says all data can be exported to spreadsheets. Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import; check its export options with support before you cancel.
  2. List active subscriptions. Recurring payments usually cannot move between Stripe accounts automatically, so plan when each client re-subscribes.
  3. Re-send agreements. Keep signed PDFs from your old tool and store them on each client record.
  4. Move bookings last. Keep old booking links live until every upcoming session is rebooked.
  5. Tell clients what changes. One short email with the new login and what stays the same.

Mind the billing rules. Simply.Coach does not refund mid-period cancellations, so time the switch to your renewal date.

What do public reviewers say?

Review data for both tools is thin, so treat it as a weak signal. Delenta had 4.1 on Trustpilot from 5 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026. Simply.Coach had no Trustpilot presence, and an older profile recorded a G2 rating of 4.8 from 146 reviews; we could not refresh that figure because the review sites blocked our fetcher. Coachful held 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

With bases this small, your own trial is a better test than any rating. Use the trial to send a contract, book a session, take a payment and log in as a client on your phone.

Frequently asked questions

Is Delenta or Simply.Coach cheaper?

Simply.Coach is cheaper to start, at $9 for 3 active coachees, and reaches unlimited clients for $69 on Leap against Delenta Premium at $79. Delenta's annual billing narrows the gap: Starter works out to about $19.08 a month and Pro to about $39.08. Compare at your actual client count.

Does Delenta or Simply.Coach support PayPal?

Delenta lists Stripe and PayPal and says it adds no transaction fees of its own. Simply.Coach does not state its payment processors on its pricing pages, so ask before you sign up if PayPal matters.

Which has courses, Delenta or Simply.Coach?

Delenta has a course creator on its Premium plan only. Simply.Coach's pricing pages do not list a course builder. Coachful includes courses with modules, drip and completion tracking in every membership.

Do Delenta and Simply.Coach have free trials?

Yes. Simply.Coach offers 14 days with no credit card. Delenta's page says 14 days in the headline and 7 days in the FAQ, also with no credit card. Neither offers a permanent free plan.

Which is better for a coaching company with several coaches?

Simply.Coach is easier to budget for, because its business tiers show per-coach prices of $79, $159 and $289 with client limits per coach. Delenta's Teams plan adds payroll, roles and HIPAA but does not show its per-seat fee. Coachful's Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and permissions.

Is either tool HIPAA compliant?

Delenta lists HIPAA on its Teams plan. Simply.Coach does not mention HIPAA on its pricing pages. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Can I export my data from Delenta or Simply.Coach?

Simply.Coach states that all data can be exported to spreadsheets. Delenta documents contact import by CSV and XLS, but client-data export was not confirmed in our research, so ask support. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

The Coachful team builds what you describe inside your own account: a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It is free on every plan and does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.

Does Coachful replace Delenta or Simply.Coach completely?

For most solo and small-team coaches, yes: booking, contracts, payments, programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email are in one account. It does not replace them if you need PayPal, HIPAA or corporate sponsor reporting.
