Quenza vs Satori (2026): Which Coaching Tool Fits You?

Quenza vs Satori (2026): Which Coaching Tool Fits You?

Quenza vs Satori comes down to one question: is the hard part of your practice what happens between sessions, or the admin around them? Quenza is a client-engagement tool built around worksheets, activities, multi-step programs and a client app, but as listed in October 2026 it has no client payments and, per its older profile, no scheduling. Satori is a practice-admin tool for booking, packages, invoices and contracts, with PayPal and Stripe payments, but per its September 2026 profile it has no native mobile app, courses or community. Pick Quenza if you mostly deliver exercises and homework; pick Satori if you mostly sell and book sessions.

If you need both halves, you will end up paying for two tools plus glue. That is where a third option comes in. We make Coachful, an all-in-one coaching platform, so read our recommendation with that in mind; we cover when it beats both tools and, just as plainly, when it does not. Everything below about Quenza and Satori comes from what each vendor publishes and what public reviewers report, not from hands-on testing.

What is the short answer, by type of coach?

Quenza suits coaches and therapists who run structured, exercise-heavy work; Satori suits solo coaches who sell session packages and want booking and invoicing in one place. Here is the quick version by use case.

  • You send worksheets, reflections and multi-week exercises: Quenza. Its library of activities (100+ on Spark, 200+ on Growth, 400+ on Impact, as listed in October 2026) and its client app are its core.
  • You sell 1:1 packages and need clients to book and pay: Satori. Booking, packages, invoices and contracts are what it was built for, and it takes payments through PayPal or Stripe with no Satori cut.
  • You are a coaching student logging pro bono hours: Satori's free Scholar plan, which is now described as for people studying for a coaching certification (you apply via a form).
  • You have many clients on a budget: Quenza Growth covers 250 clients at $50 a month, which is far more headroom than Satori's tiers at a similar price.
  • You run programs that need booking, payments, habits, check-ins, courses and community in one place: neither tool covers that alone. Coachful does; we explain the trade-offs further down.

For deeper single-vendor detail, see our Quenza review and Satori review.

How do Quenza and Satori compare side by side?

They overlap less than their category label suggests: Quenza covers delivery, Satori covers admin. Ranking criteria for this table, in order: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you).

How does Quenza vs Satori pricing compare?

Quenza is cheaper per client once you pass about ten clients; Satori is cheaper to start if you qualify for Scholar, and its paid tiers include the payments and booking Quenza lacks. All Quenza figures below are as listed in October 2026. Satori's dollar amounts did not render on its page when checked in October 2026, so its prices and the Pro and Leader limits come from its September 2026 profile; the Essentials cap of 10 active paying clients was confirmed in October.

What do trials, refunds and fees look like?

Quenza offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Satori offers a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no card during the trial (a card is needed to continue), plus a refund if you ask within 30 days of signing up. Satori takes no cut of client payments; you pay standard PayPal or Stripe fees. Quenza has no transaction fees because it does not process client payments at all, which means you pay those fees somewhere else instead.

What does each tool cost at 10, 40 and 150 clients?

Sticker price only tells part of the story, because Quenza needs a separate scheduler and payment tool and Satori needs a separate place for programs, courses or community if you run them. This table shows the software line only, monthly billing.

Tool10 clients40 clients150 clientsWhat you still need to add
CoachfulSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing for booking, payments, delivery, website or email; only Stripe or Razorpay processing

Satori$33 (Essentials)$49 (Pro)$124 (Leader)Client app, courses, community, landing pages, video link tool

Two things stand out. Quenza Growth is unusually generous on client count: 250 clients for one flat fee. Satori's ladder climbs faster, and only active clients count toward billing, which helps if your roster turns over. For the full breakdowns, see Quenza pricing and Satori pricing.

Which tool is better for scheduling and session admin?

Satori, clearly. Booking is one of its core jobs, while Quenza's older profile (September 2026) lists no scheduling or video calls at all.

Satori handles booking pages, discovery-session booking on Essentials, and session packages, with its September 2026 profile listing booking caps on lower tiers (60 bookings on Essentials, 120 on Pro, unlimited on Leader). The same profile notes no native Zoom integration, so you add video links yourself or through another tool. With Quenza, you would pair it with a separate booking tool and share that link in chat or a program step.

In Coachful, booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and either use built-in video or auto-create Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can also sell paid sessions or session credits and ask intake questions at booking. More on our scheduling software page.

Which handles payments, invoices and contracts better?

Satori does, because Quenza does not handle client payments today. As listed in October 2026, Quenza marks invoicing and digital products as planned or coming soon.

Satori covers invoices and contracts and lets clients pay by PayPal or Stripe with no Satori fee on top. For a solo coach selling packages, that is the main reason to choose it. With Quenza, you would invoice from an accounting tool or a payment-link service and track who has paid by hand.

Coachful runs payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Since August 2026 there is a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record. One gap to know: Coachful does not support PayPal, so if your clients insist on PayPal, Satori has the edge there. See coaching payment software and coaching contracts.

Which is better for programs and between-session work?

Quenza. Between-session delivery is its whole reason to exist, and this is where it beats Satori comfortably.

Quenza gives you a library of ready-made activities and worksheets (the count grows with your plan), lets you chain them into programs, adds notes, tasks and 1:1 chat on every plan, and recurring tasks and groups from Growth. Clients complete the work in a mobile app. If your coaching method relies on structured reflection exercises, that is a real strength.

Satori supports packages and programs inside its client portal, with program caps by tier in its September 2026 profile (3 on Essentials, 10 on Pro, 50 on Leader). Its programs are mostly about organising sessions and resources rather than daily client work.

Coachful's programs are multi-week, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. There are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, and coaching flow and journey templates for welcome, daily and weekly rhythms. The client record pulls it together: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you can see who needs attention before they drift. Quenza still has the larger stock of ready-made worksheet activities; Coachful's edge is that delivery, booking and payment sit on the same record.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work in Coachful:

What is the client experience like in each?

Quenza gives clients a mobile app focused on doing the work; Satori gives them a web portal focused on booking, paying and signing. Neither gives clients one place for everything.

A Quenza client opens the app, completes the activity you sent, and messages you in chat. They book and pay somewhere else, so they hold at least two or three logins or links. A Satori client books, pays and signs in Satori's portal, but according to its September 2026 profile there is no native mobile app, so they use the mobile browser, and between-session work like habit tracking happens outside it or not at all.

In Coachful, the client gets one branded home and app (your branding inside the Coachful app, not your own App Store listing). From there they see their next session, programs, progress, documents, habits and check-ins, courses and the community feed. That matters for completion: every extra login is a place where homework gets dropped.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

How do they compare on marketing, courses and community?

Quenza has small landing pages; Satori has none, per its September 2026 profile. Neither offers courses or a community space.

Quenza includes one landing page on Growth, three on Impact and five on Collective, plus a custom domain and custom email sender from Impact. That is enough for a single sign-up page, not a website. Satori's older profile lists no landing pages, courses or community, so you keep your existing website and email tool.

Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences; courses with modules, drip and completion tracking; and a community with feed, group chat, direct messages, video events and cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. If you run group work, see group coaching software.

What about ICF hours, data export and teams?

Satori is stronger for ICF-credential coaches; Quenza is stronger for small teams. Satori's older profile notes a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing, which matters if you are building toward ACC or PCC. A general client-data export was not verified. Quenza does not document a data export; API access arrives on Collective, which also adds up to three professionals and team chat. Quenza Beyond adds roles and permissions at a custom price.

Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours (see ICF hour tracking). You can export full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses). Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign by round-robin or least-busy.

Are Quenza or Satori suitable for health and therapy-adjacent work?

Quenza markets to coaches and therapists alike, and Satori to coaches; whichever you choose, check the vendor's own compliance documentation before storing anything clinical. Coaching is not treatment. If a client describes symptoms of a mental health condition, an eating disorder or a medical problem, refer them to a licensed professional and keep coaching within scope.

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records or insurance billing. Health and wellness coaches use it for coaching work, with clinical notes kept in a clinical system.

What do public reviews say?

Both tools have thin public review bases, so treat ratings as weak signals. Quenza has a Trustpilot score of 4.3 from 8 reviews as seen in October 2026. Satori's Trustpilot page had no reviews in October 2026; its September 2026 profile recorded a Capterra rating of 4.5 from 13 reviews. With so few reviews, a 30-day Quenza trial or a 15-day Satori trial will tell you more than the stars. For comparison, Coachful holds a Trustpilot 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Which should you pick, Quenza or Satori?

Pick by the job that eats most of your week. Here is how it breaks down by coach.

Pick Quenza if...

  • Your method relies on structured worksheets, reflections and multi-step exercises, and you want a large ready-made activity library.
  • You have many clients and a small budget: Growth covers 250 clients at $50 a month.
  • You already have a scheduler and a payment tool you like and only need the delivery layer.
  • You want a native mobile app for clients on the entry plan.

Pick Satori if...

  • You sell 1:1 packages and need booking, invoices, contracts and payments in one place.
  • Your clients pay by PayPal.
  • You are studying for a coaching certification and qualify for the free Scholar plan.
  • You need an ICF coaching-log export and do not need courses, community or a client app.

Is there a third option that beats both?

Yes, if you need both delivery and admin. Coachful combines Satori's half (booking, payments, contracts) with Quenza's half (programs, habits, check-ins, a client app) and adds a website, funnels, email, courses and community, all in one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

What Coachful is. A coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

When it beats both. When your clients need to book, pay, sign, do daily work and talk to you without juggling separate tools. When your stack cost matters: paying for Quenza plus a scheduler plus a payment tool plus a website adds up, while Coachful's plans are flat (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). When you want help between sessions: Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions.

When it does not. Be honest with yourself about these:

  • If your clients pay by PayPal, Coachful does not support it; Satori does.
  • If you want hundreds of ready-made psychology-style worksheets out of the box, Quenza's activity library is larger.
  • If you are a certification student who only needs pro bono logging, Satori Scholar costs nothing, while every Coachful plan is paid after the trial.
  • If you need HIPAA compliance with a BAA, Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.
  • If you want your own App Store listing, Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding.
  • If you need Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Coachful does not offer it.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, coaching flow, form, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz or automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving another platform had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Another, a leadership coach with a website renewal days away, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Frequently asked questions

Is Quenza or Satori cheaper?

For a handful of clients, Quenza Spark ($25 a month for 10 clients) is cheaper than Satori Essentials ($33 a month for 10 active paying clients). Past 50 clients, Quenza Growth at $50 a month for 250 clients is far cheaper than Satori Leader at $124. Remember that Quenza needs separate scheduling and payment tools, which add to the real cost.

Does Quenza have scheduling?

Its September 2026 profile lists no scheduling or video calls. If you choose Quenza, plan to pair it with a separate booking tool.

Can clients pay me through Quenza?

Not as listed in October 2026. Quenza marks invoicing and digital products as planned, so today you collect payment through another tool.

Does Satori have a mobile app?

Its September 2026 profile notes no native mobile app, so clients use Satori in a mobile browser. Quenza includes a client mobile app on every plan.

Is Satori free?

Satori's Scholar plan is free for people studying for a coaching certification, with unlimited pro bono clients; you apply via a form. Paid plans start at Essentials, and there is a 15-day trial without a card.

Which is better for ICF credentialing?

Satori, between these two, because it exports a coaching log for ICF credentialing. Coachful also counts hours and clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

Can I use Quenza and Satori together?

Yes, some coaches run Satori for booking and payments and Quenza for exercises. You then pay two subscriptions, and clients use two separate places, one of them a browser portal and the other an app. An all-in-one platform removes that split.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so keep clinical records and insurance billing in a clinical system. Coaching work, programs and check-ins fit inside Coachful.

How do I move from Satori or Quenza to Coachful?

Start a free trial and your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Run both tools side by side for one billing cycle, move active clients first, then cancel the old subscription.
