Vibly vs Delenta in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

Vibly vs Delenta in 2026: Which Should Coaches Pick?

In the Vibly vs Delenta decision, the short version is this: Vibly is built mainly for coaching organizations that need an operations portal, HubSpot sync and HIPAA with a signed BAA, while Delenta is a practice platform for individual coaches that adds features plan by plan and caps client portals on its lower tiers. If you run a coaching firm, an employer program or a clinic-adjacent wellness service, Vibly fits that shape better. If you are a solo coach who wants contracts, booking, a client portal and, on its top plan, courses and a mobile app, Delenta fits better.

There is also a third option worth weighing before you sign up for either. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one subscription. This article compares Vibly and Delenta fairly using what each vendor lists on its own pricing page as of October 2026, then explains honestly where Coachful beats both and where it does not.

What is the short answer by use case?

Pick by the shape of your practice, not by the feature count. The three tools solve overlapping problems for different buyers.

  • You run a coaching organization with sponsors, rosters and a CRM. Vibly is the stronger of the two. Its operations portal handles coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports, and it syncs two ways with HubSpot.
  • You need HIPAA with a BAA. Vibly offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA. Delenta lists HIPAA only on its Teams plan, which has no public price. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not the right choice here.
  • You are a solo coach with fewer than 10 clients and want low cost. Delenta Starter at $29 a month, or Vibly Basic at $25 a month, both as listed in October 2026.
  • You want courses and a mobile app from a coaching practice tool. Delenta Premium at $79 a month is the plan that adds the course creator and mobile app.
  • You deliver multi-week programs and want clients doing work between sessions. Coachful, which builds programs around weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, delivered in one branded client app.
  • You are replacing four to six tools, including a website and email marketing. Coachful, because the website builder, funnels, email sequences and community are included in your Coachful membership.

If you already know you only want one of the two named tools, our deeper write-ups cover each one: the Vibly review and the Delenta review.

How do Vibly, Delenta and Coachful compare side by side?

We rank on four things that decide most coaching software purchases: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and the setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you).

How do Vibly and Delenta prices compare?

Vibly is cheaper at the very bottom and charges more on its middle tier; Delenta is cheaper for a solo coach who needs its top plan, and Vibly is the only one of the two with a public team price.

A few details on those pages matter more than the headline numbers.

  • Trials. Vibly lists a 14-day trial. Delenta's page conflicts with itself: the headline says a 14-day free trial, while its FAQ describes unlimited access "for 7 days". It says no credit card is required. Plan to evaluate Delenta within a week to be safe.
  • Currency. Vibly prices in USD. Delenta shows "$" without naming a currency, so confirm at checkout if you are outside the US.
  • Transaction fees. Neither adds a fee on client payments. Vibly says Stripe fees only; Delenta says "no additional transaction fees", with Stripe or PayPal processing fees still applying.
  • AI. Vibly advertises an AI add-on at $20 a month, but it is labelled "Coming Soon" with a waitlist. Delenta marks "Delenta ai" as coming soon too. Do not buy either for AI features that are not live yet.
  • Feature tables. Vibly's feature list and comparison table disagree in places, so ask sales which plan includes the specific feature you need before you commit.

What would three typical practices pay?

These are worked examples built from list prices, not quotes. Your numbers depend on billing cycle and plan choice.

Example practiceCoachfulVibly (monthly list)Delenta (monthly list)
Coachful for a solo coach with 15 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsFrom $25 (Basic) or $59 (Pro), depending on features$49 (Pro, since Starter stops at 10 portals)

The third row is where the two named tools split most clearly. Vibly publishes a team price you can budget against. Delenta requires a conversation before you know what three coaches will cost. Our Vibly pricing breakdown and Delenta pricing breakdown go plan by plan in more detail.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Also count what sits outside each tool. If your platform does not include a website, email marketing or a community, you pay for those separately. That stack cost is often larger than the difference between any two coaching platforms.

What does Vibly do well, and where does it fall short?

Vibly is coaching management software built mainly for organizations: coaching firms, employers, wellness programs, clinics and coach networks. Its center of gravity is operations, not a solo coach's marketing.

According to what Vibly lists, the product includes:

  • An operations portal for coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports.
  • Two-way HubSpot sync and an API.
  • HIPAA compliance with a BAA.
  • Built-in video, Stripe payments, programs, group cohorts and events.
  • A client portal that runs in the browser. No native mobile app is mentioned.

Solo coaches can use Basic and Pro, and the 14-day trial gives enough time for a fair look. On Capterra, Vibly holds 4.9 from 22 reviews (seen in late October 2026), which is a high score on a modest review base.

The weak spots are about documentation and fit. We found no public help center and no documented data export, which matters if you ever need to move your client records. The feature list and comparison table do not fully agree, so the line between Basic and Pro needs confirming with the vendor. And the AI add-on is not available yet.

Pick it over Coachful if you need HIPAA with a signed BAA, you run a team where coaches are assigned to sponsored clients and reported on, or your sales process already lives in HubSpot. Coachful has no HubSpot or Salesforce integration and does not sign a BAA. For more options in this category, see Vibly alternatives or the Vibly alternative page.

What does Delenta do well, and where does it fall short?

Delenta is a coaching practice platform for individual coaches: CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals, group coaching from Pro, and courses on Premium.

Delenta homepage presenting its coaching practice platform for coaches
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Starter already covers a lot of the admin a new coach needs, as listed in October 2026: lead management, a profile landing page, intake forms, booking with calendar sync, CRM, session notes, tasks and goals, e-signed contracts, coaching logs, Zoom, Meet and Teams links, Stripe and PayPal, and Zapier. Pro adds group coaching, group video sessions, group packages and a branded landing page, and raises the cap to 40 client portals and up to 6 calendars. Premium adds custom domain and branding, branded emails, unlimited sales pages, onboarding workflows, the course creator, subscriptions and events, and the mobile app.

The limits come from that tiering. Client portals are capped at 10 on Starter and 40 on Pro, so a growing practice reaches Premium sooner than the price list suggests. The course creator and mobile app only arrive on Premium. Anything with more than one coach requires the Teams plan, which has a per-seat fee that is not published. Delenta documents contact import by CSV or XLS, but we could not verify a client-data export. Its Trustpilot score is 4.1 from 5 reviews, too small a base to read much into.

Pick it over Coachful if you need PayPal for client payments, or you want a lean practice tool with session notes and coaching logs and nothing more on a small budget. Coachful does not support PayPal. For a direct comparison with us, see Coachful vs Delenta, and for the wider field, Delenta alternatives.

How do they compare feature by feature?

The two named tools overlap on the basics (booking, payments, programs, groups) and split on organization tooling versus solo-practice packaging.

Scheduling and sessions

Delenta includes booking with calendar sync from Starter and supports Zoom, Meet and Teams links; Pro allows up to 6 calendars. Vibly lists built-in video. Both cover the needs of a typical one-to-one practice.

Coachful's booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. Multi-coach session types can assign by round-robin or least-busy. Learn more on the scheduling software page.

Contracts and intake

Delenta includes e-signed contracts and intake forms from Starter. Vibly's listing does not detail contracts, so confirm this during the trial if it matters to you. In Coachful, coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, and intake questions can be attached to booking. See coaching contracts.

Programs, groups and cohorts

Vibly lists programs, group cohorts and events. Delenta adds group coaching and group packages on Pro, and onboarding workflows on Premium. Neither vendor's listing describes daily habits or morning and evening check-ins inside a program.

That is where Coachful is built differently. Programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. Enrolling clients in a program creates their cohort group automatically, and group calls and webinars sit in the same place. More on the group coaching software page.

Courses and content

Delenta's course creator is on Premium only. Vibly's listing does not describe a course builder, so ask before assuming one exists. Coachful includes courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. There are 48 course templates with quizzes to start from.

Payments

Vibly takes payments through Stripe with no Vibly fee. Delenta supports Stripe and PayPal with no additional transaction fee. Coachful runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with a 0% platform fee since August 2026: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction and manual invoices. It does not support PayPal. See coaching payment software.

CRM and team operations

This is Vibly's strongest ground. Coach rosters, client assignment, sponsor reports, two-way HubSpot sync and an API are what organizations need when they manage many coaches for many sponsored clients. Delenta's multi-coach features (super admin, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label) live on Teams, at a price you have to request.

Coachful's team plans add coach seats on Studio and Agency, with per-coach availability and staff permissions. It does not have a multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, or HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, and it has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. For a small team of coaches it works well; for a coaching firm reporting to corporate sponsors, Vibly is the more natural fit. Details on Coachful for teams.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

Website, funnels and email marketing

Delenta gives you a profile landing page from Starter, a branded landing page on Pro, and custom domain, branded emails and unlimited sales pages on Premium. Vibly's listing in our notes does not describe a website builder or email marketing.

Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; a link-in-bio page that sells; and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Read more about the coach website builder.

HIPAA and compliance

Vibly offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA, which is the document a covered entity needs from a vendor that handles protected health information. The US Department of Health and Human Services publishes sample business associate agreement provisions if you want to see what that agreement covers. Delenta lists HIPAA on its Teams plan. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, does not sign a BAA, and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing; it is GDPR-ready.

A scope line for health and wellness coaches: coaching is not medical or mental health treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a diagnosis, disordered eating, or thoughts of self-harm, refer them to a licensed clinician. If your organization keeps clinical records, they belong in a clinical system with a BAA, whichever coaching tool you use alongside it.

AI features

Both named vendors list AI as coming soon. Coachful's AI assistant, Michelle, works from your live practice data today: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions, briefs you before sessions, and can give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coachful also has an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. See the AI coaching assistant page.

Credential tracking

Delenta includes coaching logs from Starter. Coachful's ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. More on ICF hour tracking.

"Not described" means the vendor's listing that we reviewed does not mention it, not that the feature is confirmed absent. Ask during the trial.

What is the client experience like in each?

Clients feel the difference between these tools more than coaches do, because the client sees only the portal or app.

Vibly's client portal runs in the browser, and no native mobile app is mentioned. For employer and sponsor programs where clients log in occasionally for sessions and resources, that is often enough. Delenta gives clients a portal on every plan, with a mobile app on Premium; on Starter and Pro, a client's experience is the web portal.

Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, rather than under your own App Store account. Inside it, clients see their next session, their program week, habits, check-ins, goals with progress, courses, community and messages in one place. That matters most for programs where the value comes from what clients do between calls.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:

Which should you pick for which kind of coach?

Match the tool to the buyer: organizations lean Vibly, budget-minded solo practices lean Delenta, and program-led coaches lean Coachful.

  • Coaching firm or coach network with corporate sponsors: Vibly, for rosters, assignment, sponsor reports and HubSpot.
  • Wellness program or clinic that needs a BAA: Vibly, which documents HIPAA with a BAA at a public team price. Delenta's HIPAA sits on custom-priced Teams.
  • New solo coach with a handful of clients who wants PayPal: Delenta Starter, keeping the 10-portal cap in mind.
  • Solo coach with 40 or more clients selling a course: Delenta Premium, or Coachful if you also want a website, funnels and email without separate tools.
  • Health, fitness or habit coach running multi-week programs: Coachful, for habits, check-ins, streaks and the optional Fitness & Nutrition pack. See Coachful for health coaches.
  • Coach working toward an ICF credential: Coachful, for hour and client tracking against ACC, PCC and MCC.
  • Coach replacing a website builder, an email tool, a course platform and a scheduler: Coachful.

Is Coachful a better third option than Vibly or Delenta?

For coaches who deliver programs and want one login for the whole client journey, yes. For organizations that need HIPAA, a BAA or HubSpot, no.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six tools.

What it does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app, not your own App Store listing. There is no HubSpot or Salesforce integration, no multi-stage deal board, and no routing forms. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. It is not a course marketplace or a general website builder.

How to start. Begin with a free trial, then ask the team to build your setup for you. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Where Coachful beats both

  • Between-session delivery. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks are the core of the product, not an add-on.
  • Total stack cost. Website, funnels, email sequences, courses and community are included in your Coachful membership, so you are less likely to pay for separate tools. Delenta keeps courses and custom domains for Premium.
  • Client status at a glance. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, an AI briefing, and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.
  • AI that works today. Michelle is live, while both named vendors list AI as coming soon.
  • Templates. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates, 48 course templates, about 25 funnel templates, and coaching flow and journey templates.
  • Leaving is easy. A full client data export as a ZIP covers roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.

Where Coachful does not beat them

  • HIPAA with a BAA: Vibly offers it, and Delenta lists it on Teams. Coachful does not.
  • HubSpot sync and sponsor reporting: Vibly's operations portal is built for this.
  • PayPal: Delenta supports it.
  • Large-team sales pipelines and routing forms: not available in Coachful.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe what you need: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, webinar, automation or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. For example, a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the white-glove build service.

How should you run a fair trial of each?

Test each tool against the same real week of your practice, not against a feature list.

  1. Write down your non-negotiables first. HIPAA with a BAA, PayPal, HubSpot, a native app, or a client count. Any one of these may decide the answer before you start.
  2. Start the Delenta trial when you have a week free. Its page conflicts between 14 and 7 days, so assume the shorter one.
  3. Book a real session through each booking page. Check the time-zone handling, reminder emails and the video link from the client side.
  4. Send yourself a contract and an intake form. See where the signed copy lands on the client record.
  5. Build one week of a program. Add a task, a habit and a check-in, then log in as a test client on a phone.
  6. Ask each vendor about data export in writing. Neither Vibly nor Delenta documents a client-data export publicly, so get the answer before you put a year of notes in.
  7. Price your next 12 months, not this month. Include client growth, a second coach, and the website and email tools you would still need.

What is the bottom line on Vibly vs Delenta?

Vibly is the better pick for coaching organizations that need sponsor reporting, HubSpot and a BAA, and it publishes a team price. Delenta is the better pick for a solo coach on a budget who wants PayPal and is comfortable climbing tiers as client portals and features arrive on higher plans. For coaches whose work happens in programs, and who would rather pay for one tool than five, Coachful is our recommendation, with the build done for you. Frequently asked questions

Is Vibly or Delenta cheaper?

At the entry level, Vibly Basic lists at $25 a month and Delenta Starter at $29 a month, as listed in October 2026. Delenta's yearly prices ($229, $469 and $699) bring its tiers down further. For three coaches, Vibly's public Teams price ($149 for 2 seats plus $50 per extra seat) is easier to budget than Delenta's unpublished Teams fee.

Does Vibly or Delenta offer HIPAA compliance?

Vibly offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA. Delenta lists HIPAA on its Teams plan, which has no public price. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Which has a mobile app for clients?

Delenta includes a mobile app on its Premium plan. Vibly's client portal runs in the browser, and no native app is mentioned. Coachful clients use a branded app inside the Coachful app.

How many clients can I have on Delenta?

Delenta Starter allows 10 client portals, Pro allows 40, and Premium is unlimited. A coach with 41 clients therefore needs Premium at $79 a month, as listed in October 2026.

Does Vibly integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. Vibly lists two-way HubSpot sync and an API, alongside an operations portal for coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports. Coachful does not integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Do Vibly or Delenta take a cut of client payments?

No. Vibly says there is no Vibly fee on client payments, only Stripe fees. Delenta says "no additional transaction fees", with Stripe or PayPal fees still applying. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Can I use PayPal?

Delenta supports Stripe and PayPal. Vibly lists Stripe. Coachful supports Stripe Connect and Razorpay but not PayPal.

What is Coachful's white-glove build service?

It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Is there a free trial for each?

Vibly lists a 14-day trial. Delenta's page says 14 days in the headline and 7 days in its FAQ, with no credit card required. Coachful offers a free trial too.

Which is better for a solo coach who runs group programs?

Delenta adds group coaching and group packages on Pro, and Vibly lists group cohorts and events. If your groups run as multi-week programs with daily habits and check-ins, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically on enrollment and delivers the program week by week in the client app.
