Vibly vs Satori: Which Coaching Tool Fits You in 2026?

Vibly vs Satori: Which Coaching Tool Fits You in 2026?

Vibly vs Satori comes down to who is buying. Vibly is built mainly for coaching organizations: coaching firms, employers, wellness programs and clinics that need a coach roster, client assignment, sponsor reports, HubSpot sync and HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA. Satori is built for the solo coach running 1:1 packages, with scheduling, a client portal, invoices and contracts, plus a free plan for coaches still studying for a credential. If you run a coaching organization with health data, Vibly fits better. If you are one coach selling sessions, Satori is simpler and cheaper at the start.

There is also a third option. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community and your website behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We will be honest about where it beats both tools and where it does not (it has no HIPAA BAA, for one). Vendor prices below are as listed in October 2026 unless we say they come from Satori's September 2026 profile.

What is the short answer on Vibly vs Satori?

Pick Vibly if you are an organization, pick Satori if you are a solo coach who mostly sells sessions, and look at Coachful if you deliver programs between sessions and want fewer tools. Here is the short version by use case.

  • Coaching firm, employer program or clinic: Vibly. Its operations portal handles coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports, and it syncs both ways with HubSpot.
  • Health or wellness work that touches protected health information: Vibly, because it offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA. Coachful does not offer one, and we found none documented for Satori.
  • Coaching student or new coach with pro-bono clients: Satori's free Scholar plan, which you apply for through a form.
  • Solo coach selling 1:1 packages to up to 10 paying clients: Satori Essentials is the cheapest paid fit of the two.
  • Solo coach who wants built-in video and group cohorts: Vibly Pro, which lists programs, group cohorts and events.
  • Coach running multi-week programs, habits, courses and a community, with a website that sells: Coachful, which covers more of the journey than either.

If you already know you are leaving one of these tools, our Vibly alternatives and Satori alternatives guides go wider.

How do Vibly and Satori compare side by side?

On paper they overlap on scheduling, a client portal, programs and payments, but they are aimed at different buyers. The table below sets them next to Coachful.

How we judge: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you).

Two things stand out. First, the tools are not really competing for the same person: Vibly's Teams and Enterprise plans and its operations portal are where its weight sits, while Satori's whole plan ladder is per solo coach with active-client caps. Second, neither covers marketing: no website, funnels or email sequences are documented for either, so most coaches end up paying for a website builder and an email tool on top.

What do Vibly and Satori cost in 2026?

Vibly starts at $25 a month and Satori at $33 a month for paid plans, but Satori also has a free plan for coaching students, and the gap changes as you add clients or coaches. The table lists every published plan.

Tool and planMonthlyBilled annually (per month)Main limits

Satori Scholar$0$0Unlimited pro-bono clients; for coaches studying for certification, by application
Satori Essentials$33about $27.50Up to 10 active paying clients
Satori Pro$49about $40.8350 active clients, 10 programs, 120 bookings (September 2026 profile)
Satori Leader$124about $103.33150 active clients, 50 programs, unlimited bookings (September 2026 profile)

A few notes on reading this table honestly. Satori's dollar amounts are rendered by JavaScript and did not load when its page was checked in late October 2026, so the figures come from its September 2026 profile; the 10-client cap on Essentials, the 15-day trial and the refund terms were confirmed in October. Satori's annual plans are sold as "Get 2 Months Free", so the per-month annual figures above are our arithmetic (monthly times 10, divided by 12), not printed prices. On Vibly's side, its feature list and comparison table disagree in places, so check which features sit on Basic versus Pro before you buy. Vibly also advertises an AI add-on at $20 a month (first month free), but it is labelled "Coming Soon" with a waitlist.

What would a 15-client coach pay?

Here is an example, not a quote. A solo coach with 15 active paying clients has outgrown Satori Essentials (10 clients), so they need Satori Pro at $49 a month. Vibly's solo plans are described as "Solo coach" without a client cap in the material we reviewed, so the same coach could start on Vibly Basic at $25 a month, or Pro at $59 for the fuller feature set. Neither price includes a website builder or an email marketing tool, which you would add separately.

For the same 15 clients, Coachful's plan is here: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. That one subscription includes the website, funnels and email sequences, which is where the total stack cost tends to shift. For deeper numbers, read our Vibly pricing and Satori pricing breakdowns.

What about trials and refunds?

Satori offers a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no credit card during the trial; you need a card to continue, and Satori refunds you if you ask within 30 days of signing up. Vibly lists a 14-day trial and has no free plan. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.

Which handles scheduling and sessions better?

Both cover the basics of booking sessions, but Vibly includes built-in video, while Satori's September 2026 profile notes no native Zoom integration. If your sessions are video calls, that difference matters every week.

Satori's scheduling is designed around packages: a client buys a set of sessions and books into your availability, and discovery-session booking is part of Essentials. Its plans also cap bookings (60, 120 or unlimited per the September 2026 profile), so a coach with many short check-in calls should count them before choosing a tier. Without a native Zoom link, you either paste a meeting link yourself or rely on a separate scheduler; our Calendly vs Satori article covers that combination.

Vibly bundles video into the platform, which suits organizations that want every session to happen inside one tool for reporting. Its operations portal lets an admin assign clients to coaches, which Satori does not document at all.

Coachful's booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions get built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits, ask intake questions at booking, and spread multi-coach session types by round-robin or least-busy assignment. See Coachful scheduling for the details.

How do programs, groups and content compare?

Vibly lists programs, group cohorts and events; Satori focuses on packages and programs and, per its September 2026 profile, has no courses or community. Neither documents daily habit tracking or check-in flows that run between sessions.

This is the area where your coaching model decides the tool. If clients come to you for a session, take notes, and come back next week, Satori's package model is enough. If you run cohorts, Vibly's group features help, and organizations can report on them to a sponsor.

If your results depend on what clients do between sessions, both leave a gap. Coachful's programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses come with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and you can deliver downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles into the client's branded home. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes shorten the build.

If group work is central, our group coaching software page explains how cohorts, calls and the community fit together.

How do payments, invoices and contracts compare?

Satori takes payments through PayPal or Stripe and handles invoices and contracts; Vibly takes payments through Stripe only. Neither charges its own fee on client payments, so you pay only the processor.

The PayPal option is a real advantage for Satori if your clients expect to pay that way, and Coachful does not offer PayPal either. Satori's contracts and invoices sit in the same tool as the package, which keeps a solo practice tidy. Vibly documents Stripe payments, but the material we reviewed does not detail contracts, so ask during a demo if e-signature matters to you.

Coachful runs payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices. There has been a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record; see coaching contracts.

Which is better for HIPAA and health coaching?

Vibly is the clear choice of the two if you need HIPAA compliance, because it offers a Business Associate Agreement. We found no BAA documented for Satori in the material we reviewed, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA.

HIPAA applies to covered entities (health plans, clearinghouses and most health care providers) and their business associates. If you work inside a clinic, a health plan's wellness program or an employer program run with one, the organization will likely require a vendor that signs a BAA. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services publishes sample business associate agreement provisions, and Wikipedia's HIPAA overview is a readable starting point. Whether HIPAA applies to your practice depends on how you work, so check with an attorney or compliance adviser rather than relying on a software page.

A scope reminder for health and wellness coaches: coaching is not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy. If a client describes symptoms, a medical condition, disordered eating, or a mental health crisis, refer them to a licensed clinician. Clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system, not in a coaching platform.

So, plainly: if you need a BAA, choose Vibly, or another clinical-grade system, over Coachful. If you are a health coach working directly with consumers on habits and lifestyle, outside a covered entity, our Satori alternatives for health coaches and Practice Better vs Satori articles compare more options.

Which suits teams and coaching organizations?

Vibly, by a wide margin. It was built for organizations, with an operations portal for coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports, two-way HubSpot sync and an API. Satori is per coach; its Leader plan raises limits and adds dedicated support, but it does not document multi-coach management.

Vibly Teams costs $149 a month for 2 seats, then $50 per extra seat, as listed in October 2026. A five-coach firm would pay $149 plus three extra seats at $50, which is $299 a month by that list, before any Enterprise discussion. Enterprise is custom and sold through a demo.

Coachful's team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings by round-robin or least-busy rules. What Coachful does not have matters here too: no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. If your sales team lives in HubSpot or you report to corporate sponsors, Vibly is the better fit. If you are a small coaching team that wants one place for delivery and marketing, see Coachful for teams.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

What is the client experience like on each?

Both Vibly and Satori give clients a browser-based portal; neither documents a native mobile app. Vibly's client portal runs in the browser with no native app mentioned, and Satori's September 2026 profile notes no native mobile app.

For clients who log in once a week to book and pay, a browser portal works fine. It becomes a problem when you want clients to do something every day: tick off a habit, answer a morning check-in, or see their streak. Without an app on the phone's home screen, those small daily actions are easier to forget.

In Coachful, the client gets one branded app (your branding inside the Coachful app, listed under Coachful rather than your own App Store account) and a branded home on the web. Their coaching hub shows the next session, programs, sessions, progress and documents in one place, and habits, check-ins, courses and the community sit alongside it. Between sessions, selected clients can chat with an AI Coach, an AI version of you that you configure.

The third option: when does Coachful beat both, and when does it not?

Coachful beats both when your coaching runs between sessions and you want your website, funnels and email in the same place as delivery. It does not beat Vibly for organizations that need a BAA or HubSpot, and it does not beat Satori for coaches who need PayPal or a free plan.

What Coachful is. A coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Where it beats Vibly and Satori:

  • Between-session delivery. Multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks, plus courses and a community. Neither competitor documents habits or daily check-ins.
  • Marketing in the same account. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; a link-in-bio page that sells; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Coaches on Vibly or Satori usually pay for these elsewhere.
  • Social and Instagram. A social planner that schedules and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar, and Instagram automations that send your booking link or lead magnet in a DM when someone comments a keyword.
  • Michelle, the AI assistant. It works from your live practice data: builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions, briefs you before sessions, and can give you private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Vibly's AI add-on is still marked "Coming Soon".
  • A client record that tells you who needs attention. Goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing per client, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. See the coaching CRM page.
  • Setup effort. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove build service is free on every plan.

Where it does not beat them:

  • Not HIPAA-certified and no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Vibly wins here.
  • No HubSpot or Salesforce integration, no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams, and no routing forms. Vibly wins for coaching organizations.
  • No PayPal and no permanent free plan. Satori has both.
  • The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
  • No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no stock exercise videos (the Fitness and Nutrition pack lets you attach your own demo videos).
  • The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, offer or sales page, program, course outline and written material, journey, form, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, event or automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides or copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. A recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Another: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How do you switch from Vibly or Satori without losing clients?

Export what you can, move active clients first, and run both tools side by side for one billing cycle. The order matters more than the tool.

  1. Export your data. Satori exports a coaching log for ICF credentialing; a general client-data export was not verified in its September 2026 profile, so ask support. Vibly has no public help center or documented export, so request your data in writing before you cancel.
  2. List active clients and their remaining sessions. Prepaid packages are the part clients notice if they go missing.
  3. Recreate offers and contracts. Set up packages, payment plans and agreements in the new tool before you invite anyone.
  4. Reconnect payments. Subscriptions on Stripe usually need clients to re-enter card details in the new system, so plan the message.
  5. Invite clients in small batches and keep the old tool open until the last prepaid session is used.

On Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP at any time. Our guide to migrating from Satori covers each step in detail, and Paperbell vs Satori is useful if you are also weighing a simpler admin tool.

What do reviewers say about Vibly and Satori?

Public review counts are small for both. Vibly showed 4.9 on Capterra from 22 reviews when seen on 29 October 2026. Satori's Trustpilot page had no reviews in October 2026, and its September 2026 profile showed 4.5 on Capterra from 13 reviews.

With samples this small, a review score tells you less than a trial does. Use the trial to test the exact workflow you run each week: book a session, send a contract, take a payment, and look at the client portal on your phone. Coachful, for comparison, has 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Is Vibly or Satori cheaper?

For a solo coach, Vibly Basic is listed at $25 a month and Satori Essentials at $33 a month (Satori's figure from its September 2026 profile). Satori also has a free Scholar plan for coaches studying for certification. For teams, only Vibly offers a seat-based Teams plan.

Does Satori offer HIPAA compliance?

We found no HIPAA compliance or BAA documented for Satori in the material we reviewed. If you need one, ask Satori directly and get the BAA in writing. Vibly does offer HIPAA compliance with a BAA.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If your work requires a BAA, Vibly or a clinical system is the better choice.

Do Vibly or Satori have a mobile app?

Neither documents a native mobile app. Vibly's client portal runs in the browser, and Satori's September 2026 profile notes no native app. Coachful gives clients one app with your branding, listed under Coachful.

Can I take PayPal payments?

Satori supports PayPal and Stripe. Vibly uses Stripe. Coachful uses your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and does not support PayPal.

Which is better for a coaching company with several coaches?

Vibly, if you need sponsor reports, client assignment across a roster, HubSpot sync or an API. Coachful's Studio and Agency plans suit small teams that want shared delivery and marketing with per-coach availability and staff permissions, but it has no HubSpot integration.

Do Vibly or Satori include a website and email marketing?

Neither documents a website builder or email sequences; Satori's September 2026 profile lists no landing pages. Coachful includes a website builder, funnels, email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences in your Coachful membership.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent testimonials or credentials and does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.

Do any of these tools help with ICF credentialing?

Satori exports a coaching log for ICF credentialing. Coachful tracks coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. Vibly does not document ICF tracking in the material we reviewed.

Can I try Vibly, Satori and Coachful before paying?

Yes. Vibly lists a 14-day trial, Satori a 15-day trial with no card needed during the trial and a refund within 30 days of signup, and Coachful offers a free trial. Run the same weekly workflow in each before you decide.
